From what I'm getting, none of these members are particularly "wealthy" most of them I would say are "comfortable". But calling them wealthy would be like comparing Bill Gates' wealth to a homeless persons (not saying they're homeless btw)

Baekhyun- He seems to be the most stable financially to the point that he seems quite unamused with his life. He's really bored. It's like the energy of a person that has all of their bills paid with a nice amount of money sitting in the bank and now is just looking around at what to do next

Kai- His finances is giving me the energy of a person walking away from the gambling table, not exactly empty handed but he doesn't have a pocket full of gold either. It could be that while being in the military he doesn't have much access to his money or gaining any wealth. I'm also seeing some betrayal here, so I'm not sure if he put someone in charge of his money but they could be screwing him over

Suho- I think he bought something quite big recently (like a house/apartment/building etc...) and in terms of his net worth he's sitting pretty high up but when it comes to liquid assets (physical money one has access to) he doesn't have much. It's probably bc of this purchase. I'm also seeing a possible new project, so overall he's invested his money into something so rn he has none, but there is a possibility as time goes by that he would get a return on his investment

D.O- Rn he's fighting to get more acting roles and gigs. I think he wants a specific role that's costing him time and money since he's wasting time waiting to get this role and arguing with ppl over it. When he could be using this time to make money doing other things instead of obsessing over a role he probably won't get. This energy is also giving arguments with the company SM and his manager as well

Xiumin- I don't think he's making any money doing anything besides being an idol. Maybe he has small gigs here and there but they're few and far between. Good thing is that he has the drive and motivation to up his finances (unlike some of his other members, I'll get to them soon)

Chanyeol- He has no passion rn to work or any motivation to make money so his money isn't growing. He could be completely over being an idol and would rather spend his days hanging out with friends (lowkey living the slum life, no shade lol). Sehun- I don't know if these guys have a contract renewal coming up but it seems like he's waiting to get out of his contract. If it's not with SM , it's with another gig he worked for. He's quite over it and he also isn't feeling up to working rn so his money is suffering for that

Chen- He's spending more than he's making. I think he's finding it hard to focus on work these days, I see his wife and possibly his children (but more so his wife) taking up a lot of his time and money. The wife could overspend but he also could too, like buying the kids random things they don't need. But I also see his health isn't the best, he's not taking care of himself properly.

Lay- I don't know what's going on but it's like his putting in a lot of work and putting in the time but he's not really seeing a lot of money for it. Whatever he's doing these days for money seems like dead end jobs that won't really get him anywhere financially but leaves him feeling burnt out. Also, he's spending a lot of money on a romantic relationship, buying them gifts and possibly funding his lovers life style. It's like hes taking his girl on a bunch of shopping sprees that he lowkey can't afford. And it's not that he's broke but it's just that it takes A LOT OF WORK and hustling on his part to make money so he can't recklessly spend like he has.

i'll preface this by saying i'm a canon purist 99% of the time, so when i have a headcanon, it's because i think i can defend it very well with evidence from the source material.

Star Trek - Jim and Spock share a mental link that was created by accident and allowed intermittent empathy/mild telepathy of both a conscious and subconscious nature. this is evidenced in several episodes, but a particular moment on the bridge in The Immunity Syndrome is my solid basis for this. (I promise I'll keep writing "Always Will"... Star Trek is the fandom of my heart. I'll come back to it. I promise.)

Kim Possible - (angst alert! tw: infant death. tw: child death. tw: miscarriage. i hope i did that right...) Drakken and Shego had twins that didn't survive. The event brought them closer together and made them re-think their priorities... This is post-canon when they were dealing with the good vs. evil issues already, and the only thing they knew for sure was they wanted to be together. This event also led them to realize...they want to be parents. (Yes, my fic "Rekindling" is in fact, headcanon...)

Soul Eater - I haven't posted a fic about this one yet so I'm leery to share it... But a story is already in the works. And I'll be very, very vague... Stein's "experiments" on Spirit were extremely mild and rapidly turned into something else... Something Stein was doing to cover for Spirit, to protect him from something else going on in his life... And that's where I'm leaving that because I want it to be a surprise when I post the story! But a couple people I've told might guess this, heheh. (No title for this story yet... Titles are my worst enemy.)

Spirit Albarn did not cheat on his wife. 😎 I'll die on this hill. In a diff post than the one I link, I compared him to Greg Universe (of Steven Universe). The authors present both as characters you want to hate, who you question, who look like lousy fathers. But slowly the story starts to unfold and you realize...there's more here than what was presented on the surface. And maybe the surface was a lie all along. I use that comparison because most people seem to get it with Greg. But only a few people get it with Spirit. That's fine. It's my headcanon; it doesn't have to be yours. And I enjoy other ppl's headcanons very much. But you did ask.

this is where the whole... 'write for yourself' thing, comes into play. i've actually seen a lot of tumblr discourse about this recently... write for yourself! people say. but, we share creations out because...we want people to see them. we are writing for ourselves, and then sharing them...

here's what i'm learning. my motivation to create has to be for myself, in the grand scheme. it's fine to create things here and there for others. and i personally love gifting fanfic. but if your goal when you go into creating is... 'i'm going to tailor this story so this person will like it,' or, 'i'm gonna post this and i can't wait till this person comments!' that's when you're in danger... you're not creating for yourself anymore. now your satisfaction is going to come from...what that person thinks, whether or not they comment, how deep is their comment...

your satisfaction has to come from responding to your own creative drive.... i suppose that's where the advice starts. make sure your motives are in the right place. and... hey, if the creativity is sated? allow yourself to rest! as i'm writing this (it's being queued so, not coming out near the same day it was asked), my writing well is a bit dry. you might want to create, and feel bad you're not doing so... but it's okay to rest! if your mind just wants to daydream but the hands don't want to write the story or draw the piece right then... just let yourself be. allow yourself that space. i think you'll find creativity is better for it in the long run.

'but i'm worried my followers will be disappointed?' now, there you're not creating for you again... if they're friends, they'll still be there. if they're just...a random number in your stats, then again... your motives aren't in the right place. i'm a firm believer in...don't base your self-worth on internet stats. it's just not something i can get onboard with. your value is not determined by number of views, comments, reblogs, etc...

ahhhh hmmm.... i haven't done any immediate clicks in awhile. i'd say if something squicks me pretty suddenly. but blessedly, with AO3 tagging, i can often avoid accidentally running into those things.

wanna be clear though, writing is in art itself and sometimes... well, i'll give an example. i read a fic not too long ago with a twist ending. it is the sort of thing i would not have read had i known. but, had they tagged for the twist it would have ruined the story. so i was not bothered by the lack. i personally would have done the same. am i haunted by what i read? yes. but storytelling is its own art and well...yeah. it's not like in picking up a physical book we're gonna get the tag warnings.

that was slightly off topic, uhhh... i think mostly just if one of my squicks shows up i'll click away. something that's not my thing. and depending on how good the fic is, i'll try to push past it. but if it keeps happening... like there was one long, long multi-chap where main char was kidnapped and tortured and my poor li'l happy-ending heart didn't realize until i was fairly deep in that the whole point of the fic was torture that just got worse and worse... closed that one, never finished.

oh okay but one thing... if a story is VERY out of character, then i'm not interested. like.... the whole point in fanfic is to see more of the character so if it doesn't read like them, then... yeah. that's actually probably the most immediate thing for me. i can handle poor grammar and formatting and english-second-language writers and new writers who are learning the craft... all of that is fine. long as the character is in character, i'm pretty game to read most things.

Before your mind can get to you, you see the man from the cafe Scaramouche was his name right? He went up to u and said “Hey [name] I'm Scaramouche” he said in a uninterested voice. You looked at him a little confused but smiled at him and said “Hi Scaramouche it's nice to finally meet you I've heard a lot about you”. Scaramouche thought to himself you “heard” about him..how interesting. Before u can ask about to kazuha you hear your phone buzz catching your attention so you take it out, to your surprise it was a text from kazuha.

You were a blushing mess not only from embarrassment but also anger how could Kazuha do this to you, I mean you can barely talk to him and heizou this will be a rough ride. Scaramouche looked at you amused before letting out a sigh “so kazuha stood us up”. You looked at him and huffed “Seems like it”. “Let's go get coffee and start studying” Scaramouche suggests which you agree with.

You and Scaramouche both got your coffees and sat at a booth near the windows since today was a sunny day making you more motivated than before. “What subject do you want to work on before heading to your class?” Scaramouche asked you. You looked and him and sighed “Mathematics I don't understand anything”. Scaramouche looked at you amused and let out a little chuckle catching you off guard. “HEY DONT LAUGH MATH IS SO HARD!” you say trying to defend yourself from this embarrassing moment. “You know [name] your full of surprises” slightly smiling at you. You let out a huff before saying “lets just get this over with”

I felt this needed to be sent as an ask. I know it's one of the hardest things to do (writing when your motivation is weighing) but you have to try your best NOT to listen to them (those who keep asking for updates with no consideration of what it's like for the author). Pressure ain't doing nothing but motivating negativity. I know the guilt, I've been there. At the end of the day I gave what I could and the fic ended up being discontinued a month ago. I permanently quit writing because I felt it was so overwhelming and stressful despite being something I absolutely love doing, I just couldn't take knowing people waited for my updates, I was disappointing them and that disappointed me. Talk about depression. Writers depression is very real. So eventually I unpublished my wattpad fics, deleted all my Tumblr fics, and stayed a silent reader, I wrote short poems or small works here and there for my private instagram, just whenever I felt like it. I honestly thought it was permanent. Until a friend of mine started writing which sparked my interest in it again. So I restarted my blog a couple days ago. Gave thought to what it was I wanna write and how I want this blog to be different. Atm I'm barely writing, I started 3 fics last week yet they remain in my drafts untouched with no further progress. But I can honestly say the nonchalance and freedom I have is quite nice, I try to write here and again. Or even if a single sentence or dialogue comes to mind I note it down, that gave life to another sentence and another and another until I put it together and it formed about a decent paragraph.. I'M RAMBLING. I lost track of what I was supposed to say. I don't even know the main point of this story. Forgive me. But seriously, the best advice I can give is to unburden yourself before you drown. Literally. Write what you want when you can, your wips, don't delete them!! I promise you some time later you'll definitely be inspired for them again. And when u do you'll be able to literally write more for it!! I have an idea from 2 yrs ago and it's pretty decent, with some editing it could be even better. So please don't delete them 😭😭 and don't let people push you to update. You can if you can and You can't if you can't!!! I'm here if you need any help 🙏🏻 I noticed that talking about your writing with someone who reciprocates your energy can ignite a full on passionate conversation that will lead to creating quality work!! Like new ideas or even roots to go for old works.. It's a good way to keep the motivation flowing when you're running thin 🤍🤍🤍

this is honestly the sweetest piece of advice soeone ever gave me. its so detailed and relatable too because i used to be a wattpad writer back in 2021 and then ppl kept on asking for update update update and it was so stressful so I just logged out of the account and to this day i havent logged back in 😭😭

as someone who used to be a silent reader i understand the frustration of needing an update. dont get me wrong i understand. i used to feel that exact way because fics were my only source of happiness at one point in my life when everything was shitty. but now im actually writing them, i know why some writers dont want to update so fast because its so much pressure when theres 5-6 ppl in ur inbox asking for update update update

ik how hard it is to finish a story but also how desperate it can get for the readers waiting for said update. which is the reason im constantly trying to keep writing but now i feel like i just cant. im such a perfectionist i dont post anything i dont feel is my best but rn i feel like none of my works are and its making me slack a lot and i feel like if i dont stop feeling this way then i might stop writing as a whole because its making me frustrated

With Phayu and rain ppl love to say that you can't take anything from them of their relationship aspect from the show because they had no plot to it but I think if you really look into rains character alone and how he kind of in the beginning was very as we saw not responsible in his life like with his own school work he was pursuing someone at the same time he was prioritizing other things instead of focusing on the things in front of him. So he was kind of all over the place which in life that's normal for people to be all over the place as long as u find ur footing somewhere along the line.

And him meeting someone like payu who kind of really made him see like before you give yourself to anyone you have to make sure your own life is in some type of shape that works for you, u have to better yourself be responsible evaluate yourself in a way to in order to be better for yourself and for maybe a partner and I believe rain kind of went through this in his character development and because of Phayu meeting someone like that he was motivated in his his school work and through this relationship he discovered things about himself being more confident in his sexuality which is also a good thing. He was with someone that not only encouraged him he wanted the best for him told him multiple times that you have to take care of you I'll be waiting don't feel like you need to rush to me I'm going to be here for you waiting.

With pai and sky I mean this relationship that wasn't so much relationship in the beginning started off as a one-night thing turned and brought them into something so beautiful. That it's amazing how the development of pai was it's astonishing from someone who just slept with people to becoming someone who saw something different about this one person and was very honest with this person and let them know their intention was to to sleep with them but saw that this person was far more important than just sex this person he can tell from the first meeting had some sadness to him and he wanted to be by this person no matter how many times they push him away and made it clear that they wanted to be alone when he knew that this person doesn't want to be alone this person needs someone there for them he was a very emotionally aware of skies emotions he stuck by him and sky deep down wanted that yes of course because of his traumatic experience in the past everything that we saw from these episodes 8 to 13 are an accumulation of him dealing with this trauma and meeting someone like pai that didn't give up on him that stuck with him even when he was being a little bit harsh this person wanted him to know that I don't know whatever it is that you're going through but I want to be there for you, I like you a lot and I know there's something holding you back from wanting to have anything to do with me which is why he was so patient with him he just constantly reminded him that he's not alone which is something that sky always felt like he will be and him showing him that he doesn't have to be was one of the most beautiful things ever he was but he annoying at first yes but he himself changed into this man that was willing to do anything for this one person for this person to see that you can love again it doesn't have to end there and I think that's what I need it the most as well in this relationship that he can love again and he can allow himself to be happy to want to be careful to want to be loved to want to be hold he can have that and well it took some time to get there it was very very rewarding in the end 😭❤️

Mooky, I saw your tags on the exercise post; do you have any tips for starting out weightlifting? Including tips for getting over nerves about going to one's college's gym?

YES VERY MUCH I DO

(I'm not sure what level of beginner you are so if any of this advice is too basic or you are left with questions just hmu I'm always down to help! Lifting has really helped my confidence a lot and has been like a miracle for my adhd/mental health/chronic pain so I'm super happy to share!)

Going to the gym at first can be TERRIFYING but I promise that once you get used to it, you'll find it really isn't so bad When you're in that initial phase, my #1 recommendation is to have a plan of action prepared for your first visit. That way you don't feel flustered when you get there and ruin the workout experience for yourself. Deciding before you go what you want to do, (what muscles you wanna work out, if you wanna do free weights or machines, if you're planning to do cardio (running) there, etc) can help lessen anxiety. It's also good to have a bag that is your designated "gym bag" where you can have everything you could possibly need during workout ready at a moment's notice (Like a backup hairtie, waterbottle, spare headphones, deodorant, etc)

Naomi King is a youtuber who helped me a lot when I first started out! She has several videos where she explains how to use specific machines step by step, including all of the details that regular gym goers might not realize aren't intuitive (like how to adjust machines for super short ppl ;_;) If you don't know what kind of exercises target which muscles, she (and other youtubers) have plenty of videos that could help!

You can certainly do a fullbody routine if you'd like, but I find personally that it's a difficult workout to maintain. If you are limited to going once a week then it makes more sense, but otherwise it can take a good hour or more, to do a full body workout. I personally really enjoy being able to pop in and out of the gym in 20min every other day and feel the "gym high" gradually throughout the week Personally, my gym workout routine looks like this:

Day 1: Biceps, (muscle on top of your upper arm, used when lifting a weight up), and back muscles. Day 2: Triceps (muscles on the bottom of your upper arm, used when pulling a weight down), and chest muscles.

Day 3: My favorite! Legs and shoulders. Between each day is a day of rest where your muscles can recover.

Each day should also include some sort of core workout. Core workouts can include crunches, planks, sit-ups, and ab machines. My cardio schedule is honestly just. Whatever days line up with my hair washing schedule. (I refuse to run and then show up to work sweaty LOL). Bikes and treadmills are my favorite, but you should also try stairs and rowing if those are available!

Besides just having a plan, here are a few other tips that could help!

Have a buddy. If you have a friend that is non-judgmental and safe, I highly recommend going together. It helps to keep your focus off everyone else and also keeps you accountable for showing up!

Have a treat waiting for you. I REALLY love Gatorade, and even though its not really a necessity for hydration, I keep a stock of them that I'm not allowed to drink unless i'm working out, so now my brain associates yummy drink with exercise! When I'm with friends, I like to go out for bagels or smoothies afterwards. On weekends when I have more time, I'll make my favorite coffee protein shake as a treat :D

If you're working out alone MUSIC MUSIC MUSIC MUSIC. Have a playlist made ahead of time or else you'll spend forever picking songs between machines. It helps keep you motivated and focused on yourself. For longer cardio workouts, I like to have a podcast ready

Perspective is an important part of going to a gym. PLEASE know that nobody there is judging you or thinking about how you look/are performing. From my experience, they're too busy absorbed in their own thoughts to care about you. Seriously.

This sounds stupid but If you have glasses? Take them off. I sometimes don't wear glasses or contacts in the gym even though I have pretty bad eyesight because that way I can't see other people. Out of sight out of mind I guess?

Some other tips include:

Be careful what your reasoning is for going to the gym. Are you going for health? Confidence? A hobby? Exercise is an excellent way for me to improve my chronic pain and mental health, but if you're going just to change your body you're probably gonna hate it and spend the whole time hyper focused on how your body looks. Learn to pride yourself in your improvement and your commitment to caring for yourself.

DON'T PUSH YOURSELF TOO HARD PLEASE I hate those internet memes that are like "If you don't feel pain the next day you weren't working out hard enough!" ACTUALLY NO THAT MINDSET CREATES INJURIES WE DON'T WANT THAT

I know this sounds dumb but like. What you do outside the gym matters JUST as much if not more than what you're doing in the gym. When you're lifting, your tearing apart your muscle fibers, and if you aren't providing your body with the proper hydration, protein, and sleep it won't be able to repair those muscle fibers with newer and stronger ones, and you will be left instead with several days of muscle soreness and no progress to show for it.

Your answer got the darkest themes was really interesting though! With the push for everything to be like... idk. Moral? A lot of more sensitive topics get pushed to the side bc we don't want to seem like we condone those things even though we find them interesting to explore and write about. It kinda sucks at times. That being said. That first one is one I'd never be able to write. LOL Not because of my personal feelings on the matter, but because I'd be writing it like, "If they just COMMUNICATED, this WOULDN'T have HAPPENED." I write my stories the same way though. Like I have a general idea of what I want to happen, but I need to write everything chronologically. When I can't write the next part, the story ends up stuck in the shelf for months... Or sometimes I don't know what to write next so I write multiple routes and then everything gets mixed up lol

You're very diligent with getting into character's heads though! I kinda do the same with my research, but I don't have a written psychoanalysis of them. I mentally compare them with my experiences irl with ppl, etc, and then use that to make assumptions. As for voice, when I'm thinking of making them say something, I try to imagine the VA saying it. If I can't hear it, I change the wording. LOL

I'm looking much forward to Kaveh's release though!!! I want to see what he's like away from Alhaitham. Seeing him in Alhaitham's story quest just made me... sad. But take your time playing it! Also no worries on replying to my long replies too! LOL I can only reply when I'm mentally ready which sometimes takes weeks haha... Or like you, after I've done the appropriate research. i think another reason why writing of such themes is not prevalent is because (1) it's mentally draining to write, (2) it's hard to gauge a stranger's threshold for such things, and most importantly (3) people who write fanfiction are just here to see their favourite characters in scenarios they like—for tooth-rooting fluff or gut-destroyer angst.

but, yeah, it sucks that people assume you support such things just because you write them. personal take is that writing is powerful because, if an author plays their cards right, it makes you think. it's a great way to explore the grey areas of life. can be very dangerous if consumed thoughtlessly though.

i scream at miscommunication when the thing that happens as a result of it doesn't do anything to move or develop a character. just. drama. i believe that's what ruined the love triangle trope for many? correct me if i'm wrong, lol. but as much as i find the trope annoying too, i have my own fair share of miscommunication. (at least it gives me character growth, LOL.)

a rating tag will definitely help. marking it as teens and up or mature with cw is already a warning that the fic heavily deals with the themes, but if it was pg i would assume it's just a brief mention. (can't wait to read it... even if i know about the shock factor so it's not shocking anymore, haha)

LOL the alternate endings... so true. right now my cyno fic has 3 routes. thankfully, i've narrowed it to 1... the problem is the scenes needs to be re-arranged with the scene i've not written being the introductory scene. if that's the case, i might as well rewrite the whole thing, right? I just want to say- and this is a lesson I'm trying to internalize myself- that it's not bad to want attention or for ppl to look at the things you make and care. Personally? My creative drive is heavily socially motivated; i never really get the urge to Make (beyond like. Passive doodles or whatever) unless I have people I want to show to make them say "wow so cool!" Or "what the fuck!" I wonder sometimes if that makes me a bad artist for not being passionate for the art in its own right. I only picked it up maybe a few years ago because I wanted to build for dnd with my friends. SUCESS STORY AHEAD ~

I've been working(loyally) on my SC since starting of 2022.

Things just go my way fr

ie. While finishing my assignment my pen runs out of ink n I tell my sub that it didn't so... within seconds it starts flowing ink like a new one.

I was telling my sister to get me socks from upstairs ( bc m too lazy to go) out of the blue my mom comes back home with a new pair of socks (that too pink uwu) time span was freaking 30 secs!

I'm Much much much more social in school.

Ppl approach me first n want to keep me close ( ie. Sit next to to me or smthn)

Randomly making my classes go off to online just for a day bc I didn't wanted to go school next day! ( time span of getting msg from school = 30 minutes)

I gave 3 presentation since 2022 n all of them have been excellent m getting a full grade guysss!!

The confidence I had before stepping in the room full of ppl waitting for my presentation was beyond amazing. No more anxious n suttering me.

Look ik as a fact now that I am god like there is no going back but sm days when m anxious (which didn't happen since Jan) I do come back to look at loa posts for sm motivation n it feels good to be reminded that yass it's all in my control. But I don't solely depend on posts to get me going. I rarely visit Tumblr tho.

Like legit I engraved it in my brain.. that I AM GOD, IT'S MY REALITY I CAN TAME IT, TWIST IT, BEND IT THE WAY I WANT! IT'S ME WHO'S IN CONTROL. THINGS HAPPEN FOR ME N NOT TO TO ME.

Everything that happens in my life is desirable. Each one of us manifests every mili second but I only manifest desirable stuff. Just in case if I see smthn I don't like.
