Spéculation autour du Weird Summer '23

Comme relevé par plusieurs utilisateurs de ce site (dont particulièrement @Brookesallow), cet été a été bizarre à Austin.

Outre le fait que J/D.A ont officiellement quitté le Texas pour s'installer dans un manoir grandiose du Connecticut, c'est surtout du côté de J/G.P que les choses ont été étranges.

De la disparition d'une bague de fiançailles à des vacances séparées, en passant par une désertion remarquée des SM, ou des larmes retenues difficilement dans un IGlive, il y a eu beaucoup de matériel pour alimenter les rumeurs.

Bien sûr, nous avons aussi succombé à la tentation de trouver une explication à ce qui semble être une crise dans le couple...

Après avoir écarté l'éventualité d'un problème de santé, il nous restait notre imagination, et notre conviction profonde.

Ici, on n'a jamais caché que nous croyons à 110% que les mariages de JP/Gen et JA/DH sont le résultat de contrats passés entre adultes consentants, destinés à assurer à J2 non seulement une descendance, mais surtout ce que certains appellent une "respectabilité" dans ce pays pas vraiment réputé pour son ouverture d'esprit.

Pour en revenir à JP/Gen, on a fait un plongée dans leur historique, avec tous les petits "détails" propres à confirmer notre thèse. Et un fait a attiré notre attention :

Notre intime conviction est que Gen a été castée dans le rôle de Ruby APRES que JP/JA l'aient choisie pour remplacer Sandy (qui a "démissionné" entre mars et avril 2008).

Leur rencontre officielle a eu lieu sur le tournage de l'épisode 04/01, au début JUILLET 2008. Leur premier rendez-vous s'est déroulé 4 mois plus tard, en automne 2008.

Maintenant, pour les amoureux des maths : 2023 - 2008 = 15.

Est-ce qu'on est la seule à qui ça parle ??? Les conclusions qu'on en tire peuvent faire l'objet d'une belle fanfiction... (ou pas ^^)

Grab the closest book to you and turn to page 23, what is line 17? The suffusion drained away from Jack’s face. THE LORD OF THE FLIES by William Golding, fucking great book.

Ever had a song or poem written about you? Not that I’m aware of.

When's the last time you played air guitar? Probably around my birthday in November, I had a Keanu Reeves-themed birthday party (I love him) and the first film we watched was BILL AND TED’S EXCELLENT ADVENTURE, which is a masterpiece of cinema, thank you.

Who's your celeb crush? Keanu is always my number one, now and forever. Lately, though, I’m obsessed with Cody Fern and Billie Lourd, because they are soft and perfect Cancer angels and Millory is the GOAT (and because I’m bisexual and they are both great examples as to why!). Never gonna get over the fact that Ryan Murphy wasted all that potential, still hoping eventually he’ll make them romantically attached in one of the upcoming seasons to apologize to all of us.

What is one sound you hate, and one you love? Sound I love: oh god, so many, but I love the sound of the pages of a book turning, especially in a very quiet place like a library. Coffee being poured into a cup. The little sounds my cat makes. My partner’s voice. Sound I hate: people yelling or talking way too loudly for no discernible reason. I work in a cafe and it happens a LOT and it always makes me insane. So many people have no idea of a proper volume for indoors. Please stop screaming.

Do you believe in ghosts? Yes. I’m a practicing solitary witch and I believe strongly in the supernatural and the hidden world. I think some spirits get trapped and are afraid to move on; I also think some spirits are dark energy.

What about aliens? Yes. I desperately hope there are other beings out there in the universe. The idea of us being alone is terribly sad to me. I think aliens are VERY different from how most people perceive them, though; so different from us, in all likelihood, that the average human would have a very hard time empathizing with them in any capacity. It would be hard for us, as narrow-minded as we are, to cope with them. Also, any alien civilization with the starpower to reach us would be thousands of times more scientifically advanced than us. Like us vs. an insect. They would probably have no interest in us at all. Hard to wrap your head around.

Do you drive? Nope. I live in Philadelphia, a great “walking city”; you can get most places easily by walking or taking public transportation. I live a 15 minute walk away from my work and I love it so much. I might get my license some day but it currently doesn’t interest me at all. My partner drives and has a car, so he does the driving in our relationship.

What was the last book you read? The last novel I read was LISEY’S STORY by Stephen King, I think. I loved it. Right now I’m reading I’LL HAVE WHAT SHE’S HAVING: How Nora Ephron’s Three Iconic Films Saved The Romantic Comedy by Erin Carlson. I love romantic comedies and think they have a lot of cultural value; I love Ephron as well and I’m enjoying the book, but I’ve been writing so much; I haven’t had a lot of time to read lately.

Do you like the smell of gasoline? No, I find it unnerving.

What was the last movie you saw? I watched THE LAST TIME I SAW RICHARD the other day, a short film with Cody by Nicholas Verso. I loved it. It’s only 22-minutes long but it’s got a great spooky atmosphere and themes about queer shame and mental health. I loved it. The last film I watched before that was IO on Netflix; I LOVE Margaret Qualley but it was very dull. Again, I’ve been writing so much, I haven’t had much time to watch stuff the past couple weeks. Usually I watch a film like every day, but this fic has taken over my life.

Do you have any obsessions right now? My Millory/House of Cards crossover AU fanfic, BODY AND SOUL. I have been writing CONSTANTLY (I’m well over 60k words) and I think about it all day. It’s amazing to write something for myself this way; I’ve been doing films reviews/criticism for over 3 years but I haven’t done fiction in like a decade and to know I still can, that I’m not broken, has been incredibly cathartic and transcendent for me. This fic is gonna be novel length and when I finish it, it’ll be a huge personal achievement for me. I feel emotional a lot lately.

Do you hold grudges against people who have done you wrong? It depends on the nature and depth of the wrong; it’s hard for me, nearly impossible, to forgive certain kinds of betrayal. More likely than not, if you have seriously wronged me, I Ghost you: I disappear from your life, and you’re not invited back into mine.

In a relationship? Yes, for 7 years (I’m 31, my partner is gonna be 34 in March, he’s an Aries). My romantic relationship and my personal life, to me, is maybe the most complex and difficult thing I have ever had to navigate, but I love my partner with a fierce, protective love; we’ve built this relationship with our blood, sweat and tears. Being with someone for a long time is hard to describe to other people. It’s so much work but it’s so transcendent. Trying to get to know another person is maybe the hardest thing any human will ever have to do. And I definitely think romantic relationships are not for everyone. But mine has become the bedrock and foundation of my life.

Un petit détail tout simple qui donne lieu à une belle fanfic...

Il y a de quoi écrire un joli conte avec ces ingrédients offerts sur un plateau :

Le souvenir d'un voyage de JA à Lawrence Ks en octobre 2019 + un séjour "en amoureux" JP/G dans le sud de l'Italie + une canicule inhabituelle et généralisée qui rend un beanie difficile à supporter...

De là à imaginer que le choix de ce couvre-chef particulier a été mûrement réfléchi et porte une signification particulière... il y a un pas que notre esprit franchit allègrement.

Oui, c'est juste une histoire pour s'endormir ! On est totalement conscient que cet homme vient de célébrer ses 40 ans, et qu'il a des préoccupations plus importantes que de transmettre des messages codés au gardien de son ❤️

Mais ça fait du bien de rêver !

Matching totalement délibéré !!!

Hier 19.mai.2022 avait lieu le CW Upfronts à New York. Et pour notre plus grand bonheur, J2 ont partagé la scène. Pas longtemps, chacun avec un projet différent.

Mais là n'est pas le sujet. Le sujet, c'est la tenue de J2 sur scène !

Ne sont-ils pas mignons tous les deux avec leur tenue identique, quoi que de style totalement différent ?

Mais ce qui a fait reluire notre chapeau d'alu, c'est cette photo publiée par Philemon Chambers.

Où on peut voir tous les acteurs de Walker Independance dans leur tenue de scène, et J.P. vêtu d'une veste de cuir sur son t'shirt des Vétérans.

Fanfic ? Que l'on nous prouve que cette photo n'a pas été prise avant l'arrivée de J.A. qui amenait avec lui la chemise destinée à achever la coordination de leur tenue !!!

(Sur un sujet plus polémique, peut-être à cause de la haine déversée contre lui depuis l'annonce du prequel, on se réjouit de pouvoir visionner The Winchester et de nous faire notre propre opinion basée sur des faits, et non pas des spéculations).

Juste pour le fun (matériel pour une fanfic)

Ok, ok, là c’est parce qu’on s’ennuie, et qu’on trouvait l’idée amusante. Mais quand même, n’y a-t-il pas quelque chose à dire ? 

Une fanfic à écrire là-dessus ?

Sérieusement, est-ce qu’on peut encore appeler ça une simple coïncidence ?
