It's not just the intelligence that can be gleaned; a few mistakes here and there can wreck utter havoc on the whole enterprise and destroy some of the active operations.)

Naturally Shen Jiu uses Shang Qinghua to get more freed slaves fake IDs, jobs, and fake work experiences.
