I'm terribly sorry for the inexcusable delay with my answer to this! Please know that I always happily read your asks, I'm just somewhere else with my mind lately.

I appreciate you with all of my heart for associating me with such caring characters! Especially with Tohru and Ochako, whom I know quite well and have always liked. Ochako in particular is a choice that flatters me (despite my initial opinion of her being not so good when I watched the anime for the first time... she reminded me of a stereotype rather than a fleshed out character, but I did eventually change my mind about her and acknowledge her character growth). I don't know much about Kurapika, but now I'm officially curious to (finally) check out hxh! Feel free to convince me further by telling me what you like in it!

Regarding your second ask in which you also associate me with Spinnerella from She-Ra, I couldn't be happier to hear that! I've never thought of a personal connection with any character from the show except for perhaps Adora, but you're seriously tempting my ego by siding me with such a loving and headstrong girl. Also she screams pink supremacy. Powerful.

Happy pride month! do you have any sexuality or gender hcs for the characters?

I’m really fluid for sexuality hcs for characters, usually I default them to being bi unless I have a very specific hc. They’re whatever they need to be for the story I want to tell, sometimes not consistent between fics.

I guess two that might be surprising is me hc-ing both Bisky and Pariston as bisexual, since Bisky has canon attraction to men and Pariston is commonly hc’d as gay. But think about it… Bisky clearly could have made Cookie-chan a muscular dude like the ones in her magazines but she chose to manifest an anime waifu to give her massages. Bi Bisky supremacy.

As for gender, I like hc-ing Kite as always having been genderfluid, okay with any and all pronouns regardless of how their presentation currently is.

I also hc that Kurapika is transgender.

hgfdsfgh i haven’t actually seen the whole thing (my mom made me stop watching it and i’m too much of a coward to go behind her back) but out of the 50ish episodes i’ve seen of the 2011 reboot i can confidently say that 1) kurapika is my favorite 2) i believe in leopika supremacy and 3) it’s a very fun and amazing show if you ignore hisoka
