It depends, really. Since they all tend to try and keep on the down low, they don't really tend to have much that gets sent to them in terms of mail. Most of their bills are handled electronically.
Out of habit, Esme checks each day just in case. Charles hated mail accumulating despite never getting it himself, so Esme took the brunt of his frustrations for that.
Most of the time it tends to be junkmail or flyers for local takeouts which are redundant in her coven's case.
