💖MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS💖 Looking after your mental health is imperative,stress, anxiety and depression can not only effect your mind, but your body takes a massive hit in the process. The strongest, toughest most head strong people can suffer, and it's not only upsetting, frightening and draining for them, but can also take it's tole on loved ones. If you are suffering, don't be afraid to speak out and ask for help, the people that love you are there for you and won't let you down. If you are the person that's supporting someone going through this: 🧡Exercise 🧡Eat well 🧡Find something for yourself to focus on when you can. 🧡Find time to do you, even for 30 minutes. 🧡Have someone you can talk to ♥️BECAUSE IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU STAY HEALTHY, FIT AND MIND STRONG FOR THEM♥️ I say this from experience, it is very close to my heart, and I am lucky to have people around me to turn to.
