I have decided that I will be placing my (Only the Dragon Slayers) Fairy Tail Fandragons into the Cult. It would make their situation way more interesting for me than what I had previously planned.

Hi there, I noticed your requests are open! May I please request some smut for laxus with a fem reader, headcanons or scenario I don't mind (I hope this isn't too vague and I hope you do smut, if not some fluff would be nice) thanks!
Surprise {Laxus Dreyar x F!Reader}
Tumblr media
Summary: You had news, important news to tell Laxus. You wanted to make it special, so while preparing the surprise, something happens. Will you be able to tell Laxus the news?
A/N: I AM SO SORRY!!! I was working on this ever since you made the request and I had that long bout of writers block and hated touching my WIPs! But now I can finally do this request! I wrote like six prompts for this request and this was the one that I could flesh out the most. I know you asked for smut, so I may do a part two of this, have it take place after the one year time skip. I just wanted have something for you, instead of leaving this in the drafts.
Word count: 5k
---
You’ve been in the guild since you were young, and have stayed with them through thick and thin. You found solace in the Thunder Legion and in the arms of the Master’s grandson Laxus. The two of you clicked in ways you’ve never expected. You started as going close friends and went through it all together. From the Battle Royale, which did drift you to his sudden appearance at Tenrou Island. It was the two of you, along with the Thunder Legion, against the world. Ever since Tenrou Island, the two of you have been dating, and it was the best decision of your life.
Now it was after the Grand Magic Games and for a while, things were peaceful in Magnolia. There were a lot of jobs being taken, wizards of Fairy Tail were thriving. It was all good.
You were out shopping, a soft smile on your face as you picked up things for the dinner tonight. You were planning a dinner with your boyfriend and his friends tonight. A special one you told them. You were wearing a black, spaghetti strap, corset top, with ripped, black jeans and a pair of strappy boot heels. You were in one of the best moods of your life, so excited for tonight.
You picked up some dry pasta and placed it alongside your other items in your basket. You went over the list of everything you needed before heading to an empty checkout line. Once you began to place the different food you bought in the lane, your mind drifted back to before you arrived here. When you had to tell them why you couldn’t come with them for their restaurant job at 8-Island.
“A special dinner? For what?” Bickslow questioned, crossing his arms.
You just smiled smugly, placing your finger on top of your plump, glossy lips, “that, my dear friend, is for me to know and for you guys to find out! Now I don’t want to keep old man Yajima waiting! Go!” You shoved the long-tongued man, along with the rest of them, towards the large guild door.
Laxus, being Laxus of course, barely budged from your efforts to push them out, instead choosing to turn around and grab you by the wrists. You tried to squirm out his hold but he held your wrists tighter and pulled you even closer, looking into your eyes. You squirmed at his intense stare, trying to look away from his blue-gray eyes.
“You sure it’s nothing bad?” He questioned softly, one of his hands moving from your wrist to your waist.
You relaxed a bit before smiling, exhaling through your nose. You raised an arm to caress his cheek softly, running your thumb over his lips.
“I promise it’s a good thing.” Still holding his cheek, you leaned up and gave him a peck on his cheek, leaving a glossy print.
He muttered “angrily” at your actions but his cheeks gave him away as they turned red which made him glance everywhere but at you. You smiled at his actions and gave them one final push out of the guild so they can make it on time for their restaurant job at 8-Island.
“See you guys tonight! And don’t eat too much there, I’m making a big dinner!” You waved them off.
The Thunder Legion turned around and waved at you back, Evergreen yelled at you to make your famous butter rolls. You smiled at her and yelled back that you already planned to make them. She smiled at you and turned back around and caught up with the rest of them.
Laxus glanced back at you and winked at you, making you roll your eyes and smile at him and waved your fingers at him before entering the guild to talk to Mira about her recipe books.
You smiled before hearing the cashier calling out to you. Your cheeks immediately burned in embarrassment, before pulling out your wallet to pay for your things. She handed you your receipt, which you thanked her for before summoning a cloud to help you carry all of your things home. It was already getting close to the time they were supposed to be returning from 8-Island anyways. You wanted to get dinner started for them so they wouldn’t be waiting long.
You walked towards your home, clouds carrying your bags and your hands on your abdomen.
Not realizing the horror that was happening to your loved ones right now.
----
Meanwhile, at the Fairy Tail guild hall…
“How are we supposed to tell her?”
The entire guild was in the infirmary, moments after Freed carried all his team and Yajima back to the guild. They were currently unconscious, their bodies writhing in pain from the Bane particles in their system.  Porlyusica was still trying to ease their pain.
“Huh? Tell who?!” Natsu asked, looking around the guild.
“You idiot!” Lucy yelled, hitting him in the back of the head before pointing all around the guild.
“Who else?!? Y/n Of course! She’s not here! She doesn’t know what happened to them!”
Natsu looked at Lucy incredulously before looking around before realizing she was right, you weren’t here. No one has seen you since Laxus and the Thunder Legion left for their job. Mira, however, looked away and down as she started to recall the conversation you had with her. It was right before you left the guild, heading towards the stores in town today.
“She went out in the town today,” Mira started, tears filling her waterline, “she said she had a surprise for Laxus and the Thunder Legion and wanted to make a special dinner for the four of them,” Mira told the whole guild, looking down at her hands, tears filling her eyes.
“I have to make an amazing dinner for them tonight, cause of the news I have to tell them!” You were so excited, taking the book in Mira’s hands and putting it in your bag.
Mira giggled and clasped her hands together in joy, “may I ask what this special surprise is supposed to be?”
You looked at Mira, eyeing her carefully. After Ever, you did think of Mira as your best friend. The two of you hit it off when you joined the guild with Evergreen. Plus she knew how to keep a secret. When she wanted to anyways. You took a deep breath and smiled before placing your hands on your abdomen.
She looked down at your hands before looking back at you. You tapped your finger pads gently against your abdomen, making her look back down. She was still confused for a moment before her eyes widened in shock and she gasped loudly.
“You- You’re preg-”
Frantically, you quickly reached up to her face and covered her mouth with your hands. You looked around to make sure that no one heard her. Luckily no one is paying attention to you guys. All you did was nod your head at what she was asking you before slowly removing your hand from your mouth.
“I’m so happy for you!” Her eyes filled with tears as she carefully wrapped her arms around you.
You smiled at her happiness and wrapped your arms around her, relishing in her warm hug. You both stayed like that for a moment before letting go. You told her that you hadn’t told Laxus or the Thunder Legion yet and that you wanted to make a special dinner for the five of you. To do that, you have to head out to the store to get the things you needed for dinner tonight.
Mira smiled in happiness for you as she waved you off, seeing you walk out the guild doors, with a skip in your walk.
“See you later Mira!”
Mira began to sob in her hands, taking a seat beside Laxus’ bed. Lisanna immediately began to comfort her, wrapping her arms around her older sister’s trembling shoulders. The entire guild could only look in sadness as the white-haired S-Class wizard cried for her friends.
“T-this is going to kill her,” Mira sobbed, taking the tissue Juvia offered her.
Gray opened his mouth, was about to say something when loud creaking, which usually came from the guild front doors, started filling the quiet air. They could hear footsteps slowly entering before hearing,
“Hello!!? Where are you guys? Where is everyone?”
It was you. It was way past the time that Laxus said he and the others would be home. After waiting for over an hour, you decided to come to the guild. You had planned to go to the 8-Island restaurant but city officials had closed off the area due to a gas leak. At least, that’s what they were telling people who asked. They would have told you something different, however, your guild Mark was on your shoulder blade, and you were wearing a jacket.
Mira began to cry harder, her body shaking.
“I-I can’t-,” she choked, coughing into her hands.
Master Makarov sighed, stroking his beard, his eyes closed. He stood there for a moment before turning around and headed towards the infirmary door.
“Don’t worry child, I’ll tell her.”
——
You were getting worried. First Laxus and the Thunder Legion don’t show up and now the guildhall is empty. You changed out of your outfit, wearing a long-sleeved, black, ruched dress with ruffles all over the dress. Your coils, usually in a wash-and-go style, are now slicked up into an afro puff and decorated with a butterfly clip that Laxus had gotten you one time. You looked around at the empty guildhall, wondering where everyone was.
“Guys, this is getting really weird… where are you?!” You called out one more time.
You then heard movements behind you, making you quickly turn around and get in a battle stance. Only to find Master Makarov coming down the stairs. You let out a breath of relief before walking up to him.
“I’m so glad to see you,” you smiled at your future grandfather-in-law, “where’s the rest of the guild? Have they all taken jobs again? And do you know where Laxus is? It’s getting late.”
Gramps sighed before taking your hand and leading you to the closest table to the stairs. He made you sit down as he looked down in anguish.
“Gramps… is there something wrong?” You asked him tentatively, leaning over to try and look him in the face.
You could see tears in his waterline which made you even worried. What could have happened for him to feel like crying?
“My dear Y/n… something has happened…”
——
The doors of the infirmary slammed open, causing everyone to gasp and turn around as they saw you running inside like a madwoman. You pushed them all away from you, basically having no regard for any of them. You soon reached the closest bed.
Which just so happens to be Laxus’ bed.
Your body began to shake as your eyes glanced over on his sickly body. He was pale, oh so very pale, you could almost see the poison moving through his veins. His eyes were closed but you could hear him grunt from the pain of the and writhe in pain. There was sweat glistening on his body. The tears were already falling from your eyes.
“N-no, not L-Laxus,” you stuttered, slowly falling to your knees.
You couldn't breathe. You could see dark spots started to cloud your vision, you could feel your eyes beginning to flutter open and closed. You took a couple of steps back before you lost your footing, stumbling on yourself.
“Y-Y/n?” You heard someone question but you couldn’t place who it was as your vision blackened, falling to the ground unconscious.
“Y/N!”
Gray, being the closest male to you, immediately picked you up and placed you on the next empty bed, the one beside Freed’s. Porlyusica immediately came over to check on you, placing a stethoscope on your body and placing it at different vital areas. She removed the tool and placed her hands on your abdomen, her hands giving off a blue glow. A few seconds after her hands immediately turned pink.
She slowly nodded her head, before removing her hands, the pink glow slowly fading away. The entire guild watched as Porlyusica slowly rose from her kneeling position before turning to face the rest of the guild, looking on at their collapsed guildmate with immense worry.
“Well?!” Natsu questioned, “what’s wrong with her?”
Porlyusica just sighed and smiled sadly, shaking her head.
“She’s pregnant.”
The entire guild gasped loudly at the news and the reveal only seemed to make Mira cry even harder. Some looked over at you, seeing your tears drying on your face as you rest. Some looked onto Master, waiting for his reaction. Others looked onto Porlyusica as she explained the reason for your fainting.
“She just needs to rest, I guess she stressed herself out a little too much today and this just topped everything,” Porlyusica said, reaching over to pull up the blanket to right under your chin.
Porlyusica made sure that you were as comfortable as possible, before turning to the rest of the Fairy Tail Guild, “This is a crucial time for her, she needs to be resting… which means you all need to find the person who did this Laxus and the rest of the Thunder Legion and find them quickly!”
The guild’s all-around sullen faces became hardened with resolve, with these new developments, a new enemy was upon them. Master Makarov already started to make plans to find the other council members and protect them while making plans to find Tartarus. The entire guild soon cleared out of the infirmary, on Prolyusica’s orders, of course, saying that the large group was making her and her patients stuffy. After everyone left, Erza already yelled at them to start the search for the former council members. However, Mira and Lisanna stayed, looking on to your resting body before turning their eyes towards the Thunder Legion and Old Man Yajima.
“Don’t worry Mira,” Lisanna said, giving her sister a reassuring one-sided hug, “Laxus and the others are gonna make it out of this alive and he and Y/n are gonna have their baby.”
Mira took a deep breath, wiping her tears away with a clean tissue. She looked down at her hands before forming a small smile on her face.
“Yeah, you’re right Lisanna.”
——
You were awake.
It had been two days since you found out about Laxus and the Thunder Legion’s demise. You were now awake and you barely spoke to anyone, using mostly nods and head shakes to communicate to people. Mira was the only one who would hear you speak real words. But the most she would get to hear you say is “no’s” and “yes”. The only time people would hear you speak full words and sentences is when you would talk to Laxus. He obviously couldn’t respond but you couldn’t help it. You knew he was mostly listening. At least you hoped.
You refused to leave Laxus’s side, Mira had to bring you clothes from your home and you ate and slept in the guild. In the empty infirmary beds. No matter what, you refused to leave his side, no matter what people tried to tell you. A plus to this was that Porlyusica could do checkups on you. She made sure that the baby was growing and nothing was hindering their development. However she, and the other have been trying to convince you to take a break from the guild. Although you couldn’t go out and help people with the search, they wanted you to at least take a walk outside of the guild.
“You can’t keep staying here Y/n, it’s not good for the baby,” Mira tried to convince you to take a walk but you wouldn’t budge.
You were sitting by Laxus’ side, as you’ve always been, holding his hand and just looking at him. You were wearing a pair of comfy sweatpants and a matching sweatshirt. Your hair was dry and crunchy to the touch. You had not moisturized it for days, still pulled up in the same puff you had a couple of days ago.
“How about you take a small walk, I can convince Levy to take over for me and I walk with you?”
Nothing. Not a word from you. You were still silent, sitting by Laxus’ side and holding his hand, slowly stroking it. Your eyes were lifeless, eyes heavy with bags.
“Y/n, I know you're worried, but please think about what Laxus would want. He would want you to take care of yourself, take care of your baby. And staying like this isn’t good, you need a breath of fresh air. Please if not for me, for the baby then?”
You took a deep breath and leaned back, still holding his hand.
“Mira is right, your baby comes before you now. Take some time outside, before you come back to this dreary place,” Porlyusica then said, looking at some herbs and oils in glass beakers.
Mira came up and grabbed you by the shoulders, “please just for five minutes, and then you can come back inside, okay?”
You sighed, glanced at her before looking at your lover, who was currently fighting for his life right now. You looked at him with longing, to see him wake up, to see his reaction when he learns of your state. You caressed his face, thumbing over his cheek before slowly sliding your hand off of his face. You looked back at Mira and nodded your head, sliding your chair back. You got up and followed Mira outside, ignoring the members who were running around, currently on the mission to find the former council members, hopeful to find the ones connected to FACE.
Mira kept you updated about the guild at times.
The two of you stepped outside and took in the cool air slightly blowing in your faces. You took a deep breath as you began to rock back and forth. You crossed your arms together and rubbed them up your biceps to gain some warmth in your palms.
“See, don’t you at least feel a bit better, more air in your lungs at least?”
You said nothing, just continued to look out into the Magnolia distance. Squinting your eyes, you could see the old Island-8 restaurant, and the construction workers beginning the new building. You felt a lump in your throat as you looked on, before taking a deep breath and rolling your shoulders back, feeling the joints in your backbones crack.
“Y/n?”
You felt a force slightly push you at your shoulders, pulling you out of your headspace. You jumped a little before turning around looking at your friend, who looked at you with even more worry. You gave her a small smile as she grabbed your shoulder, joining you in looking at your home city.
“You know he’s gonna pull through, so please don’t stress yourself out,” Mira said, laying her head on top of your shoulder.
You let out a small breath throughout your nose before reaching out to place one hand on her head and the other one in your slightly protruding abdomen. The two of you just stood there for a while, taking in all the fresh air you could before someone called out to the both of you.
The two of you glanced at each other before looking at Warren, who was sweating and panting like a dog in need of water.
“Mira! We need you!”
Mira let go of you but looked back at you, eyes swimming with unspoken unconcern. You smiled and gestured for her to go.
“Go,” you whispered, nodding your head towards Warren, “go find the council members.”
She smiled before following Warren into the guildhall. Yous sighed before turning back, staring at the horizon once more. The cool breeze  You smiled to yourself, the first real smile you’ve felt in days.
“Laxus would love how this day looks…”
----
You were disoriented, the confusion caused your stomach to start to flip on itself. The baby definitely didn’t like the ride, no matter how smooth Carla tried to make it. You groaned as you tried to push yourself up from… the rock? You glanced around, only to find yourself in an unfamiliar place. You looked down to find yourself, surrounded by the Thunder Legion and Old Man Yajima, who was also laying on the ground, still unconscious. You gasped and stood up as quick as you could without upsetting your stomach and your baby anymore. The wind around you was blowing all around you, as in the distance, you could see a large building in the distance. You took a couple of small steps, squinting your eyes as you got a better look at the emblem sitting front and center of the castle.
Tartarus.
You gasped as you looked around to find your guildmates appearing all around you, coming from Cana’s cards. That’s when the final moments came back to you, you were sitting inside Laxus, holding his hand as Porlyusica administered something to help ease his pain. That’s when the door slammed open and you turned to find Cana running inside. Before she could explain herself, she had already placed all of you in the cards. She then handed them to the three exceeds, putting herself in a card as well, right before the whole guild hall blew up. Cana saved the entire guild’s lives just in time.
“CHAAAAARGE!!!”
You quickly looked up, seeing an army of Tartarus soldiers, headed straight for you and your entire guild
“Y/n!”
You turned around to see Cana looking back at you, holding her cards as she began to fight off the soldiers.
“You and the wounded get a safer place, you can’t fight in your condition!” She said, glancing down at your slightly protruding abdomen.
You looked down at yourself before looking back at Cana, who was waiting for you to move. You just shook your head at her concern before cracking your neck. As you did that, the clouds above began to move as your eyes began to glow white. Your fingers twitched with bright, blue-white lightning, the most powerful type that you can control. The guild and even the soldiers glanced up at the changes in the weather, The wind began to blow all around, centering around you. You raised your hands high as thunder sounded off in the sky.
“Thunder Clap!” You yelled, bringing your hands together in front of you in a swift motion.
The loud clap echoed into a large soundwave which knocked down all the incoming soldiers that were closing in.  You turned your head and smirked at Cana, who just smirked back at you. You could feel Prolysica’s disappointment glaring right at your back but you couldn't sit back. Not when your entire guild was giving everything to save the kingdom and magic in this world.
“I think we’ll be just fine Cana, worry about getting into their guildhall!” You yelled, before summoning a bout of lightning from the skies to take on some more soldiers.
She nodded at you before charging ahead, taking down more soldiers as she went. You took a deep breath before looking at the oncoming soldiers. Your eyes went white once more before as you took a crouching stance, lighting appearing at your fingers.
“Let’s do this,” you whispered to yourself.
You knew you couldn’t go all out, so you needed to take out as many as you can and save enough energy in case you needed to move the Thunder Legion and Old Man Yajima.
---
You collapsed to the ground, breathing heavily. You could hear Porlyusica exclaim, running over to you. Your magic power was greatly reduced since you have another lifeform feeding off of you. So you couldn't hold your own in a battle as long as you could anymore. After Tartarus activated Alegria, and someone somehow found a way to let you guys go. You immediately found yourselves surrounded by soldiers, and you were the only functioning wizard for miles, everyone getting separated in the rubble. So you had to fight them off, and you were already tired from the previous fight.
“You pushed yourself too hard! Now, look at you!” She turned you to your back, using her stethoscope and using her hand to feel around your abdomen.
You could the ground rumble under you, the tiny stones jumping up and down. You turn your head to find even more soldiers headed your way. You tried to push Prolyuisca away from you, you had to keep fighting. But as soon as you did that, you could feel something cramp up painfully in your lower abdomen. The grip there, caused you to gasp painfully and lay back down, curling yourself into a fetal position. You pushed your coils out of your face as you glanced at the incoming soldiers, they were getting closer and closer.
You took another deep breath and tried to sit up but this time, Porlyusica pushed you back down.
“Lay back down! You pushed yourself too hard and now you baby could be in danger!”
“They’re coming, and we don’t have an offensive wizard anywhere around us! I have to fight through it!”
The pain only intensified every time you tried to move, your efforts going for naught. You could feel tears fall down your eyes, God was this it? You had no idea where your guild was, the entire Tartaros castle laid to rubble, and you couldn't get up anymore without endangering you and your unborn baby.
That’s when you heard it.
Lightning.
The both of you glanced up, to where the soldiers were coming to only find them all taken down in one fell swoop, struck by yellow lighting. Once the smoke cleared, only one man was standing.
Your man.
You gasped, feeling tears of happiness come to your waterline. He was shirtless, and you could see his body sweating even more than usual. He then turned his body halfway, looking down at you and Porlyusica. He just gave you his signature smirk before facing forward once more.
“Take care of her. She stressed her and the little one too much.”
And with that, and a stroke of lightning from the sky, Laxus was gone.
“LAXUS!!”
And that was the last thing you said before fainting from all the fighting and stress.
---
You took a deep breath, smelling antiseptic and disinfectant. A hospital? Being your first thoughts, shifting about slightly. You could feel a thin blanket on top of you as you slowly opened your eyes, before squinting due to the bright lights above you.
Yep, definitely a hospital. You thought.
You took another deep breath before pushing yourself up, still feeling some soreness from the battle. Once you were setting up, you tensed up slightly as you heard a noise right beside you. A snore. You glanced to your left, before melting at the sight before you.
Laxus was sitting right beside you, looking so much healthier than the last time you saw him. The color in his skin was back., which means that while you were asleep, Porlyusica must have gotten the blood to make the antidote. Currently, he was sitting in a hospital chair, which was tiny by the way so his very large body was stuck cramped in it. The sight was almost comical to you but the thought and gesture caused you to smile sweetly. You reached over to him, before taking his hand, stroking over his knuckles with your thumb. As you did that, you could hear him jump in his sleep, his snores going a higher octave for a moment before his own eyes began to open slowly.
You smiled at him, “Morning sleepyhead,” you teased.
His eyes widened. Your voice pulled him out of his sleepiness as he realized you were awake. He jumped out of his seat and wrapped his large arms around you, placing his head in your neck. You giggled at his actions before hugging him back, laying your head on his shoulder, taking a long whiff of his cologne. The two of you stayed like that for a long time, just staying there hugging each other. You could feel tears falling from your eyes, starting to make a damp spot on his shirt. You sniffled a couple of times, you had him back. You had your Laxus back and he was okay.
“God I was so worried about you,” you choked on the lump in your throat, tightening the grip around his neck.
You could hear him chuckle, “funny, I was gonna say the same thing about you, well the both of you.”
You could feel his arms slide down your back before going around your waist, his hand landing on your abdomen. You smiled at his actions, before moving your hand on top of his. With his other hand, he scooped you under your legs. He picked youtube and placed you on top of his lap, still holding you close to his body. You then leaned against his chest, feeling his heartbeat out of his chest. Both of your hands are still on top of your abdomen.
“I’m pregnant.”
“I know. I heard everything you said.”
You smiled sadly, “I had a better way to tell you.”
You played around with the buttons on his shirt absentmindedly, more focused on the way he took a deep breath once you said that.
“Is that so? Tell me about it.”
“Well, first I was gonna cook this big ass dinner…”
And the two of you stayed like that, relishing in each other’s touch until the Thunder Legion came to visit you. From there, the five of you made plans for your next move. Where to go, what you would do next.

I Finally Watched the Second My Hero Movie
This is a summary of my feelings on it:
Tumblr media
I really, really love the My Hero movies. Now, don’t get me wrong, a lot of movies for anime series are great (I’ve had a great time with a couple of the One Piece ones, as well as those for Digimon, Fairy Tail, Blue Exorcist, etc.). The thing about the My Hero movies, however, is that they’re directly connected to, if not a canon sequence, of the main plot. Even if we’re not supposed to take them as fully canon, they feel like it, and that’s not something we get every day.
With the Fairy Tail movies, we know where, theoretically, where they lie on the timeline. The Bleach and One Piece movies were released at certain points in the anime’s release so we have a general reference for where they supposedly occurred. But with the My Hero movies, they’re specifically placed where they are, timeline-wise, to coincide with what’s happened in the series. The first movie was even teased sometime during the third season of the anime. It takes place in the summer sometime during this season, as a sort of explanation for “what happened during X timeskip”. The second movie takes place, chronologically, after the fourth season, which is why I waited to watch the movie until Funimation got off its ass and finished dubbing the season. (I wasn’t going to watch 2 episodes in sub because that’s just dumb. I don’t care how long it took... even though I ranted about it a lot.)
[Of course, the Digimon movies for Adventure are taken as canon most of the time, especially when it comes to Omnimon, but with most, that is not the case.]
The other thing I love about the My Hero movies is that they don’t mince the plot. Heroes: Rising was nearly two hours - TWO HOURS! A lot of the One Piece movies don’t go over one hour, and even the various Digimon films were pasted together to make a longer feature. The My Hero movies don’t fuck around when it comes to telling their story, especially in this one, where we got to see EVERY. SINGLE. STUDENT. OF CLASS 1-A. DO SOMETHING. That’s pretty rare for this series! We usually only see up to 6 of them at a time doing something, but this movie made it clear that all of them had some sort of part to play (although maybe Hagakure got slighted a bit not that I could see her sorry not sorry). I was thrown back and forth emotionally throughout this movie, and I was most certainly sobbing during the last twenty minutes.
More than that, I found myself clutching at my heart, because I really felt like something incredibly major was going to happen. That is the true beauty of the writing they did for this movie.
[SPOILER ALERT!]
As soon as Deku held out his hand to Bakugo, saying, “There’s only one way,” I was like, “nononononononononono” and feared the worst. I was crying during the ensuing fight sequence, and I was crying right up through Deku apologizing to All Might for passing on One For All. Then, of course, as anime does, they made it so that our little Deku didn’t lose his Quirk and Bakugo didn’t retain it (or remember the event). Although that was a bit of a cop out, in retrospect, the way it was written and how it was explained made me cry harder? One For All is one of those Quirks that seems to have a mind of its own, sort of like the “a wand chooses its wizard” thing. And I actually don’t mind it that much. Plus, considering the entire story is about Deku becoming the greatest hero, so what would be the point in taking his Quirk away?
(Well, a lot of things, but I digress.)
[End of Spoiler Time]
And last, but certainly, not least.
I’m not saying BakuDeku, but
BakuDeku

The Definition of Insanity - Chapter One
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing again and expecting different results...
Fairy Tail are holding another S-Class trials after the problems that occurred last time... but can they expect anything to change this time around?
Rated M for occasional smut.
Collaboration with @gajeelswoman (go check out her other stuff if you haven’t already!)
Disclaimer - This has been rated M for occasional smut. It starts off straight away. You have been warned.
Also (I promise the story starts under the read more) this story is based in the same universe as my other fics, Iron and Paper & Soul Squared. Reading them isn't necessary, but there are a couple of references to it.
Cana braced herself against her kitchen counter as Bacchus' hips slammed into the back of hers. Her teeth toyed with her bottom lip as the pleasure coursed through her body, forcing all of her muscles to tense and release. She screamed aloud as her orgasm wracked through her and her legs started to turn to jelly, but Bacchus grabbed onto her hips harder to keep her upright. His thrusts sped up, slamming into her harder and deeper before he grunted her name into the air.
As soon as he was finished he let go of her, allowing her legs to collapse underneath her and she fell to the floor. Bacchus groaned slightly, taking a few steps forwards before he collapsed onto the countertop, panting as he tried to catch his breath.
"You could have just, you know, not dropped me on the fucking floor."
Her knee connected with his shin and he cursed, nudging her hip with his foot. He could try and make it to the bed, but that would be too much effort and right now the cold marble of the countertop was bliss against his heated skin.
"Yeah, and you could have stayed standing up. Six of one, half a dozen of the other."
Cana giggled, rolling onto her back and looking up at him. She couldn't see his face from this angle, but something told her he was smirking. The sweet liquor they had been drinking all day had got her pleasantly buzzed, but she still couldn't wait to have just a little more.
"You sound like Freed, you know."
He crumpled to the floor, shoulder slamming into Cana's elbow where she couldn't move it out of the way quick enough. She swore as it shot pain up her arm, but he rolled onto his side and kissed her cheek in apology.
"Why do I sound like Freed?"
Cana smirked, turning her head so they could rub their noses together. It was sickly sweet and romantic, but sometimes it was just what she wanted.
"You know, all those idioms and shit."
Bacchus chuckled, stretching his legs out and batting at her feet with his. He was about to tell her that he wasn't the most intelligent person on the planet, but he was sure he hadn't used an idiom when there was a harsh knock on the door. Cana groaned, and they had a silent conversation before she stood to her feet and made her way to the door.
She didn't even bother looking through the eyehole before she pulled the door open. Everyone in the guild had seen her naked anyway, what did she care?
"Look can you fuck off? I'm kinda busy…"
Her words trailed off when she realised just who was standing behind the door. He looked away almost instantly, and Cana closed the door until she could hide behind it.
"Oh, hi, Gildarts. Erm. Give me a moment and I'll get dressed."
The door shut, and Cana turned to look at Bacchus with wild eyes. He mirrored the expression, jumping up and starting to throw his clothes on. Cana found a shirt and some sweatpants without much hassle and helped Bacchus gather up the last of his things, before opening the window and hoping the drop wouldn't kill him.
"How long is he gonna be here?"
The words were in a low whisper, and Cana prayed that the man outside her apartment couldn't hear it.
"No idea. Head to the guildhall, I'll see you there soon. Oh. And let everyone know that they can absolutely not give him a clue as to what is happening with us."
Bacchus nodded, giving her a chaste kiss on her cheek before jumping out of the window. Cana let out a sigh of relief when he landed safely, before taking a deep breath and turning around to face her father. He was speaking before the door was even fully opened, the same familiar voice she had heard around the guild whenever he bothered to grace it with his presence.
"Do you often answer the door naked?"
Cana scoffed, moving out of the way so he could enter the apartment and thanking all of her lucky stars he wasn't a Dragon Slayer.
"Unless you haven't noticed, idiot, this is a girls only dorm. How did you even get in here?"
Gildarts grinned, scratching the back of his neck as he looked around his daughter's messy apartment.
"Being one of the only people who can pull rank on Erza helps. Plus everyone who lives here is young enough to be my daughter so…"
Cana snorted, pulling two beers out the fridge and offering one to him as he sat down at her table and she tried not to think of what she'd done on that chair the night before.
"Like that stops you? Why you back anyway?"
Gildarts took a swig from his drink, looking up at her in confusion.
"What? You haven't heard?"
Gildarts was sat in Makarov's office, surrounded by the other S-Class Wizards. Mirajane and Erza were both perched on chairs they had brought up from the main hall alongside him, and Laxus was sat on the floor cradling a beer in his hand. Nice to see his banishment hadn't changed his casual nature in the least.
"I think Gajeel is definitely deserving of consideration."
Erza had a strawberry cake balanced on a plate in one hand, a fork held in the other as she took another bite.
"Despite his beginnings in Phantom Lord, he has definitely become a valued member of the guild, especially the hand he had in taking down Lin. He's certainly a strong wizard, not only in physical and magical strength but in tactical planning as well."
Makarov nodded, stroking his chin as he did. He didn't even attempt to write anything down, and Gildarts grinned. He liked to portray his mind was good enough to not need notes but he had been through enough S-Class trials to know what he was doing.
"My second suggestion is Wendy. She has come a long way since she entered the guild, and has definitely matured in both personality and magic power."
Mira tapped her chin with her pen, crossing one leg over the other and balancing the notepad she had back on her lap.
"Isn't she awfully young though?"
Erza looked over at the other female and took another bite of her cake, furrowing her eyes as she did.
"Younger than we were?"
Mira pointed her pen at Erza, matching the narrowing of her eyes. Gildarts rolled his eyes. The two women acted like they had gotten over the rivalry from their younger days but when it came to these S-Class meetings it always surfaced again.
"You were fifteen and I was sixteen. Laxus was seventeen. Wendy's only twelve. I'm not saying she's not strong enough, I'm just saying it's an awful lot of responsibility for someone that young."
Erza finished off her cake, placing her fork on the plate and balancing it delicately on her lap.
"She IS a Dragon Slayer. They function differently than the rest of us."
Mira scoffed, tilting her head to her left to where Laxus was leaning against the wall.
"There's a Dragon Slayer in this room that proves that may not be a good thing."
Laxus finally looked up, and Gildarts was amazed he was actually paying attention to what was going on. Maybe he had grown up a bit.
"The fuck you trying to say, Mira?"
The takeover mage looked pointedly over at the Dragon Slayer, smiling as she did. It was sickly sweet, and Gildarts knew that smile was deadly to any man that opposed her.
"That you know more than anyone else how unstable Dragon Slayers can be."
Laxus ground his teeth, a low growl resonating from his throat, but it was cut off by his grandfather waving a hand.
"Alright. Enough of that. I'll take her into consideration. Any other recommendations, Erza?"
The requip mage crossed her arms over her chest, nodding as she did.
"I do, actually. I have two others." She sighed, closing her eyes for a second before she spoke. "Even though her personality… has a lot to be desired… Evergreen has worked incredibly hard the last few months to get her health and magic back up to the standard it was before. That takes an awful lot of work and motivation."
Everyone nodded, no one could argue with that. The long recovery process after Lin had been hard on everyone that had been injured, but Evergreen especially.
"In addition to that, I would also like to nominate Elfman. He showed amazing selflessness supporting Evergreen through the recovery process along with the resilience to keep her going through even the darkest of times."
Makarov nodded slowly, and everyone else followed soon after. Mira was staring down at her hands, playing with her own fingers. No one else in the room mentioned anything about the tears welling in her eyes. Mira was proud of her brother, and no one had to acknowledge it for it to be common knowledge.
"Gildarts, what about you? Who do you recommend?"
The man thought to himself, leaning back in his own chair as he did.
"Well, of course, I know that you're going to select Natsu, Master. But I think that you should give my baby girl another chance as well. She obtained Fairy Glitter the last time! She would have won if it hadn't been for everything that happened! She's strong, just makes her daddy so proud, you know! And she really kept her cool during everything that happened, so I've heard! And you can't deny that she helped keep things organized in the afterma-"
Gildarts' words were cut off by a massive fist slamming into the back of his head. He'd been rambling on despite Makarov's hands flailing around to get his attention, so the Fairy Tail guild master finally gave up and resorted to violence.
Mira coughed slightly, smiling as she prepared to make her suggestion.
"I want to nominate Kinana, she does a lot of hard work at the guild and picks up for me and Lisanna whenever we're out on jobs."
Everyone in the room looked at her, but it was only Erza that was brave enough to actually say anything.
"Mirajane, while I will admit that hard work is an important tenet to have as an S-Class Wizard, Kinana doesn't even use magic."
The takeover mage smiled, shrugging her shoulders while she did.
"She can learn though, right?"
Erza looked at Mira incredulously. She wasn't sure what the other woman was thinking, exactly, but she certainly did know that she wasn't getting the logic.
"In a week, Mira?"
Mira shrugged again, still smiling, and Makarov tried not to roll his eyes, before turning around to look at Laxus.
"How about you, Laxus. Do you have any nominations?"
The Dragon Slayer scoffed, taking a drink out of his beer before looking his grandfather in the eyes.
"Does it even matter if I do? You're going to pick whoever you want, anyway. Why should I even waste my time on having an opinion?"
Mira smiled, the same sickly sweet smile that Laxus just knew was Freed's weakness, but it would not work on him.
"Come on, Laxus, we all gave our nominations!"
Makarov nodded, looking thoughtful as he did.
"All of your opinions are incredibly important to my decisions. You've always had such strong opinions on who should be chosen before, why not now?"
Laxus put his empty bottle down on the floor, standing up and dusting off his trousers where he had been resting on the floor.
"Then I will give you the same answer that I have given you every other year. I want my Raijinshuu. All of them, even the honorary members."
Without any further ado, he left the room, no longer bothering to take part in the meeting. Makarov looked out after him but didn't call out. Gildarts looked confused for a second, looking over at the Master.
"Who are the honorary members of the Raijinshuu?"
Elfman and Lisanna were playing cards with the Thunder Legion when Laxus got back. Bickslow had towers of betting tokens around him, he had always been the best at any kind of card game and no one could figure out why. They had learned to make sure none of his babies were flying around spying on them years ago, but even if they made sure they were nowhere to be seen he kept on winning. Evergreen looked up from her hand when Laxus sat down, leaning over to grab a beer to pass to him.
"What's up with you?"
Laxus shrugged, downing half of the beer in one before nodding at Freed to indicate he wanted a hand in the next round.
"Shitty S-Class trials consideration meeting. Drives me mad every single year."
Lisanna smiled as she looked over the top of her cards at the Dragon Slayer, imitating her sister's sweetest smile and batting her eyelashes as she did.
"Did you vote for me, Laxus?"
Laxus scoffed, taking another drink out of his beer as he crossed his arms and waited for the next round so he could start to play.
"Why would I? You suck."
Lisanna pouted, but Bickslow just laughed as he played down his card and reached to take the pot from the centre of the table as everyone swore and threw down their own cards.
"Yeah, she does. Really fucking well too."
Lisanna blushed as Bickslow held a hand up for a high-five, waiting for anyone to congratulate him but instead Elfman leant forward, slamming one of his hands over Bickslow's and the money on the table.
"Firstly," he growled, "Don't ever speak of my little sister like that. It isn't manly to hear about her doing things to you." Bickslow just laughed, his tongue lolling out of his mouth.
"Secondly, you're a fucking cheat." Bickslow stopped laughing, narrowing his eyes behind his visor. Smirking up at the takeover mage he pulled his arms free and crossed them over his chest.
"Oh yeah, big man? How d'ya figure that out?"
With a yell, Elfman shoved his chair back, his bulk slamming the table and disrupting the cards and tokens as he lurched to grab the front of Bickslow's shirt. Freed and Evergreen let out sighs simultaneously, leaning back away from the table. Lisanna, on the other hand, stepped next to Bickslow, yelling for her brother to stop.
"That pillar just laughed! I know you put a soul in there!" The Takeover Mage lifted his fist to throw a punch at the Sieth's face, but his motions were halted by a shoulder slamming into his chest. Faster than anyone saw, Laxus got behind him, a muscled arm wrapped around his neck, Elfman's hands trying frantically to free himself. After a very short amount of time, the Strauss brother stopped struggling, realizing that he didn't have a chance without a beast taking over, and even he didn't want it to go that far.
"Of course he cheats. Everyone knows that."
Laxus looked over at the Sieth, Bickslow having resumed his laughter. Freed had begun to straighten the table again, and Evergreen was simply sat fanning herself. Laxus growled low in his throat, fighting back the dragon inside of him as he saw that his people were okay. Sure, he'd unofficially adopted the Strauss siblings, but the Thunder Legion would still always come first.
"I just don't understand, surely you could just freeze her, knock her over and then boom. She's done."
Natsu mimed the actions with his arms, standing up from his chair while Gray scoffed and relaxed back into his.
"Apart from she can superheat herself so I can't freeze her, but do carry on trying to educate me on my own magic. Surely you could just evaporate her into nothing?"
Juvia twisted her fingers in her lap, staring at them as a blush spread over her cheeks.
"Juvia doesn't think she would like either of those things…"
Lucy sat down next to Wendy, looking at the little Dragon Slayer as she placed her bag on the floor.
"Hi! Sorry I'm late, I had to go pay my rent. What are those two up to now?"
Wendy smiled, taking a sip out of her tea as she greeted the older girl.
"They're arguing about who could beat Juvia easier."
Lucy grimaced, looking at the two men. This could go one of two ways. Natsu could try challenging Juvia to a fight, or it could devolve into a full guild brawl and it was too early for either of those outcomes.
"Not that I'm all that surprised, but how did the topic come up?" The small bluenette just shook her head, laughing nervously.
"I don't even know, really. I came up in the middle of it as well."
"Yer both idiots. Juvia could utterly destroy you both without any effort." Their argument was interrupted by the Iron Dragon Slayer walking up, Levy in his shadow. "She's too fuckin' nice to do shit to the Popsicle, but Flamebrain, she could destroy you with a thought."
Juvia's blush darkened, opening her mouth to protest his praise until he made the comment about Gray.
"Juvia does not wish to fight either of her friends, Gajeel-kun. She would not wish to harm any member of Fairy Tail. They are her family." Gajeel just chuckled and messed with her hat, pushing it down over Juvia's eyes.
"Yeah, yeah. Yer not denyin' what I said though." He dropped onto the bench next to Juvia, Levy leaning against his arm as everyone else laughed. Natsu crossed his arms, looking away for a moment before snapping his gaze back to Gajeel.
"Bet she could beat you too, Rust Bucket!" He dropped his hands in front of him, balling them into fists as he smirked and stepped forward. "And if I beat you, that means I'm as strong as her! Fight me, Metalface!" Levy groaned, stepping away quickly as she knew her Dragon Slayer was about to be engrossed in a fight. She walked around the table to sit on it next to Lucy and Wendy.
"Why does it always end in a fight?" The blonde leant against her smaller friend, amusement dancing in her eyes. Gray scoffed and walked some ways away, not wanting to be dragged into a fight between the two Dragon Slayers.
"If you two calmed down and actually listened you'd learn you might be able to test that out."
Erza walked between the two Dragon Slayers, pushing them apart as she headed to the front of the hall with the rest of the S-Class Wizards. Mirajane had collared Laxus, and he was sulking as he followed her and stood at the back of the stage. The Master stood at the front, coughing to get everyone's attention.
"Fairy Tail! Listen up! I have an announcement to make!"
The entire guild hushed down, all turning to look at the guild master in curiosity.
"After the loss of Mystogan, we are down an S-Class Wizard, and the number of S-Class only jobs are increasing faster than we can keep up with. For that reason, we will be holding the new S-Class trials next week."
The guildhall erupted in excitement, everyone clamouring and wondering who would be chosen. Makarov raised his voice, continuing his speech.
"Because of the need for more S-Class and the high calibre of wizards we have, there will be more nominations this year than ever before. Therefore you will all partner up with another nominee, and more than one wizard will be promoted."
If the roar was loud before now it was deafening, people rising from their seats as they shouted their feelings towards the stage.
"The current S-Class Wizards and I have deliberated long and hard." Laxus scoffed, but his grandfather ignored him. "And we are pleased to announce the following candidates for promotion. The first, Bickslow!"
Everyone cheered, clapping at the first revelation and Lisanna turned to congratulate him only to be met by a grim face. She reached out to touch his arm, but he shook it away to stand up and storm upstairs into the Master's office, totems following behind him in a line. Lisanna was going to go after him but Freed grabbed her arm and the Master moved onto the next candidate.
"Evergreen!"
Evergreen set her jaw firmly as cheers erupted around her, and she clenched her fists in her lap. Elfman was still looking hopefully at the Master, and it was only Freed who nodded at her in congratulation.
"Pantherlily!"
Levy squealed in excitement, snatching up the exceed and hugging him close. Lily just nodded, trying to cross his arms over the top of Levy's. He would thank the Master for nominating him later.
"Cana Alberona!"
The card mage didn't even look up from the beer she was drinking, ignoring the clap across the back she had gotten from Macao. She had sent Bacchus back to his own guild as soon as she realised how long Gildarts was going to be staying around. Maybe she would go and visit Quattro Cerberus as soon as she failed yet another promotion trial.
"Natsu Dragneel"
The Dragon Slayer whooped in excitement, punching the air above him as he jumped out of his chair. Happy started to fly around, joining in his own partner's excitement before realising that he wasn't going to be able to be on the same team with Natsu this year and went to go and sulk on one of the guild's tables.
"Gray Fullbuster!"
Juvia's screams of elation drowned out anyone else's, and she threw her arms around Gray, who didn't even bother trying to shy away from her as she crushed his ribs in her embrace.
"Lucy Heartfilia!"
Lucy's mouth hung open, she would never in a million years have expected to be nominated, but as Juvia let up her assault on Gray and instead turned around to hug her other teammate she was brought out of her daze and hugged her back.
"Freed Justine!"
Freed nodded, adjusting his clothes as he did to make sure he was looking his best. He hadn't been expecting the nomination per se but it was an honour to be considered again. Maybe this time he would be able to win. He immediately started to form strategies in his head, already thinking of ways to defeat his fellow nominees.
"Juvia Lockser!"
Juvia paused in her embrace with Lucy, before breaking away and turning back to Gray again.
"Gray-sama will be Juvia's partner, won't he?"
Gray sighed, knowing it was coming because of course Juvia would be nominated again. She was one of the strongest mages he knew.
"Of course, who else would I team up with? Flame Brain?"
Juvia squealed again, and Gray reached over to pull her onto his lap. If anyone asked he would always say it was just to shut her up, but in secret, he enjoyed it too.
"Wendy Marvell!"
Wendy jumped in her chair in excitement, clapping her hands before Carla turned around to glare at her. It was unbecoming of a lady to show excitement in such a fashion. Carla would never admit that, just like Happy, she wasn't pleased knowing that she wouldn't be able to join her partner's side. Maybe she could sneak onto the island like the last time?
"Levy McGarden!"
Gajeel clapped the script mage on the back while Jet and Droy whooped enthusiastically. Levy just smiled, hugging Lily tighter and beginning to form her own strategies.
"Gajeel Redfox!"
Levy squealed, turning around to pull Gajeel into a hug and crushing Lily in between them. The exceed sighed heavily before enjoying as his two humans celebrated all three achievements. At least it would be fun until the two of them realised that they would probably be fighting against each other at some point.
"Elfman Strauss!"
Elfman yelled in happiness, one arm grabbing Lisanna and the other grabbing Evergreen and pulling the two women into his chest. Both of them struggled for a moment, before looking at each other as they both accepted their fate.
"And finally - Lisanna Strauss!"
Elfman's embrace only intensified at the last comment, but Lisanna simply looked up to the Master's office, wondering what Bickslow was doing behind the closed door.
The Master clapped his hands, trying to get the attention of everyone in the guildhall back, but it wasn't until Mirajane made her way to the front of the stage and yelled that anyone bothered paying attention. Makarov thanked her and took his opportunity before it was too loud for anyone to hear him again.
"Everyone can pick a partner from within the nominations, and we meet at the docks to head to Tenrou Island in exactly a week. Good luck!"

The Dragon’s little ice Angels
A/N: Just so there is no confusion this canon divergence. It takes place after the Daphne arc, Sting is Sabretooth’s Guild Master, there will be no seven year gap where everyone was asleep for seven years, Zeref doesn’t exist, and this is a Gray/Sting fic ^^ alright now that we have that outta the way on with the show ^^
Summary: After a one night stand with a member of Sabretooth, Gray finds out he is pregnant and has a choice either ask for help from the guild that is slowly starting to hate him or run as far away as he possibly can; he of course choses the second option and leaves Fairy Tail. Five years later he gives birth to two adorable children the problem? His little miracles have a dangerous ability that everyone wants to get their hands on. Gray will do whatever he can to protect his children even from their own father.
Prologue
Gray stared at the tiny stick in his shaky hand. He had to blink multiple times to make sure that what he was seeing was really there and not his mind playing tricks on him. Although he did wish for the latter he knew better.
He knew what the answer was before he even took the test, he just…a large part of him was hoping that it would be wrong; that he was being delusional and psyching himself out sadly he was right. Never in his life has he been upset that he was right; the test in his hand just proved that his deepest fears and worries were exactly what he was thinking.
He was pregnant. From a Sabretooth member, Fairy Tail’s greatest rival. He couldn’t stop staring at the test with a stupid smiling face on it and the large positive word spread across it.
He threw the test across the bathroom and curled up into a ball, he couldn’t help but cry; he was scared, not only did he go and sleep with someone who was a rival against his guild but he also got pregnant by him.
He should have taken the morning pill or asked the guy-Sting-to wear a fucking condom, he should have been more prepared instead he was to angry, to upset, and a little bit tipsy to think properly. He lost his virginity in a one night stand and ended up pregnant.
His mother always told him if he has sex to always be prepare because sometimes you’ll get lucky and not wind up pregnant other times you won’t.
Guess he was one of the few unlucky ones. He buried his face in his hands as he kept crying, he felt lost and alone. He couldn’t go to Makorav or Erza. They along with the rest of Fairy Tail-including Natsu-were still pissed off with him because of the whole Daphne thing. Which if he was being honest was fucked up on many levels.
One how can they look at him as a traitor when they allowed people like Gajeel, Juvia, and the Thunder Legion into the guild when they caused more damage to their family then he did. Granted his plans had flaws but he knew that if he and Natsu spoke Natsu would ruined everything and let’s face it, the boy was the worst actor in the history of actors.
Yes, what he did was wrong and he deserved to be paid for his mistakes but did he deserved to be isolated and ignored? Whenever he walked by any of his so-called friends they would either sneer at him or flat out ignore him or worse ask him if it was them that he was going to betray next. Not to mention that Master banned him from going on missions for a month and was only allowed minor missions that were in Magnolia and nowhere else, he claimed that this was Gray’s punishment for what he did but Gray knew that that was nothing but bull. If that were the case why did Erza, Mirajane, Natsu, Lucy, Gajeel or even Gildarts (who decided to come back) came and check on him and went through his house like he was some criminal. Why did Gildarts and Erza accompany him to his minor missions and followed his every movement waiting for him to give them a reason to attack.
He hated it, he didn’t want to sound like a spoiled child but he couldn’t help but think of how unfair this was; he hurts one person and he is the criminal meanwhile Gajeel, Juvia, and the Thunder Legion were given a slap on the wrist and were allowed back in the guild with open arms. As if they didn’t even cause harm to them and their guild hall. He continue to cry and wonder what he was going to do.
There was no way in hell he was getting an abortion, while he was pro-choice he knew in his heart that he couldn’t bring himself to terminate his pregnancy. Mainly because he promised himself that when he had kids he will protect them with his life and that is what he intended to do. Protect his little bundle of joy and make sure that they are always happy and have the childhood that he never had. But how could he do that when he was surrounded by people who were pissed off with him?
He couldn’t help but cry harder; if anyone found out that the father of his baby was a Sabretooth member and not just any member but their own guild master the entire Fairy Tail guild would throw a fit and hate him-and the little one-more.
He cried harder, thinking how his little one was going to be hated all because of who their parents were, they didn’t deserved that, they deserved happiness; to grow up in a healthy environment, as much as he hated to admit it…Fairy Tail was not a happy nor was it a safe environment.
Seriously what guild let criminals into it’s home? What sort of master punishes only a selected few members but not everyone else? If Gray thought long and hard Fairy Tail…and the message…was nothing but a lie.
What family turns its back on others just because someone told them to? Granted Laxus held the girls hostage but they could’ve thought of other ways to save the girls; they didn’t have to fall prey to Laxus and his games.
The more he thought about it the more he begins to wonder if Fairy Tail was truly what Master Makorav said or if everyone was lied to.
Before he could dwell on it any longer his thoughts were interrupted by a coughing sound.
Looking up he saw Laxus and Loke standing at the door way, he relax seeing the only two people who still viewed him as a friend and not the enemy, the ones he told about his dilemma. He would forever be thankful to Loke for running to the nearest pharmacy to get him the test so that he could avoid looking suspicious.
“So, judging by your tears the answer is not a good one?” Laxus ask looking at the young bluenette. Hearing those words just made it more real causing a new wave of tears to fall from his eyes.
“Whoa, whoa, Gray it’s okay no need to cry,” Loke said as he kneel down beside his friend and pulled out his handkerchief and wiped the boy’s tears.
“It-It’s not o-okay LoLo my-my ba-baby,” he covered his face as more tears continue to fall, different scenarios continued to flow through Gray’s mind, none of them were good.
Loke hugged his friend as tight as he could, knowing Gray’s fears and the thoughts that were currently plaguing his mind.
“Gray,” Laxus landed on his knees and grabbed his hand; he then lifted his head so that he could look at Laxus in the eye.
“If you’re worried about your baby don’t be, me and Loke are going to do whatever we can to protect you and your little one. No one is going to lay a hand on that baby and as long as I am still breathing that baby will never have to live in fear,”
“Laxus,”
“The same goes for me,”
Gray turned to look at Loke.
“Loke?”
“No matter what happens Gray I am going to make sure that you and your little one are safe even if I have to spend another year here in the human world,”
“But wh-what about Lucy?”
“If Lucy needs me fine I’ll be there but she never summons me; hell the ones she summon the most are Taros, Virgo, Aquarius, Gemini, and Sagittarius other than that she really uses me so I can come and help you in any way that I can,”
Gray looked at his best friend and at Laxus, these two were willing to give their lives for him and his child. They were going to do whatever they can to help him no matter the cost.
Gray couldn’t help but cry again only this time he was crying tears of joy, wrapping his arms around both Laxus and Loke Gray cried and thanked them for their support and for not abandoning him.
Laxus and Loke hugged their friend back and comfort him as best as they could, knowing that he needed their support now more than ever.
After calming down Gray pulled back and wiped his face,
“Thank you, you guys have no idea how much I appreciate the things you have done for me,”
“Think nothing of it,”
“Laxus is right, if it weren’t for you Gray I would never know what it means to have a family. You’re the reason why I survive this long so I owe you,” he smiled at his friend who couldn’t help but return it back with his own.
“Now let’s think, you can’t stay here anymore,” Laxus said. He didn’t want to ruin the sweet moment that they were having but someone had to think realistic and there was no way he was letting Gray do all the thinking plus worrying about the guild and their thoughts on him was something that Gray did not needed right now.
“I’m not concern about money, I have plenty of that,”
“Right because of your parents, right?”
“Right, coming from a wealthy family does have its perks,”
“Okay so we don’t have to worry about money since you’ll be financial stable for a while we do have worry about were you will live, not to mention we will have to make sure that it’s somewhere no one will recognize you and-“
“Laxus?”
“Yeah?”
“Why don’t we wait until tomorrow to discuss all of this?”
Before Laxus could say that right now was a good time to talk about it Loke gesture to Gray who looked like he was ready to pass out. Laxus understood what he meant by discussing this tomorrow. The ice wizard looked like he was ready to pass out any moment.
“You’re right, this can wait till tomorrow right now we need to get some rest,”
Loke gently picked Gray bridal style and took him to his room Laxus following close behind, Gray couldn’t help but smile as he was laid down on his bed and Loke tucked him in, Loke then got in bed with him Laxus told Gray to scoot down so that he could fit in the bed.
Once the three were settled they closed their eyes and decided to fall asleep. Gray didn’t mind that he was squished in the middle between his two friends, the three cuddle one another as they drifted to sleep, Gray’s last thoughts before he fell asleep were of two small little children; a boy who looked just like him, and a little girl who resembled her father. He smiled as images of his future child filled his dreams and he knew he was going to be alright.
