Oona Wong

Look she has daddy issues and an evil twin sister. She’s the ultimate blorbo. Also the Kiki Strike series as a whole is amazing, it would do so well as a TV series, and it’s so unfortunate that it’s marketed as a children’s/early teen’s series, because iirc the characters try to kill each other in such creative ways! How is this marketed as PG?! Anyway. Kiki would be Tumblr’s favorite blorbo because Kiki herself checks off a lot of the Tumblr boxes. But Oona would be a close second runner up because. I mean she’s a hacker/forger and information broker. Sorry for this rant I just really loved this series and practically no one’s heard of it. All the characters are so blorbo shaped.

Cynthia

Cynthia is technically a carnivorous plant, but she's mostly human shaped. She runs a tavern for cryptids, and helps take care of an interdimensional traveler. She had a wife.

ooooooh pal, oh friend, oh buddy i am OBSESSED with newsies and more specifically jack kelly. i love ALL versions but ESPECIALLY the original broadway cast and i am so blessed we got newsies live to permanentify that main cast and tbh that whole cast was PERFECT i love how they combined the best of the toursies too omg ive watched newsies live more than probably any other movie in the universe tbhhhh

i have never had a clearer Trans Headcanon in my LIFE than trans jack kelly it's sO obvious and i also think that most of the newsies are lgbt bc jack would want to protect all of them

it is my lifelong dream to produce and star as jack in an all-trans cast of newsies for the stage omfg i could go on and on and on about newsies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi! 🖤 It was meant to come out in 2024, but with the WGA strike delaying the start of production/filming and David Harbour saying filming would take about 9 months since the season is going to be as big as season 4, I don't think 2024 is realistic anymore. Even if the strike ends sometime within the next three months, I still think it'll be released 2025, probably around spring/summer like the previous two seasons. Which means the time between ST4 and ST5 will be as long as the one between ST3 and ST4. Which means two more years of waiting, I'm afraid.

like. literally. what the fuck is this shitty cover with a goddamn magnifying glass and magazine-cut font (it's an adventure series first and foremost NOT a mystery!!) and stock photo of a blonde kid.

look at the original cover! it's a very nice piece of art! and it showcases the shadow city! like you can tell that the artist had some fucking understanding of what the book was about. whereas i have doubts that anyone involved in the new edition's cover read the book at all.
