Garlic Bread.
What is there to say about garlic bread that hasn't been said already? It's Tumblr's signature dish, you know. Y'all have #garlic bread as entrée, as plat principal, as dessert. And to wash it all down? Why, liquefied garlic bread of course—freshly blended. *dabs mouth*
It is also a popular baked good in Skyrim. Exhibit A:
Go now. Eat garlic bread. Be merry x

Garlic on My Bread
Bread.
The bread is so stale. But I love bread.
I don't know what's wrong. There is a great void between my feelings and my physical being. The emotional and biological self. I keep failing to see my target and I keep failing to realize that I don't like what I feel left out of. The entire reason I am not with them is because I don't like them. Why am I so keen on being accepted?
The way Bread craves the intimacy of Garlic. The way they flow together. The way the taste hits the right spots.
The love of my life, well at least I believe he is the love of my life, fills all these empty spots in me. But lately we have been drifting and I don't know why I am so scared to admit it. Once what used to be my everything is now just burnt golden flakes. Tasting bitter and ashy exactly like a burnt-out dish.
The Bread needs to learn how to live with itself. It needs to learn how to be better without Garlic. Without needing acceptance from butter. Without the many parsley grains atop it.
I think I need to work towards my goal without worrying about any of these things. And most importantly, the future with my family shouldn't be my priority. But instead, the future where I am working and independent should be what I must look out for. I need to be the best version of myself and I haven't been doing that lately. I have been too reliant on not only shr but also validation from my peers, acceptance into groups, a good reputation, and what not.
The Bread is going to have victory someday, if not for the rich, let it be for the poor. Garlic and butter alone do no good, but Bread alone is sufficient for millions of people. Bread has Strength, and that's all it needs.

Garlic Bread
Wohoo! I love garlic bread!
Naturally, I did try to make it at home!
The oven instructions below are based on the generic recipe but were modified as I tried to recreate them myself. The pan and the air fryer instructions, on the other hand, are solely based on the oven instructions and modified to fit the new cooking method... if that makes sense? lol aka the pan and air fryer instructions are recipes off the top of my head and not very thought out!
Ingredients:
bread
butter
garlic (cloves, minced, or powder will do)
parmesan cheese
parsley
seasoning (whatever you want to put)
Instructions (oven):
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice the bread lengthwise and place it on top of a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, seasoning, and cheese. Spread evenly on each side of the garlic bread.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until butter is melted/simmering.
Garnish with parsley. Serve.
Instructions (pan):
Place the butter, garlic, cheese, seasoning, and parsley on a pan.
After mixing thoroughly, place the bread face down on top of the mixture.
Check every few minutes for the desired appearance, or until the bread is golden brown. The mixture should stick onto the bread, et voilà, serve!
Instructions (air fyer):
Evenly place the butter, garlic, cheese, seasoning, and parsley on the bread.
Heat on the air fyer at 300F for 4-5 minutes. Adjust the heat and/or time according to your preferred texture and appearance. The higher the heat and the longer the time, the crispier the bread becomes.
Serve.
