Ingo is just so Open about the fact that he killed two people. What are they all going to do? It happened 200 years ago in an entirely different region, AND he was literally told to do it by Arceus. Do they think they can jail him for that? They better be prepared to posthumously charge Akari’s parents then too because otherwise he will fight back.

Emmet doesn’t know how to deal with the fact that he’s the responsible law-abiding one now. At first he’s horrified but then Ingo tells him the full story and Emmet’s like Ah Okay. They Deserved Death. He’s kind of disappointed that Ingo has two kills under his belt and he himself has none. Couldn’t Ingo have saved one life for him? That way they’d be even! Now he’s stuck as The Twin Who’s Done Nothing Wrong! He doesn’t WANT to be that twin!

What if Fortune was the tiger?

I'm assuming this is a JWTN question and that you're asking about a what if scenario in which Fortune had received the tiger curse rather than Shouta.

To answer that question, I would say that things would be pretty different, because I can't really see her parents leaving like they did in the story.

The reason I say this is because one of the major factors that contributed to them abandoning Shouta was that they were first time parents and they just gave into their panic/fear and acted accordingly.

By the time of Fortune's birth in this scenario, her parents have been raising Shouta for almost ten years, so they're more mature. Now that's not to say there wouldn't be any issues once Fortune was born, but at the very least, I don't see them just up and running off.

They'd probably just be nervous/fearful for a while before finally growing used to the whole curse situation.

All in all, Shouta & Fortune would be much better off than they are in the story, but this would come at the price of breaking the curse since an "outsider" is needed to break it due to several of the zodiac members needing an "outsider's" help to overcome their issues.

I think in Unova they're like. Super confused because literally No One can imagine Subway Boss Ingo doing something like murder. He comes back surrounded by poison type Sneasels and are like Oh Okay, The Poison Got To His Head. 

Sinnoh however knows EXACTLY who he is in seconds. He’s that Feral Warden who PROBABLY lied to the Pearl Clan about Arceus telling him to commit murder so he could get away with exacting justice against his adopted daughter’s parents for SELLING HER TO MARRIAGE, knowing FULL WELL SHE WILL DIE. He’s in history books. He’s a meme. So many historians have studied him and his mysterious appearance and his just as mysterious disappearance. His adopted daughter is literally famous in history books and is typically called the “Hero of Hisui” and they have made MOVIES about her story. (Painfully inaccurate ones, at that.)

Sinnoh goes fucking NUTS over this guy and nobody blames him for his two accounts of murder At All. It’s not like the justice system back then would have done anything, after all! 

Also Ingo shows off the dagger which is Very Clearly Blessed and they’re like oh he Wasn't Lying. Yeah we can’t blame the guy for doing what Arceus told him to.

Fionna’s World

SPOILERS!!(idk how to do the see more thing so I’m doing this instead)

So I want to talk about Fionna’s world. When I first saw the trailer I knew that obviously things were dialed down for the other characters as well as Fionna. Like there’s no candy kingdom and Gary(eugh) isn’t super important politically in any way.

What I didn’t expect is that it’s not just that Fionna’s life is in the slumps. Everyone’s is. Based on the intro for episode 1, Gary and Marshall are going to be main characters as part of Fiona’s world.

Those two are also struggling like Fionna. Gary doesn’t run or own the bakery like I thought he would, he just works there and Butterscotch doesn’t let him be creative in creating ANYTHING even tho Fionna, Marshall, and LSP think his sweets are delicious.

Marshall also isn’t a part of a famous band or is well known and liked for his music; he’s just a street artist who’s unknown and barely getting by.

ALL of these previously successful and relatively happy characters are now boring and stuck just like Fionna is. Marshall and Gary may have excepted it, but they’re clearly not as good as their counterparts. Hell, we know they aren’t even now because we see how happy PB and Marceline are in Simons universe.

As people have pointed out when the trailer dropped, a lot of things in Fionna’s world are messed up. The buildings don’t line up, the sidewalks don’t line up, cones are upside down and it seems wrong. Clearly something happened to Fionna’s world that messed up everything and left everyone miserable. The other characters also have dreams about their Adventure Time counterparts, but Fionna is the only one who is actively against living the life she is.

I’m really interested in learning what created Fionna’s world all wrong. I think it has something to do with Betty leaving but I’m not positive as there hasn’t been a lot of facts yet.

Edit: Omg wait what if, since Ice King created Fionna and Cake, him turning back into normal human Simon made everyone else normal and human. But before they were the magical counterparts and so bc they changed to reflect the state of Simon, it messed up their original world.
