EMERGENCY UPDATE

Our other cat Jax; the one saved from the fire is now in critical condition.

He was perfectly fine from the day of the fire up until today. He had seen his normal vet and they said this could happen, but at the time he seemed fine to them. He started to show signs of serious smoke inhalation. We brought him right to the animal hospital, and now we are just waiting to hear some news.

He is in good hands, but fuck my heart can't handle this.

EMERGENCY LIFE UPDATE

I know I don't post much here, but @gagakumadraws and I are having a huge life emergency.

I know I said I wouldn't say where I live, but right now that doesn't matter because we don't have a place to call home anymore.

This morning, our house went up in flames. We lost everything we own to the fire. If we had to put a monetary value on it, we would say about $25k - $30k was lost including sentimental items from my late mother.

My cat Luna ran off but she was spotted somewhere nearby so we know she is safe for now. Everyone got out safe which is super important.

We have to start all over and we are overwhelmed to say the least. My amazing co worker has created a go fund me for us, so I will share the link here. Every penny counts. We need to find a new place to live ASAP. My uncle can give us a place to stay for a while but it's only temporary.

Times are tough so if you can't donate please don't worry. Sharing will help us as well ❤️

Hello Pumpkins!

I hope you have had a good festive season so far. The time has passed by in a blur, it feels. However, I decided I wanted to do a bunch of festive pieces again this year, starting with this one!

The original idea was to do the whole 12 Days of Artmas but I decided to take it easy and not stress about schedules or anything like that. I did make myself a handy dandy prompt list, though. The first prompt is Cozy. With some help from my husband I came up with ideas for all of them and to thank him for his help (he used his best puppy eyes on me, I had no choice), I dedicated the first piece to him, his Baldur's Gate 3 Tav and Astarion. I mean, I'm not even mad, they're so cute.

Are you OK? Lots of trans hate going around

I'm... About as okay as can be expected. I'm better off than many trans people right now. Transgender people are being attacked in many countries, especially the US. I have it cozy here in Canada, compared to all of that. The hate online is fucked and it bothers me, but I'm worried about my friends in America. I'm worried about the trans youth, I'm just... so DONE with all the bullshit. It's 2023, we should be going forward, not backwards. I'm hoping everyone will be okay...
