Title:  Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008)

This movie deviates only marginally from the story of Jules Verne but makes good use of modern special effects resulting good even if not memorable, indeed. It looks like a generic Sunday afternoon movie. It has no major flaws but no major advantages either.

In vote2, Naruto, who is in a chakra depleted state, still uses his shadow clones, and three shadow clones kick Sasuke up, and one (the main body) punches Sasuke.

The first time Naruto used this was during the Chuunin Exam against Kiba. he had seen Sasuke's Shishi Rendan just before, and got the idea from it, and came up with this technique right away. A technique that combines Naruto's specialty ninjutsu (shadow clone) with Sasuke's original taijutsu (shishi Rendan) = Uzumaki Naruto Rendan.

Kakashi said that naruto did this because he had seen Sasuke's Shishi Rendan and that the name of the technique was also a copy. but rather than a plagiarism...this was an homage to Sasuke.

However, Sasuke was unable to see Naruto's battle with Kiba, but he did see he using 'Uzumaki Naruto Nisen Rendan no maki' during the battle with Gaara.

He performed the ``Uzumaki Naruto Rendan'', which could be called a homage to 'Shishi Rendan', and was also a response to Sasuke's words, "I want to fight you too". Of course, since this was about Naruto, he didn't do it ``consciously'', but ``unconsciously''. The joy of being acknowledged by Sasuke naturally manifested itself in the form of "Uzumaki Naruto Rendan."

This technique was born because on that day, at that time, Sasuke said to him, ``I want to fight with you", which means he acknowledged Naruto's strength. Maybe this was a substitute for what Naruto had been unable to say back then; "I want to hear from you that you have acknowledged me" and " I have acknowledged you,too."

That is why in chapter 696 he recalled all their events and his words and said this:

This was not the fight Naruto wanted when Sasuke was trying to hurt himself. This was not about who would win or lose. It is about acknowledging the strength of the others as an equal. This "Rendan" is a way to once again convey that feeling to Sasuke.

The Plane of Materium- Warhammer x MTG Crossover au

Introduction

The plane of Materium or The Materium is the name of my au where the world of Warhammer (primarily 30k and 40k) is a plane within in Magic the Gathering expansive Multiverse. This is a post that details the ground rules and some flexibility.

Much like with mt Beyond the Mists au (GW2/MTG) I much prefer to just inject Warhammer as a plane because I enjoy all aspects of each universe and it is much easier to inject other universes into MTG than vice versa.

Name of Plane:

Warhammer's plane is known as The Materium, Plane of Materium or the Milky Way.

How Am I incorporating Realspace and The warp

As per canon they overlap, this is the same. With the information I know, the warp (and chaos) is the leylines and the magic of the plane. Obvious this is the main magical source however it isn't the only one (IE C'tans and Necrons). Hence the mages of the plane, psykers and sorcerers, draw on the power of the warp and is knowing of the finicky relationship with it.

What changes are there?

This pertains to strictly the Primarchs and the Emperor. In this au, the Emperor is a planeswalker, more specifically an OLDwalker. Omnipotent nigh unkillable planeswalker before the mending. During his primarch project, he had made some of the primarchs be potential of becoming planeswalkers other than more integral ones such as Magnus. None of the 18 primarchs achieved the ability. For this au, one or both of the forgotten primarchs could have manage to develop a spark.

The current century is set post Mending in the current mtg timeline and has the same yearly-time as Dominaria. But the Plane had shifts of time dilation and rapid time skips because of some level of BS.

Planeswalkers and planeswalking-

As I stated, the Emperor was a planeswalker for a long time. However, due to the nature of how the au, it is very hard to create a spark thus this was not in his power range. Warp entities are considered magical entities, they cannot develop sparks under normal means. As well as, if planeswalker were to fall to chaos and become a daemon or warp entity, they most likely had their sparked stripped from them.

Foreign planeswalker, those who are not born on The Materium, are weak to warp influence and does not know how to correctly harness the warp like materium-born planeswalkers.

List of planeswalkers and extraplanar entities-

The Emperor- He's the mother fucking emperor I dont need to explain much. his color pie is ESPER (White/Blue/Black) like the actual imperium deck.

Primarch Lachesis- One of the two forgotten primarchs. His spark ignited during the Rendan xenocides. Sultai oldwalker who went around the multiverse, ascending multiple (but now mostly fallen) astartes ranks. They had went and created their own plane called Xenoidae and rules the Imperialis there. Lachesis comes back in the 42nd and is an EXTREMELY potent biomancer and shapeshifter

UNNAMED NECRON- a cryptek who was able to get a spark or ignite their own.

Nym Kylem- a Elven biomancer and one of Brwynfr's lost children. He has came to the plane to study the excess of life. However, he did encounter the Tyranids, and when he drew on his magic, he glimpsed the shadow of the hive mind. It shattered his mind and he willing submitted himself to join the Hivemind, however, he was able to bargain and keep his own individuality while he becomes a Hive Tyrant. Connected yet separate to the glorious Hivemind

Fynn Briar- A joint project of the now oldwalker, Lachesis, Sanguinius and Anathema to make a child. He was completed right during the Signus Campaign. The three met up and decided it was best to cryochamber the babe and to deposit on another plane until the horus heresy was done. He was never recovered and was cracked open on Arcavios some ten thousand years later. this is about as much info I have and there's a lot more of interplanar politics with characters who go in and out of the warhammer universe in time like Lachesis is just doing outerplanar fuckery. Highly self indulgent and FUCK the warhammer decks did not help my hyperfixation. It's like a canon compliant au but also not really. I thank mtg for how fuckable the multiverse is

This means you do whatever you feels like, there is no rule more important than one's heart telling. Just do it first and worry later. It represents an unconstrained personality and an optimistic and generous attitude toward life.

This idiom is from a story about 王徽之(wáng huī zhī) and 戴逵(dài kuí) in 世說新語·任誕第二十(shì shuō xīn yǔ; A New Account of the Tales of the World, rèn dàn dì èr shí; Rendan chapter 20) by 劉義慶 (liú yì qìng) in 宋朝(song dynasty). But it doesn't really explain the story the story is in 晉書·列傳第五十(jìn shū; A history of Jin liè chuán dì wǔ shí; story chapter 50) by 房玄齡(fáng xuán líng) in 唐朝(tang dynasty).

王徽之 was famous of being free spirit even though he was from a noble family. He was closr to many recluse, 戴逵 was one of them. One snowy night, 王徽之 work up in wee hour. He wondered around then recited 招隱詩(zhāo yǐn shī) by 左思(zuǒ sī).

Searching for talented recluses with a cane, the road is rough before and now.

He remembered 戴逵 who was famous for his literal talent. He was good at music and writing poems. 王徽之 suddenly hurried his way to 戴逵 for all night. When he arrived the doorway of 戴逵's house, 王徽之 suddenly headed back home. One of his servants asked him ‘why?’ Then 王徽之 said,

乘興而來 興盡而返

When I remembered I go, when it's done I'm leaving.

For 王徽之, it didn't matter to mert 戴逵. It was more important that he remembered 戴逵 and enjoyed the journey to him and that was enough for him and also 戴逵(he was a recluse, generally avoiding visitors).

Yi baiyi wants to know what happened to hus discipline where Wen kexing doesn't want to know that may reveal his true identity. Both understandable but well they don't know each other's circumstances. 👀

Rock Lee deserves more praise

rock lee vs gaara is still one of the best fights there is. sasuke copied all of lee's moves & gets the glory for it. lee gets told he can never move again.

lee's incredible skill should have gotten the admiration and praise from the whole crowd. idk for me it feels like when an OG artist has their own style & gets no money or praise off of it; then someone else copies it and they get all the praise and money.

even naruto's uzumaki rendan move is a rip-off of sasuke's rip-off of lee's konoha-something move.

in my headcannon lee wins the entire next year's chûnin exam tournament. he places first and sets new records. lee deserves all the praise, all the glory, all the love

edit: idk it just sucks because sasuke is already sooo popular. and lee had to fight & fight & work so fucking hard to just be at "minimum" level. and doesn't get any recognition yet. and then sasuke gets recognition for the groundwork of lee... :/

All I have to say for you is CHAOS! Sophie's canon verse is very crossover friendly, there's already the existence of other dimensions so, it's v v v possible Sophie gets caught up in magic that's gone wrong && is now stuck trying to get home. Circ'e would either have to deal with a powerful reality-altering witch on her hands. A witch who is not v good at magic. Or we could either go with cursed Sophie, who appears to be an angry 90-year-old lady. Just a confused angry Sophie very desperate to get home but trying to pretend that everything is just FINE, thank you v much!

Val + Rendan

I don't know much about Rendan, but I'm happy to do a dragon age crossover since it's a fandom we both know ? In any verse Val is always in the need of friends, or anyone really who isn't trying to steal her freedom/ use her. 

Diego + Nate

Let's go with a good ol zombie apocalypse. Maybe Nate findingDiego as a lone survivor, and is unsure if he should trust him or not. Diego is a whole chaotic dumb, but he is handly to have on your side. 

Leonette + Justain. 

I don't know a lot about Justain, but I'm sure it would be fun to pair up Leonette (soft girl tm) with anyone who's had a less sheltered life than her. Not to say she hasn't had personal struggles but she has lived a more privileged life than most & in her own canon I think her kindness starts to really shine when we catch glimpses of how she acts when comforted with the harsh cruelness found in her canon.
