Ok, so I am a fighting game fiend. Lesser known fact about me, but it’s a known fact nonetheless and FGC is the only community I genuinely find myself watching MK tournaments and Tekken Tournaments and following fighting game legends, not only to improve my own game, but enjoy the rivalries that come with them.

But let me just say:

Sonicfox has my full respect.

Here is a furry nonbinary individual who can back up their talk and shut down idiots who tell them they aren’t as good as they say they are.

Bro, SonicFox has been winning tournaments since they were 16! They shutdown Perfect Legend who was a fighting game staple in a perfect 13-0 exhibition. They have not only won MK tournaments, but DBX, Skullgirls, Injustice, and potentially SF tournaments as well.

SonicFox is the pinnacle of being able to back up the shit you talk. And we love them for it because they genuinely are a super nice person who just likes playing with people.

SonicFox, you’re my hero.

Here’s the first thing I made when I went freelance, originally greenlit by Vice, then they backed out the day before production. I made it on my own anyway. Clearly a learning experience all around, but the piece itself is strong, and sagely predicted the rise of a player who is now utterly, famously dominant across many more games in Sonicfox.

I think ANYONE who makes their sexuality or their politics their entire personality, furry or otherwise, sucks.

Listen, I love furries unironically. I think furries are a valid, misunderstood community. I *AM* a furry. But sometimes furries do things that make me say "this is why everyone hates us".
