FaZe Jaomock x Reader - Makeup Tag

Being that you weren’t all that into makeup, and that Jao wasn’t super into posting videos outside of his streaming content, it was pretty surprising when he asked you to do the “boyfriend does my makeup challenge.” He said that people were asking for another video with you in it. Naturally, he wanted to go full cringe and make a typical bf/gf tag video. When he brought it up to you, you laughed it off at first and explained that you don’t even really wear makeup. Also, that the little you did use, you didn’t want him to ruin it.

To your surprise, this only made him want to go out and buy you makeup. He profusely told you how beautiful you looked without it and was happy you weren’t into heavy makeup- mainly because it saved his expensive white t-shirts. In any case, he said it would give him an excuse to spoil you and spend money on you.

After a long trip to Sephora to go over stuff you didn’t even know how to use and get more products for him to use and choose from, the two of you were finally ready to film the video. You were a bit nervous about all of the products laid out in front of you. You weren’t even the one doing the makeup, which only made you more apprehensive. Jao turns to you after making sure the camera is on. He can tell how hesitant you are to do this and says, “Scared, babe? I promise I’ll try not to poke your eye out.”

Chuckling, you say, “It’s not that I’m scared, I just have no clue how this will turn out.”

“Wowwww, no faith in me I see” he says, acting extremely hurt and offended. Laughter is shared between the two of you and a quick kiss is exchanged before officially starting the video.

Trying not to show any emotion of indication of what he was doing as right or wrong was more difficult that you expected. The sheer amount of product he was using was concerning and it didn’t help where you thought he was placing it on your face. Every once in a while he would make a comment such as, “Well, fuck, that wasn’t supposed to happen,” or, “not what I wanted but I guess we are going with that now.” Of course at this point you definitely had zero faith in his ability to do your makeup. You didn’t even have the chance to see how you looked while he was doing it, but you knew for certain it wasn’t going to be pretty.

Throughout the video he was more quiet than usual. Often times he would forget that it was set up to also be a Q&A. You would try to remind him or comment on his serious and intense concentration. He would apologize to the camera and claim he was really trying his best to not make you look horrible.

Eventually he gets to the last bit regarding eyeliner. Unfortunately for you, he completely messed up and poked you in the eyes several times. Naturally, a string of cuss words ensued with him trying to hold you close to him to make you less hurt somehow. Needless to say, there was going to be a lot of editing going on later.

Finally, he finished his “look” and you were a bit apprehensive to look at yourself. You knew it was going to look bad, but you recognized that he put a lot of effort into his look. You told him this and he was quick to bring up that he had plenty of makeup wipes to help you take everything off after. Even Jao had a hard time containing his laughter and facial expressions when it came to his artwork on your face.

Looking in the mirror, it is hard to contain your laughter. There are large dots of pink on your cheeks and outrageous colors on your eyes. Not to mention, somehow he managed to put a small faze logo in eyeliner on your face. He then goes through (briefly) everything he did and why he decided what colors, etc. Once he is done explaining everything, you ask him if he was planning on taking you out in public after. To which he states how he wants to keep your beauty all to himself.

After about twenty (20) makeup wipes and three (3) facial scrubs, you finally manage to get everything off. You have a couple of separate facial masks and both of you put one on to close the video out. “It’s hard work to use makeup, thank God you don’t need it,” Jao says to you.

Chuckling, you ask, “So you don’t intend to try this again?”

Laughing he says, “Not in this lifetime.”

“Thank God, because I would have to make another FaZe member take the bullet for me,” you say.

“Hey! It wasn’t that bad,” Jao claims.

“Okay, it wasn’t that bad. I am ready for a nap though, looking that good is exhausting,” you claim.

The two of you do the outro and take off your masks. After cleaning everything up, the two of you end up sprawled out on the couch on top of each other. “How’d you get so cute?” Jao asks you.

“Well, I know this great makeup artist in FaZe, so he helped me out,” you state.

Arms wrapped around your frame to hold you close, he says, “I think I know who you’re referring to. How do you compensate him for his work?”

Laughing, you lean up and give him a sweet kiss while saying, “Kisses and cuddles.”

Smiling into your kiss, he replies, “That’s fair,” before continuing the kiss.

The rest of the afternoon was spent with kisses and laughter from watching back footage of the video. Even if it didn’t involve makeup, there were plenty of cringe-worthy video ideas he couldn’t wait to film with you.

FaZe Tfue

Summary:

The FaZe guys learn very quickly, that no matter how much it seems like turner and y/n hate each other, it’s quite the opposite.

After months of anticipation, the faze guys all moved into their new houses. There are a bunch of them in the old clout house, and then the pro team house. The pro team house consists of Faze Cloak, Faze Tfue, Faze Jaomock, Faze Tennp0 and their substitute player, Faze Y/n.

“Jesus, Y/N. How many hoodies do you have?” Cloak grunted as he helped Y/N carry in the third box filled to the brim with hoodies.

“Too many!” Turner called from behind them, Y/N whipped around to glare at him, which caused Cloak to nearly run into her.

“You can never have too many hoodies, Turner,” Y/N stated darkly, with a threatening undertone. Turner held his hands up in mock surrender, a smirk playing at his lips. Y/N gives him one last dirty look before continuing her trek up to her room. Turner shook his head, watching her climb the stairs.

Tennp0 and Jaomock shared a look, as they walked past Turner.

“What?” Turner asked, crossing his arms.

Tennp0 shrugged innocently, “Nothing.”

Banks was leaning against a wall, his entire posture screaming that he was bored out of his mind. Tennp0’s head was resting against the table he was seated at, also bored. Possibly a bit less so. Jaomock sat on the couch, scrolling through his phone, trying his best to ignore what was going on in the kitchen. Cloak stood in the doorway of the kitchen with his arms crossed, an ticked off scowl gracing his features.

For the past half an hour, Turner and Y/N had been screaming at each other. By this point, everyone had forgotten what the argument was about, even the two arguing.

“God!” Y/N threw her hands in the air, “You are such an asshole!”

Turner didn’t even flinch, he crossed his arms and glared at her, “Right back at you sweetheart!”

Y/N opened her mouth to retort, but before she could, Cloak stepped in, saying loudly, “Okay! That’s enough!”

Y/n and Turner begrudgingly gave in, making everyone else in the house breath a sigh of relief.

Banks made his way up to Cloak, who was in the middle of sigh, as he watch Y/N and Turner continue to shoot each other dirty looks across the kitchen.

“They really hate each other, huh?” He asked, Cloak looked at him in surprise,

“What? No!”

Banks stared at Cloak in complete and utter confusion,

“The hell you mean?”

“You’ll see.” The smirk playing at Cloak’s lips reassured Ricky that what was coming was good, which relieved Banks, he didn’t need to people who couldn’t stand each other living together.

All they wanted was to do a FaZe Cast. They didn’t want to witness yet another one of Turner and Y/N’s screaming matches. It honestly amazed them all that the pair could scream at each for this long consecutively.

“Go to hell, Turner!” Y/N ran a hand through her hair frustratedly. Turner glared at her, his hands handing at his side.

“See you there.” He shot back, Y/N shook her head, before turning around and walking out of the room.

Cloak closed his eyes in exasperation, before opening them again and glaring at Turner.

“What?!” He asked defensively, crossing his arms.

“Go talk to her!” Cloak gestured to the door that Y/N exited through wildly. Turner went to complain, but decided against it when Cloak shot him a warning look.

He uncrossed his arms and sighed through his nose, before leaving through the same door Y/N did.

“Are you sure they don’t hate each other?” Banks asks once again. Cloak shakes his head,

“100%.”

“I’m pretty sure they do, man,” Lucas commented, the others nodded in agreement.

“Okayyyy,” Cloak responded disbelievingly, he knew the pair of you better than that.

Y/N was leaning against a wall in the backyard, she gripped her juul loosely. Her eyes were closed and her head was tilted up, towards the sky.

“You still have that thing?” Turner’s voice breaks through her silence. Y/N sighs, before raising the juul to her lips, and breathing in deeply. By this time, Turner was standing right in front of Y/N, she opened her eyes and made eye contact.

“Yep,” She said, popping the p. She tilted her head up, studying Turner’s face. “I thought Cloak made you through it away.” Turner responded, ignoring Y/N staring. Y/N laughed,

“As much as I love Dennis, he never has and never will tell me what to do.”

“You should get rid of it. That shits bad for you.” Turner said, stepping closer to Y/N. Y/N raised her eyebrows and took another hit, and exhaled all of the smoke, causing it to hit Turner in the face.

Turner leaned closer to Y/N, where his lips were grazing her ear lobe,

“Don’t test me.” The tone of Turner’s voice shot a shiver down Y/N spin.

“Or what?” Y/N challenged, her voice quiet, Turner’s closeness flustering her slightly. Turner wasted no time in roughly colliding their lips. His actions caused Y/N to gasp, giving Turner access to her mouth. One of Turner’s hands were placed firmly next to Y/N’s head on the wall, while the other rested on her hip.

Y/N threw her hands around his neck and pulled him impossibly closer.

Y/N stood in front of her facecam, at her streaming setup. She had a faraway look in her eyes, that were tinted red. She was wearing an oversized grey hoodie and black leggings. Y/n started her stream, she stayed silent, staring into the distance as the stream began pulling her viewers, including her friends in the house.

“I never thought anything like this would happen to me.” Y/n’s voice was quiet, her eyes started to water, “You always hear about things like this and you think that it will never happen to you. But it did.” Y/N wiped the tears away that had began streaming down her face. She took a deep, shuddering breath.

“My childhood best friend was murdered last night.” Y/n’s tears came faster now, and she didn’t bother to wipe them away. This one sentence was all it took for her friends watching in the house, to take off towards her room.

“I’m going to be taking a break from streaming for a while. I hope you guys understand.” Y/n quickly ended her stream, as a sob escaped her mouth.

The door to her room flew open, and Cloak, Tennp0, Jaomock, and Alexia came running in. Alexia got to her first, and wrapped her in a hug. She pressed Y/N’s head to her chest and ran her fingers through y/n’s hair.

“Shhhh. I’ve got you.” Alexia continued mummering words of comfort to y/n as cloak whipped his phone out and dialed the familiar number.

“Turner?” Cloak asked, his voice panicked slightly.

“Cloak? What’s wrong?” Turner’s worried voice replied.

“It’s y/n. She needs you.”

“I’m on my way.” Dial tone.

Cloak made his way over to his girlfriend and his best friend. He took Y/N’s hand in his own, offering his silent comfort.

Y/n couldn’t breathe. She didn’t know if it was the pain or if it was the panic attack. Broken sobs escaped her mouth, and in between, desperate attempts to get some air back in her lungs. Y/N was desperate, her vision was going black and in hurt. Everything just hurt so much.

A few seconds later, Turner arrived on scene. He was sure he could feel his heart break at the sight of Y/n sobbing into Alexia’s chest, barely able to stand. He rushed over to her, and she immediately collapsed into his arms. Turner slowly lowered Y/n and himself to the floor. He was quietly shushing her, and mummering words that no one could make out. He laid her head in his lap, that’s when he noticed it.

“Y/n baby, you have to breathe.” Turner brushed the hair out of her face, “Hey, look at me. Breathe.”

Y/n gasped, the air she so desperately craved finally making its way into her lungs.

“Jao, will you go get her some water?” Cloak says, watching Turner calm Y/n down. Jaomock nodded and left the room without a word.

Y/n and Turner didn’t move for three hours, and most of it was y/n crying. When she wasn’t crying, she was telling Turner stories about her best friend. It seemed to calm her down.

After all the crying and talking, Y/n was exhausted, and she fell asleep with her head still on Turner’s lap. When he noticed she was asleep, he gently picked her up into a fireman's carry and carried her over to her bed. Turner laid her down gently, and turned to walk out of the room, when a quiet voice stopped him.

“Stay.”

Top 10 Fortnite Players In The World

In December 2011, Epic Games revealed to the world that they were working on a new project, called Fortnite. And on July 25th, 2017, Fortnite was released to the world. Today it’s almost hard to imagine a gaming scene without the battle royale game, popular amongst both young children and professional sports teams alike.

Since the free-to-play game’s release just a few years ago, the game has exploded into a pop culture phenomenon. So it would only make sense that many Fortnite eSports players have risen to record levels of fame, wealth, and status. The Top 10 highest paid Fortnite players alone have a combined total earnings of over $3.5 million dollars. And the highest Twitch streaming channel in 2018-by an incredible margin-was a Fortnite gaming channel.

So, without any further delay, let’s look at our list for the Top 10 Fortnite players in the world.

At only twenty-seven years old, Tyler “Ninja” Blevins has had incredible success when it comes to Fortnite, and through this, he has significantly contributed to the mainstreaming of eSports and also the image of what a gamer looks like. His breakthrough also coincided with the worldwide breakthrough of Fortnite itself, so it’s even hard to talk about the game without mentioning the one they call, “Ninja”.

Blevins is one of the most popular Twitch streamers of all time-the top Twitch channel of 2018 that was mentioned in the intro was him-with over 226.85 million hours viewed in 2018 alone. That’s more than double the #2 slot-which was the entire Riot Games channel, also known as the Twitch launch platform for LoL, one of the biggest eSports games.

Last year, Twitch signed with Overwatch League for a two-year deal to stream their matches only to Twitch, the largest contract in eSports history, for $70 million dollars. Blevins tweeted about it at the time, questioning what his audience would be worth considering he was able to rake in about triple the number of views of the Overwatch League channel.

And it’s a fair argument. Signed with Luminosity Gaming, Blevins consistently rakes in tens of thousands of live viewers and boats 14 million Twitch followers and 22 million YouTube subscribers. He has even reached such a status that he even appeared on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and Ellen, as well as being the first eSports player to be featured on the cover of ESPN. Because of this, he has in many ways contributed significantly to eSports breaking into mainstream culture through the previously separate worlds of traditional sporting and television.

Blevins was born in Detroit, Michigan, but now lives just outside Chicago, where he grew up. In his personal life, Blevins has a happy marriage with his wife Jess, who is also his manager. The two live together with their two dogs, in a million-dollar home that Blevins constantly streams from, sometimes even for causes he believes in. Through Fortnite charity events, Blevins has raised and donated well over $1 million dollars to different causes, including suicide prevention and the Alzheimer’s Association.

2. Turner “TFue” Tenney

Potentially one of the more controversial Fortnite players on this list, Turner “TFue” Tenney is a 22-year-old Twitch streamer from Florida. He is one of the highest paid Fortnite players in the world, and, up until very recently, he played for the eSports group FaZe Clan.

According to his FaZe profile, Tenney is “one of the best Fortnite players in history.” And, like Blevins, Tenney rose to fame by streaming gameplay of H1Z1 and PlayerUnknown’s: Battlegrounds before switching to Fortnite at the crux of its historic rise to popular culture. His FaZe profile also mentions that he is one of the only Fortnite players that can compete with Blevins’ Twitch streaming numbers.

The numbers he rakes in can support that claim-with 6 million Twitch followers and over 10 million YouTube subscribers, he has a serious fanbase. His total earnings in the past have exceeded $500,000 dollars. Also paired with his passion for the sport and his large support base is his incredible skill set. In September 2018, he broke what was the record for single-match kills on PC with 57 kills.

Earlier this week, Tenney made headlines with his lawsuit against FaZe Clan, in which he claims that the eSports group took unfair portions of his earnings and pressured him to do “dangerous stunts and drink underage.” While FaZe denies most of Tenney’s claims, the lawsuit could set an important new precedent for eSports players looking to back out of the structure of the industry and seek an independent career, so Tenney could become even more influential in the future.

3. TSM Myth

Captain of the Team SoloMid Fortnite team, and with millions of followers on his main platform of Twitch, TSM Myth is one of the youngest and most popular Fortnite eSports players. He originally rose to popularity through YouTube, but made Twitch his main platform for gaming around 2016.

Self-nicknamed “The Architect”, Myth has a reputation of being one of the best builders in the game. Although his main source of income is his Fortnite escapades, from which he has built a net worth of around $1 million dollars, he also does merchandise and branding to build up his reputation while making a nice chunk of coin on the side.

4. FaZe Cloak

The fourth name on our list, and the second FaZe member so far, Dennis “FaZe Cloak” Lepore, more commonly known as just “FaZe Cloak,” also rose to fame in the same time period as the rise of Fortnite. He has the honor of being the FaZe Clan’s Fortnite Team Captain, and according to his FaZe profile, “he’s become one of the world’s best players” and “is an excellent shot caller” in his matches.

Cloak keeps much of the detail on his personal life private, as evidenced by the fact that he’s almost always referred to as FaZe Cloak. Originally from the Austin area, he last year moved temporarily to the New York/New Jersey area, before returning back to Austin, Texas. He has expressed interest in living in the FaZe Clan mansion in California though, where, alongside many of his clan members, he could live and live stream from just outside Hollywood.

Although his numbers aren’t quite the millions of subscribers and followers on YouTube and Twitch that Ninja or TFue rake in, he has been able to get hundreds of thousands of fans in very short periods of time, even doubling his fan base in a short period of time just last year.

From the little that is known about Cloak’s personal life, it’s clear that he’s had a long passion for gaming from his early childhood. In general, at just 25 years old and with an estimated net worth of about $250,000 dollars, it’s fair to say Cloak is doing very well for himself.

5. TSM Hamlinz

Another TSM member on the list, TSM Hamlinz is another exceptional Fortnite player has one of the highest win percentages of anyone playing the game professionally, at one point having a win/loss percentage of nearly 50%-meaning he won 1 out of every two games that he played in.

He’s also been called “the second best builder” in Fortnite, right behind his TSM clanmate TSM Myth. Unlike many of the other people on this list, though, Hamlinz rose to a relatively high level of eSports fame back in 2013, far before the introduction of Fortnite into the gaming community. Although still young, his long eSports career has made him just as recognizable as a Fortnite player as he is a Halo or Call of Duty player in the eSports community.

6. TSM Daequan

Like many above him, TSM Daequan Loco began playing professionally through streaming H1Z1 and then playing for TSM. However, what others do not have is the legendary Fortnite abilities that Daequan has brought to the Fortnite community. He mainstreamed the “double pump shotgun” strategy that has become so popular and effective.

While those at TSM know him as one of the Fortnite group’s founding members, his TSM bio mentions that his fans know him best for his sense of humor, catchphrases, and hyper-aggressive gameplay. His charm and humor really do set him apart from his fellow Fortnite streamers, and in his streams, he often offers advice on how to do well in Fortnite to his fans. Now, he lives in a TSM house in LA with teammates Myth and Manliz where they stream together often.

Yet another TSM name on the list, High Distortion (also known as “HD” or “Jimmy,” his actual name) gets his reputation as a Fortnite GOAT for skipping solo games and facing off alone in duo and even squad matches-and he easily takes down the larger groups of his opponents. HD is one of the older players on the list, at 34 years old, but that in no way slows him down, as earlier this year, he surpassed Ninja in total eliminations, with over 100,000 total kills.

As for his skills, HD is known for the “20 bomb,” a phrase fans coined for his ability to get at least 20 kills in his solo vs. duos matches. He also often collaborates with other top players, and because of his skill solo or in cooperation with fellow pro Fortnite players, he has an incredible lifetime win percentage of almost 30%.

8. FaZe Jaomock

It has been said that what makes FaZe Jaomock such a figurehead in the Fortnite eSports world is his consistency-he always manages to end matches with double-digit kill figures and finish matches with at least a respectable job, if not a win.

He sits high in the list of total kills by Fortnite plays in all time, and his numbers really do speak for themselves. He was pursuing a career in college basketball before FaZe Clan picked him up because of his incredible skill set, making him one of the original members of the pro Fortnite roster.

9. Dakotaz

Another TSM player, Brett “Dakotaz” Hoffman has pulled in a serious fanbase on YouTube and Twitch because of his incredible sniping skills, which he is often able to win entire solo matches with.

He has played Fortnite since it was created, and all that time with the game has blessed him with a rapidly growing fan base. Is May of 2018, he started rising to become one of the most watched Fortnite streamers, and his views count skyrocketed within a matter on months. Not much personal information is available about Dakotaz, but, in his streams, he usually has a more relaxed atmosphere with his audience, so the best way to get to know him is by watching him.

10. Nick Eh 30

Another versatile builder in the game, Nicholas “Nick Eh 30” Amyoony is the most popular Fortnite streamer on YouTube. He’s right up there with the best when it comes to total kills and score, has over 2,000 wins, and set a world record for squad match kills alongside FaZe Cloak and FaZe TFue (which was later beaten by TFue and his team).

He shares the incredibly high level of talent in the game as the others on this list, but Nick Eh 30 also keeps his channel and his streaming style unique. It may come from being the only Canadian on this list, but he maintains a family-friendly environment on his streams and it’s made his content accessible to a variety of fans across the world.
