Just did a digital drawing of my tech priest oc, Luka XVI, the reputed Fabricator-General of the frigid Forge World, Hephaeston III.
I know he isn't anywhere as big looking as a Fabricator-General should, but he is deceptively tall... namely because I forgot to draw the servo skulls which help give a sense of scale to him.

Oh damn it has been a while since I logged on Tumblr. Uh, have a 40k art dump. Yes I have recently gotten into the 40k fandom and I know this is probably quite out of the blue. I just want to share these.
I have dubbed this Chapter the "Hephaeston Hammers"
Arthurian Deus, Chapter Master.
Tumblr media
Vareus Dumar, Master of Sanctity
Tumblr media
Andrin Kunan, Master of the Apothecarion
Tumblr media
Kaeros Molotak, Master of the Forge
Tumblr media
Haniel Deladen, Chief Librarian
Tumblr media
Lancius Lunos, Master of the Keep Venerable Dreadnought
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Honor Guard design
Standard chapter member design
Now, as for lore, if the fact that half of these have patterns of equipment that got lost in the Horus Heresy (the actual irl reason for these being used being that I just liked how they look), the in lore reason for this widespread usage of very old equipment in the chapter is due to them having a very good relationship with the Forge World of Hephaeston III, a world which neighbors their homeworld of Hephaeston II. The Mechanicus of Hephaeston III are borderline tech-heretics who just barely avoid being declared as such for reverse-engineering long lost tech by the skin of their teeth, and do so via the fact they managed to miraculously get the support to do so from Guilliman so long as they didn't end up making daemon engines or commit any form of blatant heresy. This has caused the chapter to be supplied quite heavily with some of said reverse-engineered and reproduced equipment.
Formally, this chapter is a Primaris founding successor chapter of the Sons of the Phoenix, but for any who are familiar with the Sons of the Phoenix's color scheme can guess why I say the Hephaeston Hammers are only formally sons of Rogal Dorn.
When I wrote the lore for the Hephaeston Hammers, I focused heavily on that one speech from Fulgrim: 'I came from nothing' he said, fixing his sons with a steady gaze. 'I scrabbled in the quarry pits, and down in the deepest mines, carrying buckets on my shoulders because the ascender blew a gasket,' he said. 'I broke my fingernails on raw ore, and grew blisters from heat and labour. You look down on them, blind to the beauty of their struggle. Blind to what they might become, if only someone would scrape the filth from their faces. He reached down and lifted a child onto his shoulders. The girl laughed and clapped, unafraid of the giant, even as her mother wept. Fulgrim indicated the crowd. His voice had driven many of them to their knees. 'Look at them, my sons. You are the highest, and they, the lowest. It is your duty to raise them up, as high as they will go. Anything less is not worthy of you.'
As such, the Hephaeston Hammers chapter is almost more like the Salamanders, as they value humanity just as much. The Hephaeston Hammers recruits are even allowed to return to their families between missions, some even participating in their communities, such as with Vareus Dumar who often serves as a preacher on their Shrine-world turned chapter-homeworld of Hephaeston II. This has led to the members of the chapter being quite, for lack of a better word, attached to the denizens of their home world. They celebrate victories alongside a sisters of battle convent stationed on the planet, they help train the planet's guardsmen, in times of holidays and celebrations they lead the festivities with the same conviction in which they face the enemies of mankind.
Will add more to this later but for now I need to get to bed. Also to those more, for lack of s better word, experienced with warhammer 40k, please have mercy on my understanding of lore, I have been in this fandom a mere several months and this franchise is literally older than I am so I may not fully grasp some stuff yet

having just remembered that you live in boston: we’re going to boston to visit one of our girlfriends for a week next saturday, do you have any advice to give to people who have never been there before? what spells should we prepare
if you come across a street vendor selling "beef patties," a Jamaican meat pie easily recognized by the turmeric-yellow color of its flaky outer shell, buy some. they're good as fuck
try to avoid taking the green line on a day when the sox are playing never mind the baseball season is over so you're safe
if you're looking for a neighborhood where you can just walk around and kill some time, I heavily recommend the north end, chinatown, or kenmore square. just pleasant vibes you know
there's a big citgo sign and the locals worship it like a monument to the gods. make sure to show it the proper respect if you see it
the highways fucking suck.
apple cider donuts might still be in season and if so you should buy some of those too. back when I was living there the Boston Public Market sold really good ones and I assume they still do
beware the wandering keytar bear. he is a deadly beast unsuited for parties below lvl 45.
recommended spells are INSULATLE (to ward against the cold), SUMMON: HEPHAESTON (his heavy crushing damage can overwhelm the locals' high defense stats), and REGEN (to counter the DOTs used by geese and townies)

"Oh how I wish I DIDN’T know he calls his dick Hammer of God or that he insisted on his Chickie Du Jour screaming out “Hephaeston!” when he was schtooping her and “staying in character” for Alexander." May I ask you why you believe this? I mean they sound as made up as the allegations about him grooming minors backstage? Why believing this and not the rest?
The man who is so proud of his equipment that he had to boast about it on radio and fondle it on stage and who "allegedly" likes his sexuals on the rougher side (some might even claim a bit too much on the r*pe fantasy side but let's not go there now) so much that a chick once said it "hurt like Satan" wouldn't be so vain and laughable that he'd use those kinds of nicks for his weenie? 🤔

I don’t know if you’ve ever read the Iliad, but for some reason Griffith and Guts remind me of Achilles and Patroclus, and I’ve always seen Griffith’s Achilles heal as Guts, in a similar way as Achilles real weakness was Patroclus. I kinda want to see an AU with that.
yeah legit, they really do seem to be the archetypal godlike successful admirable dude/the dude he loves and fucks his life up over ship, maybe along with Alexander/Hephaeston lol, and I think it's a good premise for an AU. Though tbh I haven't actually read it myself, this is just what I assume through osmosis.

[M4M] [Longterm]Gay Romance Roleplay
Hello! I'm currently looking for someone who's interested in writing a gay romance with me (don’t care about your actual real life gender). My preferences are drama, angst, slice of life and so on. For writing, at least 2 paragraphs, proper English, third person only and the quicker you reply, the better (though different timezones are totally okay and real life comes first!). All I ask if that you don't just disappear on me. If there's something you don't like; just tell me. I'm an adult and I can handle it. Expect me to do the same. Character wise, I’m looking for characters around the age of 25-38. I also require a real life faceclaim. I’m mostly into writing with pretty masculine characters.
I do not write NSFW content with any admins under the age of 18. As for his kind of content; my characters do not take the “top” position.
Due to the fact a lot of people have had me waste my time writing starters only not to reply; I ask that you write the first starter purely for me to see that you're serious about writing.
I've been roleplaying for 8 years on various platforms and am rather proud to say that people always seem to be amazed by the stories I come up with!
I have a preference for OC's, though I have 2 ships I'm willing to write out;
Hephaestion x Alexander (which would be in a ancient setting unless you prefer a modern one).
Visual: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qLzu4ondZU
and Colin Farrell x Jared Leto. (Seriously, you'd make me really happy if you're into one of these ships : )
I also really don't mind having a good conversation next to the roleplay itself!
We can either write on here or through discord. If you’re interested, please shoot me a chat message.

he insisted on his Chickie Du Jour screaming out “Hephaeston!” when he was schtooping her and “staying in character” // probably cock* du jour as Hephaestion was gay or at least bi 😂
Yeah well to my knowledge Alex and Hep were Macedonians but in the movie they sounded like they were conquering the green hills and vales of Ireland so I don't know how true the plot was to the original story anyway... 😂

How about opening your eyes and realizing that this "information" is just your speculation? You've been blogging for how long...Yes, for many years now🥱But you don't even know corny things about Jared's orientation and that's the simplest thing that everyone in Hollywood knows😂You're just a crazy fan who went crazy with her love for a poor strange man and now you've forced yourself to hate him.Okay, good luck, baby.
I don't know the corny details of JL's orientation? 😂
Oh how I wish I DIDN'T know he calls his dick Hammer of God or that he insisted on his Chickie Du Jour screaming out "Hephaeston!" when he was schtooping her and "staying in character" for Alexander. 😂
