also I've been watching Riverdale again. I am obsessed. I've given up trying to comprehend what's going on. there was a random 7 year time jump. I thought this whole thing was set in high school (??) also there is multiple dimensions caused by an explosion I guess. also they all have magic now (??). I'm not sure if anything that has happened in this season is real at all. it is incomprehensible. I thought they couldn't top whatever was going on with G&G. and yet. I'm obsessed with how the musical episodes just get more and more frequent. and somehow less relevant to context despite their efforts. it truly is The Show of All Time. Sorry I didn't get it before.

Christmas as a cultural icon is starting to get really dystopian in a climate sense, december has historically been a time of year in which there would be snow in a significant portion of europe and north america, and the fact that its not even icy this time of year and all the christmas songs and decorations reference a time of year that will likely never exist in the same way again in my life time is so strange.
