If he snapped at mc during a stressful time, she would distance herself and reflect a lot !!! She would have been super pouty because Soonyoung was being unreasonable !!! Why did he have to be so mean? :-( Surely, his words weren't cruel because that's not the kind of guy Soonyoung is. His tone sounded aggravated, and it was unusual because it's very rare that he does that. Besides, it doesn't feel nice when you can sense someone is annoyed with you, right? So mc ends up a little hurt over this

But she still gave him the space he needed. After a day or two, she probably notices that something's missing in her life. She's not used to it being so quiet !! And she doesn't like it !!! She finds herself looking at his empty desk during class or the empty space across her from her at the lunch table

Soonyoung will eventually apologize of course, and he would feel great remorse. He didn't mean to snap at her. She'll give him a piece of her mind because she's never been one to shy away from that. But next time, Soonyoung will think twice before acting the way he did!!

Ahh yeah I did mention that Soonyoung gets insecure because of how their friendship even began!! Besides, unrequited love is a BITCH !!! It really messes with your self esteem for a while. Soonyoung is certainly an overthinker because he has so much time to himself aha. It's the way he lives his life. He's not necessarily concerned with school or his career. It's just him, his closest friends, and the girl of his dreams. (Oh and of course quidditch because Soonyoung is the definition of himbo <3)

He needs a ton of reassurance from mc!!! But at the same time, he doesn't want to seem like the pathetic guy who constantly needs comfort (that sounds harsh, sorry). He wants to present himself as the confident guy that he is. So, Soonyoung would tend to keep quiet, or at least he won't verbalize his insecurities much. You can definitely see the hurt in his demeanor, especially the pout on his lips. His words always sound like he's second guessing himself, and he's hesitant with what he wants to say. But mc is the fiery type, so she has to coax him for a bit

I think their relationship would have been rocky in the beginning because mc isn't the most vocal about her feelings, and she doesn't reassure him that she loves him often. It's typically shown through her actions, but Soonyoung would still really appreciate the verbal validation. So it takes a bit of talking and a bit of practice before they can build it up to a healthier relationship

Of course that's all okay because couples do fight ! And each party will always have their insecurities ! It takes communication to make sure everyone is at the same level. Plus, since they've only ever been friends, they have to learn how to be lovers as well. It's not a quick or easy process. There are always bumps in the road when it comes to these two, but what's important is that they will continue to fight for their relationship at the end of the day

Back at it again with a new tough ask because I miss race week 😭

When seb retires, do you see him getting involved bts with the sport? And if so, do you see him getting involved with ferrari or Red bull?

Ooh, I love these! Very interesting question, anon! 👀

His recent comments kind of make it seem like he intends to just disappear into obscurity for the most part after his racing days are done. Seb’s a family guy who likes his privacy and has a lot of non-F1 related hobbies, passion projects and interests, so I’m sure he’ll find ways to keep himself busy even when he’s not actively racing anymore. Of course there’s always a chance that he’ll get involved in some way - maybe make guest appearances in the paddock at certain GPs (Germany would make sense) - but I can’t really see him taking on a commentator/pundit role like Nico or Jenson or Mark or Jolyon. Then there are other options - Nico and Jenson (and Lewis, too!) both got involved with Extreme E. Nico and Lewis’s (considering his main job is still F1) involvement is slightly less hands-on, but Jenson for example actually opted to race in addition to being a team owner. On top of that he’s recently announced he’s taken on the role of senior advisor for Williams. So there’s plenty of avenues and opportunities for involvement both in F1 and the racing world in general. He could do what, say, Fernando did during his initial (short-lived) “retirement” from F1 and try other racing categories on for size - there’s endurance racing, rally, new forms/categories of racing like Extreme E, etc. Who knows, maybe one day we’ll get an unlikely Sebchal reunion at, like, Le Mans (since Ferrari is returning to Le Mans in 2023 and Charles has openly expressed interest in participating) 👀

Additionally, Seb’s always been vocal about his love of all things technical. His plan was to study engineering in college had the racing not panned out for him. So maybe he’ll do something with that, who knows?

As for whether he’ll be involved with Red Bull or Ferrari (or Aston, I guess, if that’s also an option now?)...I want to say Ferrari for personal reasons, but I think Red Bull is probably the best bet. To date he’s their only champion - and vice versa, they’re the only team he’s managed to win championships with. I imagine something like that has to create an indelible bond between driver and team. He’s clearly on good terms with all (or most) of the team members, often being seen chatting to Christian and Helmut in the paddock. Hell, in that one DTS scene it sounded like Christian was very vaguely proposing a deal. Although I don’t think a Seb/RB reunion would’ve worked out well in this climate but that’s a whole other can of worms we won’t open here.

In spite of everything that’s transpired (in the last year especially) I think he’s still got an underlying fondness for Ferrari. He’s obviously still close with many of his ex-mechanics and engineers and other team members (he’s been hanging around the Ferrari hospitality in Bahrain both during testing and the actual race weekend and I don’t think he’d mingle with them of his own volition if there was serious bad blood between them.) But for Seb to get involved with Ferrari again in any significant way I think there’d have to be a bit of an overhaul in the team starting from the top, since it was the conflict of interest between Seb and the higher-ups (Binotto, allegedly Elkann, etc.) that largely contributed to his departure from the team.

I’m also interested to see how his involvement with Aston Martin pans out. As we know he’s been signed on for this year *Charles voice* and beyond, and he seems to be approaching it like a long-term project/commitment (much like Charles is committed to helping Ferrari rebuild and get back to being regularly competitive again.) Interestingly he’s also bought Aston shares (although I’m not sure if that’s the car company or the F1 team itself or if it counts as both?) so I’m wondering if that investment is going to have any bearing on his future with the team/will go anywhere.

I’m so frustrated and I can’t put it into words why because it’s too much to explain. I’m so glad to be an adult and have a career and a life and I’m so proud of my friends who are also doing things with their lives but it’s really difficult for me to let go of the past and move on with my life. We’re all still so in love with each other and cheer each other on but we really don’t have time like we used to. It’s so sad. Those dumb jokes that get told and retold on the internet about how you can never make time to hang out with people are fucking true! Cringey but true! I hate it!

I have so much fatigue lately. I went downtown for the first time in a very long time and got drunk with some pals who I love dearly but they’re Marks friends. He and I have been dating long enough now that they’re of course also my friends but dude I just wanna spend time with the people /I’ve/ known since high school. And it’s not as if I don’t have plans to see people this week- I guess I’m just complaining. Why do I constantly feel like there’s something missing and I’m nostalgic for the way things used to be?

Anyway.. I got drunk two weekends ago with my baber boy who crashed early and fell asleep at like 10pm. He works a busy job so he’s allowed to crash but no one was there to stop me polish off an entire case of white claw and a handful of rum and cokes to myself 🥺 I messaged everyone that night. But I mean, to be fair to myself, I have been meaning to reach out to people and try to make amends and try to be more friendly and not so bitter. I do have to remind myself though that not everyone wants to be friends with me, and that’s ok. The girls in the studio told me I need to reach out to them instead when I’m drunk with all my words of love and admiration. On the bright side I feel oddly closer to my exes new girlfriend after that night (yeah when I say I texted everyone I mean I fucking texted everyone). I genuinely like her though, despite being sure us following each other was a drunken mistake on her part. But I’m glad I followed her back! At least I don’t regret anything I put out there 😭🙏

Mark and I barely left bed today. We played Pokémon all day and he got these funky foot masks that peel your skin and we prayin we don’t get chemical burns from them. It was a really lovely day though I gotta admit. Tomorrow I work but we’re gonna find time to finish Pokémon and on Friday his new game comes out. He’s a big Bloodborne/Dark Souls fan and this is from the creators (I think??). Anyway he’s been waiting for this game to come out for years and Friday is gonna be a big deal. He took two week vacation for it- and doesn’t expect to do anything from the day the game comes out til he has to go back to work. It’s exciting for him to see him get so into something like this.

I don’t know why I started using tumblr again. The lack of people who follow me yet the idea that someone /could/ read this one day I guess is enough motivation. It’s always at night after I finish wordle waiting to get sleepy. There’s a cat on my leg and I don’t know which one it is.

Man, anyway. Idk I have no more direction tonight. Maybe I’ll get back on tomorrow and do another lil ranty rant.

Eeeee I always wanted to see Europe because I love their architecture. It seems so beautiful and picturesque wherever you go, whether it's Italy, France, Hungary, Switzerland, Czechia, etc. Also, there's an abundance of nature outside of those cities too, right?? I'm definitely a city girl at heart, but when my parents and I travel, we always head to the mountains, the forests, the oceans, and the canyons. Ah, my bad ! My friend's bf is the same age as Seokjin internationally, 29! I'm not too sure how he got his flight training. He worked soo many jobs, and he was getting his masters and PhD at the same time. I don't think he ever sleeps tbh 😭 But recently, he started working at the airline job, and he made that his primary. Maybe he got the three stripes during the pandemic?? And that was like the catalyst for taking this new job?? I’m not sure if there are any shortcuts to take because it seems like such an important job that needs training in it’s entirety 😔 I’ll see if my friend can let me know some insight though !

I think people really want a special Twenty Five Twenty One episode ! Or a reunion kind of thing. An alternate ending would satisfy all of our needs, but they neverrrr do that :/ For the longest time, I LOVED Crash Landing on You. It’s always the emotional shows that get me :’) Our Beloved Summer is definitely up there along with It’s Okay to Not Be Okay. I’ve been meaning to tag my Gryffindor Soonyoung asks, but I want a cute name for it. I can’t decide on one LOL. If I were mc, I would straight up tell Mingyu that he could have whatever he wants because I’m a wh*re and a people pleaser. However, mc is a hawt girl . She doesn’t chase, she attracts 😔 So Mingyu would probably be the one to ask "where’s my gift?” She’d tease him a little or pretend that she forgot it was his birthday. He’s gonna whine, but she wants him to work for it !! Then finally, she would tell him to lean down so she can whisper in his ear, “you can have whatever you want.” >.<

Would Soonyoung find out?? Hmm I’ve hurt him so much, I feel like i need to scale back on a few things LOL. Oh yeah at the quidditch game, Soonyoung was mad that mc supported Hufflepuff, and she even wore Gyu’s yellow scarf. On the field, he said Mingyu isn’t even hot shit and vice versa. But Mingyu told Soonyoung that’s not what mc said when he fucked her last night 😭 hufflepuff card REVOKED. They fought, Soonyoung got benched, Hufflepuff won. At the party, mc was on Mingyu’s arm all night, and Soonyoung was ready to pounce again because she didn’t hear what Mingyu said on the field :/ But by that time, Soonyoung was drunk and he was causing a scene. Mc told him to leave, but he was upset that she was taking Mingyu’s side once again 😭 So when he didn’t give up, Mingyu and mc were the ones to walk away hand in hand.

Why does mc deal with this?? Mingyu is hot yeah, I’m glad we agree LOL. I feel like it’s out of pocket for her to go back to him even after the things he said. But I also believe that even the most intelligent and strong willed people can become blind when they’re infatuated with someone (aka literally all my friends when they return to their terrible boyfriends). Omg for Soonyoung’s birthday, I guess it depends on what stage they’re at in their relationship. Maybe if they are in the first few months where he’s trying to befriend her, make her like him, etc, at that point, she would not know about his birthday. But when she hears about it from another friend, she might wish him and bake him a little cake as a surprise ! Throw him a bone because she still has a soft spot for him. If she is with Mingyu at the time, she might be pissed off at Soonyoung loll. Maybe Soonyoung would approach her, try not to be annoying for 24 hours, and just spend time with her. He wouldn’t even mention it was his birthday, but when she gets suspicious of his actions, she’ll ask him what’s wrong. The day would be nearly over, and then he would tell her !! I don’t think he wants a gift. He just wants to have one good day with mc 💛
