i got attached to the arbiter from the post about the squip ais so i made her into a proper sona. i was missing a good mad scientist sona and arbiter fits the fuckin bill

she works at HRtech as a behaviouralist, she studies the evolution, behaviour and reasoning of particularily interesting squip units. as an HRtech employee, she had to get a squip, obviously. she volunteered for direct interfacing, the process that would be triggered upon ingesting mountain dew Livewire: the human mind is given full access to the pill's processor and AI, essentially turning the user into a squip (someone on the bmc team said this lol).

she found that having a mind that could interface with the ais she worked with made her job quite a lot easier. she also found there's side effects to mushing your consciousness with that of an AI.

THE SQUIP

It’s the evil supercomputer that tried to take over the world in order to make Jeremy popular. Also electrocuted and traumatized a handful of teenagers. It was manipulative, and forced Jeremy to listen and obey without question. Destroyed his friendship with Michael to become friends with popular kids, made Rich so suicidal he burned down his best friend’s house in an attempt to kill himself (technically it was Rich’s Squip, but they were synched up at the time, so it still counts). Dude just did awful things. Literally just listen to Be More Chill Part 1 and Pitiful children and you’ll get it. Yes it did all that. Consider this: it is blorbo. I’ve seen some crazy takes on the Squip. People really will just say anything on the internet.

WILLIAM AFTON

He sucks just… so bad. He’s an over the top villain who’s queercoded (the journals man. The journals).He apparently has a chamber that he locks people in and has them take a bunch of hallucinogenic gas. He can’t die. He’s been dead for decades. His son lived just the absolute worst life ever mainly because he looked like Will. He’s a wannabe mad scientist. His six year old undead robot daughter is more of a mad scientist than he is. His business partner hates his guts so much that said partner would rather burn to death than let him go free. He’s a furry. He doesn’t enjoy being a serial killer. He’s killed like twenty+ people in canon basically just for fun. He’s a theater kid. His fursuit has a time traveling ballpit at times. Every picture or drawing of him in the various threads of canon look like completely different people. He’s the worst

I saw this last week in Barnes and Noble and the Be More Chill and Japanese fan in me couldn't resist. It would be really funny if the person who made this book was a fan of Be More Chill book and musical.

SQUIP SQUAD in Japan Headcanons:

After graduating high school the SQUIP SQUAD go to Japan during the Summer to celebrate.

Jake paid for most of the trip since he still has some money from his folks' laundering money and legal money he had.

Jeremy and Michael did most of the translating for the group since they're nerds and watched every anime and read of manga there is. Michael is better at it than Jeremy and SQUIP helps Jeremy pronounce everything right.

But sometimes SQUIP will pronounce things wrong on purpose to make Jeremy look silly. Nothing to get Jeremy hurt, put earn a laugh from who he's talking to.

SQUIP was made in Japan so he makes sure everyone goes to all the cool spots and the best hidden gems.

It wouldn't be a trip to Japan without a shopping spree montage in Harajuku with clothes, manga/anime/toy stores, arcades, and photoshoots.

Michael takes them to every sushi place, ramen shop, and 7- Eleven!

ANGST ALERT: The SQUIP SQUAD are going to find out the history of SQUIPS, who made them, why they were made, and why there's no info on them despite how many people acquired them. Jeremy's SQUIP is gonna have an internal crisis, the SQUP SQUAD are on the run from some scientists and street gangs who believe they have the remaining SQUIPS, and they meet the creator(s) of SQUIP,

After all the adventure they had a wonderful time in Japan.

Hello Be more chill tumblr!

My name is Orpheus and I’ve been a bmc fan for about 4/5 years now (I got into the fandom late 2018), my favorite character is The Squip and always has been! I want to share my upcoming project The Computer Crew and how much it has grown since 2020. Please, if you are interested ask me about anything related to plot, characters or even the setting!

The Computer Crew is a planned (nonprofit and simply for fun) webcomic that is still in the writing process and is aiming to be enjoyable for all! Even with its dark themes (such as crime and character death). While it is still in writing Volume 1 and 2s plan is thought out already.

Originally in 2020, TCC was supposed to be an ask blog on instagram but never got a proper start since other Bmc ask blogs were more relevant. Since it never became a proper blog, it became an inside joke to me and my other two best friends (they are not apart of the project anymore for now but credit will still be made as we 3 started it all).

It mainly takes place in this digital world made by (secret) scientists, in which its only available by computer to humans! So kinda think of it like you were looking at it like a video game world, where there’s a whole society and roles that people belong in, that kinda stuff!

I wanna share it with everyone else and hopefully get people interested! If you have any questions about TCC feel free to ask! (Sorry if this is super discreet I don’t wanna spoil too much??)

Dr. Peyton Westlake was a young scientist that was experimenting with creating machines and formulas that replicate skin tissue (pretty much what we have today as far as organic 3D printing technology for medical practice). His lab was in the confines of his apartment he shared with his girlfriend Julie.

Unfortunately Julie brought some paperwork home that was a memorandum that a crime boss wanted. While Julie was away, the crime boss and his gang trashed Peyton's apartment, killing Peyton's co-worker, and then the most awful part of all of it:

They dunked Peyton's head into a vat of acid. Not only that, they burned his hands to a crisp, as well as exploded the apartment, which sent Peyton crashing into a nearby river. Peyton's body was severely injured and burned. He was brought to a trauma center. Without any consent, Peyton's nerve that perceives pain had been severed, which the doctors knew there was a side effect of that feeling gone replacing it with bursts of anger, rage, and incredible strength instead.

Peyton escapes like an experiment, completely changed from his sweet self, thinking that he is a monster, and that whoever did this to him would get what's coming to him.

I won't spoil the rest of the film, but Peyton throughout the film tries to perfect the skin formula he was working on before in order to make skin to make him himself again while also getting revenge on who ruined his life. Also with this skin he can become pretty much everyone, even down to their voice, becoming an anti hero of sorts.

His film takes heavy inspiration from the universal monsters, with comic book influences.
