see i prefer general horror chara comparison with the matsus rather than simply slasher bc they all would fit different types of horror. for example totty gopes the route of norman bates i think (or patrick bateman but hers like............................................. i dont want to do that)

but it also leaves room to use dbd charas bc those count as horror charas without being like Fully horror you know. becauase the only fucking character that fits karamatsu is dbds trickster since they both are attention driven (unless you fit him into ghost stuff in which case that could work depending on the type)

osomatsu is absolutely ghostface just on the "normal guy but under the mask you dont know its him" sort of vibe you just cant tell with him

choro's jigsaw again bc of the hypocritical self serving ideals (also blaming others for flaws that can be applied to themselves i.e. choro shitting on others for not looking for a job but failing himself vs jigsaw saying he doesn't agree with killing people while literally putting people in death traps) ichimatsu Seems obvious but he could easily fit regular slashers i.e. halloween / michael myers (and jason more ideally considering his self esteem and relationship with others) BUT he could also fit more body type horror. i could see him in a Fly situation you know what i mean

jyushimatsu is . ahrd to describe he could be anything absurdist or psychological (although the film smile gives me his auras for obvious reasons) but hes like. unpredictable he could fit any genre you put him in. totty also seems like a "surprise" type where normal guy so you really dont expect whats up but also haunted doll stuff i think. more so ghostface or norman bates again. i feel insane
