Doctor Who 60th Anniversary Theory (Possible Spoilers for the 60th, definite spoilers for S13):

Given that RTD recently confirmed that the 60th and S14 will address the aftermath of the Flux by stating that the Flux will be mentioned, I've started thinking that the 60th and S14 by extension will reverse the damage of the Flux. Since Swarm and Azure often talked about multiple universes, and that Division is housed in the space between universes, it wouldn't surprise me if the Flux, the Division, Ruth and the Timeless Child are all from another universe. It would make sense, as since the Child was found under a portal and all the Timeless-Child related events such as the ravagers and the Flux began not long after their discovery by the Master, it could be a sign that one universe is leaking into the other, with the events meant to occur in that world instead occurring in the main universe. This multiversal collapse could be the reason why 14 is the Tenth Doctor, as the multiversal leak may have interfered with the regeneration and put an alternative version of the 10th Doctor into the timeline. If we also assume that Neil Patrick Harris is the Celestial Toymaker, who is able to interfere with reality, it would make sense for him to use the instability caused by a multiversal collapse to gain more power. This makes me think that defeating the Toymaker will:

a) Restore the universe by reversing the effects of the Flux on the main universe, and send the Ravagers, Atropos, Time (as in the entity) and the Division back to their own universe.

b) Make the Ruth Doctor the Timeless Child, who fled her universe and went into hiding after being pursued by Tecteun.

c) Mean that the Gallifrey the Master destroyed was actually Ruth's Gallifrey, with that version of the Matrix containing the Timeless Child, whilst the main universe's Gallifrey still survives.

d) Reset the regeneration from 13 to 14, so that a confused 14th Doctor emerges into the newly readjusted universe (cue the "can somebody tell me what the hell is going on here" line from the trailer)

e) Crucially reestablish the mystery of the Doctor's past, as that way we don't know if the main universe has a Timeless Child, the Other, half-human or Time Lord screw-up origin.

f) Mean that the Timeless Child and the Ruth Doctor are still out there and can be explored.

I know it's quite a stretch, but I honestly think this is the sort of thing we might get in the 60th and S14. It may be a personal bias, as I don't like the Flux story arc and do think that the Timeless Child closes more doors than it opens, but it would be the best way of giving a full Whoniverse to Ncuti when he takes over, whilst also not completely throwing out Jodie's era.
