𝑯𝒐𝒌𝒌𝒂𝒊𝒐 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒆 2 geerntete Kürbisse, extra für meinen Geburtstag, aufgehoben. Was waren sie lecker‼️ Hokkaido Kürbis in Zucker und etwas Butter, Lorbeerblatt anschwitzen und abkühlen lassen. Das Lorbeerblatt entnehmen. Alles im Standmixer pürrieren und in einen Topf geben. Mit Milch, Sahne und zerstoßenem Piment (nochmals durch ein feines Sieb geben) aufgießen Nun etwas Muskat hineinreiben, dazu etwas Paprika, rosenscharf, Pfeffer und Meersalz nach Geschmack. Wer mag kann auch noch selbstgekochte Gemüsebrühe (ebenfalls durch ein Sieb geben) hinzufügen. Die Suppe dürfte eine gute Konsistenz haben, muss also nicht angedickt werden. Selbstverständlich kann man es mit gutem Kürbiskernöl und etwas Petersilie servieren. Es gibt so Tage im leben von Eltern, da läuft einfach gar nichts nach Plan. Dann geht alles eher ins genaue Gegenteil, als es geplant war. Heute war hier so ein Tag. 😅 Wir haben ihn gemeistert, aber ich habe es nicht zum Supermarkt geschafft. Also schnell geschaut was die Vorratskammer noch her gibt, und sie gab ein sehr leckeres und schnelles Abendessen her ❤️ Onepot Pizza-Pasta! Ihr braucht dafür: 1 Dose Thunfisch 1 Dose Mais 2 Dosen stückige Tomaten 1El Tomatenmark 1El Paprikamark 1 l Bio-Rinderbrühe 500g Nudeln nB Oliven Oregano Basilikum Thymian Salz und Pfeffer Etwas Olivenöl Den Thunfisch abgießen und in etwas Olivenöl anbraten, dann den abgegossenen Mais, Tomatenmark und Paprikamark hinzufügen und leicht mit anschwitzen. Mit den Dosentomaten und der Brühe aufgießen und zum Kochen bringen. Die Oliven und Nudeln in die Soße geben und dann so lange köcheln bis die Nudeln gar sind. Wer mag kann sich natürlich auf dem Teller noch Käse drüber streuen. 20 Minuten und das Essen ist fertig.
