TBHK predictions for chp 111✨✨✨
New chapter coming out today!!
So based of how the last one ended, I think Tsukasa will cry after Hanako said he hates him.
It’s very unlikely!! I know!
But Since Tsukasa already thinks Hanako hate him, but hearing someone actually admit to hating you is different to thinking they hate you!
And because I want to see Tsukasa cry, not because I dislike him, but just because!😅🫶🫶
Still love him to death!!🫶🫶😚😚
Next prediction, Mitsuba will probably get a yorshiro or die, probably the former since the story is most likely leaning towards that!
And maybe new Yugi twins lore??👀👀
Anyways can’t wait!!!🫶🫶🫶

TBHK Ch.110–Thoughts and feelings
1. I don’t even know what to say about this. LIKE!!?!!?! Especially because Akane always said that supernaturals only ever think about themselves!!! GUYS… I wonder if this is gonna affect him as a character and his outlook on the supernatural (anyway they’re literally siblings and I was sobbing)
Tumblr media
2. SOOO CURIOUS ABOUT THIS!!!! What’s the significance?? Is it a functional key? Probably… and if so what does it open?? Maybe it controls the clock somehow???? So many possibilities 😭
Tumblr media
3. WHEN I TELL YOU I WAS SO HAPPY TO SEE HIM. This is my SON. I love him so much and I was so happy natsuhiko went to go find him 😭😭😭😭
Tumblr media
4. He trusts him so fully!!! He genuinely thought natsuhiko was coming to save him!! He thought they were—if not friends then at least *friendly* HE THOUGHT HE COULD TRUST HIM
Tumblr media
5. When I tell you my heart DROPPED (but I am excited by all this yorishiro talk—more on that later)
Tumblr media
6. TBHK character stop shoving strange substances into Mitsuba’s mouth challenge (level: impossible)
Tumblr media
7. MYYYY BABY MY BABY YOURE MY BABY SAY IT TO ME!!! IIIII BET ON LOSING DOGGGSSSSS
Tumblr media
(AND ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF HIS PREVIOUS ALMOST DEATH)
8. Friendly reminder that Teru is the worst boyfriend ever (he’s actively watching Akane eat shit)
Tumblr media
9. I need someone with better media literacy than me to explain what the FUCK is up with these guys bc I feel like I know but like I don’t…. Every time I think I understand shit gets weird again. Like I’m following the story but I cannot analyze this
Tumblr media
10. HIS FACCEEEEE 😭😭😭😭😭
Tumblr media
OK THIS CHAPTER WAS AMAZING!!! I’m so scared for 111 bc WHAT IS GONNA HAPPEN!!!! I have so many theories and ideas and ughughughugh it was so good (even though everything that happened was bad) 8/10 (I’m giving this rating kind of arbitrarily so don’t read into it too much)
So on the yorishiro thing: I think Kou might become Mitsuba’s Yorishiro. Now I know people can become them but can living people… I dunno. However, I think it’s really likely. I’m wracking my brain on what all this Mitsuba would have to value. Not his camera because that was Sousuke’s thing. And if not his camera, then what? Kou is the one thing/person that Mitsuba has grown truly attached to.
So I think next chapter Mitsuba will be dying, but Kou will somehow be able to break from the time thingy (either he wills himself awake—like has a power flare in defense of Mitsuba—or maybe someone helps him—but who 😭) and goes over to Mitsuba and while he’s crying and being all Kou, Mitsuba is gonna like think about Kou (maybe call him his friend for the first time) and somehow in the moment Kou will become Mitsuba’s yorishiro. TRUST GUYS TRUST.
Also on Mitsuba and Kou:
POOR KOU. He looked up to natsuhiko so much when they met right before the severance 😭😭 if he’s close enough, he would’ve SEEN everything happening to Mitsuba.
And also POOR MITSUBA. He trusted natsuhiko!!!!! The good news is that Mitsuba will probably fully shift sides now and possibly make a more direct effort to help Kou Yahsiro and Hanako. Genuinely though, his mom is hurt, *he* is hurt, his friend(ish) betrayed him. My poor baby 😭 why do AidaIro hate himmmm.
I would say something super smart and informed about the twins now, but as I said: nothing about them makes any sense to me.
Ugh I seriously don’t think I can wait till next monthhhhh!!!! If AidaIro lose it and actually kill off Mitsuba…. I don’t even know what I’m gonna do. 111 better be good or else 😭

I thought about what could possibly happen in the next chapter of TBHK.
I honestly don’t think that Akane is going to die in the next chapter, because one, he’s half supernatural, and two, Hanako said a while back that someone made me remember that nothing is born or dies in a boundary. Now, Tsukasa may make that be able to happen, maybe? He’s super unpredictable, we’ve seen him beat a mystery in it’s own boundary even when Hanako couldn’t and said it couldn’t happen unless you get their yorishiro. So maybe that rule doesn’t imply to Tsukasa?
But if it does, then that means that Kako couldn’t possibly be hurt that badly, and/or he’ll recover quicker than we’d expect.
I’ve really been specifically thinking about that. If Kako isn’t gonna be unconscious for the whole time Tsukasa going to try to get to Akane, then I can only imagine how pissed he would be at Tsukasa. Mirai too. Tsukasa’s not making a good impression with them.
I imagine all of them would try to get Tsukasa, so he doesn’t get their yorishiro. The least they can do. Tsukasa’s really strong and powerful for a reason nobody knows about quite yet, but whatever the cause may be, it wouldn’t be easy getting to him.
But also, if they manage to team up on Tsukasa, with the powers they possess, I think that’d be really interesting to see.
Kako has the powers of the past, Mirai the future, and Akane the presents. If they go after Tsukasa, then they will use their powers. Maybe even try to restrain him again? Or, Kako could control his past, which I’m guessing is revert him back to his past self. Mirai could revert him into his future self, whatever that may be ( I did say this when doing the 109 chap analysis, where I wished we could have seen what the Tsukasa of TBHK future was. Would he be ‘dead’, actually would have turned to dust, or a special third thing??? ). All Akane could do is stop his time, for 5 minutes ( I think? ). Not extremely effective but it’s something.
What would Nene, Hanako and Teru do? Would they have to sit and watch things go down, or would they also try to stop Tsukasa, or stop all of them from recking havoc? I wonder especially about Hanako. Teru would probably be unwilling to help the Clock Keepers after all of this, Nene would probably want to do something but as a human, that would be difficult. Maybe Hanako would be the only one to do something, at least try? But, they all are still restraint ( Except Nene ). They wouldn’t be able to break out of the shackles, right?
Thinking about it again though, Nene would possibly be the only one who could do something. She doesn’t have shackles.
Maybe, Tsukasa will take Nene again and try to get her to find and destroy the yorishiro.
I wonder when she’ll turn back into a teenager? If Tsukasa does end up taking her with him again, and she goes back to normal, would that make things harder? She could restrain way easier. But, she’d also risk getting in the way of the ( Maybe fight? ) between Tsukasa and the Clock Keepers.
13 more days until the chapter, if I’m correct.

hey wouldnt it be fucked up if Kou became the new no 6 and Mitsuba became his yorishiro, and Hanako commands Yashiro to destroy all the yorishiros, and now Yashiro is forced to choose between her own life or Mitsuba's existence/Kou's thin strand of sanity? yeah

Something I find so interesting about the mysteries, is they really are incredibly disconnected. As we learn more and more, in many ways they feel like just a bunch of prison inmates... with that sort of dynamic of, being familiar with one another, or not, at personal discretion. There's no obligation towards transparency...
If nothing else, just running a temporary simulation mentally of "what if Amane was a Clockkeeper while alive?" or more broadly, "what kind of secrets can the Clockkeepers keep from everyone?", forces me to recognize a lot of qualities of being such a mystery.
Nobody is forced to attend meetings (though most of them are cooperative); Hakubo never attends them, Akane is left out of them (presumably it'd be a bad idea to involve a student in it all).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Mysteries are generally familiar with one another to some extent, but they don't necessarily know where each other's boundary is, and obviously, their yorishiro are fine to keep secret from one another. Kind of a defensive move, I guess...? Not much unity or collaboration. (Mitsuba is new, but hardly inundated with any kind of rules and expectations seminar or given the skivvy on everyone here. Tsuchigomori is just kind enough to personally explain Urabon to him.)
Most mysteries do not know shit about Hakubo, who hardly interacts at all.
Tumblr media
Shijima-san had heard tell of what Tsukasa did to the Tengu, so there's an amount of gossip and keeping eachother up to date (at will, at personal discretion? If you feel like attending meetings?).
Tumblr media
Akane has 'heard' of No. 7, even with an apt description, so the Clockkeepers presumably informed him of some things themselves (since it's unlikely Tsuchigomori would have described Hanako as 'slimy perverted brat' lol...)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
When Hanako wanted to look into who the student Clockkeeper was, he didn't run to point knives at Tsuchigomori or any other mystery to say what they know. Which he's not shy about, so....
Tumblr media
Nor does Amane intuitively or instinctively 'know' or 'detect' by some magical means what student has that drip (not without Akane physically throttling him out of possessing Nene). There's not a divining rod or a 6th sense for locating that pocketwatch; the student serving perfectly passes, even to other kaii. (That's rote, as even Mitsuba is fooled by the aquarium kaii.) (Also: Hanako can't intuit Sumire being a yorishiro. There is no special vibe to pick up on.) Does Tsuchigomori, of the Bookstacks (who knows things suchas what every mystery's boundary presides over, i.e. time, space, records, etc) know that kind of thing, typically? Or are the Clockkeepers 'above' Tsuchigomori in that sense, and can shield information all they want from other mysteries? Would Akane's book make mention of him becoming a Clockkeeper, as much as Nene's makes mention of her meeting No. 7? The bookstacks as they were are gone by Clockkeepers arc, so guess there's no way of knowing if that was some kind of avenue the investigation could have taken (though how effective would it even be to go book by book by book.... he could narrow it down to a class, at least.... but it snot an efficient method on its own, without leads)...
Were the mysteries less communicative/keen on meetings/fraternizing in the past, until a special event which shook things up and upped the professionalism a little bit? Hanako is only 'the leader' now.
The Clockkeepers can erase student's memories, but can they erase the memories of other kaii? Can they erase the memories of their fellow Mysteries? No way of knowing as of yet.
At the moment, we don't know if Hanako's powers are limited to humans (they're at least not limited to his Kannagi, as he attempts to put Kou to sleep....)....
Tumblr media
.... he hasn't used them on another Mystery, if he can, yet.
Something else to consider is that Mysteries adjust to new rumors, and Tsukasa is creating new rumors. The Mokke were generally peaceful for ages before the Yosei-san rumor
Tumblr media
So we can't use their recent rumor to judge anything about them. No telling if the Clockkeepers rumor of the big clock's threat was different in the past.
Tumblr media
we pivot away and get distracted by Mirai, and don't actually deal with any of this. Though I will say that "steal the time from that person's life" is vague, and the Clockkeepers sure do steal time by way of giving Akane little rest... so who knows how it works.
Don't have any sort of conclusion, just wondering things aloud. Thinkos informations.

The butterfly effect 🦋
Tumblr media Tumblr media
" The Butterfly Effect is part of Chaos Theory, a theory that challenges Newton's classical physics. According to her, predictions are possible when the data is perfect. But in practice it is impossible to have perfect data, which makes predictions unfeasible. In other words, small changes on small scales can change events forever. A butterfly can flap its wings somewhere in the world, and in another, this flapping of wings could generate a large tornado as a consequence. Exactly that word, "consequence". The butterfly effect talks about the great trigger of consequences that start with something simple. Kou and Nene convinced Tsukasa to return home (something simple) and in the future he and his twin would die together (big consequence) The butterfly effect is present in JSHK, the fact that Tsukasa returned triggered events that should not have happened and thus leading to a great tragedy that is STILL underway, yes, it is not over yet."
So is Nene the big butterfly causing the effect? Or will it be Tsukasa?
Hum.....

Both are destined to die….. Is it? 🦋

If only the yorishiro from the mystery of time and Hanako-kun are missing. So we're really coming to the end😢 even though it honestly seems like there's a lot left to talk about. But how many chapters do you think there will be? And what year do you think it will end?
Hi!
First, I will say that I only said we're close to the end because I expected to spend another year or so on the yorishiro. I don't actually think the yorishiro being destroyed means we're only a few chapters away from the end of JSHK. Not only do we still have to learn more about the Yugi twins and Sakura, but I also predict that something big will happen after all the yorishiro are gone.
Whatever that something is, however, would appear to be the climax of the entire work, less AidaIro has a trick up their sleeve... (word of advice: AidaIro is always going to do something unpredictable, lol.)
Let me direct your attention to the Clock Keepers for a second.
In Chapter 110, Teru deduces that they must have an ulterior motive for allowing their yorishiro to be destroyed. It seems that Tsukasa is playing right into the Clock Keepers hands, wittingly or not. Apparently their yorishiro getting destroyed could actually be BENEFICIAL to them, despite this making them weak and vulnerable.
Another crucial thing to remember is Akane told Teru that the Clock Keepers are the true threat to the school, more so than Tsukasa and his crew. While Akane is putting on a convincing performance right now, I can't help wondering if he knew something like this would happen... (at least, the yorishiro-destroying part, anyway.)
Based on this, it seems pretty clear to me that there will be more to the story after the yorishiro are gone. The only question is: what?
I've seen theories that the yorishiro being destroyed could actually free the God lurking below the city of Kamome, the same one that Tsukasa encountered in his house, and the same one all those kannagi were sacrificed to. Perhaps that's why the God entices people to destroy the yorishiro, so that it can regain its former power? And maybe the Clock Keepers gain something from that God being freed...?
In any case, this is a lot of preamble for me to say I'm expecting some calamity to happen once the yorishiro are destroyed and that the fallout will take longer than most readers might expect. But maybe that's too shounen-minded of me...is that really AidaIro's style? I don't know anymore...
But the yorishiro being destroyed means that Nene, our closest thing to a main protagonist, will perish. And it feels a little off for the story to continue without her...less maybe there's another solution? (more on this in a bit.)
I also feel like AidaIro would've said something by now if we were really so close to the end. And I still feel like we can squeeze out another year or two somehow...
Anyway, if we follow the theory that the God Tsukasa met as a child is the same one in the school, then maybe if Tsukasa rebels against it he might anger it and trigger something? Remember, Tsukasa as a young child was shown to talk to the entity inside of his chest and use it to grant wishes. They seem to work together so well because Tsukasa enjoys granting wishes and bonded with it in the Red House. But maybe if his goals start to conflict with the God, like wanting to stay with his brother, then the God might rebel...?
Well, I don't know. But it's another solution rather than destroying the yorishiro. On the other hand, could Tsukasa really have a change of heart? Especially so soon...?
Another important thing to remember is that the yorishiro all being destroyed is preordained. Not destroying them is literally changing fate, something stated to be extremely difficult. So if the characters do find some way to do it, it should be a very extraordinary solution... Maybe we really WILL have to deal with whatever happens after they're destroyed? And maybe they can somehow do that without killing Nene...? But man, it's really hard to guess how this will play out...
To summarize, I'm having a lot of difficulty imagining the story ending soon in a way that's satisfactory. So I'm just going to predict that the story will end in... 2027? :) That sounds like a good amount of time. Anyway, sorry if I rambled too much.

Just thinking to myself… my predictions really are 50/50, huh?
spoilers for jshk chapter 94 below
Me, when Sumire first reveals she’s Six’s yorishiro: haha, well, that’s some place to have your yorishiro seal! guess they were more intimate than we know, I jokingly say to myself
Jshk chapter 89: Sumire and Hakubo almost fuck.
Jshk chapter 94: Hakubo bites that very spot (like, really bites).
Me, after chapter 89: wow, did not expect them to show this on-screen… “they’re gonna continue this night when they reunite, aren’t they?”, I joke to myself. eh, aidairo’s probably gonna reference it with joke, I doubt they’ll get more explicit than this, since it’s a shounen
Jshk chapter 93: ends with the steamiest kiss of the whole series, complete with lip-biting and moaning
Me, after chapter 93: oh, wow! well, now it can’t get more explicit than this. they’ll probably be interrupted, or we’ll cut to another pov
Jshk chapter 94: actually shows them having metaphorical (and maybe literal?) sex with vore
Me, after chapter 90: makes a whole theory about how Sumire will eat one of Hakubo’s eyes so they can be together, jokingly calls it ‘romantic eye-ball eating’ because it will symbolize them finally getting married/consummating their marriage
Jshk chapter 94: Hakubo devours Sumire so they won’t be separated again by someone else, symbolizing them finally getting married/consummating their marriage
Me, after chapter 94:… I actually got “romantic cannibalism” right?! … maybe I should stop joking to myself (amused)

In the read more, a few choice thoughts for you on the subject of being a fictive and how that affects my view of things.
I came into being because Tsukasa already existed. As far as our system goes, Tsukasa is as close to a "core" as we can get, and I exist to protect him. But when I first gained awareness, I was angry that I was me, especially because I knew I was only taking on this form and personality because of someone else. I've gotten over that, though, and come to find some joys in being a fictive.
Over the last several years, I've been able to expand my view of the world with help from other parts/personalities/headmates, whatever you want to call them. In particular, the last few months, our Angel has helped me realize my role outside of our system as well, to exist and enjoy existing. That my purpose isn't only as a guard dog for the others, nor even just as a peice of a whole. While I do still view us, as a system, as parts of a "whole" out of nessecity (one body and all that, got to see things this way) I am still allowed to exist as myself and make myself as an individual seen and understood. Life doesn't have to be strictly as part of someone else.
Tsuki has since taken an extreme backseat in our life, leaving me and two other parts to take over physically. We do take turns, although not really on purpose or anything, it just sort of happens. It can be jarring to suddenly realize you are the one present fully when you thought you were floating by watching as someone else did the work. Switching can feel so smooth and gradual like this, but it can also be jarring and feel like whiplash. Sometimes I'm able to step back and sleep, not be present at all.
I'm still pretty unsure exactly how we function, but it's something I'm interested in observing and attempting to describe, for the benifit of understanding. Of course it would be helpful to recognize patterns, predicting things is preemptive damage control.
That's a lot of words to say I've been enjoying being in control and dominant and present much more than I have in the past. lol
In this time I've come to an understanding of why I was Amane to begin with, and also understood I don't have to fit some kind of narrative for the sake of others. Angel is similar, he won't even use his canon name because he wants to be able to enjoy the fandom and the character he is based off of without immediately associating them with himself. But he will still respond if we call him that name, its still his.
With that being said, I'm going to be doing a re-read of the source material that Tsuki and I are sourced from. With fresh eyes, maybe I won't feel so strongly about the events and can enjoy them as a story?
But let's talk about that, about how the story is completely different from my "canon" which I associate myself with. For me, it feels like if I am a fanfiction version of Amane, essentially. It's not that I come from a fanfiction, I'm pretty sure this story doesn't exist IRL just in my head. Tsuki said one day he'd write it and post it anonymously. Since I'm an AU from the Amane in JSHK, it's easier to look at fandom. I can enjoy fanart and fanfics knowing that there is no way that these people are making this about me, like me me specifically.
I may see myself as Amane, but the reality is I'm nobody, and I am not the guy in all those fanarts and stories that get posted. I can project myself on them if I want to, but I can also disengage easily if I see something I don't like. This is, in my opinion, the way fictives and fictionkin should approach fandom if they're interested in taking part, either as an observer lurker or an active member in some capacity.
I thought maybe if Tsuki does write that fic based on our "canon" that if anyone got inspired by it and drew art of it, would I then have to admit they were finally depicting me and Tsuki as we exist now, or could I still divorce myself from that? I think I would try my hardest to separate myself from it, no matter how close it feels. The artist would have no way to know it was meant to depict the fictionalized mythology of two members of a plural system, unless there was a note on the fic and then that could be dangerous.
It's wise to be careful what kind of information you give out to anyone, especially things that could impact your health or safety. Some details of our canon would give away information on manipulating us, and so it would be something we should take care to replace and re-write for the fic. Even if nobody knew, I'd still have it be changed. The fic would be a sort of way to share, catharsis and venting, or getting it out on paper. For me and Tsuki, keeping everything a secret forever when it impacts us so greatly is frustrating. And part of why I made this blog.

Another prediction/thought, not on whatever Sumire and Hakubo had going on, but since Mitsuba’s a cannibal and Tsukasa’s a supernatural, will Mitsu ever have the desire to eat him? Like he’s wanted to eat Kou ( I think )?
Also, Tsukasa is a really strong supernatural, and Mitsuba eats supernatural for 1 - to make him stronger, and 2 - for his cannibalistic urges. If he were to actually eat Tsukasa he’d get really really strong, wouldn’t he?
Idk.

Predictions for chapter 103
❌ More time mixing
❌ Nene falls back to the time Hanako is reminiscing of
❌ Nene and Mitsuba are the main characters
❌ No Kou
✅ Mitsuba screams at least once
❌ They meet Amane from the past
✅ It could be interesting if they fell into Mitsuba's past, but they won't
❌ Amane tells them what's the deal with the clock
❌ Tsukasa's malicious trickery of some kind
❌ PS I wonder whom the two clock keepers recruited as their third in the past version? Could it be Amane?
