I see a lot of people saying that they're shifting for someone or that they're shifting to experience new things, I also DO NOT disagree with these terms of view but I think we all are shifting to "feel at home" You don't necessarily need to have a cool dr or someone to shift for, you could even shift to the same reality you are right now, but with some little changes, anything you desire. because, why not?

there was once a time where i had no genuine attraction to the s/os i would script for my teen fame drs. i cannot imagine feeling that again after seeing my current s/o, i need him with me always 🤍
same thing with my friends, i remember in the copycats gc (🤮), i would never actually want most of the girls in my drs. but now, with my dearest House Of Shifting gc, i want to constantly see them, and scripting them into my drs is so comforting.

Explain the shift: the elevetor technique
This method is really easy for those who struggle with visualization.

This method is a mix of the Raven method and the Lucid Dream method. Everyone at least once in their life has been in an elevator. It is easy to think about how an elevator works and how you feel, so it is easier to visualize the whole experience.
this method that you can use while listening to subs. You have to visualize that you are in an elevator that will bring you up to an unknown number of floors. You have to decide your number. As you go up with the elevator, you have to tell yourself that you are getting closer and closer to your DR. You will get to the last floor or the floor you decided to stop on. Once the elevator's door opens, you will walk around the floor. You have to find somewhere to lay down and fall asleep. When you wake up, you will be in your desired reality.

I associate this method with a mix of the Raven method and the Lucid Dreaming method because:
In the Raven method, we have to count until a certain number while affirming, and we need to feel closer each time we count and affirm. In this method, we have many floors that this elevator can go to. In the lucid dreaming method, we have to go through a door and then fall asleep in the dream. This method is not a dream but a visualization, but the final part is basically the same as the lucid dreaming method. Go through, go to sleep, and wake up there.

i am DONE. i’m done struggling. i’m done stalling on my dream life. i’m done waking up in this reality, i’m so tired of it. i HATE my life. so i decided it’s time to change. i’m gonna change myself and my life. this isn’t my home. i wanna go home.

little backstory:
i found about desired reality subliminals back in september 2019. i (mini)shifted for the first time on may 2022. i’ve made little to no progress but i’m back.
“they told me all of my cages were mental, so i got wasted like all my potential”
my goal is to shift or enter the void state preferably with lucid dream methods.
i don’t want anyone to think ‘you’re doing too much’ i’ve done nothing before and it got me nowhere…
lucid playlist
my plan:
- listen to the playlist during the day and overnight
- do psych-k
- read neville goddard
- meditate
- do sats, lucid dream methods
- do reality checks, journal my dreams
- complain about having lucid dreams and shifting every night
day1: listened to subs, journaled my dreams a little. listened to subs again. read some ‘at your command’ did reality checks. used reverse psychology. did psych-k for 4 minutes and affirmed ‘i lucid dream every night and shift’ then i did WBTB.
day2: didn’t do much. listened to subs, did reality checks
day3: listening to subs, affirming, started reading Coraline, did psych-k for 6 minutes
day5: well i’ve been very sick lately i’m now on antibiotics
day6: doing nothing
day7: send help
day11 or something/1st march:
my health got better!!! i’m listening to subs
4/3 : did psych-k yesterday
13/3: i’m alive and back!! yesterday or something i almost went lucid, i counted my fingers in the dream and there were 12. i lost control of the dream later

Hi! Welcome to my shifting journal!
So, I'm Josephine or Josie or Jo. Whatever you prefer. I go by fetus_jesus on shifttok and phetus_jesus on shifttwt (I mostly use shifttwt though because shifttok is boring LMAO). Recently I've started a shifting journal to try to work out my issues and figure out why I'm not shifting. I'll also just be talking about random DR stuff in it to just get it out there since I feel awkward spamming my twitter about it. I'm posting my entries here on tumblr because I asked my mutuals on twitter if I should. Like if it would help them to see someone vocalizing their struggles. Most of them voted yes so here we are! Some entries may be short some may be long, it's just whatever I'm feeling that day. Also, I'm not writing an entry every day and I might not post my entries right away.
A bit about me if you don't know me from either of my accounts! Again, I'm Josephine. I'm 21, born on January 3rd. I'm bisexual and nonbinary and go by they/them pronouns. I've been in the community since 2020. Didn't make a shifttok account until 2022 and didn't start my shifttwt until 2 months ago. Arguably I like shifttwt way better and have made a bunch of friends on there in such a short time where I've only really made one friend on shifttok. Also, shifttok just bores me now. I get to talk about my DRs way better and obsess over it way more through twitter. Plus, making tik toks takes too much time and gives me too much anxiety. Twitter has a much more chill community. So, if you want, you can go to my shifttok but I don't really post there anymore and don't really care to.
This account will only be of my journal entries so if you want more about me and silly stuff, follow me on shifttwt! I probably won't really respond to stuff on here since this is primarily going to be my journal entries.
Also, I do write letters to my spiritual guides which I keep in my shifting journal but I'm only keeping them there since I feel like it's a more personal thing.
If you have any questions, definitely come to me on twitter to ask in a dm or something but if you want, you can still ask here. I just won't see right away since I don't plan on being on this account unless I'm posting a journal entry mostly because starting another account around shifting is lowkey giving me anxiety LMAO but I felt this way when I started my shifttwt account recently.
A list of some of my DRs: CSI, Community, The Walking Dead, Gotham, Succession, Life is Strange, Life is Strange: True Colors, Stranger Things, Saints Row, a Fame DR, Criminal Minds, multiple different ones around Spider-Man, a couple different ones that are more general to Marvel, and a bunch more. I like to write my dreams that are about my drs in my shifting journal, because i see them as memories, or at least as proof that I’m connected to my drs.
This is just my personal opinion, but I fully believe that when we dream, we are connected to other realities. Maybe it’s just because i tend to have very vivid dreams. I still have strong sensations. A few nights ago, i dreamt that i was walking barefoot in the courtyard of a castle, under the rain and i was feeling the cold of the stone, and the rain falling down my skin.
I rarely dream that i am myself either,in the sense that i always have a different appearance . i am always a character that lives incredible adventures, i explore ancient ruins, i study magic, i am a mermaid…
The only thing that makes them dreams is the weird dream things, the text change when you read the same thing twice, a door will lead to a space and then the same door will lead somewhere else, the time transition between events, etc. But other than that, it feels just like any other memories.

Really, does anyone else thought about sims 4? It has some cool stuff, you can try every job you want to try - AND SUCCEDE!!!!
Werwolfs, mermaids, vampires and witches, you can do anything and everything there. 
What if in that reality you can choose and apply mods you want? It gives you even more things you can do!

being depressed is so fun! people thinking you wanna die is so fun! being in a shifting slump is so fun! hating all your irls for leaving for tech school is so fun! mom and dad not listening is so fun! hating everything once loved is so fun!
anyways, i’m working on the next chapter of my fic that’s based on my dr but i’m having some writers block help i can’t do slow burn
but also the whole shifting slump thing tends to be a whole part of the journey, and taking a break from it could actually help a lot of my problems. i think shifting and thinking about how i’m so lonely in this reality is really the main thing that’s causing me to struggle. i shouldn’t be completely relying on shifting to my dr to bring me happiness, i should start finding it here. easier said than done though.
sorry guys i needed to rant 😕🙏 no i did not need to vent i was not “venting” i was RANTING god i hate when people are like “you can vent to me don’t worry this is a safe space 🥺” I Do not care. you are not my therapist, i will not vent to you. however, i WILL rant. i will not tell anyone but my therapist (and tumblr) of anything i do not want to discuss with my friends. it doesn’t matter if i’ve known them my entire life, i don’t even tell my sister what goes down in therapy. mom can ask all she wants, but at the end of the day, THERAPY IS FOR THINGS YOU CANT SAY TO YOUR FAMILY
i will literally be sitting at the table for dinner after we’ve said the blessing and mommy dearest will ask how therapy went and what we chatted about. mom that ain’t any of your business. i don’t even want other people to tell me about how THEIR sessions went, like bro keep that between you and your therapist. what’s the point of having one if you’re just gonna yap about it to all your friends??
i’m 100% gonna post shit like this in my dr too tbh like only on tumblr tho cause like… i ain’t gonna post jack shit on twitter and insta is literally for pics why the hell would i shitpost there

Hello! I'm quite new to shifting, and I've wanted to try it for a while. I noticed that a lot of people write scripts, but what are they for? How do you write one? And is there a set format or template for how it's written? Thank youuuu <3

I already talked about scripting (here you will find everything you need about scripting)
Writing a script could be really useful when you start because you decide what is going to happen, how you should look, if you have any skills, if you excel in something specific, how much money you have, etc.
You can write it like a letter, a list, a diary, or in any manner that makes you feel comfortable writing it. (I usually do letters or diaries because I love thinking that they are from my desired reality.)
By using a script, you basically have more control over anything.
I do hope this helps you! If you have any more questions, I will be more than happy to help you! Be patient and gentle with yourself because shifting is a slow-burn journey.✨💕

Shifting Journal - Symptoms
I’m starting an official mini series about my journey towards shifting. I’ve found it can be really demotivating when your someone like me who hasn't been able to shift for almost 2 years and you keep seeing information from people who were successful after a couple months. I aim to relay things that have helped me get closer to shifting and document it all so we can hopefully shift together.
Symptoms. This is one that really confused me and had me stuck for a really long time. I would constantly hear about various symptoms when trying to shift, and I would often feel none of them. After some time I came to realise that most symptoms that people say you will experience are less a sign of shifting and more a sign of your body falling asleep and your mind staying awake. Which is an experience that helps you shift, but these feelings aren't because you’re shifting.
Putting so much importance also reduced my ability to progress in my shifting journey, because i would start aiming for the symptoms and not the destination. Reducing how much importance I put onto symptoms really helped me move forwards in my journey. Make them something you acknowledge and gloss over, not focus on.
This mindset has really helped me. I used to get symptoms then feel like I couldn’t push through that last barrier into my DR. Now without the limiting thoughts of putting these symptoms onto this pedestal I’ve been able to get much further. The next step is to really change my mindset, I really need to believe I can step into a new reality.
This was very personally beneficial to me, if you feel like this resonates with you then I’m happy I could bring this to your attention. However, if this absolutely does not resonate with you thats okay! Whatever helps and works for you, shifting is very personal.
NOTE: I have not shifted myself, this is me sharing things that have helped me. I am happy for and even encourage discussion under my posts. I want people to talk about how long it’s taken them, talk with people who have and people who haven't shifted!

Attempting and ranting
Attempting to shift last night was as successful as I thought it would be. It was noisy. It was horrible. I am very sensitive to loud noises and I ended up having a breakdown instead.
I did threaten myself to wake me up in my DR tomorrow or else. I'm not sure if that really did me any good or what?
Now that I think about it, I haven't tallied the days I have attempted. Whatever. I'm going to start tallying when I succeed. I'm going to continue to attempt until I succeed.
