on the thought of LU ages, in a modern au of linked universe i would love wild and legend just being two chaotic twins. anyways HOLLYYYY this is real. this is it. this is why these two hate math rock. One does things proper and one can't do anything at all (what i mean is Legend can't even keep up with regular signatures let alone the jumpy-out-of-the-pocket signatures in math rock. And they even change signature in the middle of the song??????? on the other hand, Wind probably prefers working with proper signatures)

Modern AU where botw/totk and AoC Link both exist, but they’re twins

Botw Link, kinda a slacker but he’s doing ok in his classes, mostly just likes hanging out with his friends all day every day

AoC Link, straight As, probably on the baseball team(have you seen the way he throws remote bombs?) has a select few friends

What do they have in common?

Plenty of things on the inside.

On the outside?

They’re both just whores for food(same here😔)

They also share some friends or at least just Sidon(that’s because they both knew Sidon, AoC-Sidon as child, BotW-Sidon as big boy)

They’d have an unbreakable bond too.

I feel like shit would go down with Calamity and Wild would be like, “nah, keep your rep straight, I got this”

Wild is also older because the 100 years thing, but not by that long.

the art I have created for the linktober Halloween collab @uncleskyrule and I have been working on together!! It’s an absolutely hilarious read and I highly recommend it :))) some random details under the cut!

From left to right, top to bottom: Legend and his uncle, Princess Peach (thank Reyna for the idea!), a Christmas tree just because, and a Koholint poster! (Please don’t think about my handwriting…)

oh! And also the shelf! (I provided an og colored version for clarity)

Upon this shelf lies more than just Ravio’s scarf and a bunch of random books and plants! A Pom Pom from Triforce Heroes, a Master Sword-themed mug, an apple (referencing Legend’s past once again hehe) and a picture frame containing some shapes with familiar colorizations…

In a modern au, if the chain were to ever play DnD, First would be the role player. Going full on Shakespearean persona as he takes the game extremely seriously. The rest just have to put up with his antics because he’s the only one keeping their rogues at bay and the party alive. 

Dink (or Shadow) would be the Dungeon Master, constantly trying to lead the party into the most unfair and dangerous situations to hinder their progress. Or... to keep their sessions within the 2 hour limit of their Wild and Hyrule tolerance metre. 

Time sits in the corner supervising their ‘club activities’ while grading Sky’s overdue homework.

Dink: You come across a maroon coloured door that mysteriously opens and starts pulling your party into its boundary. Roll to see if you get trapped inside forever...or not. 

Sky: Why is this dungeon full of traps like that?

Wild: I wanna kickflip it.

Dink: What? It’s not even your turn-!

Wild: I want to kickflip the door.

Dink: ...Whatever, fine, you’ll need to roll high though.

Wild: [rolls nat 20]

Dink: ғғs. Alright you tear the door clean off its hinges and pull a sick kickflip.

Wild: Nice.

Hyrule: So we can continue exploring this dungeon? 

First: Come now brave adventurers, we are but 2 hours into this magical endeavour and hath barely passed the halfway point. Onward men!
