had the creepiest experience with my friend today!! we had been watching the sunset in the countryside between the fields and we had kind of miscalculated how long it would take us to get back to the car so by the time we were like a third of the way it was already dark. and we walked past this horse stable and we could hear a horse inside so we stopped because hearing a horse by night is kind of different than hearing a horse by day and we wanted to look at the horse. since the stable was open on the side we could look inside from our path, so we just stood there for a few minutes and looked at the horse and talked about how for some reason it felt weird to hear horse sounds in between typical nighttime sounds. and then suddenly my friend was like "that isn't a person back there is it" and i thought wow that's a creepy sentence but i couldn't see so i stepped to the side and there actually was a weird pale figure behind the horse. but it was completely still and also the part that appeared to be the head was completely devoid of features, like it was just white with some light shadows. so i was like no that has to be some kind of mannequin, but we weren't sure and then suddenly it SPOKE and said something like "and what are you guys doing there" and it was a man speaking in like a really slow and a bit of a high pitched tone and we were like what the FUCK. i just thought shit he just heard me call him a mannequin but also why is he standing there like that and what the fuck is up with his face and so. i was stunned and my friend said we just wanted to look at the horse and he didn't reply and then she said ok so we're gonna go now. and we walked away, me still too stunned to speak, and we had already passed the stable by a few metres when we heard the man say from afar "you can just look at horses on tv" in the same weird slow tone. we just kept walking, completely freaked out, and then we ran for a bit, and we still had several kilometres to go and we were in the middle of nowhere, our phones were dead from the cold, there were no lights, and it was actually really beautiful to walk through the fields and trees in the moonlight but also we kept looking behind us and felt like we had just escaped a horror movie and the only thing we talked about was rationalizations of what the fuck was up with that dude. and holy shit were we glad when we were finally in the car. but also what the fuck was up with that dude
