I think there are a decent amount of fics that lean this way. Peremo by Virrenia has some of this. As the fic goes on, he becomes more and more perverted and creepy. Others that have this as a more consistent theme are: Jagged by HiccupFound: Very sexual, very perverted, surprisingly low on the creepy though.

Logline: Welcome to "The Big Challenge," a wildly popular reality show where clueless contestants compete in seemingly silly tasks. Little do they know, their "challenges" are actually elaborate training exercises for a covert government agency, testing unconventional methods for espionage, extraction, and even assassination (with a healthy dose of dark humor).

Characters:

Rex "The Fox" Fowler: The charming but ruthless host of "The Big Challenge," a former black ops agent who enjoys manipulating contestants for his higher-ups.

Dr. Amelia "The Owl" Evans: A brilliant but socially awkward psychologist who designs the show's challenges, analyzing contestant behavior to identify potential recruits for covert operations.
