5 hacks for better sleep 🛌 🥚 Don’t use your phone 30 minutes before going to sleep and make sure it is in sleep so it doesn’t ring while sleeping. 🥚 Go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. Even weekends. 🥚 Exercise regularly, but not too close to bedtime. 🥚 Don’t drink caffeine in the afternoon. I don’t drink it after 2pm, otherwise I won’t be able to fall asleep. 🥚 Make sure your bed and pillow are comfortable and focus on relaxing when trying to fall asleep. One of my goals in 2023 is to prioritize sleep. I am someone that needs at least 8 hours of sleep to function the next day. These are things I do to heal me get a better night sleep to have a more productive next day. Sometimes I also use mouth tape while sleeping but I can’t tell if I get a better nights sleep or not..
