New update on next gen au

I took the idea for the new Next Generation concept from @cursed-saphire-hart (by the way, hello to you, Desi), reworked it a bit and added the character of my friend @lifani-artz (and hello to you, Beth), and this is what happened:

And now about the concept that I took from @cursed-saphire-hart . She had such a concert where Annya did not die, and Tord simply turns her into a bioweapon that can be kept as a pet. I initially liked this concept and a month ago I asked Desi if I could take it. She only answered today, because she had a full mailbox, and I understand this, but I have been very patiently waiting for this moment. I changed some points and added my ending. Well, I'm ready to talk about it.

So let's start with the fact that in my AU the actions take place according to tradition in tbatf (and where without it, I really love this comic and I'm waiting for a new chapter, but for now the authors are on a break and I will (even when a new chapter of tbatf comes out) entertain you with my au and write some fanfiction for Tumblr on it). Beth is also here - the oc of my friend @lifani-artz, she will become a nanny for Toby in the future, and then a kindergarten teacher in the Red Army.

Now about the plot.

The Red Army needed soldiers, and Annya is one of those soldiers. She recognizes the Army Leader as Tord, a boy she met in her cadet class. They communicate like a boss with a subordinate, but then Tord temporarily imbues Annya with feelings, but they are not strong. At the same time, Annya meets Beth, who, according to the idea of ​​@lifani-artz , was brought along with Vlahd, and they become friends. When the Gala comes, Annya wants to go where Beth and Molly help her (she works for the Leader as a designer, and took part in the development of uniforms for the Red Army.) You will see Annya's dress below, as well as the idea where I got it from (Desi, I'm sorry I didn't say that earlier!)

But... Annya doesn't get to the Gala, because Tord has already chosen Juniper and Anya for the ball (now I'll show you how they look)

Annya is very upset because she has known Tord for a very long time, but not only because of this. Juniper and Anya often bullied her at school, which caused Annya's anorexia, because of which she began to go to training, and then to the army. Then Annya was a weak girl with a broken psyche (and her parents had nothing to do with it, unlike Annya's parents in the canon @cursed-saphire-hart , they were nice people and loved Annya, but they were killed before her eyes because of what Annya has a weak psyche), and after the death of her parents, she was given up for adoption to the Edd`s family, and he tried very hard to help her in everything, eventually becoming for her the figure of an older brother, which Annya never had. Annya often drove herself to study, reacted sharply to insults, and Edd often had to stand up for her and coax her to sleep when Annya sat up too long in the evening doing her homework. Also, Annya often forgot lunch at home, and at school she went hungry, but did not show it, but one day Molly shared her lunch with her, and so a friendship was born between them (Annya's friendship with Jenny began later, if anything Molly introduced them later ). When Annya joined the army, she met Tord, and he was interested in her, because then Annya was weak, but then he began to fall in love with her, seeing how she tries and from a weak, unremarkable girl turns into a beautiful, even sexy girl.

Then Annya met Catherine and Susan, and the whole four girls, which also included Annya and Molly, were in the collection. Together they hung out, even visited Annya's homeland in Russia together. But I started talking about something, let's continue what happened later:

For the whole evening, Annya did not take off her dress, for which she received a reprimand from Brianna, and still hoped that Tord would pay attention to her, he did, but he also reprimanded, and then Juniper and Anya decided to deal with the girl. The leader left them to deal with Annya, and they literally beat her up, so that Paul and Patryk found her covered in blood, and they had to carry her to the hospital wing. Then, a month later, Annya began to be harshly persecuted, to which she harshly answered the offenders with her fists. It even got to the point that Annya was LITERALLY dragged away by Brianna from one girl. What about Annya? She bit the sergeant on the hand and tried to break free, but Brianna was stronger than Annya and tried to calm her down. Then she was taken to talk about her behavior with the Red Leader, he listened to everything and put the sergeant out the door, saying that he would deal with Annya. They talked and parted ways. A little later, he began to call her often and talk on various topics. They even had sex once. And it was very often.

But this does not mean that Tord did not remain devoted to his interests and other girls. Therefore, when Annya fell ill, he amused himself with other girls.

The friends (Molly, Jenny and Beth) who took care of Annya during her illness realized that she was pregnant and bought her a pregnancy test. It turned out to be positive, and Annya ran to tell Tord, but found him with another girl, and started talking about this and her pregnancy. Upon learning that Annya was pregnant from him, he became furious, because he did not plan to make a family with someone, but Annya wanted to have a family and for this she could leave the army, because of devotion to the child, which pissed off Tord even more, but he did not began to give orders to detain Annya. Annya herself, thanks to Edd, was able to find a place where people do not wear masks, and began to live there. Beth visited her and they spent time together.

Annya also helped Edd with his problems, because she believed that he was in her debt, after his family adopted her as the youngest child. Tord did not know about this, he was worried that she was hiding and she was lonely. So he sent Maktesløse for her, and when they brought her in, Annya, being in her ninth month, sat in a protective position until Tord hugged her and said that he loved her very much. They moved to the sofa and began to talk as before. Tord asked her about the child, and Annya told him a lot of things. Finally, she admitted that she would like to name the baby Toby. Tord supported this idea, the more he was glad that he would have an heir and a son, his son. Tord later went to work, and Annya crossed paths with Beth. She was present when Annya gave birth, and she held Beth's hand, and squeezed it in pain. Annya's labor was difficult, lasted 3 hours, and almost killed her, but be that as it may, she had a good, healthy baby, who was named Tobyas. Tord was informed about this, and he congratulated Annya on the birth of a boy and hugged her. But ... then when Annya was resting from childbirth, Tord was informed that Annya helped Edd. And here is the first difference between concept "monster Annya" version from @cursed-saphire-hart and my version:

Her Tord felt betrayed, and when Annya returned a year after Tobi was born, Tord felt paranoid and decided to turn her into a monster to keep her.

My Tord, based on Tord from tbatf and since he's a psycho, he can make a bioweapon out of anyone he wants, and here he was more jealous of Annya for Edd, but he was angry when he found out about her help to Edd because Tord hate him. So he decided to punish her and take Toby away from her once and for all. While she slept, Tord injected a serum into her neck and transferred her to a cell for a typical bioweapon, where he began to observe Annya's transformation into a monster. Annya woke up with pain in her stomach, and at first she was surprised that she was in a cage, but she lifted her shirt from the hospital and saw a large wound that was forming into a new mouth very quickly. This frightened her and she tried to get out of the cage, but Tord, who was watching her, told her not to try to get out. Annya, in hysterics, tried to persuade Tord to let her out, but he just smiled. Soon, Annya began to scream from the pain that the transformation caused her. It was veeeery painful. It seemed to her that her skin was melting right before her eyes, and her bones were stretched as she transforms . And Tord only smiled, he felt sadistic pleasure from turning Annya into a monster. Brianna saw him for this, and when she saw what was happening to Annya, she wanted to give her an antidote, but Tord forced her to watch Annya's transformation into a monster until the end. I'll show you what Annya looks like in the monster form for me and @cursed-saphire-hart but in reblog for that post.

After Annya finally turned into a monster, Tord told Brianna not to try to help her, otherwise she would be next. Brianna, speechless from shock for a while, was shocked by what she saw and very upset by Annya's fate. She told Molly about it, and she told Jenny and Beth. The latter was appointed to the position of a nanny for Toby, and she, moving away from shock and pain for her friend, did the work. Annya herself was often visited by Tord to mock her and make her hurt as much as possible. Tord took advantage of the fact that Annya was weak even as a monster (but then it turned out that this was not entirely true), and he liked to beat her half to death. But those were just the little things. Annya felt really broken when Tord told her that she would remain a monster until the end of her worthless days, and that during all this time she would never see her son. Annya was very hurt by this, and she began to cry.

Fast forward a few days, to the moment of Edd's failed suicide. Tom and Matt dragged him to Tord, and then they find out that Tord has a son. Tord confirms this, and speaks of him with contempt and disgust. Later, Tord shows them a new bioweapon, which Edd recognizes as his half-sister, Annya, and asks what happened to her at Tord's. He tells about everything that happened and accuses Edd of depriving him of Annya. Annya listens attentively all this time.

An argument ensues, which turns into a fight, and Annya, after waiting for the right moment, scratches Tord. She then repeats the operation, and hits him so that Tord falls. In a rage, Tord calls his guard in the person of Maktesløse and Annya is euthanized. Edd and Tord continued to fight and Edd surrenders. He tells Tord that he did not expect this from him, that he simply disfigured Annya, and if Tord has a conscience, then she will not give him rest, and leaves with Tom and Matt.

Now about one more difference between the "Monster Annya" concept from @cursed-saphire-hart and my version:

In Desi's version, Tobi was very isolated, more so than in her main canon, and had no potential friends. In my au, I decided not to deprive my Tobyas of such a luxury as "friends", so it turns out that together they will reveal the secret of Tord and it will be very interesting.

In general, Tord in this AU once tried to isolate Toby, but did not do this, taking pity on him (and by the way, after the events of the quarrel with Edd, Tord's design will undergo changes, I will show it in the reblog.)

And now about what happened next.

A few months later, they upgraded the uniform (it was December, Tom and Susan had Theo), and Tord still decided to give Annya some his mercy (taking into account the fact that it was Christmas), and he decided to take Toby to her (who, in theory, will soon will be a year old). Toby looked at Annya questioningly at first, but when she came closer to him, Toby began to cry. Tord tried to calm the baby, but he only began to cry louder. Frustrated, Annya already wanted to leave, but Toby, for unknown reasons, did not want her to leave, and shouted something incomprehensible and held out his hand. Annya approached him inquiringly, and touched Toby's hand with her nose. Toby laughed enthusiastically, and began to ruffle Annya's fur, that even Tord was touched by this (this will be one of the rare moments when Tord was a good father.) Later, Toby lay on Annya's paws and slept, and she purred a cradle for him. Since then, Annya had a guaranteed mercy when Tord came to her with Toby. But this is only one of the favors that were presented to Annya. Beth came to Annya and brought her all sorts of goodies that Annya loved when she was a human. It helped Annya feel better. And when Beth came not only with a bag of sweets, but also with Toby, Annya felt very happy.

When Toby was two years old (by the way, after Theo, Max was born to Matt and Molly some time later, and he was already a year old), he said his first word. It was "mama". Soon he began to walk around the base looking for his mother, and came to Annya. And shouting "Mama!" hugged her. Annya was shocked by this, but was glad that Toby called her Mama. And Tord ... He was ... Not very happy about this ... And he ordered everyone not to talk about Toby's mother, but to say only that she had died, and to keep silent about the details (Tord also did, and this is the first formation of Tord as terrible father).

Other families had fun too. The eyes of Edd's son, Ethan (who was born in the 4 chapter of tbatf, and is the oldest of the children) suddenly turned bright green. After examination, it turned out that Ethan has a lot of radiation, even more than his father.

Max, Matt's son, has only one eye turned red, with a modified pupil, but this was justified by the fact that Maxell was born a half-vampire.

If you think that after Tord began to bring Toby to Annya, he changed his attitude towards her, then you are deeply mistaken! He continued to beat her. Once he did this in front of four-year-old Toby, who weepingly told his father to stop, but later regretted it. Tord hit Toby in the face so that he fell, and then the child had to listen to a lecture that soldiers don't cry, and then he took Toby to bioweapon tests, where they had to find out how they would behave towards Annya. Toby was horrified when he saw Annya, who was brought into a cage with a particularly dangerous monster, and he had to watch through pain as this monster literally almost killed Annya. Since his father was there, Toby tried not to cry as he saw Mama being literally torn to pieces. Having received severe injuries, Annya was taken out and began to provide first aid. Toby helped with this. Beth later learned about this from Toby, who came to her for moral support.

So that Toby knew what his mother looked like, Tord asked to make her portrait and then hung it on the wall. In the picture where I showed where I got the idea for Annya's dress, she looked the same, only her hair was loose. Since Toby and Tord spend time together in the evening, Toby often looks at this picture. He likes the way Annya looks and wants to ask Tord about her. But Tord does not want to do this, and often this brings Toby to tears, which in turn infuriates Tord, which leads to frequent beatings, so Toby has a lot of bruises on his body. Therefore, Toby began to hide his feelings, and shows them only to Beth or Annya.

Toby became very close to Annya, especially when you consider the fact that Toby calls her "Mama", and how gentle she was with him and how much she loved him. Not knowing the fact that Annya is his mother, Toby often tells her about himself and how his days go, because no one (except Beth) can understand him and his pain, both physical and moral. And Annya always listens to Toby's stories, and mentally sympathizes with him. It hurts her a lot when Toby starts telling her about how his father beat him.

At such moments, Annya wants to stop Tord's attacks on Toby, but she understands that she is just a bioweapon, which if she breaks out of the cage and raises her paw on the Red Leader, he will omit the moments that Annya was once a human and can kill her if he wants. Therefore, Annya can only cry over it. Toby cannot understand this, and often tries to calm her down. When he cries out after being beaten, he often hugs Annya and tells her:

- thank you for listening to me ... You are the only one who understands me and my pain ... You always listen to me, you are always gentle with me, you are like a mom to me, which I never had ...

Toby said a lot to Annya. When Tord mocked her, he called her an ugly monster that no one needs, and Toby heard it. Later he came to her and consoled her. Toby admitted that he never saw any bad qualities in Annya, he saw only good qualities in her, such as love, tenderness, the ability to listen and understand, and even if someone calls her terrible, for him she is still his "Mama", and he will always love her like his mother, whom he missed.

And then Annya, who after the transformation, thinking that after she turned into a monster, lost her beauty and dignity that she had when she was a human, she realized that despite the fact that Tord, the father of her child spoke all sorts of bad words about her , Toby was different. In some places, Toby looked like his father, but he had the features of his mother. And Annya saw it and was proud of him. What can not be said about Tord, who, for any offense, could beat Toby to a pulp. Why did he do this? And because my Tobyas, like Tobi @cursed-saphire-hart , looks like his mother, but it pisses the hell out of my Tord. In addition, Tord is still tormented by his conscience for what he did to Annya, but he does not want to admit it. It's easier for him to put the blame on Toby, who did nothing at all, than to plead guilty.

Toby often told Annya about his mother (well, at least what Beth told him), and she listened with interest, because she was still his mother. Sometimes when he ends stories, Toby would cry because he missed her so much. Naturally, she often tried to say:

- Toby, my baby boy, it's me, I'm your mom, please don't cry... I'm here...

But... She didn't say that. Why? Well, firstly, Annya can't talk, she lost this ability when she turned into a monster, in addition, Annya's mouth is now in a different place. It's either under the bust or on the stomach, depending on which art we look at, in the reblog I'll throw off the redrawn art from @cursed-saphire-hart , because this way she is drawn better than on my works. But now for the big question we're here for: Do Tobyas's friends know about this?

As I said, in my version, I did not isolate Toby from the outside world, and he can afford such a luxury as "friends", and all because Tord is not on this topic at all and he does not fumble for it (especially after a failed attempt to isolate Toby)

Well, they do know. But if Theo doesn't care, Maxell is often tense, because his family lives next to the Larksons, and hears all the quarrels and beatings. So Max's frequent phrase is: "God, how do you live in this horror ???"

Ethan is more interesting. His father, Edd, works as a psychologist for the Red Army, and he often visits Annya and they talk. Well, how they talk, I’m telling you, Annya can't talk, but she can do it on a mental level, since she has had a mental connection with Edd for a long time (also goes on the list of Tord’s dislike for Edd), but this is not about this, but how Ethan found out about Annya. Briefly speaking. Ethan is a creative boy, he loves to draw but also dabble in chemistry (at first he did it with home chemistry) Ethan also loves experiments (various) and even watches educational programs and films (but the most informative was surprisingly "Reanimator" of 85, if my memory serves me right, then this film came out exactly then, and why informative, but because later Ethan will reanimate his cat, as it was in "Reanimator"), Ethan also visited the laboratory of the red army, and that's what happened. Once Ethan, in search of interesting experiments, climbed to look for all this in the main computer of the laboratory of the red army, where the most interesting experiments are hidden in every sense. And then he came across a video where Annya, Toby's mother, turns into a monster.

Fun fact from me: I asked @cursed-saphire-hart if Annya's transformation into a monster was painful, and she replied that it was veeeery painful. Her skin seemed to melt and her bones stretched as she transformed. Even when I examined her art, I noticed that Annya has ram's horns on her head, hooves, some growths on her head and elbows, claws, a tail (small, but in my art I made it more authentic, I'll show you later), and mouth, somewhere under the chest, but not on the face. I use all these characteristics (almost all), only I made Annya more fluffy and soft (another interesting fact, but Annya often falls asleep next to her, especially since she often confuses her with a pillow in her sleep, since Annya has a very soft fur. Toby also sometimes slept with Annya (especially when he was a baby), sometimes after his stories about how he was beaten)

It was a retreat from the horror of what was to come.

In short, Ethan watched this video to the end, and after that he began to have nightmares, such that poor Ethan began to take drugs, namely white powder (this is coke, if anything). He wants to tell Toby about what he saw, but is afraid that this will break Toby completely, but due to the fact that Ethan remains silent, he harms himself. For example, Ethan decided that he would be the new Reanimator, and decided to repeat the scene from the same Reanimator movie (at this point Ethan was high). So that you understand what I mean if you have not watched (like me) this film.

There was a black cat named Rufus. In short, for unknown reasons, this cat died, and its owner (with whom the main character lived) found this cat in the refrigerator, for conservation, he didn’t start to figure it out. The main character sort of revived Rufus, but he became an aggressive zombie cat, the main character had to fight him off, then the owner of that cat joined in. As a result, poor Rufus had his spine broken. And what about Ethan? And the fact is that he had ... ATTENTION !!! The same black cat, with the same name (he named it under inspiration from the movie), but Ethan was very fond of Rufus (like Edd Ringo, only Rufus was more repulsed like his owner)

And when Rufus died (also for unknown reasons, but he did not die of old age, he was still young, but the reasons are not discussed), Ethan remembered that very scene from the Reanimator, and imagined himself as a new generation reanimator, and decided to do the same as in the film (he also had a special serum, only it was made on the basis of Ethan's blood, which contains a lot of reagents for resurrecting from the dead), even called Tobyas to celebrate it later. And what is the result? Toby comes to Ethan's basement (which he used as a lab because his parents don't allow a kitchen) and sees Ethan fighting off his cat, who he later breaks (only unintentionally) in the spine, that Ethan then had to straighten the cat, and reanimate it again. As a result, Ethan has his own zombie cat, who is as bad as he is. Edd was shocked by this, he then had to undergo a course of psychotherapy.

And now we come to the main events of the ay. Toby decided to introduce his friends to Mama to show that not all bioweapons can be evil. And let me remind you that Annya was like a mother to Toby (she is the same), and Toby knows that Annya was always very gentle towards him and loved him like her own child (in fact, it is, and Toby was all this time her child, he just didn't know about it.) Everything was going well, but suddenly Ethan burst into tears. When asked by Tobyas what happened, he replied:

"Toby, that monster you call 'Mama' is actually her... She's... She's your real mom!"

At this point, Toby will become mentally broken. For the first time he felt very broken because of Mama. Previously, he did not notice the similarities between Mama and Annya, his mother, but now he noticed that Annya's hair in some places sticks out in all directions, like his mother's hair stuck out, the same shape of the eyes, the same sadness in the eyes, and the same gentleness that exuded both from the portrait of Annya and from herself. Toby never thought that he would feel this way because of Mama, but the realization that Toby's father, Tord, against the will of Annya, his mother, turned her into a monster, and made her suffer throughout the whole time, torturing, beating and exposing her to skirmishes with dangerous monsters that are many times stronger than her, and after that she was barely breathing, bleeding, but Tobyas was always at her side at this time, helping her in many ways. Toby couldn't forgive his father for that. For the sake of Mama, he was ready for anything, even for death. Toby nearly got into a fight with Beth, who confessed that this was the case, and she didn't want to hurt Toby with this information. But Toby has already gone to his father to make a scandal. He shouted at Tord in tears:

- Why do my friends HAVE to be happy with their mothers, and I SHOULD be unhappy and almost without a mother?! WHY ME?!

Children and Beth will come running to the cry, and they will see Tord yelling at Toby for tears. But Toby will be furious enough to think. As well as Tord, who will begin to choke Toby with a robot arm, which is stronger than his usual arm. He will shout at Toby that he is a mistake of nature, like his mother, that if Toby had not been born, then Annya would have been a human, and Tord would not have turned her into a monster, but Toby was born, and now he is paying for this deprivation of mother. Then Tord will beat Toby hard, but he said something like:

- I don't want to be the next Red Leader anymore, I want to be happy with my Mama...

Tord will be even angrier and he will order Maktesløse to hand over Tobyas for experiments. Toby will scream and cry, try to escape from the hands of the soldiers with masks, but Tord will close the door so as not to hear his cry. Beth will look at Tord in tears, but he will tell her to mind her own business, and she will leave in tears.

Toby was injected with an experimental serum, and became a half-monster, but he has the ability to return to human form. And now about the difference between Tom and Annya:

When turning into a monster, Tom loses the ability to think as well as speak, and behaves like a wild animal, but with all this, he can return to human form. Annya, unlike Tom, still has her own consciousness (and she is still aware that Toby is her baby boy, whom she loved, but the realization that Toby grows up in a terrible environment, and that Tord treats him terribly hurts her) and Annya can't talk, and if she wanted to say something, then she only let out a quiet growl, which Toby always found cute, but unlike Tom, she cannot return to human form, and in fact she needs a special serum , which Tord forbade giving to Annya, and if someone tries to do this, they will either be shot or sent to experiments like Annya and Toby.

After that, Toby decided that enough was enough. He pulled on the hood of a hoodie, took a children's raincoat, and went to Annya. Annya, seeing him, immediately went up to Toby, and he took off his hood, and Annya saw that Toby had grown almost the same horns as hers, and a bruise on his neck. Toby began to tell her about what had been done to him. Annya listened to this and cried, realizing how her boy was suffering. Toby confessed that he didn't want to be the Red Leader's heir and was about to leave. He hugged Annya and said to her:

- Forgive me, Mama, if I had not been born, then you would be happy being a human, forgive me ... I love you so much .... I love you very much, Mama ... Goodbye ...

Annya looked after him and wept bitterly, realizing that she had lost her baby boy, and thought:

- Toby, my poor baby boy, what did you do with him, Tord? ..

A month passes. Everyone is looking for Toby: friends, Beth, red army soldiers, even Tord. But he began to hold the opinion that Toby became so because of the influence of Annya, and decided to get rid of her. He decided to expose Annya again to a new encounter with a very dangerous monster.

Annya understood what Tord wanted to do, and began to defend herself and behave aggressively towards Tord. But Tord won, and dragged her into the cell to a strong monster. Everyone gathered there: Beth, Ethan, Maxell and Theo, as well as other people who knew Annya. The monster with whom there was a meeting turned out to be very cruel, and literally tore Annya apart. After that, Annya, with terrible body injuries, lay bleeding in her cage. Tord forbade giving her first aid, in the hope that Annya would die in agony.

Maxell fell seriously ill after that, so much so that he had a severe fever, and Molly could not bring her down, and Ethan completely went crazy, and he had to be sent to a mental hospital for treatment (poor Edd's nerves at that moment)

At one point, Toby lost consciousness, and woke up in the medical unit, and then after resting, he went to visit Annya to console her, thinking that she had been lonely during this time. Seeing blood flowing from the door, Toby ran in and screamed in horror when he saw that Annya was very injured and weakened, and apparently was about to die. Toby cried in horror and asked Mama not to leave him, that she was the only one for whom he lives, he screamed and cried, hugging Annya by the muzzle and stroking her. Annya did not open her eyes that Toby had a tantrum, and he began to turn into a monster. Already Beth ran to Toby's cry that she had to run and literally persuade Tord to provide Annya with first aid and she succeeded. Toby had to be dragged literally away from Annya, but he shouted:

- Not! I want my Mama! She needs me! Mama! Mommy! Open your eyes!

Toby became so ill that he began to cough up black blood, and then lost consciousness. It turned out that the experimental serum that Toby had been injected with had been destroying him all that month. That's when Tord realizes how much Toby is dear to him, and that he treated him badly. He also understands that he was a terrible father, and he also treated Annya badly, torturing her.

There are two endings here. One is bad and not canonical, and the second is canonical and happy.

Bad:

Annya does not have time to save and she dies. Toby finds out about this, and finally turns into a monster and loses his mind. After that, Tord finally becomes an inveterate drunkard and also dies. And Toby dies of his madness. Ethan remained in the mental hospital. Maxell found out about this and plunged into depression. But Theo doesn't care. Beth never recovered from this. Luckily it's not canon. Here is the canon:

Good:

Toby recovered from the serum and made amends with Tord. Tord became a good father, and returned Annya to human form.

One day, Toby and Beth were walking around the base, and Toby saw the silhouette of a woman. Beth immediately recognized Annya in her, and hugged her. Annya told her that she was returned, but then Toby asked:

- And who are you? You look a lot like my Mama...

Annya came closer to him and said:

- Oh, Toby, you are already such a big boy, but you were such a baby ... It's me, your mother, Annya.

Toby won't believe it at first, but then he looks closer and realizes it's his Mama. The same protruding hair, the same shape of the eyes and body, the same smell of roses (yes, Annya smells of roses, and not only), and the same gentleness emanating from both one picture and herself (as in the form of a monster, as well as in human form). His eyes will sparkle and he will throw himself into her arms with a cry:

- Mama! I can't believe! You are alive! And you... You're human! You are human! I already thought that I would never see you as a person, but no, it came true! And I already thought that this was all a legend, but no! Beth didn't lie! You are truly beautiful! Mommy, I can't even put into words how happy I am! I barely lived! I missed you!

Annya will smile and hug him, saying with tears:

- Toby, my sweetie, you would know how much I missed you! For all the time while I was a monster, I so wanted to hug and comfort you, to say that I was there ... My poor little boy, how you have suffered during all this time! According to your stories, your dad beat you and even handed you over for experiments. My poor baby boy, don't cry, I'm here now and I won't let Papa hurt you anymore!

Both will cry and hug, and then Beth will lead them to Tord.

Tord will be at this time sitting at the papers when Beth comes and says to get ready. Tord will understand nothing, but when he sees Toby with Anya, he will understand everything.

(By the way, an interesting fact: at that moment there was nothing on Annya from the word AT ALL! When she turned into a monster, her maternity shirt (which she did not take off) was torn when her bones were stretched, like skin that seemed to melt before her eyes (I’ll say right away but Compared to her legs, Annya's arms were almost the same length as the legs themselves, even a little more), so I think it would be quite expected if she had no clothes on and would be naked for some time.) Tord immediately began to hug her, but Annya quickly stopped it and then she kicked Tord's ass so that he knew how to behave.

And Tord needs to wait until Annya can forgive him before they get married. What Toby will be happy about, and then he will have to have a little sister.

I wrote this back at the beginning of October 1, when only @cursed-saphire-hart answered me, but since my article is long, I wrote it for several days and then through a translator, then I constantly say words, since I am Ukrainian, and in general I speak in another language, but I'm glad I finished writing this long story!

I have an original story that I am working on and I wanna info dump somewhere so if anyone wants to ask me anything about it. It’s called “Undying”. I have plans for sequels and prequel. The first one revolves around Tsukiko and Eris after Tsukiko gets turned into one of very few of a sub species of Vampire. The next one is a prequel that revels the backstory of Vicente. He’s the one that turned Tsukiko in the first story. The third would follow Vicente’s daughter but I don’t have a name or design for her yet. There’s a story going around in the background of all my stories. It will be reveled in the last of my series to be about a self aware character named Chetana.

Okay okay so these are my OCs, I’m sorry if their names aren’t really Japanese I googled most of their names back when I started creating them. I hope you enjoy them and well let's get started. I didn’t include Sky aka Shirakumos daughter even though technically she is one of my OCs, I felt that since I have introduced her in my fics *by name* I’ll leave her a rather blank slate for yall *I can describe her as well if yall want that though*. Hope you like them and yes some of the quirks were inspired by Avatar. Love ya💖💖💖

Kenushima Akane

 Akane is in her mid 20s, her birthday is on 30th of December making her a Capricorn and is part of our favorite villain group, the LoV. She was the eldest child of two pro heroes who married because it would satisfy the media and boost their careers. She had two younger siblings, the twins Annya and Arakan. She is around 5’7 (170cm) with fairly long auburn hair which are always braided so they don’t get in her way, amber eyes and a burn mark on her right shoulder from a small scuffle with our favorite fire user. Her hair and eyes become a dark red when she uses her quirk making her even more menacing. She wears a black mask over her eyes, keeping that way her identity a secret and a rather tight uniform consisting of black leather overall-shorts matched with a black-red plaid shirt and thigh highs with black military boots. Her weapon of choice is anything you can swing. Her quirk is a powerful blood bending type which she inherited from her mothers’ side. She can control the blood in someones’ system to the point of a heart attack or a stroke. Once the blood is out of the persons’ system she can still wield it, sharpening it into a blade like shape and cut through both flesh and bone, the new blood adding to the power of her makeshift blade. Her limits begin when she gets a nose bleed followed by either her eyes or ears starting to bleed as well; the final stage is giving herself a heart attack but she has never reached that point thankfully. It’s a self-destructive quirk since she pushes her body’s boundaries everytime she activates it, making her vulnerable to diseases after a particularly hard fight. She is a master of many forms of martial arts, kicking anyone's ass without even having to use her quirk.  Her family is wreck *lmao*. Since her parents married out of convenience the kids were results of moments of weakness between the two adults. Her household wasn’t very affectionate, partnered with her fathers’ constant absence and negligence and her mothers overly obsessive quirk demands, her relationships soon turned abusive. Excessive training and brutal punishments were her mothers’ tactics to ensure a picture perfect quirk state which she could boast about in the media. Her father was a decent figure during the sparse moments when he was actually in the house. He treated his kids with some trace of humanity and not like objects but he too didn’t really care. Everything went downhill when rumours of affairs surfaced and her mother lost her senses, killing their father on the kitchen floor before getting to the children. Akane tried to protect her siblings but was easily tossed aside by her mother and she doesn’t remember what actually happened that night. The only thing she knows for sure is that she was now an orphan and one sibling short, losing both her home and her brother that night. She didn’t stay in foster care for long since she dipped, joining a group of castaways called the Deck. Due to her quirk she was named the Queen of Hearts and became one of the most feared and powerful villains in Japan. Soon she joined the LoV after Shiggy approached her, officially meeting Dabi *who is her s/o btw lol*. She’s still close with her little sister Annya and owns a bookstore so she won’t have to steal. She has morals *shocker*, killing only those who have comitted crimes varying from abuse to murder or fraud. She is against useless killing and would prefer to clear the streets from scum rather than litter it with herself. She’s kinda like an anti-hero. She joined the LoV so she could have easier access to the insights of the hero industry and slowly help take out those hero frauds. She likes cooking Mexican food, her favorite animal is the fox and she is deathly afraid of spiders to the point she once burned her table using a lighter and hairspray because she had seen a spider on it. All in all she is a lovely person *I think*.

Kenushima Annya

Annya is 15 and part of class 1-A, her birthday is on the 3rd of January *like me heh* making her a Capricorn. She is the youngest of a twin set and has an older sister, while her parents were pros. She is around 5’7 (170cm) with shoulder length dark brown hair, amber eyes and faint lightning like scars scaling down both of her arms. Dark lavender streaks appear in her hair when she over uses her quirk and her scars shine the same color many times pulsating along with the surges of her blasts. Her uniform consists of a tight black crop top with azure and magenta details alongside black pants, black boots which are specially designed to give her extreme jumping power helping her also levitate for a short period so she can unleash her attacks and lastly gloves that cover almost all of her scars *also black with the same patterns as the top*. Has basic combat skills but she mostly prefers to rely on her quirk. Speaking of her quirk, she has a combo of a water and a lightning quirk making her able to easily electrocute others without short circuiting like Kami. She can control any form of water, making her easily overpowered in seaside missions but she can also control any liquid which has some water in it. However she cannot create water from thin air, like Shoto can make ice, and she can’t freeze it. Much like her sister she uses water mostly as a whip or a blade. Lightning is used mainly as one of her ultimate moves since she doesn’t have full control over it and it tends to hurt her scars when she does use it. She can let the purple strings of light course through her and hit her target with incredible force making her excellent for range attacks. Just like her sister she reaches her limits when her nose starts to bleed and she can pass out from dehydration  due to her quirk using up some of the water inside of her body with each attack. Now for her family life. She was a late bloomer and that was unacceptable according to her mother. She didn’t showcase signs of having a quirk until the age of 9 when her mother attacked her and her siblings. In a fit of rage and despair her mother tried killing her for ruining the familys’ image with her quirklessness. Her twin brother tried to save her from her mother *just like Akane did* only to be tossed aside as well, hitting the back of his head on a nearby table. Seeing both of her siblings on the ground *and almost being choked to death by her abuser* Annya activated her quirk, losing complete control over her powers resulting in her scars and the death of her mother. Arakan was pronounced dead on arrival leaving the two girls the only surviving members of the Kenushima family. After Akane’s disappearance, Annya was moved from home to home for about a year before being adopted by a couple and living as much of a normal life as she could. Her mental health isn’t the best as one can imagine, suffering from PTSD from the incident and having self hating tendencies. Becoming a hero is her way of proving to herself that she’s not a monster and that she can indeed help others. In class 1-A she tends to hang out with the Dekusquad and two other girls who I’ll introduce down the line. Her hero name is Electra and her s/o is Shoto *lol siblings are dating siblings tf*. She likes Autumn and Winter, loves going ice skating, has many plants in her room and loves watching horror movies with her friends.

Aizawa Kaiya

Kaiya is 15 and part of class 1-A despite her father being the homeroom teacher. Her birthday is on the 19th of June making her a Gemini. She sports the legendary jet black hair, her hair is also pretty long so she always has to braid it or put it up in a ponytail and she has egirl bangs *I don’t know how else to describe them*. Her eyes are a striking azure and she has dyed the tips of her hair the same color. Ya girl is shorter than the Kenushimas, barely reaching 5’2 (160cm). Her hero costume consists of black cargo pants with multiple pockets, a black turtleneck and chest straps(?) around her waist and collarbone finishing the look with black military boots. Sometimes she might wear a gas mask which helps her control her breathing.  Now for her quirk. It’s some type of psychic power, she can hear people’s thoughts making it easy for her to know what they are about to do, giving her the upper hand almost every time, but she can aslo channel her own and others thoughts and make dark shards out of them. These shards can be thrown with amazing speed or create a protective wall in front and above her. Her quirk ,though drains her very easily, making it hard to breath and walk in a straight line. She gets light headed while the voices inside her head get overly loud. Through practice she can push her boundaries and use more of her quirks’ power. Lastly in order for her to hear your thoughts she needs to see you. Once she sees you for even a quarter of a second, she can see into your head even long after you have left her line of sight. Her family life is very calm compared to the Kenushimas. She is the daughter of Aizawa’s sister who vanished when Kaiya was five. Having no one else to care for her since her real father wasn’t in the picture, Aizawa took his niece in and raised her as his own. She was too little to remember her mother and for years she believed that Shouta was her actual dad but Dadzawa did tell her the truth. Nothing really changed, she still calls him dad and they have a lovely father-daughter relationship. She loves Eri and loves being her older sister, playing with her, doing her hair and taking her to the dorms to meet her friends. She has a pet cat named Majesty who she uses to bribe Aizawa to buy snacks. She likes rainy days, beating Shinsou’s ass during training, being pinned by Shinsou while training, Halloween, cats and fluffy blankets. She is friends with mostly Annya, Shinsou and Sky but she doesn’t mind hanging out with the Deku or the Baku squads. Her hero name is Calypso. Her s/o is Shinsou much to Aizawa’s dismay. He is salty because this happened right under his nose, Dadzawa was too busy looking out for the 1-A boys that he completely ignored his trainee pinning his daughter down during training *he is really glad that she likes Shinsou bc he knows that he is a good kid*.

hi I have a question abt one of ur ocs!!: what's up w aviyah? you mentioned he was a doctor in one of your fics and I've been kinda curious abt what he does n how he fits into the red army if he does at all . Like is he a scientist? Is he a licensed professional or does he have no credentials past "trust me bro" ?? or was his purpose changed for that one fic in particular ?? he seems rlly neat and I'd love 2 hear more abt him :>

Okay, okay. He's a licensed doctor, but he also likes to dabble in other sciences, primarily chemistry and astronomy. But he does have a doctorate, so he's legit.

He joined Red Army not long after moving to England. The only reason he did is because no other hospital or doctor's office would hire him. Mostly because a very tall man with a scarred face and an obsession with monsters would freak patients out. (As well as some deeper tr*nsphobic reasons within the staff of the places he tried to go to.) He isn't interested in the world domination part of the army, not that he thinks they can actually do it.

Tord found him on complete accident. They both happened to be in the same coffee shop, and he overheard Avi talking to the barista about how he still can't find work. In Tord's mind, he saw a big Frankenstein man that could lower Red Army's hospital bill. So, Avi was hired, and he moved closer to the Red Army base.

His purpose within Red Army is to make sure no one bleeds to death as well as making sure that Tord's robot arm stays connected to his nerves and doesn't cause further damage. When he isn't busy keeping them alive, he does research for Tord. Sometimes that means he's playing with chemicals to try and make new types of explosives, other times it means just googling stupid stuff.

Out of everyone in Red Army, he likes Paul, Patryck, AK, and Yanov. He's partial to Annya and Yuu, mostly because he rarely sees them in his office for anything. As for Tord, as much as he tolerates him, he would sell him to Satan for a single corn chip. He's grateful that Tord came to him and gave him work, but it doesn't dismiss the fact that Avi just finds him really, really, really annoying.

Chapter 17

Summary: Mia Bhatt spent years trying to escape her past, trying to escape the feeling of betrayal that was left in her heart after the fire, and she finally had. She was marrying the King of Cordonia and was finally going to get her happily ever after. But, after a momentary lapse in judgement caused her to send a wedding invitation to someone she was sure had forgotten about her, she realizes that sometimes the past has a way of crawling back to you.

Author’s Note: In this fic Anton and The Sons of Earth were caught before the wedding. Also this story will contain flashbacks that will be in italics.

Catch Up: Masterlist

Mia anxiously paced the length of the floor in front of Liam’s desk. They had arrived back in Cordonia a few days ago and had been confined to the palace because the press were swarming around them wherever they went, determined to be the first to get a statement from the King and Queen. They needed to make a statement. They needed to break their silence and explain things, but where were they even supposed to start with all of this?

“I feel powerless and exposed,” Mia confessed, as she dropped down onto the sofa at the side of the office. 

Liam stood up and walked over to her, lifting her feet up into his lap and slipping her shoes. He began to massage them as she huffed in frustration. 

“Do you have any suggestions?” she asked, leaning back onto the sofa.

“We need to make a statement,” Liam said.

“I know that! What do we say?” she asked. “Do we tell them the truth or do we embellish the truth to save face?”

Liam let out a soft sight and dug his thumbs into her heels, causing her to groan softly. He shot her an amused smile and repeated the action.

“I think that’s something you need to decide. It’s your past, and I don’t want to force you into anything you’re uncomfortable with,” Liam said, offering her a comforting smile.

“But, it’s your country, and you know more about leading it than I do,” she argued.

“Love, that’s not true. This is our country. I asked you to marry me because I love you more than anything in this world. I may have made some mistakes throughout our relationship,” he began to say before she cut him off.

“We both made mistakes,” she said, pulling her feet away and sitting up.

Liam offered her a sad smile and wrapped an arm around her shoulders, pulling her into his side. 

“I asked you to marry me because I loved you with everything in me, but also because I knew you would make an amazing Queen, and you have. I was born into this life and had politics and protocols drilled into me from the very beginning of my days. However, you came to Cordonia and adapted to everything in a few months. Not only that, but you managed to unite the kingdom throughout a time of great hardship and instil courage and faith in our people. Mia, you’re a natural born queen. I say that honestly. I think you know what we should do. Follow your instincts.”

Mia nervously smoothed down her skirt for the hundredth time as she prepared to step out onto the stage where the press were waiting for her. Liam was by her side, resting a hand comfortingly on her lower back 

“You’ll do great, love,” he said, pulling her into a gentle kiss. 

Mia took one last deep breath before making her way out onto the stage. The press all began throwing questions in her direction and camera flashes blinded her vision, but she kept her head up and tried her best to remain stoic. Once behind the podium, Liam standing dutifully behind her with Bastien and Mara, she held her hand up to silence them. 

“Good afternoon. I want to start off by thanking you all for being here. I know that everyone has questions. A few days ago some information about my past was made public. I stand here before you today because it’s time that I tell you all the truth. I was born in Los Angeles, California to Nik and Diya Bhatt. Or at least I thought I was. A few months ago I discovered that my father was actually Teppei Kaneko, leader of The Mercy Park Crew, a group of car thieves operating in Los Angeles. The man I believed to be my father worked for Kaneko until his death several years ago. I grew up in Kaneko’s garage, and although I didn’t know he was my father at the time, he always treated me as such. He took care of me. He protected me, and he loved me. In turn, I turned a blind eye to his illegal activities. I was underaged, and even though I knew that The Mercy Park Crew’s actions were illegal, I conveniently ignored it because they were my family and they had been all my life.”

“Seven years ago The Mercy Park Crew had some difficulties with a rival gang and as a result I believed Kaneko to be dead. I moved on with my life. I came to Cordonia and fell in love with not only the country and its people, but also it’s crown prince. I kept my past hidden because it was a part of myself I was ashamed of. I understand that it was selfish of me, so I’m standing here in front of you now apologizing to all of you and to my husband of King Liam as well,” Mia said, turning to offer Liam a soft smile. 

He returned it, and she turned around once again to face the crowd. She took a deep breath before continuing. This is the part of her speech that would be the hardest to deliver. 

“A few months ago I found out that Kaneko wasn’t truly dead. I also found out that he was actually my birth father. This information came as a shock to me, but what was worse was finding out that he had aided the monsters that tried to tear Cordonia apart. What I say next is entirely up to you to believe. I can not force you to think one way or another. All I can do is tell you what I know to be true. Kaneko… my father claims that he set the fire at Applewood Orchard so Anton Severus would trust him. He then used his position as one of Anton’s trusted allies to tip our security off to their plans which ultimately led to us capturing The Sons of Earth. I know that this doesn’t excuse his actions. I know that this can’t reverse all of the harm he has done. I know this doesn’t help all of the people he has hurt. I understand my privilege. I understand that I will never be able to experience the loss of Applewood the way it’s workers have, the way the people who have depended on it have. All I can do is apologize from the bottom of my heart to all of the people who have been affected and assure you that I will do everything in my power to help make things right again. King Liam and I are both working towards finding a solution and a way to send aid to the affected parties. That being said, I would like everyone to remember that I am not my father. His actions are not my own. I know that it may take some time to rebuild your faith and trust in me, but I will do my best to do so. First and foremost, Cordonia is my priority. It is one of my greatest loves and I will do my best to be the leader it deserves. Thank you,” Mia finished.

She offered them a stoic smile and walked off the stage, Liam following next to her. They didn’t stop walking until they were back in her office where she visibly deflated.

“Did I just make a huge mistake?” she asked, dropping down onto her chair. Liam and Bastien sat down across from her, both continuously checking for updates on their phones.

“I think it’s too soon to tell for sure,” Bastien said. “If nothing else, I think the people will appreciate your honesty.”

Liam got up from his seat and walked up behind her, beginning to massage her shoulders in a comforting manner.

“I think I have something that may help improve your mood,” he said, causing her to turn and look at him curiously.

“What?”

Liam held his hand out to her, and she took it, standing up and following him through the palace halls. He led her out into a courtyard and took out his phone, sending someone a quick test. A few moments later Mia caught sight of a sleek silver car. Tears welled up in her eyes as she looked up to Liam as if asking for confirmation. Colt stepped out from behind the driver’s seat and threw her the keys. 

“How… where… when did you get this?” she asked, walking up to the car and slowly reaching out to touch it as if she expected it to disappear the minute she laid her hand on it.

“While we were in L.A. I reached out to Annya to see if she had any records of the sale, then I tracked down the person you sold it to. He didn’t still have the vehicle, but he managed to help me get in contact with the person who did currently own it,” Liam said.

It was her first car. Toby had spent so much time customizing it specifically for her, and Mia had loved it with everything in her. There were so many good memories attached to that car, and of course a few bad ones. Immediately after the fire she even lived out of it for a few days. It was before she had decided to reach out to Annya and move to New York. She was grateful that it was only for a few days and not longer, and often forgot about that it even happened herself, but that entire time was a blur in her mind. 

When she had first sold it she had cried like a baby. That car was the last remaining connection she had to her old life. However, in the end she needed the money for school, and she had managed to make a decent amount on it. She thought she would never see it again. But, all thanks to Liam it was right here in front of her. 

“Thank you,” she said, walking over to him and throwing her arms around him. “Thank you so much, Li. I love it!” 

She pulled him into a soft kiss, smiling against his lips.

“I love you,” she mumbled.

“I love you too,” he said back, pressing one last kiss to her forehead before leading her over to the car. “Let’s go for a drive.”

Mia slid behind the wheel and started the car excitedly as Liam climbed into the passenger seat. She rolled down the windows and took off down the road, relishing in the feeling of familiarity. As the wind blew through her hair she felt freer than she had in a long time. She felt happier than she had in a long time.

“You okay in there?” Logan asked glancing at his girlfriend, lost in thought.

I love Colt, I-- “Yes, yes,” she smiled at him.

“If something is bothering you--”

“I’m fine, Logan. I just want to go home and lie down for a bit, I’m tired.”

Logan swallowed hard and shifted his attention back to the road in front of them. “If you say so...”

She hated this. She hated the fact that Logan still didn’t know. She hated the fact that she loved Colt, not her own boyfriend. She did love Logan though, but it was nothing compared to what she felt to Colt. She just wanted to be home, in his house, see him, just see him. She needed to see him or else she would die.

When Logan parked in front of the house, Ellie almost ran inside looking for him.

Colt was doing the dishes when she entered and he instantly turned his head at the sound of the intrusion. He smiled at her so widely that Ellie forgot how to breathe.

With a heart beating way too fast for a healthy human being, she took a few steps towards him as he wiped his hands.

Slowly, he put his arms around her waist, wrapping her in a hug. She could smell his cologne and his aftershave and it was the most beautiful smell ever.

Colt pulled away and looked at her with a serious expression. Even though it lasted for less than a minute, it felt like eternity and the longer he stared the more sure she was that Colt just read her mind.

Colt? You’re here? I might have used your toothbrush to clean the toilet when I was mad at you.

No reaction. He couldn’t read her mind after all.

“Ellie, I--”

“Hey, can someone help me with these?” Logan walked into the apartment carrying two large suitcases, two bags full of homemade dishes from Ellie’s father, her purse, his phone and two water bottles.

“On it,” Colt quickly broke the eye contact with Ellie and took a few things from Logan to help him out. Ellie grabbed her purse and headed towards her bedroom, feeling both, Colt’s and Logan’s, eyes on her.

Oh boy, what a mess.

A few days passed and Ellie still didn’t know what Colt wanted to tell her that day. She tried to get him to talk to her but they seemed to never be completely alone. Ellie’s feelings to Colt only intensified with each day and she felt like she was going to explode soon.

On a Saturday morning, she decided to wake up earlier and catch Colt in the kitchen before Logan woke up. But once she got out of bed, her boyfriend opened his eyes and gently grabbed her hand.

“Hey... Is everything okay?” He asked concerned.

“Yes, I couldn’t sleep. I’m going to make coffee.”

“Ellie...” he let go of her hand and looked at her wistfully. “Is it about me? I—I see something is wrong, you’re being distant and I... I know I’m busy with my job and everything but I hope you know how much I love you.”

Ellie swallowed hard and nodded. She needed to tell him. Soon. Before he would somehow find out on his own.

“I love you too Logan,” she whispered and got back in bed with him. I love you Logan. Just... not the way I love Colt.

He pulled her closer and kissed her forehead.

Ellie didn’t talk to Colt that day. She talked to Annya instead. The woman brought more letters and pictures for Ellie and the two were looking through old photos of Colt, laughing and sharing stories. Ellie grew to like Colt’s mother and she was sure he would love her too. She knew from Annya that Colt inherited his stubbornness from his father. Colt was actually very similar to Teppei in many ways as Ellie noticed after learning more about Teppei. She wanted Colt to learn more about his parents too. She had many letters to prove that Teppei did love his son a lot and was proud of him and she couldn’t wait to share them with Colt. She hated knowing that he thought his parents hated him. He deserved nothing but love and Ellie wanted to prove it to him.

When she came home after school a few days later, Colt was sitting on the couch and watching something. He smiled when she walked in and she felt a familiar warmth in her heart at the sight.

“Hey, how was school?” he asked turning off the TV.

“It was... good, but this is not what I wanted to talk about with you,” Ellie sat down next to him and started chewing her lip nervously.

“Talk? What happened?”

“Nothing happened! I just wanted to talk. About life and stuff like that. Nothing specific.” Liar.

“Okay...? Then, umm... how’s life?” Colt asked confused and Ellie tried to supress a chuckle.

“Your life Colt. I wanted to ask you to tell a little bit more about your father and mother. If that’s okay.”

“Ellie,” Colt ran his hand through his hair, “there’s not much to tell. My mom left us when I was little and Pop never cared about me. You know the story.”

“I do but... Do you know why your mom left you? Or why your father was treating you like this?”

Colt sighed. “Pop said she wanted to focus on her life and the two of us were just an obstacle. I don’t know why he treated me like this, he probably hated me for ruining his and mom’s life.”

Ellie swallowed hard knowing it was not true. She didn’t want to push him too far as Colt really hated sharing anything from his life and the fact that he was talking to her was already a big victory.

“Why do you care, actually?” He raised an eyebrow and looked at her and she shrugged.

“Just wondering. You know I’m nosy.”

“Fair enough,” he chuckled.

“I think it’s not true. I mean, I don’t think your father hated you. I think he loved you and was proud of you. And your mother loved you too.”

“Yeah, yeah, and then pigs started flying and shitted all over Pop’s head and it turned him into a grumpy monster,” Colt rolled his eyes and Ellie bursted into laugher.

“Maybe not exactly that but... Your father was proud of you.”

“I wish, Ellie. I tried so damn hard but he only complained about me. And now he’s dead so it doesn’t matter anyway.”

Ellie took a deep breath and retrived Teppei’s letter from her pocket. She cleared her throat before speaking. “He was proud of you. I—I have a proof. Here.” She put the letters on his lap and Colt looked at her with a puzzled expression. “These are your fathers letters. To your mom, who didn’t leave you by the way, she... was studying here and it was your father who took you from her and--”

“Ellie,” Colt turned his attention to letters in front of him, “where the hell did you get these?”

“I umm.... got them from your mom...”

“Who?!”

“Your mom. She just started working at my university and I wanted to get to know her better when we started talking--”

“You what?”

“I... talked to your mom. She actually never left you and I--”

“You talked to my mother?” Colt abruptly stood up and was towering over her now.

“Yes, but I wanted to know why she left you because you always thought you had no one and I thought--”

“You thought what?” His voice was calm but she could see he was angry.

“I thought... I wanted... I thought I would try to reunite you with your family...”

“And why would you do that? You know why I never wanted to keep in touch with her, I thought you knew me... Why, Ellie?! Why?”

“Because... I wanted... I wanted you to have a family. I knew you wanted one and--”

“Wrong. I never said I wanted anyone. I have no one and I’m good with that.” He didn’t even sound angry at that moment, he sounded broken and upset that Ellie did something like that.

Shit.

“You have me...”

“I don’t.”

“But...”

“No buts, Ellie!” He started yelling, now definitely angry, “How DARE you talk to someone from my life? Why couldn’t you just mind your own damn business?! Why did you do this?!”

“Because...”

“I am sick of you. You always think you know best, don’t you? But this is not your life, it doesn’t affect you, so fuck off.”

“I just wanted--”

“I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU WANTED! This woman left me, and I don’t care what is her official version, I have the right to not talk to her.”

“I know but I--”

“But I! I! I! This is not about you! You’re not my sister, you’re not my family.” He looked at her and swallowed hard before adding. “You’re not my girlfriend. You’re not even my friend. You’re NO ONE, and you have NO rights to do anything like this behind my back!”

“But Colt...”

“NO BUTS!”

“Hey! Why are you yelling at my girlfriend? She didn’t do anything wrong!” Logan walked in after hearing their heated conversation. He glared at Colt and Colt sent him an angry look too.

“A knight in shining armor! This is none of your business so get the fuck out of here!”

“Colt!” Ellie screamed and grabbed Logan’s arm when he wanted to punch Colt.

“You’re being rude to my girlfriend, this is my fucking business as well. She just wanted to get you to talk to your mother, why are you so mad about it? She did it because she cares about you, for whatever reason.”

“Care.” Colt snickerred. “What do you know about caring about other people? Look at you. Defending your girlfriend because you ‘love’ her. And have you ever told her the truth?”

“What truth?” Ellie asked confused.

“Colt!” Logan narrowed his eyes.

“Why, since we’re not minding anyone’s business, let’s share some stories, shall we?”

“COLT!” Logan raised his voice.

“Logan worked for my father,” Colt turned to Ellie with something unreadable in his eyes. “They were both stealing cars, revamping them and selling as new. As a job. I never got into it, I only helped when I needed to. But these two, they were close. Stole many cars until one days they were caught on camera. My father was killed while escaping from the cops but Logan made it.”

Ellie looked at Logan with horror on her face. He stood still, quiet, avoiding her eyes.

“He helped me get my revenge. For my father. This is why I owned him a favor. Wanna know the best part?”

“COLT!!!” Logan yelled but Colt ignored him.

“Logan was so scared he would go to jail that he wanted to find out who was solving his and my father’s case so he could ‘take care’ of this person, too. This is how you found Detective Wheeler, isn’t it, Logan? As you said, it would be easier to get to him through his daugther, right?”

“Logan...?” Ellie looked at her boyfriend or... whoever it was, with tears in her eyes.

“Ellie, I swear I can explain. It’s not like this, I--”

“IS IT TRUE? What Colt said?”

“Yes...” Logan bit his lip and looked at her pleadingly.

“How could--”

“Oh, stop it. As if you’re a saint!” Colt turned to Ellie.

“Colt...”

“What? We’re telling each other secrets, right? You didn’t think twice before prying into my business so why should I?” He turned to Logan. “On your anniversary, when she broke up with you, she ended up naked in my bed. Has she ever mentioned that? I still have scratches on my back from her nails if you wanna see.”

“Colt!!!”

“What? Isn’t it nice when people don’t mind their own business?”

“I need... I need a moment,” Logan took a few steps back and Ellie started crying. They both looked broken and Colt, on the other hand, looked furious.

“Good. Now that we all established that you are worth each other, I want you, both of you, to get the fuck out of my house. I don’t want to see ANY of you EVER AGAIN in my life.” Colt yelled before storming out. Logan took his jacket and walked out of the door too. 

Ellie looked at both of them leaving, feeling as if her whole world was falling apart. She collapsed on the floor, crying so hard that she couldn’t catch a breath. It didn’t take long before her crying stopped and everything went black.

* ↪ jeon jungkook. he/him. cismale. ╱ i thought i saw kian ko getting questioned by the police. the nineteen year old is in their second year at west bridge studying film production. there’s a rumor that everyone there always called them the cataclysmic because they were beguiling but at the same time morose. do you think they had something to do with her death? + chipped nail polish, morning light peeking through the curtains, soft curls parted down the middle, blinking neon signs, fresh tattoos, shattered iphone screens, missed calls at two in the morning, and long drives down isolated roads.

growing up it was just kian and his dad living in a big, isolated house at the end of a road where no one knew each other. he never knew what happened to his mom, but he also never asked. him and his dad didn’t have the kind of relationship for that; him and his dad were never close enough to have personal conversations. 

the two of them only spoke like ten words to each other by the time the boy was ten and had been completely raised by a nanny. but then everything changed when she just didn’t show up one day and his dad decided to play the role of a parent for once.

he was shit at it and constantly yelled at kian, even pushing him around and smashing his toys just cause he felt like it. he didn’t understand what he had ever done wrong and a part of him thought that this was just how every parent treated their child.

when he was twelve, he ended up finding an old camcorder and instantly fell in love with filming everything around him. it all looked so beautiful through a lens, untainted. but he was young and kids can be dumb. he ended up recording over one of the tapes inside and when his dad found out, he completely lost it.

apparently kian had taped over an old home video of his mom, one that his dad watched frequently, and it became the catalyst for events that would change his life forever. it was the first time his dad was ever physically abusive towards him.

he doesn’t really have much memory of the event, but he does remember being at the top of the stairs filming before everything went black. he found out later that his dad had pushed him down the stairs, but it was ruled an accident and he was put back into his care after he healed.

things only got worse from there with his dad constantly telling him that he was a monster, that no one would ever love him, and that no one would care if he died. these things clawed their way down his throat and found a home in his lungs until he felt like he could no longer breathe.

when he got older and a little colder, he started fighting back and it ended up just being a big brawl between him and his dad all the time. they would literally beat the shit out of each other multiple times a week until, suddenly, it all stopped when he was sixteen.

his dad remarried and the woman brought in two younger children. then, suddenly, his dad was someone else entirely. it was like the bitter old man had been replaced by the most wholesome being in the world. he acted like a completely different person and it pissed kian off. but it also inspired him in a way.

he changed his personality too, became the picture perfect son who played sports and got good grades. he held up his image well, but the monster his father always told him he was never went away. it just waited under his facade until the perfect time to strike.

it was after his first real girlfriend that he decided he liked hurting people. he liked breaking their hearts because it made him feel like a god. he was the perfect boyfriend, dating girls and boys and anyone that was dumb enough to fall for his tricks. he would make sure that he was all they thought about, that they were sure they were in love with him, and then he would rip the rug right out from under them.

nothing made him happier than watching them cry and beg him not to do this. they looked so ugly and broken and he couldn’t think of anything more beautiful. he liked seeing people at their most vulnerable, got off on it.

it was around that same time that he also got into drugs, cocaine specifically, and it helped to perk him up; it helped to make him not look so dead inside. he was a great actor, but the eyes are the window to the soul and his held nothing inside.

when he left for college, he constructed a backstory where he was the son of a pastor who graduated as valedictorian and blushed when complimented. none of that was true, but it didn’t matter. everyone would believe him and would never question it.

he stuck to his story, but things changed when he met annya at freshman orientation. things were different with her and he knew he was fucked, but he let it happen anyway. she brought out a side to him that he thought was long gone and he almost started to believe he could be loved.

but then his dad showed up one day letting him know that he was divorcing kian’s step-mother and it was obvious that he had turned back into the man that would push his son around and make him feel worthless.

so kian regressed as well. he became ugly and cruel towards the one person that made him feel alive and, because of that, she left. it was a hard blow but it brought him back to reality. he couldn’t afford love so he knew it was better off that way, no matter if it hurt.

so he was back to his original plan. he started dating anyone and everyone, cheating on them, breaking their hearts in the worst possible way, all while holding up his perfect little church boy persona.

k so i wanted to add more to this but i’m just so over it i’m too tired to think atm lmao! but a few other things are that he’s a part of a frat and he does play sports. he probs mostly plays more physical sports to get out his aggression like football, lacrosse, hockey, etc so rivals/teammates come thru! i’m sure y’all can tell that i’m a sucker for angst so hit me with that good shit ya? i don’t have a page for specific wanted connections so if you wanna brainstorm or whateva then just GIVE THIS POST A LIKE and i’ll come to you or add me on discord and we can plot there!

A Quiet Place Part II

Yo ! Ini yg gw tunggu2 buanget pe-release-annya. Sampe memutuskan buat nnton hari pertama jam tayang kedua di bioskop kesayangan gw (bela2in sering nnton dsini krn soundnya yg OKE punya. Padahal jauh dari kosan. kwkwkw).

Sudah jelas dari judulnya kl ini terusan dari Part I nya. Msh tentang manusia yang berusaha survive dari keganasan monster berpendengaran sensitif. Cuman ya kl Part II ini lebih ke cerita usaha ngelawan si monstah. kl Part I kan seputaran gimana caranya bertahan aja. Jumpscarenya msh se-edian Part I. Tak jarang gw terkaget2 dibuatnya >.<

Kl ngmongin skor, gw lebih ksh skor di Part I dbanding yg sekarang ini sik. Mungkin krn kita udah tau nih pola monster & how 2 survive, jd udh tau nnt bakal gimana2 nya.

Overall, A Quiet Place Part II ini msh amat sangat layak ditunggu2 & ditonton secepatnya sih. Rasakan sensasi deg-degannya ya ;-)

past but her was mostly used to help take done the red army without knowing it. The leader of the other army knew she will be found by the red army some day. He just waited for it. He used her to just to fuck with Red leader/ Tord. The other leader would also talk her down making her feel less thats why you see her crying sometimes. So her other father was bad-

She was a problem with truthing people to fast. So she was pretty scared if both of her real parents are pissed. She doesn't know all that much about the war and army stuff she is just 13. So as I may ask what Annya and both Tord do to get back at the person who used and hurt their baby? If they know what was going on before they found out ban and before they met her?

.... Ye... Uh... You... You don't wanna know what Anya WILL do when she gets her hands on him.

Finding out he made her suffer in ANY way would bring out the monster even Tord fears for his life.

Let it be known Anya has a soft heart, but a twisted and dark mind. And the places that mind can and WILL go, is something straight outta a WW II horror story. She. Is. Not. To be messed with when her children are involved.

The Legend of Avatar Korra

Nggak nyangka kesampaian nonton Avatar Korra (kelanjutan Avatar Aang).

Waktu itu, setelah tamat Avatar Aang, ya udah tamat nggak ada gimana-gimana. Negara api yang menyerang udah kalah. Perang berakhir, damai, dan kehidupan baru dimulai setelah pengembaraan panjang dan kejadian-kejadian di dalamnya.

Ternyata, masih dilanjut dengan Avatar Korra. Kalo sebelumnya Avatar Aang dari pengendali udara. Penerusnya ini dari pengendali air. Kali ini aku pikir sebagai intermezzo. Atau episode lanjutan yang buat have fun aja. Nggak ada tujuan akhir yang klimaks. Karena keseluruhan inti cerita udah "ditumpahkan" di Avatar Aang. Pun episode yang ini pendek, cuma 4 buku/chapter/bagian/seri.

Waktu itu nggak sengaja nonton di tv gl*bal. Surprise aja, ternyata Avatar Aang ada lanjutannya. Yang lebih bikin surprise lagi, ada pengendali besi. Padahal yang umum diketahui kan cuma 4 elemen: tanah, air, udara dan api. Tapi iklannyaaaa astagaaaa lama banget. Plus, jadwal tayangnya nggak jelas.

Hari berganti, minggu berjalan, bulan berputar, tahun berlalu, aku bisa nonton juga seri Avatar Korra ini. Penasaran itu pengendali besi ngapain. #pfft

Dari yang 4 buku itu, ternyata tiap buku beda kisah. Walaupun lanjut, tapi musuhnya beda di tiap bukunya. Buku 1, lawan non-pengendali yang bisa menghilangkan pengendalian seseorang secara permanen. Yang ternyata non-pengendali ini adalah juga pengendali.

Buku 2, lawan monster.

Buku 3, ini yang sempet kupending nontonnya. Abisnya, kekuatan hebat apalagi yang mau mengalahkan avatar setelah lawannya monster? Tapi aku salah. Yang ini seru juga. Tiba-tiba, setelah lawan monster, dunia arwah menyatu dengan dunia manusia. Hasilnya, yang tadinya nggak bisa ngendaliin apa-apa (non-pengendali), tahu-tahu bisa jadi pengendali udara. Lebih seru karena musuhnya ini penjahat yang bisa mencapai tingkat spiritual tertinggi. Bingung nggak tuh. Penjahat, tapi dia bisa "melepas" hasrat ke-duniawi-annya. Sampai pada tingkat tersebut, dia bisa memperoleh kekuatan tertinggi juga.

Buku 4, ending yang kurang seru menurutku. Karena mungkin udah tahu ini ending kan ya. Alias, masa' lakonnya kalah. Mau sehebat apapun musuhnya, ini kan bagian ending. Pasti musuhnya kalah. Walaupun kurang seru, tapi ini bagian paling menyentuh. Tentang penerimaan, tentang memaafkan, tentang menebus kesalahan. (Ada bagian tokoh yang tentang anak dan ayah yang sempat musuhan.)
