I’m sorry, this is probably like common knowledge for everyone else but,,,, how do I meditate for reincarnation memory recall?? I just,,, Ive tried meditating before but I never know what I’m supposed to do
I have written just a bit ago about the multiple routes in beginning your reincarnation journey here. If you have troubles relaxing during meditation, I have previously addressed the issue here.
I, myself, do have issues with meditation. I know there are many others who gain memories solely through meditating, or have no trouble with it, but I have never been that type. Self-guided meditation, for anything, is quite a difficult thing, and requires a lot of practice (I was allowed to pursue it after I was quite older during my days at the temple). You can search “Past Life Regression” on somewhere like YouTube, and there will be plenty of guided meditations. It’s different from a daily self meditation, as it’s very specific and can often be turbulent. I have read somewhere that the meditations led by Dr. Brian Weiss are excellent, as he spends his time training people to lead in-person regressive meditations and can even certify them.
I do not lead meditations, but should you need any second opinions, my PMs are open to help you through any difficulties. Please do let me know if anything can be expanded upon.

Can Hypnotherapy Heal A Phobia From 4,000 Years Ago? Psychiatrist Dr. Brian Weiss Explains The Power Of Past Life Regression Therapy
Ivy League-trained psychiatrist Dr. Brian Weiss is an acclaimed psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, and the author of Many Lives. Many Masters.
And back in the 1980s, he took on a patient suffering from paralyzing fears and phobias.
Once she was under hypnosis, something mind-blowing happened… something that completely shocked Dr. Weiss too…
The patient regressed into past lives, as far back as 4,000 years!
And that’s not all...
The patient then started to channel personal details about Dr. Weiss’ life – including a message from his dead son and father!
(Oh, and after this session, her phobias began to disappear, too.)
Intrigued to discover more?
Check out this article by the Hypnosis Training Academy , to find out how Dr. Weiss went from skeptic, to a past-life regression therapy expert.

‘We take different births to find what the soul really yearns for’
Tumblr media
People have always wondered what lies beyond the grave. While some say death is the end, others believe in life after death. The concept of reincarnation states that a soul is born multiple times in different bodies. According to this belief, people have past lives. Practitioners believe that past life memories can be retrieved in those who have been reincarnated. Past Life Regression (PLR) is a technique that uses hypnosis to recover these memories.
In an informative interview with Soulveda, PLR practitioner Lizia Batla talks about reincarnation and explains all about past life regression.
Excerpts:
How did your interest get piqued in PLR?
I have always been drawn to esoteric modalities. But the catalyst for my learning is my son Jeevan, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy as a child. All modalities have helped him to become the potent being he truly is.
What kind of people typically tend to come to you for PLR?
I do not accept everyone that comes to me for a PLR. A few people come to me out of curiosity and I gently turn them away. If there is a genuine case of deep seated fear, hypochondria or psychosis, then with their doctor’s permission (if they are clinically diagnosed) I attend to them.
For the people who’ve come so far, has the process ever revealed that someone didn’t have a past life?
Most people have a past life, but a new soul does come into existence. It can be ascertained from an astrology chart.
Despite knowing about PLR, why are people wary of uncovering their memories?
We operate on two levels, the higher mind (that knows all) and the lower mind that we use in our daily life. Remembering or reliving a painful situation can bring a lot of emotional upheaval, which is why most people don’t like to go there. Sometimes, people are just not willing to know about their past lives or even a childhood memory because their higher selves perceive a painful situation/moment.
“Nothing can ever go wrong in a PLR session. A subject cannot be hypnotised without their consent.”
Scientifically, where does the discipline of PLR stand? Some people are empirically driven. So if I were to convince them, how would I?
A lot of research has been done by people. Some have even dedicated their lives to finding the truth about people’s past-life events. However, the medical fraternity does not acknowledge the same. Brian Weiss himself is an MD, who has given up a lucrative practice and is devoted to PLR. Trutz Hardo has written a book on children who have lived before.
Has there been any particular subject whose life changed drastically after going through PLR? Would you mind sharing their story (anonymously, of course)?
We did regression for a young girl who wasn’t able to lose weight. We found she was sexually abused for years by her staff, a much older man, in this life. When I took her through it, she found out that she had started enjoying these episodes. Was it the guilt of enjoying rape or something else? It didn’t matter what it was. As she acknowledged it, she began shedding her weight. Just acknowledging that it happened was what she needed.
How do you guide the subject? What kind of questions do you normally ask? Are they open-ended or do they lead the subject in a particular direction?
There are no fixed guidelines and questions. The therapist goes with their ‘knowledge’ to relax the subject. A well-trained therapist will never lead the subject but would rather go where the subject is ‘going’. If the therapist feels that the subject needs to be asked more questions then they will. A few sessions are required before the subject unravels their journey. To allow the mind and body to assimilate what has transpired, it is important to give a gap of at least a fortnight between sessions. There’s no point rushing what you could have accumulated over 20, 30 or even 100 years.
What can go wrong with PLR? Could there be any side effects of the process?
Nothing can ever go wrong in a PLR session. A subject cannot be hypnotised without their consent. By helping one acknowledge a certain memory, the therapist helps in letting go of the trauma attached to it. There are no side effects.
What according to you is the difference between karma and reincarnation or is it that one leads to the other?
There is hardly any connection between karma and reincarnation as you choose reincarnation to experience what you have chosen for yourself, not be reincarnated because of it.
According to me, karma is something we create. Creating karma is in our hands because it is with ‘choice’ that we create what we desire. As for reincarnation, we take different births to find what the soul really yearns for. For instance, if the soul wants to experience the patience of a Buddha, it will find and surround itself with people who will test its patience. In this space, it will learn.
Knowing the past–how does it help?
One does not necessarily have to know the past. However, if there is a recurring problem then one needs to look into their childhood or a past life for answers. For example, a client had fear of water, heights and closed spaces, and clinical therapy wasn’t helping. A PLR revealed that in her past life she was pushed from a height, she fell into a hole and drowned to death. After a few sessions, she overcame her fears and even learnt swimming.

Last May I got to visit one of my favorite places on the planet: @omegainstitute. Glorious landscape, excellent vegan eats (and I’m not even vegan!), simple accommodations, yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, sustainable living, a gorgeous lake, and photo opps galore. ✨ But, my most favorite thing there ever? The thing I’ve been wanting - no NEEDING - to do for like 5 years? Past Life Regression training with Dr. Brian Weiss, MD. @dr_brianweissquotes ✨ I can’t begin to tell you the eye-opening, peaceful, healing experience it is being in the presence of Dr. Weiss and his wife, Carol. Two beautiful humans who are incredibly skilled, humble, and love the land of the “weird” and wonderful. Dr. Weiss is a psychiatrist who discovered the healing power of past life regression therapy after a patient spontaneously went into a past life during a hypnotic regression. A Yale-trained physician, he was quite skeptical and set out to research what exactly was going on. ✨ The bottom line: Dr Weiss found that healing happens with past life regression therapy; therefore, it’s a fantastic mode of treatment. A book he wrote with his daughter “Miracles Happen” is the reason I chose that name for my business. So many feels. ✨ Enjoy this episode at www.drmariarothenburger.com/episode41 or on your favorite listening platform (link in bio) (at Salem, Oregon) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bzt6TJ5BJTg/?igshid=wro5dpmpzik2

Mom’s Past Life Regression:
So, the man that was the person that led the regression is my old professor. He was trained by Dr Brian Weiss - who was (I believe) the first person to regress people. To learn more about this, you can read Dr Weiss’ book Many Lives Many Masters. The way the regression worked was that between memories, he would tap her forehead 3 times to move her to the next memory, in total she saw 3.
The notes that Prof. took will be written normally, written how he wrote them. Questions he asked will be in [brackets].
First memory:
- [Prof: Where are you?] Field, moor grass, little flowers, in springtime. [Prof: Look down at your feet, what do you see?] Brown shoes, a long dress. [Prof: Now look up, at your face, what do you see?] Brown hair. [Prof: What’s your name? How old are you?] Annah, I’m 23. [Prof: Look around, Annah, what do you see around you?] There’s woods far off, woods, farmhouse, my home. [Prof: What are you doing out in the field, Annah?] I went for a walk to the pond. [Prof: Now, I want you to look at your left hand. Do you have a wedding ring?] No. [Prof: How do you feel about that?] Content. The Opportunity hasn’t come up yet. [Prof: What about in your house, Annah, is anyone there?] There’s family in the house. Someone waiting for me. I feel warmth and love, I think it’s my mother, but I’m not sure. [Prof: Where do you live?] In the USA. [Prof: What year is it, Annah? You know this.] It’s 1740. [Prof: What about your father, where is he?] He’s behind the house, working. [Prof: Do you have siblings?] Maybe. They’re not at home.
Second:
- [Prof: Now where are you? What do you see?] I’m in a city, I see stone streets. It’s dusk. It’s cold and damp, I can smell the dampness in the air. I’m hiding. [Prof: Are you a man or a woman?] Man. I’m peeking around... like the corner of a wall. Someone wants to find me. [Prof: Can you look down at your feet, what do you see?] Dark shoes. Dark pants. Dark blue or black pants, maybe dark blue. [Prof: Now look at your face, what do you look like?] I have a mustache and beard. Dark brown hair. [Prof: Where are you? What city?] I want to say London but I keep hearing Copenhagen. [Prof: That’s alright. What year is it?] 1853. [Prof: Oh, specific, good. What are you doing?] I’m trying to find a pub. A bar. To get safe. He wants to find me. [Prof: Do you know him?] Yeah, we were in business together. There was a falling out? I feel like we’re both bad guys, we stole something. [Prof: What’s your name?] Michael. [Prof: Do you know the other man’s name?] Don, or Bob. Something like that. *laughs* We’re just jerks. [Prof: Oh, you’re just jerks? But you stole something. Con men?] Yeah. But I have the money *laughs* I took the money from him. [Prof: Look around you again, what do you see?] Narrow roads. The buildings are like... tudor style. There’s white wood trim and window boxes. It’s dirty, not nice. It just finished raining, I can see my breath. My throat feels tight, I feel like eventually he finds me. Something bad happens.
Third:
- [Prof: Where are you now?] In the army. There’s shooting, war. I’m wearing green, and a hat. There’s lots of guys, lots of noise. [Prof: What year is it?] 1943. [Prof: You said you’re in the army, what army are you fighting for?] US. [Prof: Where are you fighting?] Germany. [Prof: And what’s your name?] Jim. I’m in the infantry. [Prof: What’s going on around you?] There’s something behind me. It’s chaos. I’m nervous, cold. I’m sick and tired of being dirty. I’m sitting in front of a wall of sandbags. It’s nighttime. I wish this would end. I just want to have a cigarette [note: my mom does not smoke] and want it to be quiet. My heart’s pounding. There’s a grenade. Someone threw it over it landed in front of me. I can’t move... I .. I think I’m dead. But there’s no relief.
Last:
- [Prof: What do you see?] I’m back at the beginning. I see the door I went through first. [Prof: That means you don’t want to move forward anymore, that’s alright, we can stop.] Okay.

A few years ago I came across books from Miami based, Colombia University trained psychiatrist, hypnotherapist, and author, Dr. Brian Weiss, M.D. Despite being raised a devout Catholic, I fell in love with his books on reincarnation, past lives and his experiences in past life regression. Two of my favorites are "Many Lives, Many Masters" and "Only Love is Real". Here are some quotes I always keep in mind and the only picture I have when I go to meet him a 2-3 yrs ago. (at Broward Center for the Performing Arts)
