Today I feel a bit shattered yet am strong. I have experienced long term trauma and at the age of 58yrs and many years of searching for healing have finally found it. It is the validation I am receiving that is liberating. My emotions and reactions are a normal response to the trauma. Becoming whole and living a full life is possible if we do the work.
