PMS today is:

- going to drink my tea and somehow simultaneously burning my mouth, choking, and spilling it into my lap

- opening a door and knocking over a series of cupboard boxes which then knocks into a glass of mystery liquid which spills onto my laundry

- being berated by someone superior to me because he is going through a ✨️bad time✨️(imagine if I was able to take out my stress on the people above me 🥲)

- generally feeling like my anger and hopelessness and raging adhd is a balloon which has swallowed up my whole brain and is threatening to make my skull explode/ cause a meltdown
