This is the weird bs I’m talking about whenever it comes to Lamelo’s fans! Why are y’all so dang on pressed about this woman’s life? They literally try to bully her daily and then try to analyze her life by liked tweets & two minute TikTok vlogs. It’s crazy how Ana only shows them 2 mins of her entire day yet they make so many claims and theories about how she’s living HER life.

Then them weird MFs try to say Melo won’t her family stay at his house. I mean.. if they surprised Ana and showed up unexpectedly. Why would they even think about staying at his house? You can’t just come to stay unexpectedly at someone’s house without asking first! It’s common courtesy to ask.

Lastly, it’s the fact that these 12 year old kids are trying to count Ana’s pockets without zero evidence of the funds she has in her bank account. Has she shown y’all her bank statements? hi there, I’m jewel :)

she/her/hers ・ 20 ・ kpop (writing) blog

Yes, Jewel is my real name although my parents admit I was supposed to be named elizabeth but changed their minds last minute after I was born how cute and I’m currently in university. I study political science and japanese for those wondering (because yes, I am japanese and it’s helpful when you live in hawaii to have that degree yk?). If any of this stuff is even mildly interesting and you have any curiosities, pls feel free to ask me!

I try to write some things when I can, so feel free to take a look at my masterlist. I also read A LOT of fics on this site, so also peep my recs if you feel like it. Warning: its mostly fluff and angst and almost always includes smut but there’s some really good stuff worth reading still!

Before I begin, I will warn that this is basically a giant NCT shxtpost. With LOTS of hyperlinks for educational purposes and absolute crackhead-ery. THE Jung Jaehyun. For reasons that need no explanation. but ill give it anyway smh

After watching the performance of herin and jaehyun singing a whole new world I knew that was it for me. (I still watch it once a month for my jaehyun-related health and to honor SM’s biggest loss, seo herin and ji hansol but thats for another conversation) back to jaehyun His vocals are unique in NCT and bring a nice color to their songs, the man looks good in literally anything, and I’ll probably say this about every member, but I love his dance style--body rolls for days sis. Definitely my ideal type, which my boyfriend is 100% aware of; no secrets in my relationship ofc which explains the wreckage. Pretty sure 81% of the fandom gets wrecked by him daily, so I think I’ll stop here.

NCT Dream

Renjun. why? i just think he’s neat but no really, it was this performance (ok actually this got me ALL SORTS OF WRECKED) and this fancam that had me falling in love with him but were gonna ignore the fact that I get bias wrecked DAILY by all the other members GOd-tier vocals, personality for daysssssss, variety KING HUANG RENJUN. Safe to claim that I go into renjun feels about 3x a week. Check my twitter for proof. +dnyl renjun was a blessing and I sometimes cant believe that it actually happened. How do I explain?? He’s literally the best boy, but when he gets all worked up....let’s stop there before I have to go to confession again.

But for fun, lets list why I have biased every dream member at some point shall we? (in no particular order) Dream might just be my ult group, songs always bop, members at star quality

mark- yes i am including mark bc he was the reason i even started stanning dream dreamies leader since mmc days, mentor, A1 rap skills, ad libs go crazy, unparalleled dancing style, hardest worker, cutest watermelon advocate ever, all around amazing person can you tell he used to be my ult? + he’s a good christian boy and my catholic *ss has to confess my sins for being a simp for him 24/7

chenle- vocal GOD, most steady live vocals in kpop, laugh to die for

jeno- i cannot resist his eye smile i wanna cuddle and onstage charisma-2:54 “let’s goooooo” and i alskfdfjlkdldkfa.

jaemin- “other than my members, i don’t have any friends” and yet he’s literally the most caring and wonderful little puff in existence fight me pls dont im a pacifist

heachan- idk why but donghyukie feels like he could be my best friend and also cant stop staring at him in their dance practices his body proportions are unreal and his vocal ad libs?? don’t even get me STARTED on heachans vocals

jisung- he is my son, but also my son’s vocals?? MWAH that voice got me second guessing if he’s really my son

Ten Chittaphon Leechaiyapornkul another member where it kinda just....happened? In the end I was like “damn, when did you sneaky bugger get in my heart?” He’s got a similar vibe as Johnny AND DO NOT COME FOR MY THROAT FOR SAYING THAT THATS MY OPINION Like Johnny, I see myself in Ten. There are so many reasons why I love Ten, so I’ll make it simple and provide them to you.

Reason 1 - Performance/dance he just hit different, he’s THAT good. Reason 2 - vocals the amount his vocals has improved?? UNMATCHED. Reason 3 - INTELLECTUAL (still trying to find the clip of him talking about different kinds of love) Reason 4 - multi-lingual KING ok so this vid is him struggling in mandarin, but imagine, you speak thai and english and learn korean to debut and all of a sudden your agency says “ok learn chinese now.” MANDARIN IS ONE OF THE HARDEST LANGUAGES TO LEARN. Reason 5 - bad b*tch he just radiates bad bitxh energy in everything he does, and I appreciate a bad bitxh

I’m procrastinating and impatient, so here’s a preview of the new B99 + Photographer/Model AU I’ve been developing!! → All the props to @peraltiagoisland, @proofthatihaveaheart, @three-drink-amy, @elsaclack, @tiadorable, @stardustsantiago, @littlegreenwomen, @scullysthumbtacks, @jokeperatla, and @dogworldchampion for listening to me gush about this AU for daysssssss.

Amy’s in the middle of typing out a text to Rosa (they’re ironing out the details for an upcoming shoot) when a notification pops up at the top of her screen. Her eyes flicker to it, and her heart skips a beat.

She bites her bottom lip and shakes her head, mentally chastising herself for reacting to such a tiny thing. So he liked one of her Instagram photos, big deal.

She finishes off her text, confirming the stylists have been notified on the time and venue of their shoot, then switches over to her Instagram app. She just wants to check how well her last post is doing, she couldn’t care less about some model double-tapping on her picture.

Even if he is ridiculously attractive and funny and by far the nicest model she’s worked with in the seven years of her professional career.

She brings up her activity feed, which is filled with likes and comments from her industry friends and other followers. It’s the message at the top that again throws her off for a second.

She was expecting to find that he had liked her most recent photo, but the thumbnail beside the notification isn’t this morning’s sunrise. Instead, it’s her smiling at the camera excitedly. Rosa had snapped the photo when they had reached the destination of their hike nearly a year ago.

Before she can fully process this, she gets a slew of new notifications – all about thatjakeperalta liking her photos.

Her cheeks redden a smidge, and a grin spreads on her face as she realizes what’s going on. He’d been stalking her Instagram, and this is him trying to cover his tracks.

She’s definitely been there, and she knows how embarrassing it feels. But also, she just can’t resist gloating in his misery.

She quickly takes a screencap of the page and sends it to him. For good measure, she texts:

Working hard, I see.

On Jake’s end, he’s absolutely mortified.

He’s past contemplating cutting off his thumb for getting him in this mess, and he’s right about ready to change his name and go off the grid. He’s pretty darn sure his mom wouldn’t mind, so long as he sends her a postcard every now and then.

He reads Amy’s text and groans loudly, burying his burning face in his pillow. If he could just go back in time and stop himself from liking a photo posted 48 freaking weeks ago.

Eventually, he lifts his head up and reaches for his phone on the nightstand. He pulls up the message again and sighs, wondering how he’s going to charm his way out of this.

It takes awhile, but he finally replies:

just doing research on this photog i’m working with next week. she’s ayt i guess?? :P

Amy snickers and takes a second to attach an old photo of him she had found when doing “research” of her own. It’s him in a cough syrup ad from at least five years ago, and he’s looking like he’s at death’s door.

I’m not sure about this model I was assigned for a shoot. Do you think I should just call off the gig?

The pit of dread in his stomach eases up, and he chuckles.

i’ll have you know, i got free cough meds for months after that. it was p sweet when flu season came around.

and ngl, there was like a span of 4 years where i just said yes to everything.

the modeling world is crayyyyyy.

The next thing he receives is a photo of him holding a snake. There’s more of a grimace on his face than a smile.

Did you get to keep the snake after this or did the pet store give you other freebies?

He laughs and gets up to grab one of the folders on his shelf. He hasn’t really been compiling his latest tear sheets, but his mom used to catalog his earliest work. He finds the oldest folder and flips to one of the first pages – a photo of him as a toddler, donning only a Baby Looney Tunes-themed diaper and beaming. He snaps a picture of the ad and sends it over.

i hit my prime early and everything’s just been downhill after

you think i’m ever going to get back to this level???

She lets out an aww and makes a mental note to dig up the rest of his childhood work later. (Over the weekend, when she does find the time to hunt through various online archives, she finds herself having to squash down the image of a tiny Jake Jr. running around her apartment. She chalks it up to her hormones and natural maternal instincts.)

She goes back to her Instagram app and scrolls through the photos he’s been tagged in. Her eyebrows shoot up at some of the earliest pictures, where he’s styled to look like genderbent Disney princesses. She vaguely recalls this going viral back in her college days, and she isn’t sure how she didn’t put two and two together. She double-taps on all of them and sends over a screencap of her favorite one.

lol yeah isn’t gina amazing?! fun fact: this was the project that got me an agent. shout out to charles and his love for disney!

He’s typing out his reply when he’s interrupted by a call from Gina Linetti herself. “Hello?”

“GIRL, YOU GOTTA ASK AMY OUT ASAP BECAUSE SHE’S TOTES STALKING YOU ON INSTA RIGHT NOW.”

He laughs. "Yeah, I know.”

“Uh- wait, ARE YOU WITH HER RIGHT NOW? Explain yourself, Jacob.”

“We’ve just been texting. It’s nothing. I accidentally liked one of her photos from a year ish ago, so we’ve been talking.”

“Okay normally I’d disown you for that, but obviously your faux pas worked out somehow so.”

“I mean nothing’s happened really, but -”

“Nothing’s happened yet, boo! Okay, go back to flirting with Santiago or whatever. I’ll see ya at the shoot next week!”

Jake grins goofily in spite of himself, thankful he’s not in front of a camera for once.

will literally forget everything and anything

speaks Chinese all the time when he comes in because hes tired and not thinking

and you’re like ????? I don’t speak Chinese

and he’s shook because he didn’t even realise he’d slipped into it

even though he’s maybe the most forgetful person in the world he never forgets important dates

your birthday, anniversaries you didn’t even know you should be celebrating

he never misses them

always wants to do couple things with you

couples cooking !!

which really means he hands you things and drinks wine

and you make sure he stays far away from the rice

even though he insists he knows how a rice cooker works now

he just really thinks it’s important you sit together and eat with each other no distractions

couples workout !!

which really consists of you drinking the protein shake you made and watching him do push ups

he wants to make sure you share everything like your hobbies

so he takes you dancing with him

he loves trying to teach you his dances

and you always wanna know they newest exo choreo tbh

you die a little every time though because its S O HAR D

and youre not a good dancer

but yixing is always patient with you trying to teach you as best he can

and he insists on sharing your hobbies with you

he always makes time to share yours

and he’s always got some crazy new hobby to try together

y’all have done everything

bird watching

anything you can literally think of tbh

literally just loves spending time with you

tries to teach you guitar and you sort of suck

but he just thinks its so adorable you’re trying

loves solving puzzles with you

he finds it really therapeutic

you get all the answers wrong but y’all have fun doing them

once he brought home a jigsaw puzzle of the globe

y’all spent daysssssss trying to solve it and you leave it half solved and the next morning it’s complete and you’re like ???????

and kyungsoo’s like lmao took me 45 minutes whats up with you two??

hes always up at like 5am so you pack him a lunch box and leave him a little note on the bathroom mirror with dry erase markers

and when he gets up he always erases it and leaves you a sweet little note

he loves talking to you and telling you about everything

whenever he gets homesick he just lies down with you

and tells you everything about china

and what he wants to show you

and makes a bunch of plans of where to bring you when you finally come visit

you’d been going out for years when you finally had your greatest test

you asked him to help you when you moved

and of course like the sweetheart he is he did

he spent like a week with you

painting the rooms

(which always ended with a paint fight)

assembling the furniture with you

you guys spent like an entire day trying to assemble your bed

you hadn’t slept the night before

and being as clumsy as you are you knocked over like everything else in the room

and you spent the whole night mad at inanimate objects

but y’all never got mad at each other

and that’s when you realised he was the one

because you were both tired, way too warm and angry as hell but you never snapped at each other

you guys never really had a fight until he came home too late one too many nights

you didn’t mind because it was his job and he just wanted to prepare for his solo as best as he could

to make everyone proud

but he had been home past 4 or 5am every night this month

if he even came home

and you saw him once in the last two weeks

and you were getting a little bit more than upset

even though it felt unreasonable

nd you told him you were getting kind of lonely by yourself and you missed spending time together

and he was like omg because he didn’t even realise really that he was upsetting you

so he promised to be home by 9pm and you could have dinner together and just spend time together

and then it was 2am and he still wasn’t home

and it all got too much for you and you just started crying

he came in and your eyes were all swollen and you were just sitting on the floor drinking some wine

and he’s like ????? what happened why r u crying?

and you’re like omg amazing!!! You’re late and you didn’t even remember!! Love this !! im going to bed!! Thanks for wasting my entire night!!

Jin: He’d be the best friend to always take you out to eat at your favorite restaurant, ordering what you usually get before you can even utter a word to your waiter. He’d be the friend to listen to your problems and wait to see if you want advice. If you did, he would be honest and help you decipher the right response or course of action and if you didn’t he would be totally fine with just holding you or helping you take your mind off of things. Yoongi: He’s an asshole tbh but the type of asshole that only he’s allowed to be an asshole to you. If anyone else tries to be rude to you or hurt you lol good luck to that bitch. Day 18: Budapest 101

I arrived after 7 hours of bus, I finally arrived in Budapest. I had about an hour to get cash and find my way to the St. Stephen’s Basilica. I was supposed to meet up with Vanda who will give me the key to the flat I will be staying in.

It all started when I asked my sister whether she knew anyone in the places that I’m going to. I’m not sure whether I forgot anyone. She told me about her new Hungarian friend, David. I then got in touch with David about my trip. Unfortunately David wouldn’t be there at all during the days that I would be in Budapest. However, he was so kind to let me stay in his empty flat. That’s why I needed to meet up with his sister, Vanda, who passed me the key to my accommodation.

Crash

I met up with Vanda in time and got to the flat without any problem. However, I desperately needed to do the laundry at that point. Moreover, I really needed to rest some more. After trying to figure out how the washing machine work and got some detergent, I set it on with my dirty laundry and napped. I think I had full 2 hours rest. I didn’t realise how tired I was at all.

History

After I was done getting ready, I thought the most important thing for me to get to know Budapest better was to go to their history museum. I googled really quickly and found that the Budapest history museum is not so far away. It is in the old Buda Palace.

But first, I needed to get lunch. I stopped by one of the restaurants across the flat. Well, this one is more like a cafeteria. You just pick the stuff that are there and the guy would put it in a plate and heat it up for you. I had my first bite and OH MY DAYSSSSSSS It’s SOOOOOOO DELICIOUS *tears of joy*

That was super unexpected. Not that I thought Hungarian food won’t be yummy but I just had no expectation whatsoever of the food. So, when it turned out amazingly good, that just brought me back to life hahaha.

Anyway, after this delicious meal, I felt completely recharged and was ready to go to the Budapest history museum.

It wasn’t far from where I was at all but by the time I arrived there, it was so hot that I started to feel tired again. But I pushed through. I bought my ticket and went to the beginning of the exhibition, pre-historic time. I walked around, reading and looking at everything until I got to almost the end of this floor’s exhibition. All of a sudden, a man came to talk to me. I thought he might be French but I wasn’t sure. He asked me about what I thought about the text mentioning people from central Asia that migrated to Hungary some time ago. I looked at him and I said, I don’t really know. Who do they mean by central Asian people and why would they travel this far? I was still half way reading it.

Then, he explained that the reason why he asked me was because he found that there is something ‘Asian’ about Hungary. He can’t really explain why. He thinks that it’s in the culture and wondered what I thought of it. So, I told him that I just arrived a few hours ago. I mean, I haven’t really seen the city yet. I only saw St. Stephen’s Basilica from the outside and the flat and then here. I don’t really know.

We continued talking for a while. It turned out that he was French as I suspected. Moreover, he is also a musician, a flautist. Then, I told him that I used to study in Paris, in Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris when I was younger. He said he knows the place very well. Then, I told him who I was studying with. Believe it or not, he performed with my teacher before. What a small world! Who would have known?!

Wow....only my first day in Budapest, I already ran into someone who knew someone I know. Isn’t that amazing?

After the museum, I saw that people were walking along the wall of the palace. There should be some great view there. I found my way to the wall and did the same thing. The tourists are right. The view from here is amazing. I took a few photos and walked around. There were so many tourists, especially Americans. I don’t know why there are sooooo many Americans in Budapest. I noticed then that there are so many American tourists in Stockholm. I think there are at least tripple of that number here in Bupadest.

Then, I looked at the map and saw that there are other places that I could visit here on the castle hill. So, I aimed to go to the Fisherman’s Bastion and walk around the area.

Unfortunately, I didn’t read anything about it when I went there. I only went to see it purely because of its architectural beauty. As promised, it was stunning. The place itself was beautiful and the view that you can see from it was also very pretty. I walked around the area for some time and just sat there in a corner and relaxed. I also walked passed Matthias Church and wanted to visit today but they already closed by the time I got there so I had to wait. At least I could survey the area. There is so much to do on the Castle Hill. I supposed it was best to just walk around and observe so I can know what I actually want to visit when I come back later.

My first lazy day in Budapest ended with another restaurant nearby the flat. Again, delicious food omnomnomnomnom
