For the OC fashion thing: vampire flight attendant. Not a stand user but is aware of stands and works with stand users.

ngl, i was NOT sure how to approach this one! very interesting and funky concept. i assume you want to design an actual flight attendant uniform that they wear at work and not just causal outfits they wear outside of work (kinda like Kei Nijimura's maid uniform from pt 8). Modern uniforms are obviously more functional and practical, which is great for actual flight attendants in the real world, but not so much for character design in a world where being "practical" would make you the weird one. I think retro designs-- specifically 60s/70s-- are probably the way to go, but then you should find some way to gothify it. i think using black and dark jewel tones is probably the easiest/smartest way to do this, so maybe take inspo from the more streamlines/colorful old deisgns but put them in a dark palette and add some superfluous ruffles/buttons/accessories/etc. that being said, i think they should ABSOLUTELY have a little silk scarf tied around their neck and maybe also a silly little hat :)

some stuff that i think would fit your concept:

Moschino FW22 / girlscoutshoes / various 70s jumpsuits (maybe add a blazer?) / Transair uniforms / Transavia uniform / Uniforms featured in the Seattle Museum of Flight's Style in the Aisle exhibit, 2011 / Pacific Southwest airline uniforms / Prada Men's SS18
