I drew it not long ago, and I'm experimenting with the signature. I don’t want to be so long and decided to shorten it to к46. Ironically, I published this art in the guild chat from PMU.

its actually really funny you reblogged the "I knew I always wanted to be a 65 year old man" post because when I started following you, genuinely for a period of time I thought you were like, 50-70 because of a post you made (despite the username I think you had at the time, and literally everything else) and I thought you were just like, really really hip and cool or whatever. anyway you could imagine my surprise when I found out you were in fact, not, a 50 year old man, and that I'm just a little bit — stupid, perhaps.
Speechless. Thank you.

PERMANENT MAKEUP IS THE NEW MEANS OF BEAUTY
The author is Deep Sidhu.
What is Permanent Makeup?
Permanent makeup, also known as cosmetic tattooing or micro pigmentation, is a cosmetic technique that employs tattoos (permanent pigmentation of the dermis) to produce makeup-like designs, such as eye-lining and other permanent enhancing colours to the skin of the face, lips, and eyelids.
Why Permanent Makeup?
Permanent makeup is commonly used to:
Improve the appearance of the eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips
Disguise scarring and birthmarks
Produce the appearance of thicker eyebrows
After breast cancer surgery, reconstruct the areola (the pigmented tissue surrounding the nipple).
A licenced professional injects pigment into the dermis layer of the skin using a specialised machine during the procedure. The pigment is typically composed of iron oxide, a substance that is harmless and approved by the FDA and CDSCO.
The procedure lasts approximately two hours and may be mildly uncomfortable. Following the procedure, there may be some redness, edoema, and bruising for a few days. The pigment will progressively fade over time, and periodic touch-up treatments may be required.
Permanent cosmetics are a safe and effective method of enhancing your appearance. Before undergoing the procedure, it is crucial to conduct research and choose a qualified practitioner.
PMU Pros and Cons
Pros:
⦁ Permanent makeup can save you time and money on makeup application. ⦁ It can give you a more polished and put-together look. ⦁ It can be used to camouflage scars or birthmarks. ⦁ It can be used to reconstruct the areola after breast cancer surgery.
Cons:
⦁ Permanent makeup is a permanent procedure, so it is important to be sure that you want it before you get it. ⦁ The procedure can be expensive. ⦁ There is a risk of infection or allergic reaction. ⦁ The pigment may fade over time and require touch-up treatments.
What all procedures are available for permanent make up?
Permanent cosmetics can be achieved through a variety of procedures, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. The most frequent procedures consist of:
⦁ Microblading
This procedure uses a fine blade to create hair-like strokes that mimic the appearance of natural eyebrows. It is a good option for people who want fuller, more defined eyebrows.
Tumblr media
⦁ PMU
This is a broad term that can refer to any type of permanent makeup procedure. It is often used to describe microblading, but it can also refer to other procedures such as eyeliner, lip liner, and blush.
Tumblr media
⦁ Eyeliner
This procedure uses a needle to inject pigment along the lash line. It is a good option for people who want to create a more dramatic eye look.
Tumblr media
⦁ Lip liner
This procedure uses a needle to inject pigment along the lip line. It is a good option for people who want to create a more defined lip shape or to add color to their lips.
Tumblr media
⦁ Lip blushing
This procedure uses a needle to inject pigment into the lips to create a more natural-looking flush. It is a good option for people who want to add color to their lips without making them look overly made-up.

The optimal treatment for you will depend on your specific requirements and preferences. It is essential to consult a qualified practitioner to discuss your options and select the appropriate procedure.
Who should use permanent makeup?
Permanent makeup can be an excellent choice for those who wish to save time on makeup application, enhance their appearance, or conceal scarring or birthmarks. The following individuals may be excellent candidates for permanent makeup:
⦁ People who are short on time
Permanent makeup can save you time and money on makeup application. If you are always running late or you simply don't have the time to apply makeup every day, permanent makeup can be a great option.
⦁ People who have difficulty applying makeup
If you have arthritis, tremors, or other conditions that make it difficult to apply makeup, permanent makeup can be a great option. You will no longer have to worry about smudging or smearing your makeup, and you can always look your best, even on days when you don't feel like putting on makeup.
⦁ People who want to enhance their appearance
Permanent makeup can be used to enhance the appearance of your eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips. If you are not happy with the shape or fullness of your eyebrows, or if you want to add more definition to your lips, permanent makeup can be a great solution.
⦁ People who want to camouflage scars or birthmarks
Permanent makeup can be used to camouflage scars or birthmarks. If you have a scar or birthmark that you are self-conscious about, permanent makeup can help to conceal it.
Who should not go for permanent make up?
Permanent makeup is not a good option for everyone. Here are some people who should not go for permanent makeup:
⦁ People with active skin conditions
If you have any active skin conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis, or acne, you should not get permanent makeup. The procedure can irritate your skin and make your condition worse.
⦁ People with allergies
If you have any allergies, you should be careful about getting permanent makeup. The pigment used in permanent makeup can sometimes cause allergic reactions.
⦁ People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
It is not recommended to get permanent makeup while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The risks and side effects of permanent makeup are not fully understood, and it is best to be cautious.
⦁ People who are under 18
Permanent makeup is not recommended for people under the age of 18. Your body is still developing, and the results of permanent makeup may not be what you want in the long run.
⦁ People who are not sure if they want permanent makeup
If you are not sure if you want permanent makeup, you should wait. It is a permanent decision, and you should be sure that you want it before you get it.
How to enhance the longevity of permanent make up?
Here are some tips on how to enhance the longevity of your permanent makeup:
⦁ Choose the right pigment
The pigment used in permanent makeup is important. Choose a pigment that is made for permanent makeup and that is approved by the FDA.
⦁ Follow the aftercare instructions carefully
After your procedure, it is important to follow the aftercare instructions carefully. This will help to prevent infection and to promote healing.
⦁ Avoid sun exposure
Sun exposure can fade your permanent makeup. It is important to wear sunscreen on your permanent makeup every day, even on cloudy days.
⦁ Avoid harsh chemicals
Harsh chemicals, such as acids and bleaches, can also fade your permanent makeup. It is important to avoid using these chemicals on your permanent makeup area.
⦁ Get touch-ups as needed
Your permanent makeup will gradually fade over time. It is important to get touch-ups as needed to maintain the result.
⦁ Don't pick or scratch at your permanent makeup
This can damage the pigment and cause it to fade prematurely.
⦁ Be gentle when washing your face
Use a gentle cleanser and avoid scrubbing the area where you have permanent makeup.
⦁ Moisturize the area regularly
Dry skin can cause your permanent makeup to fade.
⦁ Eat a healthy diet
A healthy diet can help to improve your skin's overall health and appearance, which can also help to prolong the life of your permanent makeup.
⦁ Quit smoking
Smoking can damage your skin and cause your permanent makeup to fade prematurely.
