Huh? Just got an email from university that starting in April we can just use all public transport for free now. That is students can use public transport for free.
This is unexpected, but... Yay?

I love when people complain about dangerous drivers because... there are some dangerous drivers out there! However, the solution isn't, like, a surveillance state. The solution can be found (in part) in actually investing in free public transportation and a variety of transportation. The fact that we often live in a very hostile world for pedestrians and non-motorists is a travesty, and helps contribute to the mess that is driving.
You don't need to ban certain people from being able to drive. You need to pressure your local and state governments to actually invest in trains, buses, trams, taxis, public bicycles, well-maintained sidewalks and trails, and whatever may be best for your community. Banning certain people from driving isn't going to effectively keep drivers safe.

Question! Did you make a comic about centaur Ingo carrying Akari? I’m trying to find it again because I like the way he carried her.
Other question, would centaur Ingo carry everyone instead of sneasler. So instead of being a free babysitter he’s her new car
I made this comic where Ingo picks Akari up like a sheep, but you might also b thinking of this one w/ Akari standing on his back? Alternatively as a valid way to carry baby centaurs;

I always knew that public transit was cool on a societal level, but I always assumed using it was like “whaddever, I’m commuting.” Why has no body mentioned it being FUN AS HELL. I stepped on the bus for the first time 3 days ago and the moment it took off I had to do everything in my power to act normal. Like wtf I’m on a bus right now! And it’s fucking moving!!! It’s taking me to a location where I want to be!!! This bitch is stopping and starting and the breaks make a little tshhh noise!!! Why is no one talking about this!!!!!!!

i forgot how much i MISSED PROTESTING until attending this earth day rally and protest with the sunrise movement. it was so incredible and empowering. during the rally, we discussed the way climate change disproportionately affects people in poverty while the billionaires get richer by polluting the earth. we talked about how we needed to transition to renewable and recyclable materials as soon as possible. and one of the speakers at the rally was a palestinian activist who spoke about israel’s detrimental impact on the environment. i held my sign up as high as i could for as long as i could. i usually keep it right there in my car, so it’s almost like i’m protesting everywhere i go. i just wish i had better handwriting.

we took to the streets and shut ‘em down!! we demanded better, cleaner public transportation because cars are so polluting. we demanded accountability and action from our government. and we demanded an end to the genocides in palestine and the congo. some of the people on the sidewalks cheered, some of them filmed us or took photos, some of them laughed at us, some of them got mad at us. i didn’t even care. i had the biggest smile on my face the entire time, as we chanted, “mayor lucas, you can’t hide, we can see your greedy side!” “this planet is not for profit, so biden get the hell off of it!” “from the river to the sea palestine will be free!” “if the congo is under attack, what do we do?! fight back!” then when we got to the apple store we stopped and the leader with the megaphone gave a speech about the company’s use of child slavery and their polluting practices.
i hadn’t protested in such a long time because of my mental health struggles but now that i’ve got a new medication (as in one that is actually effective) i’m finally ABLE to get engaged in the community again. it was euphoric. it was an incredible privilege to be out there today. i am so excited for all the future demonstrations i’ll be attending!! i only wish i had the guts to ask some of them to sign my petition to for kc apartments to have recycling options. but at least i’ll get another chance ☺️

public transport would be so good if it weren't for the parts of the public unable to behave considerately on public transport

i think most golf clubs should be turned into public sex gardens run by sex workers and those who care for workers and safe sex
like they have the facilities the land and they already do checks to make sure everyone there can, wants to, and is able to be there.
volunteers can get drawn on or stickers/temporary tattoos to broadcast their status and consent while they walk around the park or they can stay in one of the extensive indoor activity areas, of course you can just go there and meet someone, pay a worker, or bring your friends or just hang out naked on your own (what i would do 100%) and swim at one of the pools or splashzones and have sexy water fun and then go through a native fauna planted garden that is reclaiming thr violent chemical of the land. the grass is soft and everything is safe you can rent a cart or even hire some ponies to pull you in a loop. anyone 18 plus can come and the orientation involves consent and proper bdsm procedures. theres classes inside on every kink under the sun and hell even an arcade you can win sex toys in next to the gift shop

Found this cleaning job on indeed that pays pretty well omg. The other job is taking too long to get back to me (I think it’s because of my sister actually since they hated her back when she worked there ToT… and of course they’d recognize my last name…)

What do you think Nick and Sunny's ethnicities are?
I've always somewhat headcanonned Sunny as Japanese-American, and Basil as having at least one European parent, both living in Europe, and an American grandmother. I have no idea where that second headcanon comes from. It's probably me projecting my own French-ness onto my favorite little blorbo -- another explanation is that OMORI seems to be pretty explicitely set in the USA, but Basil's parents are said to travel frequently and Sunny's never seen them in his life... and since it's easier to travel in Europe in my (limited) experience, my brain might've just made the association. Sunny being Japanese-American is a pretty popular headcanon because of his chara-design so I don't feel like I have to explain that one.
Anyway, they both live in France for plot reasons.
