in case you need to hear it: set boundaries. break it off with your toxic 'friends'. block them on social media. take time to read, meditate, play games, talk with the people who matter to you, care for your plants and animals, nourish yourself. Sleep well and deeply. Bear the fruits of self care and self love. Deep condition your hair, do a face mask, hug yourself, light a candle, watch a movie, go out in nature, drink something warming and comforting.
you deserve more than anxiety spikes every time you see their name, more than physical symptoms of that anxiety manifesting in your body, more than someone who doesn't see you for who you are.
embrace yourself. walk away.
you can do this. i love you.

If you have a bad day vent! it reduces stress, and it counts even if you vent to a pet or stuffy. trust the process.
You DON'T HAVE to change to please people. Don't care about what people think about you .,.
now get up and go to a mirror and repeat after me...

Hi all!!!
It's been a long time,
I want to share a few stuff and make this my anonymous diary, currently, my life has been just like my room, EMPTY. I can feel so many emotions running in my head. It feels like I have been on a roller coaster for a long time. It's so nauseating and my head is too heavy. I wanna get off it and make my legs steady.
I have been considering getting a part-time job to become more independent and feel less liable.
