rotate my vertebrae, run your fingers down my brain stem sharpen my ribs until they cut through the skin around them send biting pain racing through my heart as if my blood was toxic tear the air from my lungs and leave them heaving vacuums. dig the wrist bones from my flesh like jewels and sand them down to nothing take my tendons to stretch and snap them like rubber bands tear my fingernails from their beds just for your collection roll out my muscles like butter, pliant as a butterfly, pinned to a board stretch my skin over your floor and leave it there to dry

and last of course, let my blood wash your hands clean, running through your hair exultant, staining your teeth red and falling down your throat until you kneel before me, coughing and choking on all that i have left.
