Sometimes it is so good to enjoy a Beer ! Durante la mia visita in Belgio insieme agli amici di @vinventions e @vinventions.italia , oltre alla visita allo stabilimento produttivo nella nazione natìa del fondatore della #nomacorc Marc Noël , non poteva mancare la gita di gruppo ad un birrificio artigianale. È stata scelto @lemoulinduvaldieu un vecchio monastero dal grandissimo fascino dove i monaci cistercensi iniziarono a produrre la birra nel 1216. Dopo un lungo riposto durato 200 anni, la produzione riprese in tempi moderni, nel 1997 sempre supervisionata dal responsabile dell’Abbazia. Ma cosa serve per produrre la Birra? - Orzo maltato - Zucchero fermentabile - Luppolo - Lievito Da non sottovalutare anche la scelta dell’acqua! It was a peaceful, enlightening, and beautiful morning filled with yoga + meditation + all the cats.
One thing that stayed with me from this meditation session was “You are the creator of your own reality. Own your power.” YES. YES. YES.
Your thoughts, beliefs, perspectives and actions all play a part in your life. You have the power to change the way you see things. You have the power to change the way you think about things within and around you. If you create a more positive outlook, you will see the world differently.
Hold yourself accountable for everything; every thought, every moment. See beyond what scares you and do all of the things you thought you couldn’t.
Be aware. Be present. Create your intentions. See your reality. Own your reality.

Facce da @paestumwinefest Vi presento il cuore del team organizzativo del #paestumwinefest con il fondatore @angelozarraildivino che ho avuto il piacere di incontrare a #matera in occasione dei @foodandtravelitalia #wineawards nel quale sono stati premiati come “evento wine dell’anno”! Giunto alla XI edizione , il festival si terrà a Carpaccio-Paestum dal 25 al 27 marzo all’interno del Next-Ex Tabacchificio.   Io ovviamente ci sarò!! E spero di incontrarvi negli oltre 12.500 mq tra interno ed esterno, che ospiteranno oltre 250 aziende, 20 consorzi e gruppi d’acquisto per un totale di circa 11.000 etichette in degustazione. In programma tantissime sorprese, 35 masterclass e tre talk per offrire momenti di approfondimento con produttori ed esperti, e per affrontare i temi significativi del comparto enologico. Start every morning with the intention that you will show up for yourself. ✨
Show yourself gratitude. Show yourself love. Show yourself grace. Open up your mind, body, and soul. You are the one who gets to create the day you want. You are the one who gets to find your inner peace.
It’s a new week. It’s a fresh start. It’s the perfect time to create your goals, routines and intentions for the week ahead.
This morning consisted of:
🌼 10 minute morning stretches with @madymorrison.
🌼 10 minute morning yoga back stretches with @yogawithbird.
🌼 7 minute guided meditation on @insighttimer - “Create A Beautiful Day” with Djenaba Kai Jones.
🌼 Journaling my thoughts, intentions, and goals for the day.
The biggest thing you can do for yourself is to show up. No matter how that looks for you because it will look different for everyone. To some what I did this morning isn’t much, but to me, it’s enough. There is nothing like stretching and opening up your body before starting your day. There is nothing like meditating, releasing negative thoughts, setting your intentions, opening your mind + soul and being able to create a beautiful start to your day.
Be here.
Be present.
Be mindful.
Be grateful.
Be positive.
Be kind.
Be YOU.
