thank u for the request!!! as u may know now, i take forever to write, but i hope you still like it!!! 😊 idk why this whole thing happened exactly, lmao. the prompts are like, right next to each other in the middle of all of this, and the rest of it doesn't really have anything to do with it fhsgdgsvxvvdcs my brain just came up with this and i was like "u right" 👌 anyway. lmao.

it was 11:38 at night, and you were just about to start getting ready for bed, when your phone notified you of a text from jongho.

'come collect ur mans, he got too crunk'

you rolled your eyes at the 'ur mans' part, knowing he was referring to seonghwa, cause jongho loved to tease you about your crush on said 'mans.'

'what did he do. also where r u guys' you sent back.

jongho sent their location, along with a blurry picture of seonghwa standing on a table, looking to be dancing to dalla dalla by itzy probably.

'omfg at least get him off the table'

'i have. multiple times.'

'😑 leaving now'

you sighed, putting on your shoes, then left your apartment to go to the bar that seonghwa and friends were at.

when you got there, you didn't have to look for very long, since seonghwa was dancing on a table still (or again). you saw jongho near that table, so you walked over to him.

"im here now, please get him off the table again." you said to jongho. he wordlessly walked over to the table, grabbed seonghwa's arm, dragged him onto his shoulder, and set him on the ground. seonghwa was protesting the whole time, until he saw you.

"oh hey y/n, what are you doing here?"

"im bringing you home, doofus."

"why?" seonghwa had a sad pout on his face.

"y/n!" you heard a voice from nearby call out. you looked around, and saw hongjoong sitting at another table. "what brings you here?"

"im just here to pick seonghwa up," you walked a little closer to hongjoong, but still wanting to keep an eye on seonghwa. "i was told he got too crunk, which i now see."

"that is true." hongjoong laughed. "so you're not gonna stay at all?"

"nah, id rather be sleeping, to be honest."

"that's fair. but not even for one drink, or snack or something? ill pay~"

you pursed your lips at his offer. "i do smell chili cheese fries i think, and i definitely would not be opposed to some of those right now."

"sure!" hongjoong chuckled, then started to stand up. "ill go order some, come sit down! chill with us for a bit!" he gestured to the chair next to his.

"seonghwa, c'mere!" you shouted to seonghwa. he looked over at you, and then basically waddled to you. hongjoong chuckled as he walked torwards the bar counter.

you sat down in the chair next to hongjoong's, then seonghwa sat in the chair next to yours. seonghwa immediately laid his head on the table. "im tired." he whined.

"me too. we're gonna go home soon." you reassured him. he then sat up, scooted his chair closer to yours, then leaned his head on your shoulder. confused at the gesture, but also finding it cute, you tried to stay still.

"you smell nice." seonghwa said softly.

"thank you." you chuckled. "you don't." seonghwa lifted his head up to look at you, and he had a very sad and surprised look on his face.

"you smell like pure alcohol, dude." you laughed.

"oh. yeah. i think i spilled some on me earlier." seonghwa said.

"yeah, when you missed your mouth trying to take a drink like ten minutes ago." jongho joined in. you didn't realize he was in the seat across-ish from you until just now.

seonghwa just mockingly mumbled at jongho, not actually having anything to say. he then leaned his head back on your shoulder. "i think im pretty drunk right now."

"i noticed." you told him, lightly patting his back.

after a few more minutes, hongjoong came back with the food, and sat down. you guys ate and talked for a bit. seonghwa kept stealing sips from someone else's alcoholic drink that was on the table, which you scolded him for, but he was just giggling at you.

once you finished your fries, you told seonghwa, and got ready to leave. you said your goodbyes to everyone, on seonghwa's behalf as well, since he was just leaning on you this whole time, probably about to fall asleep at any moment. you stood up, brought seonghwa to your car, then started driving home. you were having him crash at your place, cause you didn't want to leave him alone tonight, and you had a dog to take care of.

once you made it to your apartment, you started getting ready for bed. your dog, a cute Australian Shepherd named peanut, was very excited about you being home, and seonghwa being here period. seonghwa was probably equally excited about her.

while those two were on the floor being all happy and cute, you changed into your pajamas, then gave seonghwa a pair of sweatpants and a long sleeve t-shirt that you figured would fit him.

now you had to decide who sleeps where. you only had one bed, and a couch. you didn't wanna sleep on the couch, but you definitely didn't wanna make seonghwa sleep on the couch either. you were about to just suck it up and take the couch, but seonghwa insisted you both sleep on the bed because "it's more comfortable, and the couch would be bad for you." you tried to argue with him, mostly because you figured you would be very flustered at sharing a bed with him, but you gave up after a little bit, since he was being very stubborn.

you both finally got into bed, and you immediately laid down and tried to fall asleep.

"y/n" you heard seonghwa whisper from behind you.

"what?" you asked.

"what if. um. hamsters were like, dog sized? and what i-" he interrupted himself to gasp, "what if dogs were hamster sized?! that would be so cute."

you sighed. "seonghwa, go to sleep."

"but im not tired." he pouted. you rolled over onto your back to look at him.

"you literally said like, twenty minutes ago that you were tired!"

"well not tired enough to sleep though..."

"that-" you sighed again, and rubbed your face with your hands.

"are you mad at me?" seonghwa asked innocently. you turned your head to look at him better.

"no, im not mad." you chuckled. "i just wanna sleep, dude."

"oh."

seonghwa stared at you for a bit. you looked at him curiously, occasionally glancing to the side.

"can i kiss you?" seonghwa asked suddenly. your eyes went wide with surprise.

"seonghwa…!" you said, trying to make sure you heard him right. exhaling, you decided how to respond. "not while you're drunk."

seonghwa pouted a little bit. you were very confused about what was happening right now. you had no idea he felt this way.

hoping his drunkenness was only affecting his decision making, and not the way he actually felt, you sighed, "ask me tomorrow morning, if you really want."

his face lit up a little bit, then went back to mildly sad looking. "but what if i forget?"

you rolled your eyes. "i don't know, write yourself a note then." you turned back over to the side you were facing before.

"oh, good idea!" he said, sitting up. "do you have a pen or something?"

you sighed for the millionth time. you sat up a bit, propping yourself up with your elbow, and reached over to your nightstand for a pen. you handed him the pen, then laid back down, hopefully for the last time.

once you heard the cap of the pen being put back on, then placed on the table on the other side of the bed, you fully relaxed, and went back to trying to sleep, which thankfully didn't take very long to do so.

when you woke up the next morning, you noticed seonghwa's arm was laying across your stomach, and your arm was on top of his. you looked over at him, your heart almost skipping a beat. he was asleep, yet he still looked so beautiful. his hair was a bit messy, but that just added to the cuteness. he even had a slight pout on his lips.

remembering the interaction you had with him last night, your face heated up a little bit, so you decided to get out of bed.

you picked up his arm as gently as you could, and brought it off of your stomach, then quietly stood up. peanut got up as soon as you did, following you around as usual. you decided to go to the kitchen and start making some food for the two of you, since it was 11:14.

ill make pancakes. everyone likes pancakes. you thought to yourself. you found your usual recipe, then started getting the ingredients and utensils out. once you mixed everything together, you turned the burner on with a pan on top of it, then looked through your cupboards and fridge for various toppings you guys might like.

you then noticed seonghwa walk out of your bedroom, holding a hand to his head, still looking very tired. peanut ran over to him, wagging her tail excitedly. seonghwa just smiled and patted her head.

"good morning!" you said to him. "you feeling okay?"

he pursed his lips, then spoke with his cute, raspy morning voice, "can't say that i am exactly." he laughed after he said that though, cause he didn't want you to feel guilty.

"aw." you chuckled. "you're welcome to anything in here, i have medicines in that cupboard," you pointed to a cupboard at the edge of your kitchen, "there's water, milk, orange juice, and various sodas. oh, and im making pancakes." you pointed to the bowl of pancake batter, then started actually making them, as you scooped some batter onto the pan.

"oh cool, thank you!" he said, then walked over to the sink, which was near the stove. you only saw him out of the corner of your eye, but you saw him roll up his sleeves, only to kind of freeze for a bit.

oh shit, he saw the note he wrote, didn't he? you thought, mildly amused, but also kind of nervous. you focused on the pancakes, pretending you didn't see anything, as he washed his hands.

after you finished making the pancakes, you made plates for the two of you, then both sat on the couch to eat. peanut was sitting on the floor in between your guys' feet, staring with puppy dog eyes, switching between you and seonghwa.

"nooo, you're not getting any of my food, sweetie." seonghwa said to her. for some reason, seonghwa's use of that pet name made you feel… some kind of feelings.

once you guys finished eating, you stayed on the couch, just chilling, talking about possible plans for the day. eventually the conversation went to things seonghwa did yesterday while drunk.

"oh yeah, ive been wanting to ask you about something." seonghwa started. he inhaled deeply, trying to figure out how to say it. "do you… know what this is about?" he pushed up his left sleeve, to reveal the words 'ask to kiss y/n' written messily on his arm.

"oh. um. yeah." you chuckled nervously.

"why did i write this?" he asked. he sounded kind of regretful, which made you a little disappointed.

"uh, well. we were in bed, trying to sleep- well, i was trying to sleep, i don't know what you were doing," you corrected yourself, making seonghwa laugh. "and, you just like, randomly asked to kiss me, and i said 'not while you're drunk, ask me tomorrow morning if you really want to,' then you were like 'but what if i forget?' so i was like 'then, i dunno, write yourself a note' ...so you did." you felt your face heating up while telling him that. you were avoiding looking at his face, nervous about what his reaction will be.

"oh." seonghwa said. you glanced up at him, but you couldn't really tell what he was thinking.

he glanced around for a bit, before he finally spoke, "was there… any sincerity to your statement of, 'ask me tommorow'?" seonghwa looked at you, hopefully, but also awkwardly.

your heart swelled up with happiness, "yes." you smiled at him. he smiled back, and exhaled, like he was holding his breath.

he gently put his hand to your cheek, brushing some hair out of the way at the same time. your heart was beating very fast, and so was his.

he slowly leaned forward, until his lips met yours.

you practically melted into the kiss. his lips felt so soft and warm.

he pulled away slowly, his eyes fluttering open. you sat there, staring at each other for a bit, until he pulled you into a hug and leaned his head on your shoulder. you hugged back, leaning your head on his, a million thoughts racing through your head at once.

your first thought, was 'holy shit, i can't believe seonghwa likes me.'

your second thought, 'fuckin… jongho is not going to shut up about this.'

you were in your bedroom, the bad dream you had just woken up from still on your mind. in that dream, you were being chased by someone who had already gotten to your friends. your heart was still racing from that.

realizing your boyfriend, yeosang, wasn't in bed made your heart drop.

you looked at the clock, which said 2:06, then you got out of bed and walked to the living room. laying there on the couch, looking at his phone, was yeosang. he heard footsteps, so he turned around to see you.

"what are you doing up? it's 2am, go back to sleep." yeosang said with concern in his tired voice. you gave him a weird look as you walked over to the couch.

"wh- i had a bad dream, what are you doing up?" you replied. he lifted his legs, allowing you to sit down, then he placed his legs onto your lap.

he averted his eyes, "i couldn't sleep." you gave him a small pout.

"why not?"

"i dont really know honestly. but what was your dream about?"

you sighed, "someone was chasing me. and before that, he… got to all my friends. including you." yeosang offered you his hand, and you softly took it, and started stroking his hand with your thumb. he then took his legs off your lap, and scooted closer to you so he could wrap his other arm around you, and lean his head on your shoulder.

"you doing ok?" he asked.

"yeah." you sighed, leaning your head on top of his.

a few minutes passed with you guys just sitting there with each other in comfortable silence. you figured you should both go back to bed, since your eyelids were starting to droop, but you couldn't bring yourself to say anything.

finally, yeosang broke the silence for you, "did you hear that scientists discovered the largest thing in the entire universe?" yeosang asked sleepily.

you gave him a confused look, wondering where this came from, "no, what is it?"

yeosang looked up at you from his position on your shoulder with a cheesy grin on his face, "my love for you."

you sighed, breaking into a smile. "you're such a dork." you chuckled. yeosang just happily stared into your eyes.

"i love you." you told him, pressing a small kiss to his forehead.

"i love you too." yeosang snuggled into your shoulder even more.

"we should go back to bed." you said.

"yeah." yeosang agreed, yet made no effort to move.

"seriously, get up." you chuckled at him, starting to shift your weight. yeosang just groaned and held onto you tighter. you finally managed to stand up, while dragging him with you, and started walking towards your bedroom.

you both laid down on the bed, snuggling up underneath the covers. luckily you fell asleep quickly, and with yeosang cuddling you, you felt completely safe, and slept soundly the entire night.

imagine playing video games with yeosang. you start with Mario kart, which is full of giggling, yelling, and shoving each other. then you move on to portal 2 co-op, which involves even more yelling, some laughing, and also praising yourselves when you complete a puzzle. yeosang is usually the one who figures everything out, though. after portal, you wind down with Minecraft creative mode together for a while, building houses and such, until like, 2am, when you both fall asleep on the couch, cuddling each other
