Would Pippa or James’s times at Marlborough not overlapped with Eugenies

I can't find dates confirming this, but I think:

Pippa would've been at Marlborough 1996 - 2001. (She's one year younger than Kate.)

James would've been at Marlborough 2000 - 2005. Wikipedia says he began attending University of Edinburgh in 2006 so it aligns. (He's four years younger than Pippa and dropped out of uni after one year.)

Eugenie was at Marlborough 2003 - 2008.

So James and Eugenie would have overlapped at Marlborough for two years. I can't see them running in the same circles though. I'm sure James was aware of who Eugenie was in a "everyone knows Princess Eugenie, she's Princess Eugenie" way. I'm not sure that Eugenie knew who James was.

Something to remember is that we don't know when Kate began meeting William's extended family, specifically the Yorkies, and that also impacts whether Eugenie knew James, or at least knew of him. If Kate's first time meeting the Yorkies happened while James was still at Marlborough, then sure, it's plausible Eugenie knew of him, but if her first time meeting the Yorkies was after James had already left, it seems a bit farfetched.

(We only know that Kate met The Queen in 2008, at Peter's wedding. We know that she's met Harry, Charles, and probably Camilla and Camilla's children before 2006 as she was invited to Laura PB's wedding. It's probably a safe assumption that Kate met Anne's branch of the BRF before 2008 if they were OK letting William have her as his official representative to Peter's wedding. I feel like Kate would have met Anne's side before 2007 because she would've been the one to "vet" Kate for Philip and we know Philip inadvertently played a role in the breakup after counselling William that it wasn't fair to keep Kate on if he didn't see a future with her. IMO, there's no way Philip would be so supportive of Kate if she didn't have Anne's support.)

(Maybe it's just me but if I'd been in high school, I wouldn't have known or cared that this guy two years ahead of me is my cousin's girlfriend's little brother, but that's just me. Maybe it's different in the UK.)

Pippa's new country home

Could it be Bradfield Hall? There have been several articles in the past few weeks about Pippa and her husband, millionaire James Matthews, buying a new country home in Berkshire. The articles have been vague and have not disclosed the location.

However, the DM ran a story today about Pippa's new baby girl, Rose. In the article, it said she is planning to have a farm store and some glamping accommodations, and that the property runs down to a river. I played with the map, and this property looks like it might fit the bill.

The property adjoins the Pang River, and if you zoom in, it certainly seems large enough to host a farm store and some glamping. Additionally, it is fairly close to Mike and Carol Middleton's manor just outside Bucklebury (yellow star in photo below.)

Bucklebury is the village encircled with the red line to the left. Who knows? The articles about Pippa and James' new country digs have been vague as to location, but they do say the property has 30 rooms and has been completely refurbished by the previous owners. Looking at the local planning board website, it does seem to have had a lot of work done, including an indoor swimming pool. Could this be Pippa's new country estate?

I do not care about the Kate Middleton conspiracy because I give a fig about the Royal Family, I care about the Kate Middleton conspiracy because it is a fascinating trainwreck from a PR standpoint which by itself is interesting because you'd think the Royal Family would be, you know, better at that sort of thing, and also because of the implications. There is clearly something going on that they do not want the British public to know because otherwise they'd just issue a vaguely optimistic statement like "the Princess of Wales is still recovering from a routine but extensive medical procedure, thanks everyone for the well wishes she looks forward to returning to her duties" or whatnot. The fact that they're putting out badly photoshopped images and then blaming her for it (literally anyone could have written that tweet!) is so intriguing. My feeling is that they are desperate to maintain an appearance of stability and like, health, because Charles' prognosis is worse than they're letting on and it's very clear that the British public is not going to react well to having to pay for another funeral (of a monarch much less popular than Lizzie was) and coronation. I am pretty sure that the resolution of this whole shebang is going to be super boring but in the meantime they are blatantly mishandling the whole situation
