♱ ♱ his brothers would probably think he wouldn’t care or even notice, but they’re 100% wrong. shuu may come off as aloof but his attention is yours. always. “babe?” you hear your boyfriend’s voice call out to you. shuu caught you trying to sneak past him while he was taking a nap. “omg you scared me.” he looks over at you and sees you wearing his sweater. “is that mine?” it takes you a second to register what he was talking about. “oh! yeah i kinda took it.” you say as you smile at him. cute. it’s a little loose on you but he wouldn’t have it any other way. shuu is in love. “hm...” “sorry, do you want me to give it back?” shuu notices your smile fade and a look of worry replaces it. not the reaction he was hoping for. “come here,” the eldest gestures with his hand. you walk over to him and he pulls you down with him lmao. “wha—“ “shut up. you can wear my clothes whenever you want,” shuu’s voice is muffled due to his face claiming the crevice of your neck. your smile returns and he’s delighted. shuu can’t wait to see you in more of his clothes and the little squeeze he gives you, is his silent way of showing it.

♱ ♱ reiji likes keeping his things organized and neat. the thought of sharing clothes with a s/o was childish to him. at least at first. you like your boyfriend’s dress shirts; it makes him look refined. you wanna get in on that too. the cuffs were a little loose for you as well as the collar, but you made it work. walking into reiji’s room, you see his back turned towards you. he appears to be arranging a new tea set. feeling courageous you greet him with your arms wrapping around his waist. “are you lonely, y/n?”, reiji asks with a smirk on his face. you pout and let go of him. “no,, but maybe the tea cups can keep you company instead.” the dark-haired vampire turns around and before he can reply, he sees his shirt. not in his closet. on you. he’s supposed to feel upset but, why is he feeling enveloped in adoration? “reiji?”, you look at him curiously as he hasn’t said anything. he composes himself and you hear a soft sigh. “you should probably ask before taking people’s things.” you frown at his statement which causes him to pull you by the collar of his shirt. “you can keep this one,” he pauses to plant a peck on your forehead “just this once.”

♱ ♱ this boy is completely in love with you with his entire being. however, subaru doesn’t like to show how much power you have over him. you told him “normal couples” share clothes and subaru replied with, “lame.” he’s just embarrassed to do something so lovey-dovey. fortunately, you took matters into your own hands. finding the opportunity, you were able to get one of his blazers in your possession. you search for your boyfriend who was in the middle of conversation with shuu. subaru senses your presence and his eyes widen when he sees you. “W-WHAT ARE YOU WEARING?!” his cheeks start to flush as he starts to stutter. you look beautiful. adorable. stunning. his mind is spinning with thoughts of only you. “doesn’t it look good on me?”, you give him a spin. “C-COME HERE.” subaru pulls you by the wrist away from a chuckling shuu. “babe! what’s wrong?”, you plead. subaru doesn’t say anything and pulls you in to his chest and rests his cheek on the top of your head. he could get used to this. definitely. he’ll never say it, though you may start to see his clothes appear conveniently for you to wear.

From your simple understanding, Reiji doesn’t get off on that, all he loves is seeing you all tied up with rope. Though, you’re slightly wrong. Reiji, he loves seeing you in those tight pieces, he can’t help but get a terrible hard on. Please, and don’t let him send you off to get your hair done, as well as your nails. Ayato Sakamaki is one who you'll call spoiled hot blood. His wealth excuses him from getting into trouble. He's not one to be bothered by his studies however his athletic abilities have earned him some fame and popularity amongst the crowds.

Insensitive, trendy, prankster

Ayato Sakamaki could come across as the class clown. Jokes and pranks on his teachers, girls, and his brothers amuse him. To him, the surprised and fearful expression is very entertaining. He further loves to hear the screams of girls as it's very exhilarating to him. He's proud and considers himself better than everyone else due to his superiority complex and will never accept anyone as better than him.

He is the very best on his basketball team. He however is not one for teamwork because of his competitive nature and he loves the spotlight all too himself.

He spends most of his time playing basketball and flirting with other girls to suck their blood and disrupt the class. He also spends his time viewing R-rated magazines. He has very low tolerance and does not have much self-control. If he wants something he will get it regardless of the other individuals wishes.

Ayato is the eldest of the triplets and being the eldest he was always pressurized to be the best. While his siblings were granted freedom to do as they please. Ayato was trapped and bound to his studies to be a successful and competent successor of the Sakamaki family. His mother was harsh and horrible to him which drove him to feel hostility toward his mother.

Perhaps, his nature of pranks, love for physical sports, and laid-back outfits are his way of accomplishing and regaining what was stolen from him as a child.

Ayato Sakamaki is a persistent one. Once he sets his eyes on someone. You're his. Whether you like it or not. Unlike his other siblings, he does not resort to tricks but is one who is upfront about his confession which is more like a statement claiming how he set his eyes on you and now you belong to him. He is extremely possessive and protective. He can't stand other men around you and will make sure the only man you can see is him. He would spoil you plenty and once you get to know him you'll realize how he has cute sides to him. Such as you compliment him. He'll blush. You tell him you love him. Blushes again.

mistaking a sadist prince for a savior. contrary to the belief of all sakamaki bros that subaru was the first person to find maya, it was actually kanato. in fact, she was hiding in a forest near the sakamaki manor when kanato burned the vampire hunter who was chasing after her. he didn't exactly save her and she feared he would take her life afterward. but nah, kanato just walked away, smirking evilly that "the food will come to us… eventually."

indulging in a play by play of slowburn. although there are times kanato and maya communicate through words, they prefer non-verbal cues. brushing fingers against each other while eating. subtly making eye contact and wanting the other to guess what goes on in their mind. observing each other from afar and planning how they can manipulate the situation in their hands. the latter is mostly the case for kanato bcos he doesn't want to make it look like he's making the first move. prick

abandoning the words of love. kanato finds it quite ironic that maya's real name (mariya) is written as true love. but even if that was the case, he rarely tells her the words of "I love you." he mostly tells her "the moon is lovely" (just like his confession to her) bcos it's subtle and fitting for a Japanese girl.

venturing a touch on several occasions. although maya is not the touchy-feely type, she actually doesn't mind kanato touching her in various instances. like when he's purposely holding her hands whenever she hands him something or when she's doing her homework and he wanted to play with her free hand. sometimes he would hug her out of nowhere or simply intertwine her fingers with his because he is asserting his husband role like that.

assuring the other is not trapped in an insane paradox. maya is already a patient person, and that patience has been constantly tested with kanato overtime. after all, he would have hysterical fits after overthinking possible scenarios of maya trying to leave him even though that is highly impossible bcos of their political marriage. but sometimes, kanato would have dreams of that night when maya fell from the balcony bcos of her apparitions during her incomplete awakening so he would always enclose her in a tight hug, ensuring she won't have the power to leave. kanato she's a vampire pls as if she doesn't have the strength

giving soft kisses to one another. ngl but whenever kanato kisses maya, she starts to think he's a different person compared to the usual sadistic and hysteric purple gremlin that she met. he always makes sure to touch both sides of her face as he leans in for a kiss, capturing her lips in a way that makes her dream of rainbows, unicorns, and fluff. and he would do that to her many times as she gets drunk in a mess of pleasure and pain.

going on silly "juvenile" dates. maya's dates with kanato always involve "sweet things" so they would mostly have tea parties, relax at the nearby cafe, eat at a desserts buffet, look around dollhouses, play dress up games in boutiques and take secret pictures in the changing booth—basically any activity that sounds couple-y to them.

telling words of praise. it's actually surprising that kanato loves to praise maya's aesthetics, especially when he is in a good mood (which is super rare). he would tell her how beautiful she is with her long dark hair and pale skin and deadpan expression as if she was "death" herself. there are even times he makes dresses for her so she could become his living version of a doll from one of his glass coffins. snow white reference, I know.

reenacting romance manga scenes. maya is not maya without her penchant for romance mangas. and much to kanato's dismay, he obliges with her romance fantasies. going as far as saying "be grateful I'm being merciful to you for forcing me to do this." tbh kanato even uses this info to 'bribe' her into doing some of his bidding, especially when she's mad at him (ngl maya purposely makes him do this bcos she wants to reenact these scenes w/o directly asking him).

threading with both pain and pleasure. ofc falling in love with kanato comes with experiencing his hellish tantrums and sadistic punishments and although it may not appear like it, maya secretly likes being punished by him. after all, enduring gruesome training and physical endurance as a vampire doll led her to be numbed abt pain in general. hence she loved how kanato would try to bind her hands, choke her neck, trace his knife on her pale skin, and leave gruesome bite marks. the thing is, this doesn't happen often bcos kanato doesn't want to succumb to her greatest desires.

knowing the person behind the alias. kanato has always known maya's name by invading her memories, reminding her of who she was before he finally turned her. that's why he often calls her by her given name every time they're alone, or when he's loving her with every filthy thing he has to offer. he would chant her name like a spell as they near ecstasy, secretly telling her that "you are mine to love and break."

having each other's backs at crime. you think love is enough to stop these two from killing other people? no. that would never happen. maya is always ordered by karlheinz to dispose either a human or a creature from makai from distorting the balance. kanato still hunts humans out there and shares them with her. they even got the habit of pranking their classmates who try to bully one of them by almost sending them to their death and giving them amnesia. basically, their stained hands are in deep sht together.

The faint moonlight outside Kanato's bedroom window was sufficient to illuminate Maya's resting figure, the heavy blanket concealing only her naked body after she passed out from one of their passionate and heavy lovemaking sessions. Kanato was stunned by how serene his wife looked, as if she had never seen this world's brutality and horrific suffering. And when he kissed her lips, she smiled subtly at the contact, and for once, he was satisfied that his Maya-san was having a pleasant dream.

No. She's not Maya-san. She's Mariya. Hisae Mariya.

Initially, Ruki only allowed you to accompany your sister since she's “Eve”. And clearly, there was no way she'd go without you. Therefore, he provides you every basic necessity a human could possibly need, but that's it. The only time Ruki had a full conversation with you was when you needed help with your homework. To which, he reluctantly decided to help you with.

Sooner than later, you found yourself traveling to Ruki's study weekly in hopes for some afternoon tutoring. Before you knew it, those weekly sessions turned into daily ones; I suppose you can say he's gotten quite attached to your presence. Now, it's become a requirement. Studying for at least three hours a night, by his side, in his library. And dear, there's no reason to ask anyone else for help; you don't need it! After all, Ruki is not one to stray away from a routine.

“You didn't attend yesterday's session, is something the matter? Are you unwell? Or perhaps it's Yui's doing? Even so, try to attend every day or there will be consequences.”

KOU MUKAMI

Kou is an interesting case. Sure, he's nice to you upon your arrival just as he was with a certain blonde. However, the idol took no real interest in anything involving you. That was until Ruki put him on “Child Duty” for the evening. I mean, come on, you're a teen not a damn fetus! As you'd imagine, he was anything but pleased. Surprisingly enough, Kou started a conversation with you, which he found himself thoroughly enjoying. But something tells me those blue eyes have been peering right through you!

There you were seared across from him, your hands neatly tucked in your lap as Kou gently applied the thin mask to your face. It smelt of petals and peaches. Refreshing, and yet you couldn't stop the shiver that wrecked your being upon its contact. Yes, refreshing but also cold. A low snort slipped past his lips as he reached to pinch your cheeks between his thumb and index finger. Perhaps even Kou can find some comfort within your genuine emotions (something you and Yui share).

“Wah~! Filming took absolutely forever today. I even had to skip put on picking you up today, y'know? Hehe, but fret no longer, the amazing Kou Mukami is here to cure your boredom!”

YUMA MUKAMI

I suppose you aren't entirely useless. Having an extra set of hands around the garden proved to be quite the blessing, so why not keep you around? Hah, you may as well call it an excuse! Yuma had always been amused by your energy, — your eagerness to learn about the things he often busied himself with. Soon enough he itching to spend time with his favorite little listener (Yui's sibling).

You could say he's quite protective over you. After all, how can a “defenseless sow” like your sister possibly look after you? The girl can barely pick a tomato properly! Yuma is much more capable of providing and protecting you...or so he says. So whether you like it or not, you're now his little helper. And trust me dear, there isn't anything you or Yui can do about it.

“Tch, toughen up kid, a little dirt won't hurt ya' too much. How are you ever gonna do somethin' on your own? Hah, but don't let others go pushin' you around like this. Only I'm allowed to do that, got it?

AZUSA MUKAMI

Nine times out of ten, you're the one who went out of your way to speak to him. Your curiosity got the best of you, leading you to a very extensive conversation with the youngest brother. And he was arguably not as boring as he appeared. A bit strange, that he was, but you saw no harm behind his abnormal kinks. Seeing how he's the most “normal” one in the house, surely you'll become attached to him in no time.

Azusa is pretty damn clingy once he gets comfortable. Even then, you find it hard to reject him — he looks so sad! You'll find yourself being dragged off to some random place in the manor as soon as you enter the doors! Yui hardly has a chance to speak with you, which is exactly where at he wants. Though she might be Eve, becoming Adam is the last thing on his mind when you're around.

“You don't look too well...did you...have a bad day today? Hmm...what happened? You can hit me if it makes you feel better. I just...I just want to see you smile.”

Marriage isn't the biggest thing to him but it will come around eventually.

He seems like he'd take things slow but because he's real into you, he speeds into things.

So it might be faster than you'd expect.

I don't think anyone has ever seen him get this way so everyone would become very aware of this change in behavior.

He if he comes to the point of being "in love" then he'd decided to move away from his brothers and family because he doesn't want them involved.

He finds it best to have them be seperate.

However, with the influence of woman that he loves he may be inclined to take responsibility and take care of Vampire Kingdom.

So he may infact have you move into the demon world which puts himself at a distance with his brothers.

But more than likely, given that he is rather selfish its more practical that he'd leave such a tolling responsibility on someone like his brother Reiji to take care of.

Shu would take the job of being a politician like his father did in the human world as an image in order to blend in society.

its quite easy is all is handed down to you.

He'd be quiet lousy tho and make his familiars do everything.

Never tells his kids anything about his family.

Number of kids:

Two kids, one boy, one girl. And believe me, it is enough for him.

Probably only a year or two apart.

I think the kids really made him get his act together and not be an apathetic teen.

I mean already to care for someone truly he isn't going to be his lazy self because has something to look forward to which is something he's been stripped from for the longest time.

I think children would change him if the woman he has them with is someone he cares for.

Household:

There isn't much to say.

When he met you and had kids, he became more active, moved out, and started a life with you.

He moved to somewhere relaxing away from everything, and you two have a girl and boy, so you have a perfect family.

Sometimes you have to nudge him to not be freaking lazy.

He is a lazy father, but surprisingly he does things, but only cause he cares.

Loves talking to his kids about their interests and how they have a lot of opportunity and time to be free of responsibility.

He's mostly carefree and leaves the work of disciplining them to you.

Would be the first to move away from his brothers.

For a while, you stayed with him, but after a while, you both thought about living away from his family, given everything.

He'd mainly leave if they posed as a threat, which realistically, they do.

And given he wants the best for his lady, he'd move away in a heartbeat. which

In fact, in one of the games, he moved out and picked a house for him and Yui to live in because he wanted to "start a life with her."

And you could imagine he obviously proposed first because he's very old fashioned.

It was one night you both had come home from a ball and removed your jewelry in front of your mirror.

He came up behind you planting kisses on your shoulder and up your neck, all the once while you were distracted he slipped a ring on your finger and spoke in a low voice, "Marry me, Y/n."

"Reiji?"

"Say that you'll be my bride." He'd whisper, kissing you on the lips.

I will hint at the fact that there were times where he did tease you about getting married.

"I don't understand what you're asking me."

"Woman, I am asking you to be my bride, is it not obvious?"

Number of kids:

You two had a wonderful little girl, and boy, the boy came first. And Reiji wouldn't be opposed to another child. Preferably another daughter.

Which is probably along the way or in his plans, knowing him.

After three I would say he is quite complete.

Reiji sometimes hints at a another child being a possibility for the two of you.

"There's always been room for another, my dear."

Anyone would deem you all as greatly intelligent and stunning.

Seriously, this is a family filled with good looks, so you are both well known for your children's success and strong resemblance to you both.

With Reiji, you both decided to have a place of your own and start a family, which is exactly what happened.

You two moved far away from his brothers and bought an elegant home.

Reiji planned out what street he'd want to live on, the house in particular, and if it had a special aspect of the interior which you once brought up. He'd make sure the house would have that view or courtyard you had mentioned, or that wide window you loved looking out of.

But that is something you love about him; he plans for things he cares for.

He is great at helping you with the kids, and you leave educating, and cooking to him because you know how he feels about it.

Although you try to help, he will argue with you sometimes, mostly about harmless things.

But when it comes to disciplining your kids, it can be a war of disagreement, especially because he lets his daughter get away with things, and he is harder on his son.

So this requires you to intervene all the time.

Though it is cute to see older Reiji and little Reiji argue.

But it's even cuter to see them work together.

Laito:

Family + Background:

Didn't give making a family so much of a thought. It was not on his agenda.

So he didn't think about moving out or anything.

The only thing that changed him about it was you both having a child unexpectedly.

At first, it seemed surreal, but the more he saw his stomach grow in the process, he started to think about it and soon realized it wasn't a dream.

It was very real, and he needed to be ready.

He was involved; he just didn't know what all of it was going to be/look like.

So it took some time, but he was interested and was happy to be a father because he actually loved this woman.

Although even if he had kids with a bride, he would enthusiastic about it because I think he is fascinated by it, but he later loses interest as well.

But because he is attached to his partner, it is much different. He is quite moved and is eager to see the child.

If he is worried about his father or someone else being a threat, he'll move away.

But knowing Laito, he will probably just stay with his family since there technically is enough room. But he does leave that decision up to you.

Number of kids:

He'd have two twin girls and then another little girl. So three little girls.

I don't think he really wanted a boy because he's had enough boys in the family.

Plus, I think it may have to do with trauma reasons that he doesn't want to have a son.

I also think he'd have a stronger attachment to a daughter then he would a son.

I'm so betting that the girls all have ginger hair, or that each one looks like him or one of his full blood-related brothers because genes work in mysterious ways, you know.

Plus, I think that would be interesting to see

Household:

A fun family with a chaotic bunch of three girlies.

It can be a handful since they are very close in age.

But you two make the most of it.

In terms of living in the human or demon world, he'd probably live in the human world just cause his father is usually in the demon world.

Kanato:

Family + Background:

This wasn't easy, and it was definitely unexpected.

Although, with someone he loves, he'd put everything aside and be soft with you.

This is actually something he really likes.

It would definitely move away as soon as the child was born.

He'd take no chances and have you live with his family.

After all no one paid much attention to him in the first place why should he stay?

He'd leave in heartbeat and travel around with you to find the perfect home for just the two of you, which would soon be the three of you.

He mostly made the plans because he liked surprising you.

Number of kids:

You'd have just one. He couldn't imagine putting you through that again.

As much he loved seeing you go through your pregnancy, he didn't want you to go through all the pain that comes with labor.

It would be a baby girl, for sure. Seeing him be gentle with a daughter would be so adorable.

especially because he'd sew her dresses.

Household:

A quiet and small family, but its all the two of you could ask for.

It means a lot to both of you to watch your daughter grow.

He wants the best for both of the women he loves in his life.

Is quite protective of you both and makes sure his family is not included in one single conversation.

Family + Background:

He hasn't figured out anything.

And he was a nervous wreck at first

Now he just kinda chills around.

Never really knows what the next plan is.

It would take his brothers to get him to think about it.

He'd also need your input on this to figure it all out.

eventually he'd come to the idea where you both would stay at the mansion. That is until too many kids came into the second picture.

Number of kids:

About three to four (mostly boys), with the second kid, his brothers told him he needed to get it together and move out lol.

so he did, because the fam was just getting too big he needed his own place with you and after some searching and planning you got it to work and moved out.

Although he does visit his bros still.

It's chaotic, especially if he is taking care of the kids.

He has a lot to learn, but he is fun.

He gets them into sports and is a kid himself.

You constantly call to make sure nothing crazy happens.

Family + Background:

You both would find your own place and definitely wouldn't stay with his brothers.

He'd want to be away from his family.

It's mostly cause he doesn't really like them.

And he wants it to be far from them.

And honestly just isolated from people.

Number of kids:

You had your own place by this point so it wasn't a big deal.

He'd probably really only want one at the most. (a girl)

He doesn't want a big family, I mean he can hardly see himself being a good father to one, let alone many.

Household:

It's quiet and small, but it's a good thing.

You both are able to raise your kid calmly if you have one.

you rely on each other, and that's about it.

Kino:

Family + Background:

Similar to Ayato, he would definitely not be sure of what he wants to do. He probably just does whatever you want to do since he doesn't really care.

Is more of a go-with-the-flow type, and kinda handles stuff last minute.

You are probably doing most of the thinking.

He didn't even think about family or getting his own place with you; he's just not focused on it.

Number of kids:

one because he counts as another kid.

It is boy for sure because he needed a buddy to keep himself busy and not to always bug you, lol.

He is so chaotic and teaches his son so many pranks and its just messed up.

Household:

Its a mess, you constantly have to worry about both of them.

Its a like a second kid and you just get so annoyed at Kino sometimes.

But he does keep the kid busy and learns a lot.

He gets better with more experience but he's also just all over the place.

One thing he got his kid into is gaming for sure.

Carla:

Family + Background:

He told you to stay in the castle with him and his brother since it is big and there is plenty of room.

He does think about if you will have kids, after he's married you.

Carla asked you to stay with him and build a life with him.

"I want to be the reason I stay, Y/n. Be with me."

He has many plans, some to which he shares, others of which he is still unsure of.

It was quite peaceful for a while, though.

Number of kids:

Once you had kids, probably one boy or two girls.

Though he wants an heir, he definitely would love to have a daughter.

He'd have so much planned for his kids, and he was happy to have them with you.

It's probably the happiest he's ever been.

Household:

You are still at the mansion since there is plenty of room.

A lovely and quiet family but also classy.

Your children have both of your looks.

The boy would be like Carla's twin.

The girls would have some key features of his.

Spoils his kids for sure.

He is also proud of his family and you as his wife.

And he protects his family from anything.

Shin:

Family + Background:

He didn't plan too much in the beginning.

After marrying, he planned much more about the family he wanted and how he wanted to spend his life with you.

It's something he has thought of for a long time.

Number of kids:

You thought you were going to have two boys and that was it but you ended up with four instead.

It’s entirely his fault he said you wouldn’t get pregnant anymore.

He loves that he has built a family with you and like his brother is going to protect it.

at night, the mansion could be so quiet that it was frightening.

on the nights that the boys slept in their own rooms- however rare it may be- you would lie awake in your bed, alone, and listen to the beating of your own heart until the rhythm drove you mad. tonight was one of those nights. you couldn’t sleep, you just lay there, staring at the darkened ceiling, as muted moonlight splashes a grayish glow on the floor and the foot of your bed.

midsummer, and the night was warm. so warm that you lay on top of the blankets, your bare legs glistening with specks of perspiration like diamonds sparkling against your flesh. on a night like this, you almost wished one of the Sakamaki brothers would’ve demanded to sleep in your bed with you. it was their coldness; you’d become so accustomed to how chilled their skin was, how they seemed frozen, even on the hottest nights (like this one), and as strange as it may seem, you wanted to feel their icy grip now. bite back at the stifling heat that embraces you, have one hug you so tightly it feels as though you’re locked in an ice box. no such luck, however.

with a soft sigh, you pull into a sitting position, legs dangling. the bed they’d given you, much like everything else in the mansion, was grand and gaudy. the kind of bed that one could get lost in. throw yourself on to the pillowy mattress and feel the real world disintegrate around you- it was so comfortable you rarely wanted to leave it. tonight, however, you were sweating. you couldn’t sleep for the heat, and you thought that you could, perhaps, creep downstairs and grab a glass of ice water to cool you off.

each step you take is as soft as a cat’s, as quiet as a church mouse, and yet the muffled sound of your bare toes kissing the floor still echoes in the corridor. with only moonlight splattered over the floor as your guide, you tiptoe to the flight of stairs. for a moment, with the bedrooms at your back, you halt. are you nervous? no, curious. glancing over your shoulder, you cast a glance towards the doors, all closed, leading back to yours. were they all sleeping?

it was unusual, being the only one awake (or so you thought), and it was somewhat comforting to realize that your knee-jerk reaction to the idea of being completely unsupervised was this: if there were any time that you could’ve escaped the Sakamakis, it would’ve been right now. relief flowed through your veins like the blood they take from you, just to know that you were still human enough to consider leaving them. that you were still sane enough to remember that they were monsters, and you their prisoner.

of course, you would never do it.

though that portion of your mind, your sanity, remained intact, there was a larger fraction that loved them. each one. every sadistic vampire that lived in this place. had they broken you, shattered your psyche like an old vase and glued the pieces back together, mangled and gnarly to make you feel this way? it was possible, or perhaps it was just the natural reaction. you couldn’t imagine living this long with them and not garnering feelings for them. their affection, however forced upon you and unwanted at first, you’d learned to accept and expect. not to say they weren’t still cruel, but once you’d stopped acting like a hostage, they’d stopped treating you like one. at some point along the way, you’d become one of them. a resident in the mansion, the visage of a bride to each of them.

as their wife, you knew you could never leave them.

you push the thought of running away to the back of your mind. however nice it felt to know that you could still think about escape, you wouldn’t dwell on it. reaching the bottom of the stairs only moments later, your fingertips skating along the banister, you glance around the foyer for a moment. the lower floor was much more open, with many more windows, and the moonlight was silver and bright against them. you find your digits gently touching the walls -and the photos found there- as you turn to make your way to the kitchen. since it wasn’t very often that you explored the mansion alone, you took the time to look at each one, study them.

many of them were portraits, paintings, of what you could only imagine to be their mothers, and them as children. the frames were covered in a thick layer of dust that you felt with your fingertips. you’d have to remember to dust them tomorrow, you thought. a few more steps, and you stop, glancing to an archway to your left.

there’s a warm glow spilling into the hallway that doesn’t belong to the moon, but the fireplace found within. so someone was awake, after all. nibbling on your lower tier, you take a couple of steps, reaching out to hold the edge of the archway, you poke your head across the threshold to peek inside.

“Kanato?” one third of the Sakamaki triplets is standing in front of the fireplace, his back to you, simply staring at the flames. he doesn’t speak to you at first, and you consider leaving him alone. Kanato was a finicky boy, easily frustrated and seemed to enjoy his quiet time. oddly enough, the time you did spend with him, was mostly silent. he preferred to feed from you in peace, and then might sleep in your bed or give you brief kisses, but he seeks your company when he wants it at all. so, there was a good chance that you might be ignored if you were to remain in the room, or perhaps even anger him to a point of incurring his wrath. still, there’s a part of you that doesn’t want to leave him alone in the middle of the night. “You aren’t sleeping?”

“No.” you were grateful he replies at all, even if he hasn’t turned to look at you just yet.

frowning ever so slightly, you step into the room and look around. he truly was alone, glaring into the fire. slowly, you approach a nearby sofa, and place both hands on the back of it. you’re only steps away from Kanato, but it feels like miles. you never know what he’s thinking, and that tends to make you nervous.

“Say, bunny,” he murmurs his favorite nickname for you in the softest of voices. “Do you think you would enjoy being burned alive?”

being asked such a question would’ve terrified you months ago, and though a knot still formed in your stomach, you were no longer so easily frightened by his curiosities. “Hm…” you hum, pondering the question. “I don’t like the heat.”

“You mustn’t, with how easily you sweat.” his voice is steady and quiet. “I can smell it from here. I could smell it from down the hallway. Are you really so warm?”

a smile threatens to curve your lips, and you nod even though he isn’t looking in your direction. “It’s warm tonight. Is that why you can’t sleep, either?”

finally, Kanato turns to face you, his brows knit together as if he were puzzled. he shakes his head, unruly amethyst tendrils like jewels strung together. grasping his teddy with both arms around the bear’s neck, he holds it close.

your lips purse, but you careen around the sofa to slide on to the plush cushion of it, looking up at the vampire before you. “No? Well, aren’t you tired?” you take a moment to gesture to the bear. “Isn't Teddy tired, too?”

you notice his grip tighten around the stuffed animal. “Please don’t assume things about Teddy.” Kanato warns, rather bluntly. your heartbeat hitches for a split second. “You don’t know him.”

“You’re right,” you whisper. you’d learned the hard way that Kanato doesn’t like apologies. tilting your head, your eyelashes fan the apples of your cheeks with a couple of bats, and you croon. “Well then, can you please ask Teddy if he’s sleepy, too?”

he looks uncertain, but leans close to the toy’s ear. “Aren’t we sleepy, Teddy?” you wait a few moments, and he looks to you again, violet eyes shadowed by thick, dark rings. “We’re sleepy.” he confirms, moving closer to the sofa. though you’d intended to sit with him anyways, you still felt a little uneasy as he approaches.

“Would you and Teddy like to lay with me here?” you offer, looking up as he stands before you. he looks down at you, then his gaze travels the length of the sofa, and he squeezes Teddy before nodding, silently climbing on to the sofa. you were going to press your knees together and press yourself as close to the back of the sofa as you could to allow him enough room to be comfortable, but just as you are about to adjust, he nudges your knees apart.

only a fraction of a second passes with your legs spread and your eyes wide before he nestles into the gap provided, pressing his torso to your abdomen, and resting the side of his face on your chest. the coolness of his skin against your feverish form is refreshing, like drinking ice cold lemonade in the heat of the day. you exhale, melting into the sensation and welcoming his cuddling by coiling your arms around him, fingers delving into lilac locks that are silken and smell fresh when you press your face to the crown of his head. puckering your couplet, you place a soft kiss to his scalp.

“Comfy?” you purr, but it’s unnecessary to even ask. Kanato is hugging you tightly with one arm, the other holding Teddy against you, and he nuzzles your breast with his cheek, before peeking up at you. from this angle, the half of his face pressed to you is smushed and distorted, that eye closed, giving him the appearance of winking, while his lips are curved into a boyish grin, revealing pearly fangs. it’s enough to make your heart beat faster, which he of course notices.

“Mm,” he coos in response, “From here, I can feel your heart pounding fast and smell your sugary blood pumping right to your heart.” his tongue droops between his grinning tiers to lazily run over your skin, gathering the droplets of perspiration upon it. “I can taste sweetness even in your sweat, you taste just like icing, it’s making me thirsty…”

“Kanato-“

“Just a little sip?” tilting his head, you can feel the graze of the tips of his fangs against your chest, circling just above your heart. “Just a little sip and I’ll go right to sleep.”

the way he whines for you to feed him, it’s enough for any reluctance you might’ve had to fade away, and you nod. “O-okay…”

the moment his fangs puncture your flesh, your back arches from beneath him, breath catching in your throat. it’s a sting, like being stung by bees, but it’s the sensation of the blood pulling up to the surface that makes you woozy. fingers gripping his hair as gentle as you can, you breathe in and out, deeply. your blood is warm and pooling in his mouth, Kanato lapping it up as quick as he can.

your eyelids flutter, and you feel hotter than before. “Ka-na-to-“

with a noisy slurp, the vampire pulls away, tongue swiveling to mop up what was left of the blood on your chest. his eyes are much brighter now, and he smiles wide, teeth and tiers stained cherry red. “My bunny,” he whispers. your muscles are starting to relax and you sink back into the cushion of the sofa, looking up at him with your cheeks warm.

his lithe fingers comb through your hair before tracing the shape of your cheekbone and down to your jaw. holding your chin in place with thumb and forefinger, he leans forward and presses his bloody mouth to yours. to you, you taste like copper and salt, regardless of however many times they’ve said that you were sugary sweet. still, his kiss is soft and loving, and you welcome the aftercare. he pulls away after a moment to nuzzle against your breast again, this time his eyes close as if he’s readying to sleep.

“I hope we can keep you alive much longer than the others,” he whispers. “I like you the most.”

blinking several times, you look at the fireplace, reminiscent of the first time you’d found out that you were nothing more than a sacrifice for them. you were sure you were going to die months ago, and yet? somehow and for some reason, you were still alive. alive and relatively healthy. did they all like you enough to let you live with them? his words echo in your mind a few more times, even though Kanato seems to have dozed off already, snuggling you tight.

I hope we can keep you alive much longer than the others.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to clarify that everything I mentioned earlier about the characters in Diabolik Lovers being virgins is purely a headcanon. In other words: it's just personal theories and ideas that I came up with, and there's no concrete evidence in the official materials to support it. The truth is that the personal lives and sexual experiences of the characters aren't extensively detailed in the original story, leaving room for individual interpretations.

1. Carla's focus on power and control may have led him to prioritize his ambitions over emotional connections. His composed exterior might also be a facade to hide his insecurities and lack of experience in romantic matters. While he may have engaged in relationships, but he has never truly opened up to someone on a deeper level.

2. Carla's composed and manipulative personality might lead to the speculation that he hasn't had any genuine emotional or physical connections with others.

My absolute favorite DL characters in no particular order:

🌸 YUI KOMORI 🌸

Never understood the hate towards Yui. Again the anime is a promo for the game and it did not do her character justice at all. The prequel and sequels for some of the mangas did her character justice. She’s a very kind and compassionate person, she’s HUMAN and grew up in a church, she’s a soft girl who doesn’t like violence so y’all can only imagine what this girl has to go thru meeting a bunch of bloody thirsty horny vampire boys, who have severe parental issues and a bunch of other abusive behavioral problems, but she is very patient with each and every brother in all the routes and I love that about her, she’d be a really good therapist too lmao. She’s an Angel, must be protected at all times. I won’t tolerate any Yui hate on this blog.

❤️‍🔥 AYATO SAKAMAKI ❤️‍🔥

Poster boy for the entire franchise. A lot of people find him to be annoying, he is annoying and we love his Aries self for that. While Ayato is a menace to society he’s got a good side to him as well and for the most part knows right from wrong, more than some of the fandom gives him credit for. I also really like his character design, he kinda looks like a mean little bat. They give him a lot of cute and playful moments with Yui and I think that’s beautiful especially in a dark themed game series, they have serious moments but also a lot of light hearted moments and I think that’s important to lighten up the mood sometimes.

👨‍🌾 YUMA MUKAMI👨‍🌾

First off, I absolutely love his character design, the messy long hair and he’s a giant too plus they gave him realistic human hair and eyes to show that he used to be human, maybe I’m thinking too deep on it idk. I absolutely love the identity crisis he had due to his amnesia and the connection with Shu, it brought that twin flame connection back, I love those best friend tropes a lot, his voice actor also is Mako from Free! So I have no choice but to Stan Yuma. Yuma also has a lot more self awareness then the rest of his adoptive brothers and thinks ahead due to his past experiences, he knows that he’s a vampire now but still has a garden for food and has sugar cubes with him at all times, he uses his past experiences and acknowledges that it happened then moves forward he doesn’t dwell on it too much.

🔪AZUSA MUKAMI🔪

He’s a lil creepy, and socially awkward at times but he’s just so relatable sometimes. He’s very soft spoken and he a lil wild with his pain tolerance and some of the out of pocket shit that he says, but I think he’s such a sweetheart, protect him at all costs as well, even his brothers know to protect him at all costs.

🎻 SHU SAKAMAKI 🎻

Shu will forever be my favorite DL boy, he doesn’t like doing anything but can do everything and do it perfectly too. He has severe ptsd, depression, and detachment issues. No you can’t fix him even Yui realizes this and just accepts him for who he is because that’s the only way it’ll work. He’s also hilarious without even trying to be, he says some mean shit at times but it’s so unhinged like damn Shu you don’t have the energy to eat, shower, wipe your ass but you got the energy to completely disrespect all your siblings with a few words. Also his beef with Reiji is somewhat familiar grounds especially if you have a sibling that is constantly irritating your soul. I always felt like I could relate to Shu the most due to him having a hard time getting close to people after losing his best friend, he can’t just get over it either, I don’t like when people would say “oh it happened a long time ago” yes it did but everyone heals at their own pace and it’s important to acknowledge that as well.
