This is my very first attempt at drawing the portrait of my Last Dragonborn, Jia. I dreaded to start this piece, but I'm actually very very VERY proud of how it turned out, especially since I considered myself clueless. I'm aware there are things to be improved here (I couldn't draw clothes whatsoever, LET ME LIVE), but I cut myself some slack since I hadn't attempted to draw since I was 12 or so...🥲

As for Jia, she appears in my fic here, and she's a Nord/Imperial spellsword with a weakness—as you might imagine—in the fire element, Martin Septim's long-lost great grand daughter, Akatosh's favorite human, and Miraak's soulmate and smoocher.

As an artist, do you ever get the feeling you’re letting your followers down? Like you’re not making the art that they followed you for and it’s going to make them leave?

I’ve had poo brain for the past two months and it’s making art a chore, like why I am so concerned about ‘oh it’s been too long since I drew *thing*’ or ‘oh I’ve drawn my OC’s twice in a row I gotta draw fanart so I don’t bore people’ with them’ or ‘I wanna do some sketches but then I won’t have anything to post and then it’ll be three days since I posted’ or ‘I already made some adopts, I have to do actual art people wanna see’ like??? I’m fighting with my thoughts over what to post and it makes drawing anything difficult cause I’m just like ‘I have to make this great! I gotta give em what they want!’ And I don’t know what that is so it’s breaking me down 😭

And it’s no one’s fault, I just get these overwhelming thoughts sometimes. I want to have fun and draw whatever without playing 4d chess to decide what’s the most “optimal” thing to post. I want to experiment more but I’m afraid to, or when I do it turns out badly so then I have to post something not great.

This is all over the place I’m so sorry 😭 I really just needed to vent (please no advice, just had to put my thoughts into words haha) Thank you for enjoying my art (or even if you’re just here for the cute pink stuff, thank you!) I want to be a better artist for you guys! 💖

Boxer!Bradley AU;

Bradley fights big matches and wins big prizes. He's one of famous ones. one night at a bar he meets Jake. He's a run-away kid looking for finding a job in this big town and a new start and it's supposed to be a casual one-night stand but morning after when Jake walks around Bradley's small kitchen, wearing Bradley's shirt and sitting on Brad when he's doing his push-ups, Bradley just gets too fond of him that he suggests Jake to stay with him until he finds his own place to live.

he's set for a big match for next couple of months and his competitor is also a good boxer with good reputation too so it's a real challenge if he can beat him. Talking about moneys and bets here which he can make a whole new life someplace else (with Jake💗 Brad's planning on to purpose him) something that he doesn't know, Jake's his competitor's lover.. and all this was a plan from start to get under Bradley's skin to get to convince him losing the match without polluting his own name. So Brad finds out somehow and they break up and while Jake truly has feelings for him, but he doesn't say a word or begs him.. he just leaves..

Brad wins the prize (Jake's heart was beating so fast he was so scared, on the edge of tears whenever Brad got hit. At the end Bradley's locking eyes with Jake while they raise his hand to announce winner) and at that same night Jake comes knocking on a moping Bradley's door, tears in his eyes when Brad pulls him in a kiss, says he's in love with Bradley and he put bets on Bradley instead of his ex-lover💗

"no cishets at pride" bro today i volunteered at a pride event for planned parenthood and literally the amount of ppl who are parents who r trying their best or supportive spouses or literally just ppl there was rlly heartwarming. not to mention i went with My best friend who's cishet and my biggest supporter and the person who's always validating my identities and trying her hardest to be a good friend, and a good ally, subsequently. so like no. cishets at pride. i feel like a lot of this whole thing comes from a place of trying to make queerness safe from certain parties, terfs will claim this, and so will ace exclusionists, etc etc. but like. while there is danger and fear and spaces that should be queer spaces, i will always want more people celebrating with us, talking to us, being a part of our community, than distancing themselves. so yes, my arms are open for parents walking up to our booths with their openly queer kids, my arms are open for the parents without their kid, trying their best to connect with the community that their daughter is a part of. my arms are open for the grandmother who signed up to be a volunteer with her kid translating for her. my arms are open, because that's what it's about.

i try to get to every single one, but i still don't know what the protocol is for long fics when a reader leaves a comment on every single chapter. i try to just reply to the last one to avoid spamming them, but generally i love receiving comments so i usually get back to all of them!

6) What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

no angsty endings, only angsty beginnings and middles

7) What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

...all of them? i think? my fics are pretty formulaic, at this point, so any conflict gets resolved by the end. i'd say my favorite ending is the one i wrote in Therein Lies the Heart, mostly because it's set in a time where orihime was still recovering from everything she went through in hueco mundo and figuring out how she wants to grow next as an individual, so i like how it ends with a hopeful note that she's made peace with whatever has happened and is ready to take on whatever is coming next! i think it sits neatly between pre-timeskip and post-timeskip in canon bleach, but that's just me!

8) Do you get hate on fics?

no, thankfully

9) Do you write smut?

not often. they're hard to write!

10) Do you write crossovers?

i think crossovers are very interesting but they're hard to execute in a way that incorporates the themes and elements of both stories! i joke around a lot about my favorite characters from bleach meeting my favorite characters from kuroko no basket and i love to toy around with unconventional team-ups like kakashi and orihime being pen-pals or ichigo and kuroko being classmates in college (since they're interested in the same major) but i don't think i'd actually write any, it's just me playing around with my dolls and then putting them back in the box! i don't read many either, but the one fic i did read (which was a knb/free crossover i think) was very good, even if i haven't actually watched free! crossovers require a special talent and while i'm curious about how i'd approach one, idk if i actually will😅

not that i know of!

someone offered once, but they never got back to me!

i lose steam a lot unfortunately, so i know there are going to be a few fics i might never finish. i try to keep them in the drafts so i don't end up disappointing anyone, though!

i like my characterization!

not a good plot person, i think. most of my fics are born out of short-term ideas or concepts or stories where nothing really happens and characters just feel things. i am also a lazy proof-reader so most of my edits/additions/corrections happen after i post something. i'm trying to work on that!

18) Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language?

i don't think i've ever put in a whole dialogue in another language, but there are some words and honorifics that you really can't capture accurately in english, so i pepper those in. they're pretty infrequent, though. i try to stick to what i know and work with it!

19) First fandom you wrote for?

....supernatural, but i never posted it anywhere 💀 the first fics i posted were all in the batman fandom

20) Favorite fic you've ever written?

You Can Show Me Your Heart (ChadHime) - this fic had been in my head for two whole years but i had never attempted writing it because i could never figure out how to start. once i finished it though, i ended up loving it a lot! i also love circuit which is my first aokagakuro fic!

Reed: A mix of both - most of his relationships have pretty noticeable size differences, so this depends a lot on if his partner’s clothes fit him or not. He doesn’t steal Mercy’s clothes very often because she’s so much shorter than him, but he’s a menace with Deacon and Danse
