These were made by my friend deepdarkclan on insta. Had nostalgia and went to my roots. This AU is basically "What If Tigerclaw had followed his father's footsteps and left the clans?" It would've happened pretty much right after Thistle made Tiger overdo it with Tiny. That was his realization with how cold-hearted Thistle was. That and he was basically seen as a villain due to Goosefeather.

He's like an amazing uncle to little Rusty, who is a lot more childish in this one and playful. He finally has someone he can play around with and Tigger can explain the clans to him. Rusty fully embraces his orange cat energy in this AU.

A lot more has changed, but I'm not gonna put it all in this post. If you're interested, then my inbox is more than open.

It's almost 2AM but uuhh you know how Scourge and Firestar's lives are so similar until the point where the path breaks off into goodness and badness?

What if Firestar's life was actually what Scourge imagined could have been his life, and he thinks about it as he lay dying (either as an adult or as Tiny)

--being accepted into the Clan and becoming a well-loved, respected, and admired leader

--having a loving relationship with his littermate (Princess)

--defeating that Tiger guy (Scourge did kill him, but imagine all the battles in life, the fact that they were sworn enemies, killing his spirit, defeating TIGERclan)

--being apprenticed to the she-cat that (tried to) save him

--living long enough to have a family, and having many members of that family leave their own great legacy and importance

--Actually having close friends that he could turn to

--and like...imagine his collar breaking as he dies, and it correlates to 'Rusty's collar breaking as he joins the Clan and begins living the life Tiny craves.

(Btw how he would die if he were older is tougher to say, as 'Firestar' was the one to kill him, which is hard to explain in this case. Is it metaphorical? The good part of him finally taking out the bad? Is he so bled out at this point that his imagination fully engulfs him, and he truly believes in his final moments that Firestar's life WAS his?)

All Rusty saw was his best friend, being taken away alongside two other kits by three older cats. The cats ran away, far into the Forest. Leaving only their wild cat stench, and a collar.

It was Mylo's, so Rusty refused to part with it. He attempted to put it on, fiddling with it for forever before finally managing to get the collar on relatively well.

As the days went by, his siblings were sold into their new families, leaving him alone. He still had his neighbor, Smudge, but he stopped talking to him after the tom said that his friend and those kits were probably eaten.

He was wrong, Mylo was alive.

He had to be....

(Firestar is a broad darker brown tom with lighter brown markings like fire all across his pelt. He is standing with his tail up and one paw up with his claws out. On the outstretched leg is his old collar that is blue with a big star on it. He has little fangs and emerald eyes with a star in the middle. A Thunder bolt like scar is in his right ear with a diamond shaped scar around his throat, smaller cloud scar under the neck one, and a large scar on his side. Above is his name and to the right is the color guide for him)

At last… the lad. FIRESTARRRR!!!

Rusty was a small fluffy dark brown kit with a stripe of rusted fur down his back and round emerald eyes, a large blue collar with a yellow star around his throat.

Firestar is a thick dark brown cat with heavily rusted messy fur like a fire blown by wind, his eyes a brilliant green and his old collar tied around his front leg. A notable scar is around his throat from a fox trap, a cloud like marking below it from a rat, ripped ear and scar on his face from Scourge, and a large scar on his rump from a falling tree. His leader mark is on his chest and forehead.

Leafpool will get her brown pelt from him and Princess is like a lighter version of him and actually more ginger. Over his years in the forests he’s become more and more rusted though not solidly rusted because he lives in Thunderclan which has a heavy canopy. He is also rather scarred for a leader. He tends to throw himself at the front line beside his clanmates, a fire that burns so brightly but snuffed out too quick. He’s also pretty down to earth being really close to his clanmates and having m any friends, in his own clan and across borders.

In his leadership he actually had a interesting sort of circle of cats who acted like a second opinion for his decisions as leader. This included the best hunter in the clan and his strong minded partner Sandstorm, redeemed close friend who has a gift for strategies Longtail, fierce elder Goldenflower while she was alive though Daisy took her place quickly after joining, Brambleblaze who showed promise to be a deputy some day, and Dustpelt who was great at managing the cats. Sadly this idea didn’t prosper much and died out when Brambleblaze took power, still it’s seen in younger leaders like Harestar.

Anyways he is trans masc (he/him) tom and aromantic being platonic partners with Sandstorm. Father of Squirrelflight and Leafpool with Sandstorm. His father was Jake and mother was Nutmeg, sisters are Hattie and Princess, half siblings are Smoke/Ruby, Scourge/Tiny and Socks. His apprentices were Cinderspark and Brambleblaze. And his mentor was Dahliaclaw and Bluestar.

We have a pretty rough outline. There are some things we have planned and other things are still kinda in the works. A lot of things are somewhat the same

Tigger and Rusty would eventually go to the Clans. I imagine Bluestar would be open to Tiger rejoining, due to the crap that Thistle put him through. Ofc, he would be under Tigerpaw and he'd somewhat be presiding over Fire, since he doesn't really need a mentor.

This means Redtail is alive. IIRC, I don't think it was Tiger who killed Oakheart. So, I think the battle would've still ended with his death. Also, since Redtail is alive, Spottedleaf and him can be all cutesy with each other. That way she isn't crushing on a fucking child x3

Also, Tiny gets accepted into the clans because Blue felt bad about his interactions with them. Although, Tiny is acting as the "replacement" for Tiger as the antagonist. He and Bloodclan are basically slowly assimilating into the clans to make them crumble from the inside. Bc they're petty like that. Also, Raven is his apprentice. He isn't abusive like Tiger and actually compliments him greatly, most likely bc he sees himself in Raven.

And Raven becomes a warrior in the AU. He even tags along when they're on a mission to rescue WindClan. Unfortunately, since Barley knows Scourge, and would have no issue ratting him out, he ends up getting killed. Tinyclaw (clan name) ends up manipulating Raven into helping him kill Barley, stating that they will be separated. Raven ends up becoming Tiny's second Bone, if that makes sense.

Also, Goldenflower and Tigerheart would have a truer relationship with each other. So, Bramble and Tawny would still be born. Fire though would see them as his brother and sister, rather than Tiger's spawns lol

One more thing, the whole thing with Brokenstar would work the same way, including Yellowfang becoming ThunderClan's medicine cat. This means that Spotted ends up dying, unfortunately. Redtail would become distraught over it, causing him to end up distracted in his duties. So, he retires and allows Fireheart to be the new deputy.

Also, we figured that, even though the whole Thunderpath incident didn't happen, Cinder would still train to be a medicine cat. We wouldn't dare separate Yellow and Cinder 😤
