Shunsui  Man is beyond thrilled about joining in fatherhood. After finally settling down after many years of bachelor life. One thing dawned on him: what would it be like to be a dad? Here he was pouring celebration sake in the waiting room with some of the captains who awaited for the arrival of the new arrival of the Kyoraku family. The new father didn’t have any sake as the baby was finally here. There they were in a pink floral blanket similar to his own kimono he chose. He felt his own heart stop for a moment as he held the small child that would carry his family's name going on. “You're my everything, little one.” Shunsui brings the baby closer, softly pressing his lips against their forehead.

Rojuro He was shook knowing the news that she was going to be a father. In his own research, he read that babies can benefit from any kind of music or singing while in the womb. He himself played music on his guitar while singing. The songs he sang were his forms of lullabies in a different tune. Hearing the set of pipes coming from the newborn he did step in nothing seemed to calm the baby down until cradling the newborn in his arms holding them close to his chest as he began to hum softly. The mixture of his heartbeat and humming soothed the crying child. The child recognize their fathers voice a soft smile on the lips of the captain he continued to hum “you are my sunshine.”

Shinji He needed to hear it twice as he couldn’t believe what he heard he was going, dad?! He never thought it would happen. He was a little scared. In his mind it kept running like ‘what do I do?’  or ‘how would I do this?’ As it got closer he admitted he was going to learn as he went even looking at some of the baby books. His hands were a bit shaky as the child was placed in his arms. When he started to become comfortable with the newborn his hands stopped shaking. Noticing the same lips on his own child's lips. The blonde hair that matched his was like his little twin that was birthed. His fingers gently caressed the new face as he did that they let a cute yawn squeak out “you're gonna give me a run for my money for being this you're this cute kid.” Byakuya  Stunned is the best word to put it when he found out.  He never thought he would have gotten a second chance at love and from this love produced a child. He made sure everything was in order from appts, having the room set up, and even the proper food and nutrition to help the child grow healthy and strong. Byakuya was a bit worried as fatherhood was approaching but he would never tell anyone. But seeing the newborn as they lay against his bare chest he couldn’t remove his eyes from them. Anything in that moment for the new father didn’t matter, the skin-to-skin contact was the best form of bonding with a newborn and he loved every minute of hearing the newborn coo in their sleep he felt at peace “I love you forever I will love you always as long as you're with me my baby, you will be.” softly speaking to the child who still cooed in their sleep.

Kensei Kensei in his mind WTF how did this happen?! He thinks long and hard and remembers certain events. Like Shinji he never thought about being a dad at all. He would have to learn how to be gentler and softer if a baby of his was on the way. He is the one preparing the meal knowing what he is feeding his growing child in the womb. He does like feeling his strong child kick in the womb. Kensei would definitely learn the meaning of patience since he would need a lot when raising a child. The words were spoken when he looked down at the newborn in the bassinet sleeping peacefully. He was a bit worried since was a large man he might hurt the baby but gently picking them up the rough captain loosened up “Just because you this cute doesn’t mean you can get away with things.” he spoke when he did that he could see the small pout coming from the newborn like they understood him “okay…well maybe you can.. Just a bit.”

Toshiro Dropping his watermelon when he got the news. Toshiro deep down did desire a family but didn’t expect it to come so fast. Mentally he thought about his past but made sure his child would grow up with love. In between his work he would often read ‘what to expect for expecting fathers.’ given by Matsumoto. Given gifts by Jushiro for the new arrival wondering if the child would have a Shiro in their name like they shared. When entering the private room he would notice the child wide awake moving slightly as they were sucking on the pacifier. He noticed their turquoise eyes were slightly shut. Toshiro brought the child to his chest as he lay on the sofa stroking the child’s back he watched them drift off to sleep he closed his eyes  feeling like nothing else could destroy this moment for him and his newborn “You are loved unconditionally.”

Jushiro  Jushiro blesses his soul and he is excited to become a father of not just one but two little ones. In his condition, he tries his best to be fully supportive. He can't help himself find cute twin outfits or the same plushies for them. Making sure prenatal was taken on time daily. He would often speak to them and loved to see them move around as they appeared excited every time he spoke. Sitting in a rocking chair as both of his hands are occupied with one child in each hand. Jushiro felt so proud and he wanted to let this moment last as long as he could.  Kissing both of their temples as he slightly rocked back and forth. “The greatest joy I’ve experienced in my many years of living.Thank you for giving me this experience my little ones.”

Isshin  The grin could wipe off this man's face. It was plastered so big and wide. He would carry around the ultrasound of his growing child and show it to everyone he knew. Often praising how great his child was going to be. Isshin is fully supportive during the birth even if his hand gets crushed to pieces. He literally just is admiring the newborn that was welcomed just a few mins into this world and he is the first to hold them. Softly giving them kisses, noticing the child holding onto his large finger. He held the baby for countless hours just knowing he will be in charge of this child's life for a while and he wasn’t going to let them down not one bit. “Nothing would ever harm you. I promise my life on that.” Isshin spoke to the newborn lip twitch as if it were smiling. *Special Acknowledgment of Grandpa Yamamoto*

Yamamoto Well, now he will be the ultimate grandpa of them all! Feeling proud about the grandchild that was created even though they weren’t blood-related. He would also let them get away with things and if he hears anyone scolding the child he would scold them for scolding the child. He would even have a special name that grandkids would call him Papa Moto.  He would take naps next to the bassinet since they both would need their rest.

He can start to tell when you're feeling insecure about your breast size when you're staring at them in the mirror, wishing you had bigger breasts so they would fit your shirt better. He'll wrap his arms around your waist, resting his chin on your shoulder. He'll whisper about how he loves every inch of your body, while his hands are massaging your breasts.

Shunsui: He knows that you have smaller breasts, but he doesn't care, but he loves you no matter what. Although when you see the other women in the soul society with fuller breasts, it makes you insecure. During intimate times with Shunsui, you start to stray away from him and not really focus on what's going on. You don't let him touch your breasts and then it clicks for him.

He definitely brings it up during an intimate moment which kind of isn't the best time, but whatever. Shunsui will hold eye contact with you and go on a whole rant about how he doesn't care about your breast size. He makes sure to give them lots of love; kisses, touching, squeezing, etc.

Toshiro: this man literally does not care about the size of your breasts and in fact, I think he prefers them to be smaller, but he doesn't really care. I think because Rangiku always accidentally shoves her breasts in Toshiro's face, he likes the size of yours.

He'll comfort you his words, telling you how much he likes them and he prefers them to be small, which makes you feel a little better. Of course, he reassures you that he doesn't care about the size of them, no matter what.

Kenpachi: Legit doesn't notice your breast size. Of course he likes to see them, but he doesn't focus on them all the time. It takes a lot of courage for you to speak up about how you feel since you don't know how Kenny is going to react.

He furrows his eyebrows and literally takes off your shirt, examining the size of your breasts.

"Small, huh? I don't think so. They're perfect," Kenpachi comments with a firm tone. You're stunned by his sweet reaction, but that's probably all you'll get from him tbh.

Shinji: He honestly probably feeds into your insecurity by making some playful comments. He doesn't mean to, but Shinji likes to tease you for literally anything. He can tell when his comments are getting too much when you start to pull away from him.

He pulls you into his lap and cups your face, apologizing and rambling about how sorry he is that he made you feel like that. He promises to never make comments again. At the end, he'll pull up your shirt and cover your breasts in soft kisses.

Mayuri: Hmmmm this one is going to be challenge. He shrugs it off the first few times you tell him that you don't like how small your breasts are. He really sees how much it effects you when you're out together in public, seeing other woman with larger breasts and you cover yours.

Literally forces you to sit down with his hands on your shoulders, staring into your eyes as he explains how you shouldn't be the tiniest bit insecure. Your face is burning hot as he's literally just spilling out how much he loves you and he'll lock you up if you say something degrading about your breasts again.

Kensei: I think that he's so chill that he doesn't even notice how insecure you're starting to become. It's only when you start to push his hands away from your breasts or when you turn his face to the side when he tries to look at them.

At first, he's really confused until you explain that you hate how small your breasts are. He's in disbelief, wondering how you could ever hate a part of yourself that he loves deeply. He makes sure to show his love for your breasts, massaging them and fondling them with gentle hands and love.

Rojuro: My man is soooo goddamn sweet and understanding. He can instantly tell when you're insecure about your breasts. He'll pull you aside and have a chat with you about how you shouldn't be insecure bc he loves you no matter what.

Honestly, he'll probably pull out his guitar and play you a song. It might be a cringy, but deep down it means a lot to you.

Sajin: I mean come on now. He understands you sooo damn well because he's hated who he was forever. He was ashamed to be seen without his face covering, but you make him feel like there's no need to wear it again.

He sympathizes with you sooo deeply and he just holds you in his arms, whispering how much it doesn't matter how small your breasts are and that he likes them anyways. He won't let you go until you feel better.

Headcanons: Reiatsu Descriptions

We all know that people in Soul Society can figure out who’s who based on their reiatsu but what does each person’s reiatsu feel like?

Jushiro Ukitake:

When calm: It’s like the ocean breeze at night, with the waves washing over you, the scent of the salty air hanging over you like a mist. It’s cool, relaxing, and calming. 

When at battle: Imagine the worst storm you’ve ever seen on the open ocean. Not a single patch of land anywhere. The water is churning mercilessly, the waves 100 feet in height, threatening to swallow up the earth into its depths. You’re trying not to drown, forever lost to the abyss. Dark, desperate, and lost. 

Shuhei Hisagi:

When calm: Rock concert on a summer night. There’s good, happy energy there, the kind that makes people want to gather together and celebrate. Vibrant, positive, cheerful.

When at battle: Abandoned amusement park at night. All the people are gone, and no one has been by in a long time. All the good times have come to an end. Creepy, desolate, with an eerie feeling that something bad is about to happen. 

Kuchiki Byakuya:

When calm: Tea ceremony vibes. A bit of tradition,a bit of indulgence, the tea bringing your senses alive, while the pastries bring about a touch of sweet and savory. Nothing is overdone, it’s all balanced, in harmony. 

When at Battle: World War II trenches. I mean, we’ve seen how pissed this man can get when he was fighting Ichigo. Despair, the smell of blood fills the air. It’s hard to tell if anything is alive. Cold, damp, and dead.  

Kensei Muguruma:

When calm: Summer road trip when the company is good. Non stop conversations, rest stops, seeing unique things, singing in the car, and bonding. Happy, warm, and sentimental. 

When at battle: Army tanks invading an enemy territory. It’s loud, and commanding, crushing anything in its path. Powerful, world crumbling, and terrifying. 

Renji Abarai:

When calm: Beach day. Sunshine, warmth, the strong kind of energy that comes from swimming and laying out on the sand. 

When at battle: Hospital ER after a mass attack. Panic, worry, and a struggle to find order through the chaos. It’s confusing, painful, a fight till his last breath. 

Ichigo Kurosaki:

When calm: This boy feels like home. He’s the place you go to when you’re tired or had a bad day. It’s where all your comfort stuff is and where you can just exist, without having to deal with anyone’s expectations. Welcoming, non judgmental, and friendly.

When at battle: Atomic bomb blast. There’s nothing left. Just blankness. Smoke, ash, and debris.  

Shinji Hirako:

When calm: Carnival! Bright lights everywhere, cotton candy, enjoying yourself on the Ferris wheel. It’s enticing, warm, and full of excitement.

When at battle: Earthquake. Everything rumbles and collapses, threatening to swallow anything it can find. Loud, devastating, and damaging. 

Rose Otoribashi: 

When calm: A ballet theater on opening night. There’s high expectations to see a visual treat, the energy from the dancers and music thrilling you every second. Entertaining, beautiful, and a must have experience.

When at battle: The faint noise of a music box dying. The notes choke out in an unsteady manner, trying it’s best to continue before the mechanism gives out. When it stops…run. Because the music box stopping isn’t the end. It’s the beginning.

Jushiro: I think since Jushiro is a very soft little baby that he might be a little intimidated by you at first. He slowly warms up to you and eventually comes to love your personality. Since Jushiro is like a puppy dog, you're basically the opposite and he clings onto you like a little child.

Shunsui: He freaking loves it. He loves going out into public with you because nobody will ever want to mess with either of you. He feels like you protect him and he cherishes that. Together the two of you make a good team.

Byakuya: hmmmmmm, I think Byakuya wouldn't mind it. There are times when I think it might annoy him, but he's open about his feelings and emotions. He's a stable person and he's confident in who he is so it doesn't bother him that you're the more dominant one in your relationship.

Kenpachi: He likes that your dominant because then you won't back down from him or a fight. He loves that you're so strong and he admires you when you're in battle. You two can get into arguments though when you're both trying to be dominant, you'll probably just spar it out lol.

Toshiro: I could see both of you working together great. If you're as serious as Toshiro, then your relationship is the best thing ever. If you're not as serious but still dominating, Toshiro sometimes sees it as a competition. You have to explain to him that you're not competing against him or anything, it's just your personality. A smooth, sailing relationship though.

Shinji: He likes when you're dominant, but you two butt heads a lot since Shinji is so damn cocky. Sometimes, he wants to be the one in charge and making decisions, but you always do. There is no competing when it comes down to you and Shinji. You'll always win and he'll whine and complain about it.

Mayuri: Doesn't mind it, but don't underestimate him either. He likes it when you put him in his place when he's acting out or just being straight up rude. He gets annoyed when you're dominant and putting him in his place sometimes. He'll roll his eyes and mumble a curse underneath his breath, but he gets over it quickly.

Sajin: He can put up with anything and he admires you so much for even loving him as he is. Loves it when you stand up for him and scare off any soul reapers trying to make fun of him. He's honestly so proud of you for being yourself.

Kensei: Don't test this man though or he'll put you in your place. He's chill and cool about it, but he's also pretty dominant and intimating himself. I think together, the two of you are a very powerful couple that nobody wants to mess with.

Rojuro: He's so sweet and kind that he doesn't mind having someone who's more dominant in the relationship. Arguments never happen because Rojuro always communicates on how he feels. He loves how strong you are and always praises you for it.
