Scream at Hwaryeong and Leeho making babies during the period of mournimg. My theory is that Leeho was really said about his dad's death and Hwaryeong comforted him - she's probably been through something similar, sidenote we still know next to nothing about her family - and through her comfort and companionship they started getting closer and closer and as their love grew it became physical and that's how Seongnam was conceived.

Seongnam is a baby made out of love and they were punished for that!

Also I think that the mole or birthmark on Seongnam's neck might just be something that's supertitious/bad oman thing. (Or it connects to my part 2 of this theory which is that one of the Leeho's brothers also had a neck mole/birthmark and people thought that one of Leeho's brothers fathered Seongnam instead but really it's just a genetic coincidence and Leeho is his biological father - and that's why he was taken away)
