Loved it! The slow burn you've served is perfect imo. They finally talked it out and non of them were drunk?? I was shocked when they started to actually communicating. They both acknowledged they were doing some of the hurting and R took that step & allowed herself to be vulnerable with J (even though it's hard to open up like that), I'm so proud of them for that.

That hit close to home when R said she wasn't good with confrontation so I'm also of proud her about that.

Over the past few weeks I’ve been binge-watching all of Brooklyn 99 and I’m absolutely loving it (finished season 3 last night), but I have to say, while I do occasionally feel bad for him at times and do like when good things happen to him, I can’t get behind Charles Boyle. He’s creepy, possessive, has no sense of personal space, and his obsession with Jake is frankly disturbing. I’m half expecting him to snap, kill everyone Jake’s ever been friends with, then murder Jake and eat his flesh so they can become one. Seriously, I know it’s supposed to be played for laughs, but in real life, Charles Boyle would be the stuff of nightmares.

I’m sorry if you love him. I want to love him because aside from that, I can see he’s a good person who deserves happiness! But please, writers, stop justifying his behavior and let him outgrow some of his insecurities and learn Jake’s an adult allowed to have more than one friend so I won’t feel like he should be on some kind of watch list.

A: Look, I know these are just kids’ books but they’re really important to a lot of people. I’ve had so many experiences because of this community.

J: Hey, I get it. I met my ex-girlfriend at a Die Hard convention.

A: Of course you did.

J: We were both trying to get Bruce Willis to sign our chests.
