Where we can view some digital notes and modules for us to be easy to access. Scenario:
I use software to help me learn more efficiently. This can include games and simulators, flashcard apps, video conferencing, and some online learning apps for , online encyclopedias, or tools like calculators or spellcheckers. For me to make my learning easy. For the past 3 years we have been using some software in our daily life as students, like Microsoft 365 where it is really necessary in the learning process.

We are in a transaction everyday we cannot just notice it sometimes, as a lazy person like me I like purchasing online that going to a mall to buy my necessities one of online platforms that I've been using is Tiktok shop, Shoppe, Lazada, Food Panda, and in paying them I am using gcash, gcash is very easy to use and safe also you don't need your wallet too.

Last semester in one of our subjects, the teacher required us to create our own research. We need to gather information on renewable energy sources. Computers and technology help us and guide me on how to use computers and technology effectively for our very own research. Computers and technology have really been a powerful tools for research. First, we begin by identifying reliable online sources. We also used search engines to find reputable websites, academic journals, and research papers related to renewable energy sources. We also made sure to evaluate the sources for credibility and relevance. From this scenario, we, student reallt needs to seeks guidance on using computers and technology in making research. Where even the teacher provides information on finding reliable online sources, the computers and technology still hits diff.

I noticed this during the pandemic in 2020 where the pandemic started, the Philippines Local Government implemented the Digital Online Class where the students started to rely on Online sources. Then nowadays we noticed that the majority of the population relies heavily on the internet for various aspects of their lives. Country is known for its strong community spirit and commitment to progress. Where online access has become an integral part of everyday life, enabling the people to stay connected, access information, and even on conducting and relying on their businesses.
In the Philippines the local government has implemented a digital infrastructure plan to ensure that every school has access to high-speed internet. This initiative has transformed the country into a hub of digital innovation, attracting new businesses and entrepreneurs who appreciate the convenience and opportunities provided by online connectivity such as online sellings and etc.
The citizens in the Philippines and also all over the world have embraced the benefits of online access in their daily lives. Students can easily access educational resources and participate in online learning programs. Small business owners can reach a wider customer base through e-commercial platforms. Professionals and un-professionals can also work remotely, saving time and reducing commuting expenses. Even healthcare services have become more accessible through telemedicine, allowing people to consult doctors online without leaving their homes that's another benefit of online access.
The community has also leveraged online platforms to enhance social interactions and support local initiatives. Online forums and social media groups have become platforms for sharing ideas, organizing events, and fostering a sense of belonging. The students have been actively participating in virtual seminars because it is easy for them to access, they don't need to travel at all and it's less hassle, where they can freely voice their opinions and contribute to decision-making processes.

Here I am emphasizing Learning process because all that I've mentioned was all interconnected w/ each other. Online access in the learning process, where the teachers can a make use of the internet by proving the students with extra study material and resources such as interactive lessons, educational quizzes as well as tutorials. Teachers can also record their lectures and provide it to the students for revisions which is better than reading from notes. We cannot deny the fact that every student always uses their gadgets so it is easy for them to access their notes when it is digital.
Online access can be applied in various ways in teaching learning in Virtual Classes Online access can be applied in teaching and learning in various ways to enhance the educational experience. Here are some examples is the Virtual Classes where Online access allows teachers and students to connect through video conferencing platforms, enabling live virtual classes, Online Learnings where we can utilize online learning platforms which the teachers can create and share educational resources such as lecture notes, videos, quizzes, and assignments, Collaborative Projects where nline access enables students to collaborate on projects and assignments, even when they are not physically present in the same location where they can also create group chats so they can communicate with each others, Multimedia Content with this the implementer can incorporate multimedia content into their lessons to make them more engaging and interactive, and also in Online Assessments where Online access allows for the administration of online assessments, including quizzes, tests, and exams or diagnostic exam trough google drives, and etc.

Okay wait mini rant/musings based on my previous post
So on my new laptop I had to install a bunch of stuff, and half the stuff I had to do I could only do because I have a decent amount of computer literacy/can use Google and StackOverflow to troubleshoot my problems (a lot of my research is files depending on other files depending on code depending on specific versions of things depending on certain installations and UGHHHH it was annoying).
But with the current generation of adults (I guess millennials?) constantly trying to make using tech easier by simplifying the user experience, and younger generations used to tablets or the “app experience” where you sort of click on a series of apps to do things, won’t younger generations start to lack that computer literacy (ex. fiddling with directories, files, installations, etc.)? I talked to my computer science professor who said he’s already begun seeing that lack of computer literacy in the new batch of students. I see it in my little sister, too. There’s also been talk lately of “automatic code generators”, like machine learning programs that take a description as input (I don’t know, maybe something like “import data python”) and it automatically generates the code for you. But that means you don’t learn how to code it yourself...I don’t know, I’m not really optimistic when it comes to that kind of tech. 
Part of it is also that there was this assumption that as kids grow up with technology, they naturally become “tech savvy”, so they don’t need to be taught how to use it because they’ve been using it all their lives. Which is untrue! I remember having courses on how to type, how to navigate a computer (we’d play computer “scavenger hunts” to learn), and then also as a pre-teen/teen I’d learned how to download a bunch of emulators and stuff on my computer and that required computer knowledge. 
I might be totally wrong and maybe kids who need to learn that stuff eventually learn that stuff. Just sort of a casual observation that as tech gets easier to use, it might be harder to troubleshoot when it goes wrong.

can enable teachers to educate children better. Technology and its accessibility can help
teachers stay ahead of the curve and enhance the impact of learning. 
Greater accessibility of educational resources and flexibility come with educational
digitisation, among other benefits. No matter what the level of expertise a teacher has in their field of knowledge, there is always an abundance of information undiscovered on the planet. Every teacher can't know everything, which is where technology comes to aid-
allowing us access to an unlimited pool of knowledge. It is also well-known that laptops
or desktops might not be commonly available in every family, but allowing students to access
modern software and tools in a classroom environment will enable them to encounter its
enormous opportunities and explore its applications. 
Technology can assist with quality learning plans by personalising them based on 
individual learning abilities, aptitude, age, etc. Custom learning software and
applications can offer personalised teaching experiences to help students learn at a rate that
aligns with their knowledge and development. Teachers can find it more flexible and seamless to
guide students to achieve their best potential. It becomes increasingly helpful to apply various
technological resources like visuals and video materials while explaining concepts in the
classrooms. 
The requirements for the modern workforce’s digital skills are rising, and integrating
technology in education is the pathway to preparing our present younger generation for the future labour
market. Today’s young generation is exclusively digital by all means, and they can perceive
and process information faster when taught using tech-integrated learning models. With such
a tech-enabled curriculum, lessons are far more interactive and immersive, and students have
significantly better tools to explore thier creative abilities and design thinking skills. 
Digitisation is making quality learning accessible globally to democratise education. Today,
even the most reputable universities are offering distance learning programs and digital
learning courses to enable studies universally accessible through e-learning tools and reduce
the access gap in the education sector. The conventional teaching methods consist of some
limitations for both teachers and students in several ways. But Blockchain in education made
it possible to store data, process feedback on each learner’s performance, and use this data to
help evaluate their progress. 
Tools such as Virtual Reality have changed the landscape of classroom learning. A student
can be transported immediately into the scientific world to learn concepts by understanding
thier core. For example, a student can see how different organs work and retain the
understanding far longer with the help of VR. Similarly, they will gain conceptual clarity on
how each element contributes to motion and force in Physics. Virtual reality tools can make
learning exciting by exposing students to the infinite world of science and its
theories. 
Technology allows us to store a vast amount of information that can help students to prepare
for exams with more resources. Students can
get all the test materials, competitive exam updates, study plans, and interactive lessons and easily
exchange information with peers. The tiresome process of finding previous years’ papers will
now be replaced with finding all the information online from different sources.

Vertebrate 3D scan project opens collections to all - Technology Org
A venture to digitize vertebrate collections in museums and make them freely available online for anyone to access has reached a milestone. The project has created 3D CT scans of some 13,000 specimens, representing more than half the genera of birds, amphibians, reptiles, fishes and mammals.

The project, the oVert (openVertebrate) Thematic Collection Network, has just wrapped up a four-year, $2.5 million National Science Foundation grant, with the efforts to date described in a paper published in BioScience.
The Cornell Museum of Vertebrates, one of 18 institutions taking part in oVert, has uploaded roughly 500 CT scans of specimens from its collections. The museum holds approximately 1.3 million fish specimens, 27,000 reptiles and amphibians (collectively called herps), 57,000 birds and 23,000 mammal specimens.
“Not everyone is interested in making a trip to a museum, so by digitizing specimens, placing everything up on a website and making it free, anyone who wants to access it can without having to leave the house, which allows for much more equitable access,” said Casey Dillman, curator of fishes and herps at the Cornell Museum of Vertebrates in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and a co-author of the Bioscience paper.
So far, users have included artists, high school and college students, educators and scientists.
oVert allows the natural history collections that are represented to be used in collaborative ways, such as in classrooms. The format has made it simpler to compare anatomies of different species.
“You can do so many things,” Dillman said. “You can compare specimens and look at the evolution of limbs, or wings in birds and bats, or gills in fishes.”

One limitation of the platform is that each specimen dataset can be 2 to 3 gigabytes in size, requiring users to have access to a computer with an expensive graphics processor to visualize the data. “Not everyone’s laptop can do that,” Dillman said.

The idea behind the grant was to CT scan one species of every genus of vertebrate, thereby building an online digital library of each organism’s appearance – its phenotype, or observable characteristics – with respect to the skeletal anatomy. While most of the images are skeletons, some were stained with a special solution to provide better contrast and visualize soft tissues, such as skin and muscles. The scanners use X-rays, which can be set as weak as a medical X-ray for soft tissue, or strong enough to view through rocks and fossils.
Museum catalog numbers included with each image link to the institutional database where the specimen originated. Database entries include when, where and by whom a specimen was collected.

In many ways, the oVert project is just getting started, Dillman said. “Thirteen thousand species isn’t even scratching the surface of vertebrate diversity,” he said.
For example, there are more than 36,000 species of fishes alone; one species per genus is a good start, he said, but it will take time and additional funds to represent the great depth of diversity.
“If you think about some of the fish lineages in North America, there might be 200 species within a genus,” he said.
Each round of funding will allow the teams to continue representing more genera and adding more species from each genus.
The grant’s principal investigator was David Blackburn, curator of herpetology at the Florida Museum of Natural History in Gainesville, Florida.
