299,998. okay that's amusing i'm glad i looked. i'm two words away from 300k lmfao

3. What fandoms do you write for?

99% dai, with a tinyyy bit of da2. also one fic (that has totally fucked up my stats page bc it's a much more popular fandom) for pkmn: sun and moon (anime) and one for cagaster of an insect cage (anime). my old deleted ao3 had more fandoms, the other big ones being les mis (movie) and inception

4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?

we're the last to know (pkmn sumo, little cutesy ash/kiawe thing)

sleep just a little longer (solavellan somno smut lmao)

the hidden mage (fenders during dai timeline)

domitable (solavellan smut with solas domming for once)

a matter of taste (solavellan smut where solas is encouraged to figure out his own interests)

5. Do you respond to comments?

yes! sometimes it takes me a bit but i always reply. if it's a long/thoughtful/specific comment i also try to address a bit of what the commenter brings up :')

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

oh that's maybe a day to die for sure. wrote that back in my first dai hyperfix period after it had come out, this is a bad end au where they get stuck in the magic future

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

my longing series comes to mind. nessa lavellan/solas. it was also my first venture back into seriously writing fic and my first dai fic ever since i got back into my hyperfix :')

none yet, luckily

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

lmao yes i write so much smut. um... what kind indeed? i'll just say it's very character-driven - not always stuff i'm personally interested in, but hey, if it works for them, good. i shall write the thing. i write a lot of different kinks

none i can think of... although i do have an outline for a dragon age characters in the star trek universe fic lmao

not to my knowledge, but i don't go looking, either

one, yes!

no. considered it at times, but it seems kinda awkward

all time....? well i'll say that the ship i've sailed the longest has been fenders fr

the fucking. cagaster of an insect cage one. god. i keep thinking about it and fanfic is nonexistent so i feel extra compelled to finish my fic for them but i just have like 0 interest. da took my entire brain over (again)

16. What are your writing strengths?

hmm... your boy can sure write some character introspection!!! honestly tho, one of the things i'm proudest about in my writing is my ability to match the tone to the fic or character pov

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

action scenes, especially fight scenes :x i can do them but they take soooo much longer than anything else and it's an uphill battle (heh) the whole way

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

while i wouldn't write another real language in fic, if it's a fan language (like project elvhen) then i sometimes include short pieces if they're different from what would normally be spoken. so like... arlathan era fic, no, i'm not going to include stuff from project elvhen bc everyone's speaking elvhen all the time. but if it's during dai era or smth and they're speaking common with the occasional elvhen word/phrase thrown in, then i'd add the word/phrase and define it at the bottom

that's gotta be from my bigfic series, antiquation :') specifically i think part 5, paradigm shift, is my favorite of the whole series uwu

You came to watch the Schweiden Adlers vs. MSBY Jackals with your childhood best friend Yachi and the squad. First-year squad. And that includes Tsukishima Kei. That tall, blonde, gorgeous, salty, and once was yours but you got to let go four years ago. With hearts thumping loud and thoughts screaming out on its own. “I miss you. I’ve missed you to the point that I can’t breathe. I miss you, please be back” These words are just waiting to be spoken like some kind of soulmates telepathy. Will they be able to say it? Will they still be able to fulfill that promise? or…

"Yachi." A voice that sends shivers down your spine. A voice that you're over-familiar with. A voice that's soothing that you've felt comfortable with. A voice that you've also missed over the years. "Oh, you're here Y/N!!" he exclaimed "Yes, I am. Hello...."

"Yes, I am. Hello Tadashi!" you replied with a big sigh of relief to yourself because Tsukishima's not standing beside him. "Y/N!??!?!" Shimada-san exclaimed with eyes wide-open. Kinda not believing what he's seeing. "Y/n?? That renowned writer from Karasuno? That Akutagawa Ayaka? That friend of your disciple?" asked by Takinoue which filled laughter to their konyaku skewers stall because of his continuous questions "Yeah right" Shimada answered calmly after laughing too hard "Oh and I remember. How are you and that beanpole? Tsukishima is it?" he asked again but this time everybody's mood just sunken. "No, it's okay guys. We're already done 4 years ago. We're both fine now Takinoue-san, thank you for asking." you calmly answered but it made you realize something. That question made you miss him more and you're seeing him later on. "Scary," you thought to yourself. You're on the edge of backing out because you're scared to feel his presence again, you're scared to let that suppressed feeling that you've hidden for the past 4 years out, and you're scared that in the end you'll search and long for his existence again after this meeting. Trying to break the awkwardness, Yamaguchi barged in with the invite of buying onigiris at the next stall. To your surprise, it's one of the monstrous Miya brothers and he's selling onigiris and is not with his brother playing volleyball. So your squad gave thank you's to Shimada and Takinoue-san (who's scratching his head out of embarrassment) and scooted over to the other stall. "Oh, another from Karasuno! Their manager and another one hmm but you're not a member of its club but I remember you," he said while trying to guess who you are. "No it's fine, but thank you fo-" "Oh! you're the girlfriend of that guy with that nasty blocks! I remember you now. I was eyeing you then I searched for you outside the court then you made a scene after they just got out of the exit. He sure is lucky heh heh." he halted with a smirk from remembering that scene that happened 4 years ago.

fwiiiIiiiIIIiitTTTtttTTt The set ended. As the whistle blew, by instinct, you ran with all your might from the bleachers down to the court's exit to meet them. Karasuno loss to Inarizaki high. Miya brothers got their revenge from their loss last year. Nearing the court's exit, you've tried to suppress all your emotions, tried to suppress that tears from flowing because you'll know it'll affect them, and you've decided to mouth a mantra "You can do it y/n. Don't cry!" over and over again. But the sight of Karasuno VBC having a satisfied yet you believe that they're just keeping a strong front. You've shouted, "YOU GUYS DID SO WELL!!"

"NOYA-SAAAAAAAAN YOU'RE SO COOOOOL"

"TANAKA-SAN THOSE SPIKES ARE SO COOOOL"

"YOU SENPAIS ARE THE BESTTT!!" You've tried your best to cheer them all up but in the end, you're the one who's crying like a baby. In the end, they've chuckled at your sight and answered in unison "We're all fine Y/N! At least we got into the nationals again" as they patted your head one-by-one. Until you've felt a familiar hand over the crown of your head. That hand that you've memorized so well. It's Tsukishima's. "Kei!!" you exclaimed as you climbed up the tall beanpole and you wrapped your legs around his waist. "Are you okay? Don't feel so upset, please. I'll ready my shoulders and lap for you. Do you want some strawberry shortcake? We can buy it on the way home or you want me to bake one? Just tell me. Let's watch again the Jurassic Park series hmm? deal?" you blabbered as you look onto his eyes with puppy eyes. "Dumbass!! You never failed to amaze me with your idio-" he halted as you pulled his head into a kiss as you can never think of another way to comfort him right at that moment. You know he needs to be comforted because Tsuki always wanted to win and you know for sure that he'll be hiding this disappointment all by himself afterward. Hinata and Kageyama stood in surprise as both of them cannot register what's happening right in front of them. Meanwhile, the whole Karasuno VBC can't even believe that the one that's involved in this couple scene is Tsukishima. That's why they just whistled it off and just continued with their after match agenda. "I WISH KIYOKO-SAN IS HERE" Tanaka and Nishinoya mumbled and cried out. ~~~ "Oh, she's taken." Osamu scoffed to himself as he tried to search for you as he was amazed by your beauty and courage back at the bleachers as you try to cheer wholeheartedly for Karasuno.

"Oh, haha that. We remember, thanks hahaha!!" you answered nervously, thinking "am I gonna encounter everyone that I knew back in my high school days like this?". And fear crept you up more as you finished buying things and now walking off inside the arena. thud thuD tHuD "UGH" you've said to yourself Every step you take, your heart beats so loud like it's trying to escape out of your chest. Blood is getting to your head out of nervousness to encounter him once again.

"TSUKI!! I GOT EM!" Your heartbeats became extremely audible when you heard Yamaguchi shout for Tsukishima's name and attention. "No, I only drink Kahlua and milk. I don't appreciate people who......" Every noise from the whole arena became inaudible as Tsukishima muttered words as an answer for Yamaguchi's exclamation. Damn, you've missed this voice so much. This voice that comforted you, secured you, annoyed you, and whispered words to you lovingly. Suddenly, you've wished that could press that restart button so you can start all over again and delete that past mistake of leaving him out of your own cowardice.

This is what you've been missing and longing for. This is the missing puzzle piece. Tsukishima Kei is the home that you've been longing for.

*•.¸♡ a/n: yay!! got to finish it before sunday hits my face because I’ll be reviewing laods for biochemistry. medical school peeps, geesh. So yeah, this is my first time writing and I would love to hear your thoughts about this. Thank you!!
