Always funny to me when my coworkers notice how much of a germaphobe I am when they see me wipe down my cart in the morning. I dont just wipe the handle, I wipe the top of the sides and the top part of the baby seat, places where people grab other than the handle. Then I use hand sanitizer bc by that point I've touched: the cart, the scanner locker screen and locker, my scanner (also wipe that shit down, yuck), my lock, and the spray bottle. So yucky places.

I mean hey maybe I'm not giving my immune system that boost of exposure, but I'm also not giving it covid, norovirus, or influenza from touching the cart and scanner so 🤷‍♀️

In light of NtN, I keep thinking about how of the Lyctor/Cav pairs who John knew pre-Resurrection, the ones with the first connection to him are invariably the necromancers. The cavaliers are all people with the tertiary connection — Gideon brought in Pyrhha, Augustine brought in Alfred, Cassiopeia brought in Nigella, etc. Depending on how much he figured out about lyctorhood prior to resurrecting them, and how much control he had over whether they had necromantic ability - intentionally or not, he set up a situation where the people closest to him would stay with him forever and also be forever grieving and guilty in the death of their only other significant connection.
