I want to play isat (I heard of it because of your blog)! I know NOTHING about it. I've literally only ever seen it on your blog. What should I know before playing it? Like, any good info, potential scary or upsetting things in the game, anything interesting (I am too scared to look up stuff online Lest the Spoilers)

as for stuff to know ahead of time, yes there are a few content warnings i would consider before heading in!! this excerpt is taken from the official in stars and time website:

as for interesting things! i have a couple small notes:

the game features multiple instances of explicit queer representation amongst both main and background characters!! one instance of this representation is a conversation between an asexual character and an aroace character that made me tear up from how seen i felt while experiencing it

the worldbuilding in the game is fantastic. i LOVED the tidbits of information we got on all the different fictional cultures present in the game, both the good sides and the bad. it also deeply explores how one’s culture influences and shapes one as a person from multiple angles, positive and negative alike

there used to be one singular bird in dormont that peeped in english instead of piou-ing in french but it got removed :( farewell sweet peeper

Faves are EASILY Prince Charming from Cinderella (especially 3) and Beast from Beauty and the Beast ^w^

I will ALWAYS defend Charming he’s very unpopular (at least in terms of the og film) cause people say he’s boring but even there he has personality! Lest we forget his sassy yawn when he’s bored meeting girls who only like him cause he’s a prince and take no interest in his personality. It’s why he falls for Cinderella because unlike the others she decides to go outside with him (away from eyes!) and talk to him!! He’s just a nice guy!

In 3 he’s even more hilarious and charming as a character and we get to see more of his sides, I’ll just add this video of OOC moments for anyone who’s curious but I’d really just recommend watching the movie, it’s one of my fave movies :3

With Beast must I explain? He’s iconic, he is so sweet and his growth is so natural and real and raw and beautiful. His bond with Belle equally so!! He is a genuinely loving and kind soul who learns to love so much, what he already had deep inside.

He’s cutest as a Beast too which isn’t an uncommon opinion but I mean. C’mon. He’s a super cute furry and I’d smooch him. Hun staying a beast woulda also felt so gratifying from symbolism angles relating to the story! What matters is on the inside ^w^

Anyways they’re both my faves and I love em :3

EDIT: I forgot to say objectively who I think is best! I’d say Beast tbh :D

on a scale of 1-10 how spooky are you? Physically? like a 2. im not v spooky, otherwise i put myself at a solid 7.

2. Horror movies or silly cartoon spooks? Horror movies!

3. When does spooky season start for you? P much right when september starts baybie, wild to me that they started putting stuff out in august. Just a Touch too early imo.

5. Do you have any halloween traditions? Not really ;w; lately tho i've been tagging along w my sister and her kids when they do the trick or treat event at our local zoo! Otherwise I usually just put on one of my kigus and kinda hang out

9. Do you enjoy carving pumpkins? I prefer painting them!

10. How much decorating do you do? describe your spooky decoration/style! We do a lot of decorations, mostly indoor, tho we have a few outdoor inflatables! It's a lot of kitty cats and witches in our house, plus a lot of those window cling stickers.

14. Dark, spooky fall or breezy aesthetic fall? Ough tough choice, honestly i feel like they kind of go hand in hand, dark spooky breezy night? *chefs kiss*

I wanted to tell you I had a dream that you were in last night (I often go on Tumblr in my dreams) and someone was asking people for examples of their Marvel redraw art and you had the most stunning beautiful drawing where you redrew panels of Marvel comics and some of them you drew with colored pencil entirely with diagonal lines going across each other to form the forms and shapes and it was amazing. But for some reason the image resolution was so shitty. It was awful.
